DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0036] The following description of the various embodiments of the present disclosure is merely exemplary and is by no means a limitation of the present disclosure and its application or usage. The same reference numerals are used to represent the same components in the various drawings, so the construction of the same components will not be described repeatedly.
[0037] In addition, in the following description, the structure of the one-way valve according to the present disclosure will be described by taking the application of the one-way valve in a scroll compressor as an example. However, it can be understood that the one-way valve structure according to the present disclosure is not limited to the scroll compressor, and can be applied to any applicable application.
[0038] Scroll compressors are widely used in air conditioning and heat pump systems. In order to improve the compression efficiency of the scroll compressor and prevent the scroll compressor from reversing, a one-way valve can usually be installed at the exhaust port of the compression mechanism of the scroll compressor (for example, at the fixed scroll component), so that the compressed high-pressure gas can be discharged through the one-way valve, while preventing the high-pressure gas from flowing back.
[0039] Figure 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a one-way valve according to a comparative example; Figure 2 For application Figure 1 An exemplary schematic diagram of the compression mechanism of the one-way valve is shown.
[0040] like Figure 2 As shown, the compression mechanism of the scroll compressor can generally include a fixed scroll component 10 and a movable scroll component 20. The fixed scroll component 10 and the movable scroll component 20 mesh with each other to compress the working fluid (such as refrigerant). The compressed high-pressure gas can be discharged through the exhaust port 11 on the fixed scroll component 10.
[0041] Figure 1 FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of a one-way valve 100 according to a comparative example. The one-way valve 100 may be disposed in the exhaust port 11. Figure 1 As shown, the one-way valve 100 may include a valve plate 110 and a valve sheet 120. A valve hole 112 may be provided on the valve plate 110. High-pressure gas from a compression mechanism may flow through the valve hole 112. The valve sheet 120 may be provided on the valve plate 110 to selectively close or open the valve hole 112, thereby allowing or prohibiting the fluid from passing through the valve hole 112. The valve sheet 120 may include a substantially annular valve sheet fixing portion 122 and a tongue-shaped portion 124 extending radially inward from the valve sheet fixing portion 122. The valve sheet fixing portion 122 may be fixed to the valve plate 110, and the tongue-shaped portion 124 may be configured to close or open the valve hole 112 through its free end, for example, the free end of the tongue-shaped portion 122 may cover the valve hole 112, thereby closing the valve hole. The one-way valve 100 may also include a stopper 130 to limit the maximum displacement range of the valve sheet 120. As shown in the figure, the stopper 130 may include a stopper portion 132, which may be configured to correspond to the structure of the tongue portion 124 of the valve plate 120, and the lower surface of the stopper portion 132 facing the tongue portion 124 (e.g., a portion corresponding to the free end of the tongue portion) may include a slope portion, thereby limiting the range of motion of the tongue portion 124. The valve plate 110, the valve plate 120, and the stopper 130 may be fixed by a pin 140, so that the entire check valve 100 may be fixed in the exhaust port 11 of the fixed scroll component 10.
[0042] Further references Figure 3 When the gas pressure of the high-pressure airflow from the compression mechanism is greater than the gas pressure above the tongue-shaped portion 124, the free end of the tongue-shaped portion 124 of the valve plate 120 will be deflected upward, thereby allowing the airflow to pass through the valve hole 112. On the contrary, when the gas pressure of the high-pressure airflow from the compression mechanism is less than the gas pressure above the tongue-shaped portion 124, the free end of the tongue-shaped portion 124 will move downward (as shown by the arrow in the figure) and abut against the valve hole 112, thereby closing the valve hole 112.
[0043] However, during the up and down vibration of the tongue-shaped portion 124 of the valve plate 120, since the valve plate is usually made of metal material, which is thicker and has better rigidity, the tongue-shaped portion 124 slaps the valve plate 110 and easily generates a large noise, which worsens the noise level of the scroll compressor. According to the known technology, there is a solution to solve the noise problem by additionally providing a muffler above the one-way valve 100. However, this solution has the problem that the efficiency of the scroll compressor is easily reduced because the refrigerant will increase the exhaust pressure loss when passing through the muffler.
[0044] To this end, the inventors have proposed an improved one-way valve structure. The one-way valve is provided with a vibration reduction component, so that when the valve plate closes the valve hole, the vibration reduction component can produce elastic deformation under the action of the force of the valve plate, thereby buffering the impact energy of the valve plate and at least partially absorbing the vibration energy from the valve plate. In this way, the structure of the one-way valve itself is adjusted without changing the efficiency of the scroll compressor, thereby achieving the purpose of noise reduction.
[0045] The following is combined Figures 4 to 10 The one-way valve structure according to the present disclosure is further described in detail.
[0046] Figure 4 FIG. 2 is an exploded schematic diagram of a one-way valve 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 4 As shown, the one-way valve 200 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a valve plate 210 and a valve sheet 220. Similarly, the one-way valve 200 may also include a stopper 230. The valve plate 210 may be provided with a valve hole 212 for passing a fluid. The structure of the valve sheet 220 and the stopper 230 according to this embodiment may be similar to Figure 1 The structure of the one-way valve 100 shown is similar. That is, the valve disc 220 may include a valve disc fixing portion 222 for fixedly connecting to the valve plate 210 and a tongue portion 224 for closing or opening the valve hole 212. The stopper portion 132 of the stopper 230 may be configured to limit the range of motion of the tongue portion 224.
[0047] and Figure 1 The structure of the one-way valve 100 shown is different in that Figure 4The one-way valve 200 of the illustrated embodiment may include a damping sheet 250 disposed between the valve sheet 220 and the valve plate 210. A recessed portion 216 may be disposed on the upper surface 214 of the valve plate 210 facing the damping sheet 250. The damping sheet 250 may be configured to allow fluid to flow through the damping sheet 250 and to be elastically deformed toward the recessed portion 216 on the valve plate 210 under the force of the valve sheet 220 (specifically the tongue-shaped portion 224 in this example). Therefore, when the tongue-shaped portion 224 slaps on the damping sheet 250, the damping sheet 250 may be elastically deformed, and the slapping force may be buffered, thereby reducing the vibration energy of the tongue-shaped portion 224 and achieving the purpose of reducing noise.
[0048] Alternatively, the recessed portion 216 may be formed by further extending from the periphery of the valve hole 212 in a radially outward direction. That is, the periphery of the recessed portion 216 may be located radially outside the periphery of the valve hole 212. The damping sheet 250 may be stacked on the valve plate 210. For example, as shown in the figure, the damping sheet 250 may be a circular plate having a substantially identical profile to the valve plate 210. An orifice 252 may be provided on the damping sheet. The position of the orifice 252 on the damping sheet 250 may correspond to the position of the valve hole 212 on the valve plate 210, so that the high-pressure gas from the compression mechanism can flow directly into the orifice 252 via the valve hole 212. Advantageously, in order to facilitate the damping sheet 250 to produce effective deformation under the flapping action of the tongue-shaped portion 224, the periphery of the orifice 252 may fall within the range surrounded by the periphery of the recessed portion 216.
[0049] according to Figure 4 In the embodiment shown, when the valve disc 220 (specifically the tongue-shaped portion 224) moves downward and hits the vibration damping plate 250, the impact energy will be buffered as the vibration damping plate 250 deforms. Compared with the structure in which the valve disc directly hits the valve plate in the comparative example, part of the impact vibration energy can be distributed to the vibration damping plate 250, that is, the high-energy vibration of the tongue-shaped portion of the valve disc is converted into low-energy vibration of both the tongue-shaped portion and the vibration damping plate, thereby reducing noise. Moreover, since the vibration damping plate has a buffering and vibration absorbing effect on the tongue-shaped portion, the flapping force and vibration energy of the valve disc are reduced, thereby improving the fatigue life of the valve disc.
[0050] Depending on the desired noise reduction effect, fatigue resistance and other performance requirements, vibration damping sheets can have different sizes, profiles and configurations. Figure 5A plurality of different examples of vibration damping plates are shown. In FIG. (f), the orifice 252 is formed as a circular orifice. In the examples shown in FIG. (a)-(e), a groove 254 is further provided at the periphery of the circular orifice 252. The groove 254 can be recessed from the periphery of the orifice 252 toward the periphery of the vibration damping plate 250. And, advantageously, the groove also falls within the range surrounded by the periphery of the recessed portion 216 on the valve plate 210. The provision of the groove can form a cantilever structure at the periphery of the orifice of the vibration damping plate, thereby facilitating the elastic deformation of the vibration damping plate and facilitating improving the fatigue life of the vibration damping plate. The number of grooves 254 can be one or more. For example, in FIG. (a) and FIG. (b), the number of grooves 254 is 6, in FIG. (c) and FIG. (d), the number of grooves 254 is 2, and in FIG. (e), the number of grooves is 8. In the case where the number of grooves is two or more, the distribution of the grooves 254 on the periphery of the orifice 252 can be uniformly distributed, as shown in Figures (a) and (b). Alternatively, the grooves 254 can also be concentratedly distributed at the position corresponding to the free end of the tongue 224 on the periphery of the orifice (i.e., the position that mainly bears the force from the tongue of the valve plate), such as the situation shown in Figures (c) and (d), so that they can be concentratedly deformed under the force of the tongue 224, absorb the vibration energy from the tongue 224, and thus buffer the impact of the tongue 224. Also optionally, a part of the grooves can be arranged close to the free end of the tongue 224, while another part of the grooves can be arranged closer to the fixed end of the tongue 224, as shown in Figure (e). Also optionally, a plurality of grooves can be distributed symmetrically about the longitudinal axis of the tongue 224. The length of the groove (or the depth of the radial recess) can be set according to actual conditions, and can be slightly longer as shown in Figures (a) and (c), or slightly shorter as shown in Figures (b) and (d). In addition, according to different actual needs, the groove can be completely covered by the tongue 224 or the free end of the tongue, or the groove can extend beyond the coverage of the tongue 224 or the free end of the tongue to a certain extent.
[0051] Similarly, the recessed portion on the valve plate 210 can have different sizes, contours and configurations, which can be, for example, Figure 4 and Figure 6 The circular concave portion 216 shown in FIG. (a) may also be as follows Figure 6As shown in FIG. (b) and FIG. (c) of the irregularly shaped recessed portions 216' and 216". Advantageously, the area of the recessed portion can be as large as possible to facilitate the elastic deformation of the vibration damping plate 250 downward. Also advantageously, the recessed portion can be recessed to a sufficient depth relative to the upper surface 214 of the valve plate 210 to ensure that the vibration damping plate 250 does not contact the valve plate 210 after deformation, thereby facilitating the life of the valve plate and the vibration damping plate.
[0052] The vibration damping sheet 250 may be made of any suitable material. For example, in a scroll compressor application, the vibration damping sheet 250 may be made of a metal material. Preferably, the vibration damping sheet 250 may be made of the same material as the valve plate 220, for example, elastic steel, platinum, etc. The vibration damping sheet 250 may also be made of a material different from that of the valve plate 220. Advantageously, the thickness of the vibration damping sheet 250 may be less than or equal to the thickness of the valve plate 210 to facilitate elastic deformation of the vibration damping sheet.
[0053] Similarly, the valve plate 210, the damping plate 250, the valve plate 220 and the stopper 230 can be fixed by the pin 240. When applied to a scroll compressor, the entire check valve 200 can be fixed to the exhaust port of the compression mechanism (such as the exhaust port of the compressor) by a suitable fastener (such as a retaining ring) or by a threaded connection. Figure 2 At the exhaust port 11) shown.
[0054] Figure 7 An exploded schematic diagram of a one-way valve 300 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. Figure 7 The one-way valve 300 shown in FIG. 1 may include a valve plate 310, a valve sheet 320, and a vibration reduction assembly. Similarly, the one-way valve 300 may also include a stopper 330. The valve sheet 320 and the stopper 330 may be of the same Figure 4 The valve plate 220 and the stopper 230 of the one-way valve 200 shown in the figure have the same configuration, and the structures of the valve plate 320 and the stopper 330 will not be described repeatedly herein.
[0055] and Figure 4 The structure of the one-way valve 200 shown in FIG. 1 is different in that the valve plate 310 of the one-way valve 300 adopts the same Figure 1 The valve plate 110 in the comparative example shown has the same structure, that is, the valve plate 310 is a flat circular plate without any concave structure. Figure 4 Unlike the vibration damping assembly of the one-way valve 200 shown in FIG. 1 , the vibration damping assembly of the one-way valve 300 may include a vibration damping sheet 350 disposed between the valve plate 310 and the valve sheet 320. The vibration damping sheet 350 may be provided with a protrusion 356 protruding toward the valve sheet 320. The protrusion 356 is configured to generate elastic deformation under the impact of the force of the valve sheet. Figure 7In the illustrated embodiment, the vibration damping assembly may further include an annular gasket 360. The annular gasket 360 is disposed on the upper surface 354 of the vibration damping plate 350. In other words, the annular gasket 360 may be disposed between the vibration damping plate 350 and the valve plate 320. The protrusion 356 on the vibration damping plate 350 may be enclosed within the range of the inner ring 362 of the annular gasket 360. Advantageously, the thickness of the annular gasket 360 may be the same or substantially the same as the height of the protrusion 356 protruding from the upper surface 354 of the vibration damping plate 350, so as to ensure the one-way flow limiting performance of the one-way valve.
[0056] The vibration damping plate 350 may be provided with an orifice 352 . The position of the orifice 352 may correspond to the position of the valve hole 312 on the valve plate 310 , and the periphery of the orifice 352 may fall within the range of the inner ring 362 of the annular gasket 360 .
[0057] Thus, when the tongue 324 of the valve plate 320 hits the protrusion 356 of the vibration damping plate 350, the protrusion 356 can be compressed and deformed, thereby buffering the flapping force and / or impact energy and reducing the vibration energy of the tongue 324. Compared with the structure of the comparative example in which the tongue of the valve plate directly hits the valve plate, the present embodiment distributes a part of the impact vibration energy to the vibration damping plate, thereby converting the high-energy vibration of the tongue into low-energy vibration of both the valve plate and the vibration damping plate, thereby reducing the exhaust noise of the one-way valve. Moreover, since the vibration damping plate 350 plays a role of buffering and absorbing vibration on the tongue 324 of the valve plate 320, the flapping force and vibration energy of the tongue 324 can be buffered, thereby improving the fatigue life of the valve plate 320.
[0058] Depending on the expected noise reduction effect, fatigue resistance and other performance requirements, the protrusion 356 can have different configurations. Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, the protrusion may include an annular protrusion extending continuously around the circumference of the orifice 352. Optionally, two or more annular protrusions may be arranged from the inside to the outside along the radial direction of the orifice 352. Similarly, the annular gasket 360 may also have other different configurations without being limited to the annular gasket structure in this embodiment, provided that the required noise reduction effect, fatigue resistance and other performance requirements are met.
[0059] Similarly, the valve plate 310, the vibration damping plate 350, the annular gasket 360, the valve plate 320 and the stopper 330 can be fixed by the pin 340. When applied to the scroll compressor, the entire one-way valve 300 can be fixed to the exhaust port of the compression mechanism of the scroll compressor by a suitable fixing method (for example, by a stopper or a threaded connection). Therefore, due to the structural design of the one-way valve itself, it is not necessary to make any structural improvement, modification or adjustment to the scroll compressor, thereby not only achieving the purpose of overall noise reduction of the scroll compressor, but also improving the convenience of the one-way valve in application.
[0060] Fig.10 It shows that without changing the overall structure of the scroll compressor, there is no one-way valve and there is Figure 1 The one-way valve structure of the comparative example shown and the spectrum diagram comparison chart of the one-way valve structure with a vibration reduction assembly according to the present disclosure are shown. Fig.10 In the figure, the three adjacent long bars represent different application scenarios. The leftmost long bar represents the case of scroll compressor No. 1 without a one-way valve, and the middle long bar represents the case of scroll compressor No. 1 with a one-way valve. Figure 1 The comparative example shows the case of scroll compressor No. 2 with a one-way valve structure (i.e., no vibration reduction assembly is provided in the one-way valve), while the long bar on the right represents the case of scroll compressor No. 3 with a one-way valve structure according to the present disclosure (i.e., a one-way valve structure with a vibration reduction assembly). By comparison, it can be seen that when the scroll compressor is running at a low frequency (below 1250 Hz as shown in the figure), the noise level of scroll compressor No. 1 without a one-way valve is generally higher than the noise level of scroll compressors No. 2 and No. 3 with a one-way valve. While in the case where the scroll compressor is running at a higher frequency (above 1600 Hz as shown in the figure), due to the valve plate constantly slapping the valve plate, the noise level of scroll compressors No. 2 and No. 3 with a one-way valve is generally higher than the noise level of scroll compressor No. 1 without a one-way valve. However, among scroll compressors No. 2 and No. 3 which are also provided with one-way valves, the noise level of scroll compressor No. 3 is lower than that of scroll compressor No. 2, especially, as shown in Fig.10 As shown by the two rectangular boxes on the left, the scroll compressor with the one-way valve of the vibration reduction assembly according to the present disclosure has a more obvious noise reduction effect when the frequency is between 2000 and 2500 Hz and 5000 and 8000 Hz. Moreover, from the overall operation of the scroll compressor, as shown in FIG. Fig.10As indicated by the rightmost rectangular box, the noise level of the scroll compressor No. 3 provided with the one-way valve according to the present disclosure is 72.7 decibels, the noise level of the scroll compressor No. 1 without the one-way valve is 71.8 decibels, and the noise level of the scroll compressor No. 2 provided with the one-way valve as in the comparative example is 74.8 decibels. It can be seen that the noise level of the scroll compressor No. 3 provided with the one-way valve according to the present disclosure is only 0.9 decibels higher than the noise level of the scroll compressor No. 1 without the one-way valve, that is, the noise level is low. The noise level of the scroll compressor No. 3 provided with the one-way valve according to the present disclosure is 2.1 decibels lower than the noise level of the scroll compressor No. 2 provided with the one-way valve as in the comparative example, that is, the noise reduction effect relative to the comparative example is very significant. It can be seen from this that the one-way valve structure according to the present disclosure has a good noise reduction effect, which is conducive to reducing the overall noise level of the scroll compressor. At the same time, since the vibration damping plate has a good buffering and vibration absorbing effect on the valve plate, the fatigue life of the valve plate can be improved.
[0061] Although various embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail herein, it should be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the specific embodiments described and shown in detail herein, and other modifications and variations can be implemented by those skilled in the art without departing from the essence and scope of the present disclosure.
