Abstract

The application relates to a method for constructing a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation characteristic spectrum, which comprises the following steps: S1, adding a proper amount of methanol solution into the Feigan preparation to obtain a test sample through ultrasonic treatment, and dissolving a proper amount of baicalin reference substance in methanol to obtain a reference substance; S2, performing high performance liquid chromatography analysis on the test sample and the baicalin reference substance to obtain high performance liquid chromatography characteristic spectra, taking the retention time of the baicalin reference substance as a reference value, determining common peaks according to the relative retention time of the test sample and the baicalin reference substance, determining characteristic peaks by comparison with standard substances, and further constructing the high performance liquid chromatography characteristic spectrum of the Feigan. The characteristic spectrum constructed by the application is used for detecting the quality of the Feigan preparation, and the detection method has good precision, stability and repeatability. The application solves the technical problem that many impurities and serious interference between chromatographic peaks are caused by many traditional Chinese medicine materials in traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations, and realizes efficient monitoring of the product quality of the Feigan preparation.
