Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the field of batteries, and in particular to a perovskite light-absorbing layer, a perovskite crystalline silicon stacked battery and a preparation method thereof, and a photovoltaic module. Background Art

[0002] Solar energy is a renewable energy source. Using photovoltaic cells to convert solar energy into electrical energy is one of the most effective ways to utilize solar energy. Among them, in halide perovskite solar cells, the formation of excessive lead iodide (PbI2) is not conducive to device stability. In the field of perovskite crystalline silicon stacked cells, in order to increase its short-circuit current density and promote its industrialization, the crystalline silicon bottom cell used has a 2 μm~5 μm velvet structure. The one-step solution method is no longer suitable for preparing high-quality perovskite films on large velvet crystalline silicon bottom cells. The evaporation + solution method has been developed as one of the methods for achieving conformal deposition of perovskites on commercial large velvet crystalline silicon cells. However, residual lead iodide is prone to appear at the bottom of the perovskite prepared by the traditional evaporation + solution method, which will lead to poor stability of the device. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the traditional technology. Summary of the invention

[0044] The study found that directly evaporating metal halides on the surface of the hole transport layer, because the metal halide layer prepared by the evaporation process is relatively dense and not easily penetrated by the organic ammonium salt solution, the metal halide at the bottom is not easily completely reacted, resulting in poor device stability.

[0045] An embodiment of the present application provides a method for preparing a perovskite light absorbing layer, comprising the following steps:

[0046] Step S10: preparing an organic halide layer on a substrate using an organic halide solution.

[0047] In some of the examples, in step S10 , the organic halide in the organic halide solution includes an organic ammonium halide.

[0048] In some of the examples, in step S10, the organic halide in the organic halide solution includes one or more of formamidine hydroiodide (FAI), formamidine hydrobromide (FABr), formamidine hydrochloride (FACl), tetraethylammonium chloride (TEACl), propylenediamine iodide (PDADI) and phenethylammonium iodide (PEAI).

[0049] In some of the examples, in step S10 , the solvent in the organic halide solution includes one or more of dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) and N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP).

[0050] In some of the examples, in step S10, the concentration of the organic halide solution is 0.1 mg / mL to 10 mg / mL.

[0051] It will be appreciated that the concentration of the organic halide solution includes, but is not limited to, 0.1 mg / mL, 0.5 mg / mL, 1 mg / mL, 2 mg / mL, 3 mg / mL, 4 mg / mL, 5 mg / mL, 6 mg / mL, 7 mg / mL, 8 mg / mL, 9 mg / mL, and 10 mg / mL; in some examples, the concentration may be within a range consisting of any two of these point values as end values, the same below.

[0052] Optionally, the concentration of the organic halide solution is 1 mg / mL to 10 mg / mL.

[0053] Furthermore, the concentration of the organic halide solution is 1 mg / mL to 5 mg / mL.

[0054] It can be understood that the method for preparing the organic halide layer is a solution method.

[0055] In some of the examples, in step S10, the method of preparing the organic halide layer includes one of spin coating, slit coating and blade coating.

[0056] Optionally, for a small substrate, a spin coating method or a scraping method is used; for example, for a 2.5cm*2.5cm substrate, the amount of the organic halide solution used by the spin coating method is 100 μL~200 μL, and the amount used by the scraping method is 3 μL~10 μL. For a large substrate, a slit coating method is used, for example, for a 10cm*10cm substrate, the amount of the organic halide solution used by the spin coating method is 50 μL~100 μL.

[0057] In some examples, in step S10 , the substrate is a suede substrate.

[0058] Step S20: preparing a first metal halide layer on the surface of the organic halide layer, and then performing a first annealing treatment to form a perovskite intermediate layer.

[0059] It can be understood that step S20 includes step S21 and step S22:

[0060] Step S21: preparing a first metal halide layer on the surface of the organic halide layer.

[0061] In some examples, in step S21, the first metal halide layer includes Pb 2+ and Cs + At least one of .

[0062] In some of the examples, in step S21, the first metal halide layer includes one or more of lead iodide (PbI2), lead bromide (PbBr2), lead chloride (PbCl2), cesium iodide (CsI), cesium bromide (CsBr), and cesium chloride (CsCl).

[0063] In some of the examples, in step S21, the thickness of the first metal halide layer is 250 nm to 550 nm.

[0064] It can be understood that the thickness of the first metal halide layer includes but is not limited to 250 nm, 300 nm, 350 nm, 400 nm, 450 nm, 500 nm, and 550 nm.

[0065] In some of the examples, in step S21 , the method of preparing the first metal halide layer includes thermal evaporation.

[0066] In some of the examples, in step S21, the deposition rate of the thermal evaporation method is 0.4 Å / s to 1.4 Å / s.

[0067] It is understood that the deposition rate of the thermal evaporation method includes but is not limited to 0.4 Å / s, 0.5 Å / s, 0.6 Å / s, 0.8 Å / s, 1 Å / s, 1.1 Å / s, 1.2 Å / s, 1.3 Å / s, and 1.4 Å / s.

[0068] Optionally, in the step of preparing the first metal halide layer by thermal evaporation, Pb 2+ The deposition rate is 1 Å / s ~1.4 Å / s, and the evaporated Cs + The deposition rate is 0.4 Å / s ~0.6 Å / s,

[0069] By controlling the deposition rate, the adhesion properties of the first metal halide layer are ensured.

[0070] Step S22: subjecting the organic halide layer and the first metal halide layer prepared in step S21 to a first annealing treatment to form a perovskite intermediate layer.

[0071] In some of the examples, in step S22, the perovskite intermediate layer includes a perovskite thin film layer and a second metal halide layer, and the perovskite thin film layer is disposed between the substrate and the second metal halide layer.

[0072] It can be understood that after the organic halide layer and the first metal halide layer are subjected to the first annealing treatment, the organic halide in the organic halide layer reacts with the metal halide in the first metal halide layer close to the organic halide layer to generate a perovskite thin film layer, and the second metal halide layer is the remaining metal halide layer in the first metal halide layer that has not reacted with the organic halide.

[0073] In some of the examples, in step S22 , the second metal halide layer is a porous metal halide layer.

[0074] It can be understood that in some of the examples, the organic halide solution in step S10 includes a solvent that can dissolve the metal halide in the first metal halide layer, and the solvent is volatilized during the first annealing treatment, so that the remaining metal halide layer that has not reacted with the organic halide is porous, thereby preparing a porous inorganic framework layer (second metal halide layer). It can be further understood that the above-mentioned specific types of dimethylamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, N,N-dimethylacetamide and N-methylpyrrolidone can achieve the preparation of a porous metal halide layer.

[0075] In some of the examples, in step S22, the temperature of the first annealing treatment is 150°C to 200°C, and the time is 2 min to 10 min.

[0076] It can be understood that the temperature of the first annealing treatment includes but is not limited to 150°C, 160°C, 170°C, 180°C, 190°C, and 200°C, and the time includes but is not limited to 2 min, 3 min, 5 min, 8 min, and 10 min.

[0077] Step S30: forming an organic ammonium salt film layer on the surface of the perovskite intermediate layer away from the substrate using an organic ammonium salt solution, and performing a second annealing treatment to prepare a perovskite absorption layer.

[0078] The preparation method of the perovskite light-absorbing layer of the present application first uses an organic halide solution to prepare an organic halide layer, and then prepares a first metal halide layer on the surface of the organic halide layer. After the organic halide layer and the first metal halide layer are subjected to a first annealing treatment, the organic halide in the organic halide layer reacts with the metal halide in the first metal halide layer close to the organic halide layer to generate a perovskite thin film layer; the metal halide layer in the first metal halide layer that has not reacted with the first organic halide reacts with the organic ammonium salt in the organic ammonium salt film layer, so that the metal halide in the first metal halide layer reacts completely, effectively reducing the influence of the metal halide on the stability performance of the device, thereby effectively improving the stability performance of the device.

[0079] It can be understood that the perovskite absorption layer prepared in step S30 includes the perovskite thin film layer prepared in step S22 and the perovskite thin film layer obtained by reacting the second metal halide layer with the organic ammonium salt in the organic ammonium salt film layer in step S30.

[0080] In some examples, in step S30, the temperature of the second annealing treatment is 150° C. to 180° C., and the time is 20 min to 30 min.

[0081] It can be understood that the temperature of the second annealing treatment includes but is not limited to 150°C, 155°C, 160°C, 165°C, 170°C, 175°C, and 180°C, and the time includes but is not limited to 20 min, 23 min, 25 min, 28 min, and 30 min.

[0082] In some of the examples, in step S30, the method of forming the organic ammonium salt film layer independently includes one of spin coating, slit coating and blade coating.

[0083] In some of the examples, in step S30, the organic ammonium salt solution includes one or more of methylammonium iodide (MAI), methylammonium bromide (MABr), methylammonium chloride (MACl), formamidine hydroiodide (FAI), formamidine hydrobromide (FABr), formamidine hydrochloride (FACl) and methylammonium thiocyanate (MASCN).

[0084] In some of the examples, in step S30, the thickness of the perovskite light absorbing layer is 300 nm to 800 nm.

[0085] It can be understood that the thickness of the perovskite light absorbing layer includes but is not limited to 300 nm, 400 nm, 500 nm, 600 nm, 700 nm, and 800 nm.

[0086] Before preparing the metal halide layer, the present application first prepares the organic halide layer by solution method, reacts the metal halide at the bottom which is not easily reacted, and evaporates the high boiling point solvent which is easy to dissolve the metal halide by heating to prepare the porous inorganic framework layer (second metal halide layer). At the same time, the organic halide layer introduced can passivate the buried interface of the perovskite, reduce defects, promote carrier transport, and improve the photoelectric conversion performance of the device.
