Abstract

The invention provides a file cross-region storage management method and management system. The management system comprises a main station and a plurality of substations, data transmission is carried out between the main station and the plurality of substations, and the management method comprises the following steps: respectively obtaining first position information of a sending end and basic information of the plurality of substations; determining an adjacent site corresponding to the sending end according to the first position information and the basic information of the plurality of sub-sites; controlling the adjacent site to receive and execute the data request of the sending end, and performing data transmission; controlling the main station to send a synchronization signal to the sub-station, receiving the synchronization signal by the sub-station, executing a synchronization task according to the synchronization signal, and synchronizing the entity information stored in the sub-station to the main station; and controlling the main site to monitor the resource use condition of the sub-site in real time, and controlling the main site to adjust the storage task of the sub-site according to the resource use condition. According to the invention, a management mode of storing entity information in a nearby area is realized, and the data transmission efficiency is improved.
