Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of parts processing technology and discloses a processing device for countersunk head parts, including a clamping mechanism and a grinding mechanism, and further including: an adding mechanism, which is fixedly connected to the grinding mechanism and located above the clamping mechanism; a fluid preparation module, of which two sets are provided and both are installed on the adding mechanism; and a clamping element, which is movably connected to the lower end of the inner cavity of the adding mechanism; wherein, the adding mechanism includes a storage device. This invention, through the cooperation of structures such as rubber tubes and moving modules, enables timely replenishment of cutting fluid to countersunk head parts. When the floating frame moves upward to the top within the housing, it drives the baffle tube upward, causing the top of the moving plate to pull the pull rope to tighten the rubber tube and again contact the abutment block, causing the abutment block to move away from the floating frame. Simultaneously, the pull rope releases the tightening effect on the rubber tube, thereby achieving timely replenishment of cutting fluid.
