AI Technical Summary
In existing technologies, sheets of wet wipes are difficult to remove one by one, especially because the sheets stick together due to surface tension, making them difficult to separate.
A sheet structure is designed, comprising a sheet packaging body and an outer packaging body. The length of the packaging opening is shorter than the openings of the sheet and the outer packaging. A separation guide is used to guide the separation of the sheet. By controlling the shrinkage and expansion of the sheet at the opening, it is ensured that the sheets separate from each other during the removal process.
It enables the smooth removal of sheets such as wet wipes one by one, reducing sheet damage and discomfort, and improving removal efficiency.

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to sheet packaging bodies, outer packaging bodies, and sheet structures that contain sheet laminates made of stacked sheets such as wet wipes. Background Technology
[0002] A sheet packaging body (see, for example, Patent Document 1) is provided, comprising multiple sheet laminates stacked in the thickness direction. A packaging opening, serving as a dispensing outlet for the sheet, is formed on the sheet packaging body. The user removes the sheet through the packaging opening. The sheet packaging body can be used either as the sheet packaging body itself or as a body housed within an outer casing (e.g., Patent Document 2). An outer casing opening, serving as a dispensing outlet for the sheet, is formed on the outer casing. When the user uses the packaging body while it is housed within the outer casing, the sheet is removed through both the packaging opening and the outer casing opening. The user typically removes the sheet one sheet at a time from the sheet laminate. In Patent Document 2, a bulge is provided on the inner side of the outer casing opening, configured to allow for easy removal of the sheet one sheet at a time while pressing it down.

[0007] However, depending on the state of the sheet laminate and the shape of the outer opening, it is sometimes difficult to remove the sheets one by one, and multiple sheets are removed at once. In particular, for wet sheets such as wet wipes, the sheets are sometimes difficult to separate due to surface tension, making it difficult to remove the sheets one by one.
[0008] The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to provide a sheet structure, sheet packaging body and outer packaging body that allows for easy removal of sheets one by one from a stack of multiple sheets.
[0009] One type of sheet structure includes: a sheet packaging body having: a sheet laminate formed by stacking multiple sheets folded along a first direction as base points in the thickness direction; a receiving portion for receiving the sheet laminate and having a packaging opening serving as an outlet for the sheets; and an outer body having a cover portion covering the packaging opening. The cover portion has: an outer opening configured to overlap at least a portion of the packaging opening, serving as an outlet for the sheets; and a separation guide portion protruding inward from the outer edge of the outer opening (viewed from above), guiding the separation of the sheets from each other. The length of the packaging opening in the first direction is shorter than the length of the sheets in the sheet laminate in the first direction and shorter than the length of the outer opening in the first direction.
[0010] One type of sheet packaging includes: a sheet laminate formed by stacking multiple sheets folded along a first direction as base points in a thickness direction; and a receiving portion that receives the sheet laminate and has a packaging opening serving as an outlet for the sheets. The sheet packaging is used by mounting it onto an outer packaging body having an external opening configured to overlap at least a portion of the packaging opening. The length of the packaging opening in the first direction is shorter than the length of the external opening in the first direction.
[0011] An outer casing is mounted on a sheet package for use, the sheet package having a packaging opening that serves as an outlet for the sheet folded along a crease in a first direction, the outer casing having an outer casing opening that overlaps at least a portion of the packaging opening and serves as an outlet for the sheet. The length of the outer casing opening in the first direction is shorter than the length of the sheet in the first direction but longer than the length of the packaging opening in the first direction. [0017] (1) Overview of the implementation method
[0018] Based on the description in this specification and the accompanying drawings, at least the following matters can be clarified.
[0019] One type of sheet structure includes: a sheet packaging body having: a sheet laminate consisting of multiple sheets folded along a first direction crease stacked in the thickness direction; a receiving portion for receiving the sheet laminate and having a packaging opening serving as an outlet for the sheet; and an outer body having a cover portion covering the packaging opening. The cover portion has: an outer opening configured to overlap at least a portion of the packaging opening, serving as an outlet for the sheet; and a separation guide portion protruding inward from the outer edge of the outer opening (viewed from above), guiding the separation of the sheets from each other. The length of the packaging opening in the first direction is shorter than the length of the sheet within the sheet laminate in the first direction, and also shorter than the length of the outer opening in the first direction. Because the length of the packaging opening in the first direction is shorter than the length of the sheet in the first direction, the sheet wrinkles along the first direction of the crease as it passes through the packaging opening. Then, the sheet that has passed through the packaging opening passes through the outer opening. At this point, because the length of the outer opening in the first direction is longer than the length of the packaging opening in the first direction, the sheet that is temporarily wrinkled in the first direction will expand in the first direction. During the wrinkling and expansion of the sheet, the sheet deforms, creating spaces between the sheets, making them easy to peel off. With the sheets easily peelable from each other, the separation guide allows the sheets to be separated from each other, enabling the sheets to be removed one by one.
[0020] According to a preferred embodiment, the length of the second direction orthogonal to the first direction of the packaging opening is longer than the length of the second direction of the outer packaging opening. This ensures that the distance of the second direction used to guide the sheet, which has wrinkled in the first direction via the packaging opening, towards the outer packaging opening can be extended in a way that allows the sheet to be unfolded without strain. This suppresses defects such as sheet breakage and allows sheets to be removed one by one.
[0021] In a preferred embodiment, the separation guide protrudes from the outer edge of the outer opening toward the inside of a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. According to this embodiment, since the separation guide extends in the second direction, the sheets can be separated from each other by pulling them away from the crease.
[0022] In a preferred embodiment, the length of the separation guide in the first direction is longer than the length of the packaging opening in the first direction. According to this embodiment, the sheet passing through the packaging opening in its first direction readily abuts against the separation guide, making it easier for the sheets to separate from each other.
[0023] In a preferred embodiment, the separation guide is disposed at the center of the outer casing opening in the first direction. According to this embodiment, the separation guide abuts against the center of the sheet through the outer casing opening in the first direction, allowing the sheets to be easily separated from each other over a large area extending from the center of the sheet in the first direction toward the first direction.
[0024] In a preferred embodiment, the separation guide is a portion protruding inward from the outer edge of the opening and is integrated with the outer edge of the opening. Ribs that bulge along the thickness direction are formed on the outer edge of the opening. According to this embodiment, since the outer edge of the opening and the separation guide are integrated, the sheet can come into contact with the separation guide during the process of passing through the packaging opening. Furthermore, by forming ribs, the contact between the sheet or fingers and the outer edge of the opening can be mitigated, thus preventing damage to the sheet or discomfort to the fingers.
[0025] According to a preferred embodiment, the length of the packaging opening in the first direction is less than 30% of the length of the sheet in the first direction within the sheet laminate. The length of the outer packaging opening in the first direction is more than 150% of the length of the packaging opening in the first direction. According to this embodiment, as the sheet passes through the packaging opening, it can be sufficiently wrinkled in the first direction to form folds on the sheet, creating spaces between the sheets. Furthermore, by expanding the sufficiently wrinkled sheet to approximately 150%, the sheet deforms, making it easier for the sheets to separate from each other.
[0026] One type of sheet packaging includes: a sheet stack, formed by stacking multiple sheets folded along a first direction as base points in the thickness direction; and a receiving portion that receives the sheet stack and has a packaging opening serving as a dispensing outlet for the sheets. The sheet packaging is used in conjunction with an outer packaging body having an external opening configured to overlap at least a portion of the packaging opening. The length of the packaging opening in the first direction is shorter than the length of the external packaging opening in the first direction. According to this type of sheet packaging, sheets can be removed one by one by use with the outer packaging body.
[0027] An outer casing is used in a sheet packaging body having a packaging opening that serves as a dispensing outlet for the sheet folded along a crease in a first direction. The outer casing has an outer opening that overlaps at least a portion of the packaging opening and serves as a dispensing outlet for the sheet. The length of the outer opening in the first direction is shorter than the length of the sheet in the first direction but longer than the length of the packaging opening in the first direction. According to this outer casing, sheets can be removed one by one when used with the sheet packaging body.
[0028] (2) Overall schematic structure of the sheet structure, sheet packaging body and outer casing in the embodiment.
[0029] The sheet structure, sheet packaging body, and outer casing of the embodiments will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Furthermore, in the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts will be labeled with the same or similar reference numerals. However, the drawings are schematic, and attention should be paid to the differences between the scale and actual dimensions. Therefore, specific dimensions should be determined by referring to the following description. Additionally, the drawings may contain parts with different dimensional relationships and scales.
[0030] Figure 1 This is an exploded perspective view of the sheet structure as described in the embodiment. Figure 2 yes Figure 1 A partial enlarged view of part A. The sheet structure 1 has a sheet packaging body 2 and an outer packaging body 3. The sheet packaging body 2 houses the sheet stack 4 and has packaging openings 22 that serve as outlets for each sheet. The outer packaging body 3 has at least a cover portion 31 that covers the packaging openings 22 of the sheet packaging body 2. The sheet structure 1 has: a top surface 11 with the outer packaging openings 32 disposed thereon; a bottom surface 12 facing the top surface 11; a left side surface 15, a right side surface 16, a front surface 13, and a back surface 14 covering the sides of the sheet stack. The sheet structure 1 has a thickness direction D3 along the stacking direction of the sheets within the sheet stack 4, and a first direction D1 and a second direction D2 that extend orthogonally to each other in the planar direction of the sheets. The first direction D1 is along the crease FL of the sheet stack 4.
[0031] The sheet 41 of the sheet laminate 4 can be either a dry sheet or a wet sheet (e.g., a wet tissue). The sheet laminate 4 of this embodiment is configured to facilitate the separation of the sheets 41 one by one, making it suitable for wet sheets. The sheet laminate 4 is folded at least with the crease FL along the first direction D1 as a base point. In the folded state, adjacent sheets 41 in the thickness direction D3 are alternately arranged. More specifically, in the folded state with the crease FL as a base point, the sheet 41 has a bottom surface region 42 on the bottom side and a top surface region 43 on the top side (see reference). Figure 3The top region 43 and the bottom region 42 are adjacent regions bounded by a crease FL. Here, the crease FL of the sheet is the crease that forms the boundary between the top region 43 and the bottom region 42. The sheet laminate 4 can also be folded before the crease FL, through creases other than this crease FL. That is, the sheet 41 can also be folded with the crease along the second direction D2 as the base point, and then folded with the crease along the first direction D1 as the base point. The crease FL along the first direction D1 of the present invention is the crease that forms the base point when the sheet 41 is unfolded from the sheet laminate 4.
[0032] Between the bottom surface region 42 and the top surface region 43 of a sheet 41X, there is a top surface region 43 of a sheet 41Y located on the bottom side of the sheet 41X, and a bottom surface region of a sheet 41Z located on the top side of the sheet 41Z. The creases of one sheet and the creases of the sheet located on the top side (bottom side) of the sheet are separated in a second direction D2. According to this structure, when the sheet 41Z located on the top side of the sheet 41X is pulled out, the top surface region 43 of the sheet 41X is pulled out by the bottom surface region 42 of the top-side sheet 41Z. Similarly, when a sheet 41X is pulled out, the top surface region 43 of the bottom-side sheet 41Y is pulled out by the bottom surface region 42 of the sheet 41X. Therefore, the sheets are pulled out sequentially.
[0033] The sheet packaging body 2 has a receiving portion 23 that encloses the entire sheet laminate 4 and a packaging opening 22 that serves as an outlet for the sheet 41. The receiving portion 23 of the sheet packaging body 2 can be made of a film. The material of the film is not particularly limited; for example, it can be a material made by mixing polyethylene with polypropylene. The packaging opening 22 of the sheet packaging body 2 can be disposed on the top surface 11 side. Before the packaging opening 22 of the sheet packaging body 2 is covered by the cover portion 31 of the outer packaging body 3, the packaging opening 22 can be covered by a peelable seal (not shown). When the user installs the cover portion 31 onto the sheet packaging body 2, the seal can be peeled off to expose the packaging opening 22, and the packaging opening 22 can be covered by the cover portion 31.
[0034] The size of the packaging opening 22 only needs to be large enough to allow each sheet 41 to be pulled out. The shape of the packaging opening 22, when viewed from above, can be elliptical, horizontally elongated (vertically elongated) circular, or perfectly circular; its shape is not limited. To prevent the sheets 41 from getting stuck, a curved shape without sharp corners is preferred. In this embodiment, the packaging opening 22 is a longitudinally elongated shape where the length in the second direction D2 is longer than the length in the first direction D1. The packaging opening 22 can be positioned at the center of the first direction D1 and the center of the second direction D2 of the sheet packaging body 2.
[0035] The outer casing 3 has a cover 31. The cover 31 has at least an outer casing opening 32 and a separation guide 34. The outer casing opening 32 is configured to overlap at least a portion of the packaging opening 22, serving as the outlet for the sheet 41. The separation guide 34 is described in detail below. The cover 31 may also have: a cover 36 that freely opens and closes to cover the outer casing opening 32; a base 37 disposed around the outer casing opening 32; and a hinge 38 that serves as the opening and closing base point of the cover 36 relative to the base 37. When the user removes the sheet 41, the cover 36 is opened with the hinge 38 as the base point; when the user does not remove the sheet 41, the cover 36 is closed to cover the outer casing opening 32.
[0036] The outer casing 3 can be composed solely of a cover portion 31, which is detachably mounted to the sheet packaging body 2, or it can have a surrounding portion 39 integrated with the cover portion 31 and surrounding the entire sheet packaging body 2. In this embodiment, the outer casing 3 has a surrounding portion 39. The surrounding portion 39 has a region extending outward from the cover portion 31 on the top surface 11, a bottom region disposed on the bottom surface 12, and side regions disposed on the left side surface 15, right side surface 16, front surface 13, and back surface 14. The bottom region is detachable from the side regions, and when detached from the side regions, the sheet laminate 4 can enter and exit the sheet packaging body 2. In the case where the outer casing 3 is composed solely of the cover portion 31, the cover portion can be provided with an adhesive portion and mounted on the outer surface of the sheet packaging body 2 via this adhesive portion.
[0037] The sheet structure 1 of this embodiment is configured to allow for easy removal of sheets one by one from a stack of multiple sheets 4. Next, the structure for facilitating the easy removal of sheets 41 will be described in detail. The length W22 of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22 of the sheet packaging body 2 is shorter than the length W41 of the first direction D1 of the sheet 41 within the sheet stack 4, and shorter than the length W32 of the first direction D1 of the outer packaging opening 32. The length W22 of the first direction of the packaging opening 22 of the sheet packaging body 2 can be the maximum length of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22. The length W41 of the first direction of the sheet 41 within the sheet stack 4 can be the length of the first direction D1 of the sheet 41 in its stacked state, and is the length of the crease FL of the sheet 41. The length W32 of the first direction D1 of the outer packaging opening 32 can be the maximum length of the first direction D1 of the outer packaging opening 32.
[0038] Figure 3 This is a schematic perspective view illustrating the method of removing sheet 41. For ease of explanation, Figure 3 The three-dimensional diagram shows the sheet laminate 4, the packaging opening 22 of the sheet packaging body, and the outer packaging opening 32 of the outer body 3, omitting other structures. Figure 4 Therefore Figure 3The schematic cross-sectional view shown is based on the BB line. Figure 5 Therefore Figure 3 The schematic cross-sectional view shown is based on the CC line. When the user removes sheet 41, they pull the sheet 41 positioned on the topmost side. The sheet 41 is pulled out through the packaging opening 22 of the sheet packaging body 2, and then through the outer packaging opening 32 of the outer packaging body 3. At this time, since the length W22 of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22 is shorter than the length W41 of the first direction D1 of the sheet 41, the sheet 41 wrinkles along the first direction D1 of the crease FL. At this time, the length W41 of the first direction D1 of the sheet 41 gradually shortens from the crease FL side toward the direction away from the crease FL (top surface 11 side) as it passes through the packaging opening 22. Then, the sheet 41 that has passed through the packaging opening 22 passes through the outer packaging opening 32. At this time, since the length W32 of the first direction D1 of the outer packaging opening 32 is longer than the length W22 of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22, the sheet 41, which was temporarily wrinkled in the first direction D1, expands in the first direction D1. During the wrinkling and expansion of the sheet 41, the sheet 41 deforms, creating space between the overlapping sheets 41, making them easy to peel off. By abutting against the separation guide 34 in a state where the sheets can be easily peeled off, the sheets 41 can be easily peeled off. Therefore, the sheets 41 can be easily removed one by one.
[0039] Preferably, in the area overlapping with the outer opening 32, the length of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22 can be shorter than the length W32 of the first direction D1 of the outer opening 32. Furthermore, the maximum length of the first direction D1 of the outer opening 32 can be located anywhere in the second direction D2 of the outer opening 32, but preferably at the center of the second direction D2. Any sheet of the sheet laminate 4 is pulled out with the crease FL at one end edge located in the second direction D2 as the reference point, and the next sheet is pulled out with the crease FL at the other end edge located in the second direction D2 as the reference point. Since the maximum length of the first direction D1 of the outer opening 32 is located at the center of the second direction D2 of the outer opening 32, the sheets taken out sequentially are easily pulled out via the maximum length of the first direction D1 of the outer opening 32, allowing for smooth and continuous removal of the sheets.
[0040] like Figure 5As shown, the length L22 of the second direction D2 of the packaging opening 22 can be longer than the length L32 of the second direction D2 of the outer packaging opening 32. The length L22 of the second direction D2 of the packaging opening 22 can be the maximum length of the second direction D2 of the packaging opening 22. The length L32 of the second direction D2 of the outer packaging opening 32 can be the maximum length of the second direction D2 of the outer packaging opening 32. According to this method, since the length L22 of the second direction D2 of the packaging opening 22 is relatively long, it is possible to ensure that the distance of the second direction D2 used to expand and guide the sheet that has wrinkled in the first direction D1 through the packaging opening 22 toward the outer packaging opening 32 is sufficient to allow the sheet 41 to unfold in a manner that does not force expansion, and to allow the sheet 41 to be taken out one by one while suppressing defects such as breakage of the sheet 41.
[0041] The cover portion 31 of the outer casing 3 has a separation guide portion 34. The separation guide portion 34 protrudes inward from the outer edge 33 of the outer casing opening 32 when viewed from above, guiding the sheets 41 to separate from each other. The separation guide portion 34 may be a portion that protrudes inward from the outer edge of the outer casing opening 32 in the second direction D2. Alternatively, in a modified example, the separation guide portion 34 may be a portion that protrudes inward from the outer edge of the outer casing opening 32 in the first direction D1. The user pulls the sheet 41 outward from the sheet structure 1 through the packaging opening 22 and the outer casing opening 32. At this time, the separation guide portion 34 abuts against the sheet 41, and functions to pull out only the sheet to be removed when the sheet to be removed and the next sheet 41 (located on the bottom side) are pulled out together.
[0042] The separation guide 34 protrudes from the outer edge 33 of the outer packaging opening 32 toward the inside of the second direction D2. Because the separation guide 34 extends in the second direction D2, by pulling the sheet 41 in a direction away from the crease, the sheet 41 can be separated from each other while unfolding after being wrinkled. The length W34 of the separation guide 34 in the first direction can be longer than the length W22 of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22. According to this structure, the entire sheet 41 in the first direction D1 through the packaging opening 22 easily comes into contact with the separation guide 34, making it easier to separate the sheets from each other.
[0043] The separation guide 34 can be disposed at the center of the outer packaging opening 32 in the first direction D1. As the sheet 41 passes through the packaging opening 22 from the sheet laminate 4, it wrinkles inward toward the first direction D1, and then expands outward toward the first direction D1 as it passes through the outer packaging opening 32. The wrinkling of the sheet inward toward the first direction D1 at the packaging opening 22 facilitates contact with the separation guide 34. Therefore, the separation guide 34 contacts the center of the sheet 41 in the first direction D1 as it passes through the outer packaging opening 32, facilitating the separation of the sheets 41 from each other over a large area from the center of the sheet 41 in the first direction D1 toward the first direction D1.
[0044] The separation guide 34 can be a portion that protrudes inward from the outer edge 33 of the opening and is integrated with the outer edge 33 of the opening. Because the separation guide 34 is integrated with the outer opening 32, steps or other obstacles caused by the boundary between the two are avoided, allowing the sheet 41 to be easily pulled out without getting stuck. Furthermore, a rib 35 that protrudes in the thickness direction can be formed on the outer edge of the opening. Since the outer edge 33 of the opening and the separation guide 34 are integrated, the sheet can come into contact with the separation guide during the process of passing through the packaging opening 22. In addition, by forming the rib 35, the contact between the sheet 41 or a finger and the outer edge 33 of the opening is mitigated, preventing damage to the sheet 41 or discomfort to the fingers. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the rib 35 can be curved (e.g., semi-circular, arc-shaped). This further suppresses the getting stuck of the sheet 41 at the outer edge 33 of the opening.
[0045] In a modified example, the separation guide 34 can be separately provided from the outer opening 32. For example, the separation guide 34 can be made of a different material than the base portion 37 surrounding the outer opening 32. Preferably, the bending stiffness of the separation guide 34 can be lower than that of the base portion 37. According to this structure, it is also possible to configure it for smoother sheet removal.
[0046] The length W22 of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22 can be less than 30% of the length W41 of the first direction D1 of the sheet within the sheet laminate 4. Furthermore, the length W32 of the first direction D1 of the outer packaging opening 32 can be more than 150% of the length W22 of the first direction D1 of the packaging opening 22. According to this method, during the process of the sheet 41 passing through the packaging opening 22, the sheet 41 can be sufficiently wrinkled in the first direction D1 to form folds on the sheet 41, creating spaces between the sheets 41. Furthermore, by expanding the sufficiently wrinkled sheet to approximately 150%, the sheet deforms, making it easier for the sheets to separate from each other.
[0047] The present invention has been described in detail above using the embodiments described above. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in this specification. The present invention can be implemented in modified and altered ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the claims. Therefore, the description in this specification is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to limit the present invention. In the above embodiments, the sheet structure 1 has been described, but the present invention may consist only of the sheet packaging body 2 used with the outer packaging body 3, or only of the outer packaging body 3 used with the sheet packaging body 2.
