Large-bore diesel engine main bearing cap dismounting device and dismounting method

Abstract

The application discloses a large-bore diesel engine main bearing cover dismounting device and dismounting method. The device comprises a hoisting unit, a lower slide rail assembly and a main bearing cover support unit. The hoisting unit is fixed on the upper part of the frame on both sides. The lower slide rail assembly is supported on the oil pan rib plate. The support rod of the main bearing cover support unit is vertically supported on the both ends of the cross beam. The upper end is fixed with the lower end of the main bearing cover screw. The lower end is hinged with the both ends of the cross beam. The top block of the main bearing cover support unit is fixedly connected with the lower center of the main bearing cover. The dismounting method comprises the following steps: 1) completing installation; 2) using the hydraulic stretcher to lengthen the main bearing cover screw to unload the main bearing cover nut; and 3) using the main bearing cover support unit to dismount the main bearing cover. The application significantly improves the work efficiency and operation safety of the main bearing cover dismounting, greatly reduces the labor intensity of the main bearing cover dismounting, and solves the problem of the main bearing cover dismounting of the large-bore diesel engine.
