Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a coil device that can be used as a transformer or the like provided inside a charging station of an electric vehicle or the like. Background Art

[0002] A relatively large coil device that can handle high voltage and high current is sometimes used inside a charging station for electric vehicles, etc. In addition, in order to achieve stable operation of the charging station, etc., such a coil device is required to have high durability.

[0003] As a conventional transformer capable of handling large currents, for example, a transformer in which the end of the secondary coil is fixed to a base plate outside the transformer has been proposed. However, in such conventional transformers, since the end of the secondary coil is fixed to the base plate, which is an external component of the transformer, the fixing position of the secondary coil is easily deviated, and thus, the assembly work may become complicated, or the fixing reliability of the coil may be insufficient, which may become a problem.

[0007] Problems to be solved by the invention

[0008] The present disclosure has been made in view of such actual circumstances, and provides a coil device that can be reliably and easily fixed and that can ensure reliability, and that can ensure an insulation distance even in a compact shape.

[0009] Technical solutions to solve problems

[0010] In order to achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a coil device having:

[0011] Winding rack;

[0012] a core mounted on the winding frame;

[0013] A first coil and a second coil are wound on the winding frame,

[0014] The bobbin has a first terminal block provided with a first terminal to which an end of the first coil is connected, a second terminal block provided with a second terminal to which an end of the second coil is connected, and a plurality of fixing portions for fixing to other components.

[0015] In a height direction that is a direction parallel to the winding axes of the first coil and the second coil, the first terminal block is located at a first height, and the second terminal block is located at a second height that is different from the first height.

[0016] In the coil device disclosed in the present invention, the winding frame has a first terminal block and a second terminal block, so that the ends of the first coil and the second coil can be fixed with high precision, and the fixing reliability of the first coil and the second coil is high. In addition, in addition to the first terminal block and the second terminal block, the winding frame also has a plurality of fixing parts, so other components such as a universal base plate can also be easily and reliably fixed. In addition, in the coil device disclosed in the present invention, because the first terminal block and the second terminal block are located at different height directions, the insulation distance between the first terminal and the second terminal can be ensured even in a compact shape.

[0017] In addition, for example, the winding frame may include: a first winding frame having the first terminal block and the plurality of fixing portions and wound with the first coil; and a second winding frame that is separable from the first winding frame and has the second terminal block and wound with the second coil.

[0018] Since the first winding frame and the second winding frame can be separated, the first coil and the second coil can be formed on each winding frame and then combined, so the coil device is easy to assemble. In addition, since the first terminal block and the second terminal block are respectively provided on the separable first winding frame and the second winding frame, the difference in the height direction of the first terminal block and the second terminal block can be increased.

[0019] In addition, for example, the coil device of the present disclosure may also include a pair of insulating covers, which are mounted on the winding frame from both sides and cover at least a portion of the first coil and the second coil.

[0020] The pair of insulating covers may respectively include a first engaging portion engaged with the first winding frame and a second engaging portion engaged with the second winding frame, so as to connect the first winding frame and the second winding frame.

[0021] In this coil device, since the pair of insulating covers connects the first winding frame and the second winding frame, even if the winding frame can be separated into the first winding frame and the second winding frame, they can be easily assembled with high accuracy.

[0022] In addition, for example, the coil device of the present disclosure may also include a pair of insulating covers, which are mounted on the winding frame from both sides and cover at least a portion of the first coil and the second coil.

[0023] The pair of insulating covers may each include an extension portion that is arranged inside one and the other of the plurality of fixing portions and outside an end portion of the first coil when viewed along the height direction.

[0024] The pair of insulating covers having such an extended portion can extend the insulation distance between the end of the first coil and the first terminal connected to the end of the first coil and the fixing member connected to the fixing portion.

[0025] In addition, for example, a protruding length of the first terminal block from the winding axis in a first direction perpendicular to the height direction is longer than a protruding length of the second terminal block from the winding axis in the first direction.

[0026] By making the protruding length of the first terminal block longer than that of the second terminal block, it is possible to prevent the entire predetermined surface of the first terminal block facing the second terminal block from being blocked by the second terminal block, thereby enabling smooth installation of the first terminal block.

[0027] In addition, for example, a first terminal fixing portion for fixing the first terminal may be formed on the first terminal block.

[0028] The first terminal fixing portion may be arranged at a position not overlapping with the second terminal block when viewed along the height direction.

[0029] This coil device allows a tool to easily enter the first terminal fixing portion, so that assembly and maintenance are easy.

[0030] Furthermore, for example, a guide groove for guiding the end portion of the first coil may be formed in the first terminal block.

[0031] By forming the guide groove, the first terminal block can reliably hold the end of the first coil, and can extend the insulation distance between the end of the first coil and other parts. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0045] First embodiment

[0046] Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described based on the embodiments shown in the drawings.

[0047] Figure 1 The coil device 10 of the present embodiment shown is suitable as a transformer used in a car charging station, for example. However, the use of the coil device 10 is not limited to a car charging station. The same is true for other embodiments. Figure 1 As shown, the coil device 10 includes a bobbin 20, a core 50, a first coil 60, a second coil 70, a third coil 76, a pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b, and an adhesive tape 18.

[0048] Figure 2 is a side view of the coil device 10, Figure 3 is a top view of the coil device 10. Figure 1 to Figure 3As shown, the coil arrangement 10 has a substantially cuboid outer shape. Figure 4 yes Figure 1 to Figure 3 The exploded perspective view of the coil device 10 is shown. Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 1 , in the coil device 10 , a pair of insulating covers 80 a and 80 b and a core 50 are mounted on a bobbin 20 around which the first to third coils 60 , 70 , and 76 are wound. Figure 4 middle, Figure 1 The tape 18 and external wirings 16 and 17 shown are not shown.

[0049] like Figure 4 As shown, the core 50 is composed of a core first portion 50a and a core second portion 50b having substantially symmetrical shapes, and the core first portion 50a and the core second portion 50b are installed to sandwich the winding frame 20 from above and below. After the core 50 is assembled to the winding frame 20, Figure 1 The core 50 is fixed with the tape 18 shown. In fixing the core 50 to the winding frame 20, an adhesive or the like may be used as necessary.

[0050] The core 50 of the coil device 10 is an E-E core having a core first portion 50a and a core second portion 50b, but the core 50 is not limited to the E-E core, and may be other shapes such as an E-I core. In addition, the core 50 is not limited to being divided into two into the core first portion 50a and the core second portion 50b, but may be divided into three or four.

[0051] The core 50 includes a core center leg 52 inserted through the hollow portion 20a of the winding frame 20, core side legs 53 and 54 extending vertically in parallel with the core center leg 52, and core connecting portions 56 and 58 connecting the core center leg 52 and the two ends of the core side legs 53 and 54. The core 50 is made of a metal such as iron or a magnetic material such as ferrite. A gap may be formed at the connecting portion between the core first portion 50a and the core second portion 50b in the core center leg 52 or the core side legs 53 and 54 according to the characteristics required by the coil device 10, or a non-magnetic gap material for forming the gap may be configured.

[0052] Figure 5 is from Figure 1 The coil device 10 shown in the figure is a partial figure of the coil device 10, in which the core 50, the pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b and the tape 18 are set to a non-display state. Figure 5 As shown, a first coil 60 , a second coil 70 , and a third coil 76 are wound on the bobbin 20 .

[0053] Figure 61 is a perspective view showing the bobbin 20 of the coil device 10. The bobbin 20 has a first terminal block 32, a second terminal block 42, and a third terminal block 47. The bobbin 20 also has a plurality of fixing portions 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d for fixing the coil device 10 to other components.

[0054] like Figure 5 As shown, the bobbin 20 can be separated into two upper and lower parts in the direction parallel to the winding axis A of the first coil 60 and the second coil 70, that is, in the height direction H. That is, the bobbin 20 has a first bobbin 30 constituting approximately half of the lower side of the bobbin 20, and a second bobbin 40 constituting approximately half of the upper side of the bobbin 20.

[0055] like Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 2 , the first winding frame 30 in the winding frame 20 includes a first terminal block 32 and a plurality of fixing portions 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d, and a first winding frame body 30c. Figure 5 As shown, the first winding portion 62 of the first coil 60 is wound around the first bobbin body 30 c of the first bobbin 30 .

[0056] like Figure 1 As shown, a pair of first terminals 35 are provided on the first terminal block 32. Both ends of the first coil 60, i.e., a pair of first coil ends 64, are connected to the pair of first terminals 35. Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the first terminal block 32 and the plurality of fixing portions 31 a , 31 b , 31 c , and 31 d are arranged below the first bobbin body 30 c .

[0057] like Figure 6 As shown, the second winding frame 40 in the winding frame 20 is arranged just above the first winding frame 30 and can be separated from the first winding frame 30. In addition, the second winding frame 40 can be separated from the first winding frame 30 means that the second winding frame 40 and the first winding frame 30 are separately manufactured, and when the coil device 10 is assembled, the first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 are combined to form the winding frame 20. Therefore, even if the first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 are in a state where they cannot be easily separated due to adhesion or the like after assembly, as long as they are not integrally formed but combined, it can be stipulated that the second winding frame 40 and the first winding frame 30 can be separated.

[0058] like Figure 6 As shown in FIG. 4 , the second winding frame 40 includes a second terminal block 42, a third terminal block 47, and a second winding frame body 40c. Figure 5 As shown, the second winding portion 72 of the second coil 70 and the third winding portion 77 of the third coil 76 are wound around the second bobbin body 40 c of the second bobbin 40 .

[0059] like Figure 1 As shown, a pair of second terminals 45 are provided on the second terminal block 42. The two ends of the second coil 70, i.e., a pair of second coil ends 74, are connected to the pair of second terminals 45. In addition, a pair of third terminals 25 are provided on the third terminal block 47. The two ends of the third coil 76, i.e., a pair of third coil ends 78, are connected to the pair of third terminals 25. Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the second terminal block 42 and the third terminal block 47 are arranged above the second bobbin body 40 c.

[0060] like Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, the first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 are stacked in the height direction to form the winding frame 20, and are assembled in a manner in which the upper surface of the first winding frame 30, i.e., the first winding frame upper surface 30a, and the lower surface of the second winding frame 40, i.e., the second winding frame lower surface 40a, face each other.

[0061] like Figure 2 As shown, the first terminal block 32 is located at a first height H1 in the height direction H, and the second terminal block 42 is located at a second height H2 different from the first height H1 in the height direction H. In addition, the third terminal block 47 is located at the same second height H2 as the second terminal block 42 in the height direction H. Figure 2 As shown, the heights H1 and H2 of the respective parts are defined by the distance along the height direction H from the end (coil bottom end 10a) on the fixing portion 31a to 31d side of the coil device 10 to the upper end of the respective parts.

[0062] like Figure 3 As shown, the first terminal block 32 and the second terminal block 42 have different protrusion lengths in the first direction D1 perpendicular to the height direction H. That is, the protrusion length of the first terminal block 32 from the winding axis A in the first direction D1, that is, the first protrusion length L1, is longer than the protrusion length of the second terminal block 42 from the winding axis A in the first direction D1, that is, the second protrusion length L2. In addition, in the present embodiment, when the coil device 10 is observed from above along the height direction H, the first direction D1 is parallel to the center position C1 of the gap between the pair of first terminals 35, the center position C2 of the gap between the pair of second terminals 45, and the center line C of the winding axis A.

[0063] Furthermore, if Figure 6 As shown, a fixed first terminal 35 (see Figure 3 )'s first terminal fixing portion 33. Figure 6 The first terminal fixing portion 33 shown is provided Figure 3 The recessed portion of the bolt and nut serving as the first terminal fixing metal member 36 for fixing the first terminal 35 is as shown in FIG. Figure 3As shown, the first terminal 35 is fixed to the first terminal fixing portion 33 via a first terminal fixing metal member 36 .

[0064] like Figure 3 As shown, when the coil device 10 is viewed from above along the height direction H, the first terminal fixing portion 33 (see Figure 6 ) is arranged at a position not overlapping with the second terminal block 42. Figure 3 In the diagram, the position of the first terminal fixing portion 33 is recognized as the position of the first terminal fixing metal member 36 .

[0065] In addition, if Figure 6 As shown, the second terminal station 42 and the third terminal station 47 are formed with a second terminal fixing portion 43 and a third terminal fixing portion 48 for fixing the second terminal 45 and the third terminal 25. Figure 3 As shown, the second terminal 45 is fixed to the second terminal fixing portion 43 via the second terminal fixing metal member 46, and the third terminal 25 is fixed to the third terminal fixing portion 48 via the third terminal fixing metal member 26. In addition, the first to third terminal fixing metal members 36, 46, 26 are not limited to bolts and nuts, and the first to third terminals 35, 45, 25 can also be fixed to the first to third terminal fixing portions 33, 43, 48 by other metal members or fixing structures.

[0066] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, the protruding length of the first terminal block 32 in the first direction D1 is different from that of the third terminal block 47. That is, the third terminal block 47 and the first terminal block 32 and the second terminal block 42 protrude in opposite directions based on the winding axis A. The absolute value of the protruding length of the third terminal block 47 from the winding axis A in the first direction D1, that is, the third protruding length L3, is substantially equal to the second protruding length L2 and is opposite in sign.

[0067] like Figure 3 As shown, when the coil device 10 is viewed from above along the height direction H, the first terminal fixing portion 33 (see Figure 6 ) is arranged at a position that does not overlap not only the second terminal block 42 but also the third terminal block 47. In the coil device 10, the second terminal block 42 and the third terminal block 47 are roughly symmetrical with respect to the winding axis A, but the second terminal block 42 and the third terminal block 47 may also be asymmetrical.

[0068] like Figure 1 and Figure 3As shown, the first winding frame 30 in the winding frame 20 has four fixing parts 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d. A through hole is formed in each fixing part 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d. A fixing member such as a bolt for fixing the coil device 10 to other components such as a substrate is inserted into the through hole of each fixing part 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d.

[0069] like Figure 3 As shown, the fixing portions 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d are dispersedly arranged at approximately equal intervals on the circumference surrounding the winding axis A in such a manner that the winding axis A is arranged near the center of a polygon (a quadrilateral in the embodiment) connecting the fixing portions 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d. Such an arrangement of the fixing portions 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d is preferred in terms of improving the fixing stability of the coil device 10 relative to other components.

[0070] like Figure 2 As shown, the four fixing parts 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d are located at the same position in the height direction H, and are all located near the bottom end 10a of the coil. Figure 1 As shown, it is also preferred that one or more of the fixing parts 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d (fixing parts 31a and 31b in the coil device 10) are connected to the first terminal block 32 in order to improve the fixing stability of the coil device 10 relative to other components. However, the number and arrangement of the fixing parts 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d are not limited to Figure 1 to Figure 6 Similar to the coil device 10 shown, any number of fixing portions may be arranged at any positions on the bobbin 20 .

[0071] The first coil 60 has a Figure 5 The first winding portion 62 wound around the first bobbin body 30c as shown in FIG. Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , a pair of first coil ends 64 are led out from the first winding portion 62 to the first terminal block 32 and connected to the first terminal 35. Figure 1 As shown, a first guide groove 34 for guiding the end of the first coil 60, i.e., the first coil end 64, is formed on the first terminal block 32. The first coil end 64 is led downward from the first winding portion 62. The first coil end 64 is guided by the first guide groove 34, thereby preventing the first coil end 64 from floating from the first terminal block 32, and reliably ensuring the insulation distance.

[0072] The second coil 70 has a Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , a second winding portion 72 wound on the second bobbin body 40c and a pair of second coil ends 74 drawn from the second winding portion 72 to the second terminal block 42 and connected to the second terminal 45. Figure 1As shown, the second terminal block 42 is provided with a second guide groove 44 for guiding the end of the second coil 70 , ie, the second coil end 74 .

[0073] In addition, the third coil 76 has Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the third winding portion 77 is wound around the second bobbin body 40c in the same manner as the second coil 70, and a pair of third coil ends 78 are led out from the third winding portion 77 to the third terminal block 47 and connected to the third terminal 25. Figure 1 As shown, a third guide groove 49 for guiding the end of the third coil 76 , that is, the third coil end 78 , is formed on the third terminal block 47 .

[0074] The first to third coil ends 64, 74, 78 are fixed to the first to third terminals 35, 45, 25 by fusing or thermocompression bonding. However, the method of fixing the first to third coil ends 64, 74, 78 and the first to third terminals 35, 45, 25 is not limited to fusing or thermocompression bonding.

[0075] like Figure 4 As shown, a pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b are mounted on the bobbin 20 from both sides, that is, from the second direction D2. Here, the second direction D2 is a direction perpendicular to both the height direction H and the first direction D1. The insulating covers 80a, 80b cover at least a portion of the first coil 60, the second coil 70, and the third coil 76. In particular, the insulating covers 80a, 80b are arranged between the first bobbin body 30c and the second bobbin body 40c and the core side legs 53, 54 to cover the first winding portion 62 wound on the first bobbin body 30c, and the second winding portion 72 and the third winding portion 77 wound on the second bobbin body 40c from the outside of the bobbin 20. Such insulating covers 80a, 80b can extend the insulation distance between the first to third winding portions 62, 72, 77 and the core 50.

[0076] like Figure 4 As shown, a pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b have first engaging portions 81a, 81b that engage with the first winding frame 30 constituting the lower portion of the winding frame 20, and second engaging portions 82a, 82b that engage with the second winding frame 40 constituting the upper portion of the winding frame 20. The second engaging portions 82a, 82b are formed in the insulating covers 80a, 80b at a portion that is opposite to the upper surface of the second winding frame body 40c from above, and engage with the winding frame side engaging portion 40d formed on the upper surface of the second winding frame body 40c. In addition, the first engaging portions 81a, 81b are formed in the insulating covers 80a, 80b at a side that is opposite to the lower surface of the first winding frame body 30c from below, and engage with the winding frame side engaging portion (at the bottom) formed on the lower surface of the first winding frame body 30c. Figure 4 (blocked by other components) engaged.

[0077] A pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b having first engaging portions 81a, 81b and second engaging portions 82a, 82b sandwich the first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 from above and below to connect the first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40. In such a coil device 10, since the pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b can keep the separable first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 inseparable, the process of assembling the core first part 50a and the core second part 50b on the winding frame 20 can be easily performed.

[0078] In addition, if Figure 4 As shown, the pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b respectively have extensions 84a, 84b protruding in the first direction D1 from portions of the insulating covers 80a, 80b that are opposed to the first bobbin body 30c and the second bobbin body 40c. Figure 1 As shown, the extensions 84a and 84b of the insulating covers 80a and 80b are exposed above the first terminal block 32 from between the core side legs 53 and 54 and the first and second bobbin bodies 30c and 40c.

[0079] like Figure 3 As shown, when viewed from above along the height direction H, the extensions 84a and 84b are arranged inside the fixing portion 31a of one of the plurality of fixing portions 31a to 31d and the fixing portion 31d of another fixing portion and outside the first coil end 64. Such extensions 84a and 84b can extend the insulation distance between the fixing member or core side legs 53 and 54 of the coil device 10 provided at the fixing portions 31a and 31d and the first coil end 64, thereby improving the withstand voltage characteristics of the coil device 10.

[0080] In the manufacture of the coil device 10, the first winding frame 30 with the first coil 60 wound thereon is manufactured with respect to the electric wire wound thereon to form the first coil 60. In addition, by connecting the first terminal 35 to the first coil end 64 of the first coil 60 and fixing the first terminal 35 to the first terminal block 32, the winding of the first coil 60 can be prevented from collapsing.

[0081] On the other hand, the second bobbin 40 is provided with the second coil 70 and the third coil 76 wound thereon with respect to the electric wire wound thereon by the second bobbin 40. In addition, as in the case of the first coil 60, the second terminal 45 and the third terminal 25 are connected to the second coil end 74 and the third coil end 78 of the second coil 70 and the third coil 76, and the second terminal 45 is fixed to the second terminal block 42, and the third terminal 25 is fixed to the third terminal block 47.

[0082] Figure 6The first bobbin 30 and the second bobbin 40 shown in the figure are separable, so the process of winding the first coil 60 and the process of winding the second and third coils 70, 76 can be performed separately in the state where the first bobbin 30 and the second bobbin 40 are separated. Furthermore, the first bobbin 30 on which the first coil 60 is wound and the second bobbin 40 on which the second coil 70 and the third coil 76 are wound are separated from each other. Figure 5 Next, for Figure 4 The first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 stacked as shown are provided with a pair of insulating covers 80a and 80b from both sides thereof, and the first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 are connected via the insulating covers 80a and 80b.

[0083] Furthermore, the bobbin 20 on which the first to third coils 60, 70, 76 are wound and on which the insulating covers 80a, 80b are installed is installed. Figure 4 The core first part 50a and the core second part 50b are shown, and the use of Figure 1 The coil device 10 is obtained by fixing the coil device 10 with the adhesive tape 18 etc. shown.

[0084] The core 50 is made of a magnetic material such as metal or ferrite. The bobbin 20 and the insulating covers 80a, 80b are made of an insulating material such as resin. The first to third coils 60, 70, 76 are made of a coated wire or the like. In addition, the first to third terminals 35, 45, 25 are made of a metal such as a copper alloy such as phosphor bronze or the like.

[0085] Figure 1 to Figure 6 The coil device 10 shown in the figure can fix the ends of the first coil 60 and the second coil 70, namely the first coil end 64 and the second coil end 74, with high precision because the winding frame 20 has the first terminal block 32 and the second terminal block 42, and the fixing reliability of the first coil 60 and the second coil 70 is high. The third coil also has the third terminal block 47. In addition, the winding frame 20 (especially the first winding frame 30) has a plurality of fixing portions 31a to 31d in addition to the first terminal block 32 and the second terminal block 42, so that other components such as a universal base plate or substrate can be easily and reliably fixed. In addition, as Figure 2 As shown, in the coil device 10, the first terminal block 32 and the second terminal block 42 are located at different positions in the height direction H. Therefore, even in a compact shape, the insulation distance between the first terminal 35 and the second terminal 45 can be ensured, and excellent withstand voltage characteristics can be achieved.

[0086] In addition, since the first winding frame 30 and the second winding frame 40 can be separated, the first coil 60, the second coil 70 and the third coil 76 can be formed on the first and second winding frames 30 and 40 respectively and then combined, so the coil device 10 is easy to assemble. Figure 4 The insulating cover not only ensures the insulation distance between the first to third coils 60 , 70 , 76 and the core 50 , but also connects the first bobbin 30 and the second bobbin 40 , thereby achieving easy and high-precision assembly of the coil device 10 .

[0087] Furthermore, if Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the coil device 10 prevents the entire surface of the first terminal block 32 that faces the second terminal block 42 (upper side) from being blocked by the second terminal block 42 by making the protruding length L1 of the first terminal block 32 longer than the protruding length L2 of the second terminal block 42. As a result, the coil device 10 can smoothly perform installation operations such as the external wiring 17 relative to the first terminal block 32. In particular, when viewed along the height direction H, the first terminal fixing portion 33 (see Figure 6 ) is preferably arranged at a position not overlapping with the second terminal block 42. Such a coil device 10 allows tools to easily enter the fixing parts such as bolts provided on the first terminal fixing portion 33, so that it is easy to assemble and has good maintainability.

[0088] In addition, Figure 1 and Figure 2 In the embodiment, one end of the external wiring 17 and 16 formed by the bus bar is fixed to the first terminal block 32 and the second terminal block 42 via the first terminal fixing metal member 36 and the second terminal fixing metal member 46. Thus, the external wiring 17 and 16 and the first terminal 35 and the second terminal 45 are connected to form a wiring path to the coil device 10. In addition, Figure 1 and Figure 2 In the figure, the external wiring connected to the third terminal 25 is omitted. In addition, the external wiring 17 and 16 forming the wiring path to the coil device 10 are not limited to Figure 1 and Figure 2 The busbars shown in the figure may also form wiring paths using conductive wires such as lead wires.

[0089] Second embodiment

[0090] Figure 7 2 is a perspective view of a coil device 110 according to the second embodiment. The coil device 110 is different from the coil device 110 in that it does not include a portion corresponding to the third coil 76, the third terminal 25, and the third terminal fixing metal fitting 26. Figure 1However, the coil device 110 is the same as the coil device 10 except that it does not have the third coil 76, the third terminal 25, and the third terminal fixing metal member 26. In the description of the coil device 110, only the differences from the coil device 10 are described, and the same reference numerals as those of the coil device 10 are marked for the common points with the coil device 10 and the description is omitted.

[0091] like Figure 7 As shown, the coil device 110 includes a bobbin 20, a core 50, a first coil 60, a second coil 70, a pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b, and an adhesive tape 18, etc. Figure 1 The coil arrangements 10 shown are identical. Figure 8 is a top view of the coil device 110, Fig. 9 It is an exploded perspective view of the coil device 110 .

[0092] like Fig. 9 As shown, only the second winding portion 72 of the second coil 70 is wound on the second bobbin 40 of the coil device 110, and the coil device 110 does not have a third coil. In addition, the first winding frame 30 of the coil device 110 is the same as the first winding frame 30 of the coil device 10, and the first winding portion 62 of the first coil 60 is wound.

[0093] like Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, a third terminal fixing portion 48 and a third guide groove 49 are formed on the third terminal block 47 of the coil device 110, but a third terminal fixing metal member and a third coil end are not arranged in these third terminal fixing portions 48 and third guide grooves 49. In addition, the third terminal 25 is not fixed to the third terminal block 47. The coil device 110 does not have a third coil, and therefore, does not need a third terminal.

[0094] Yes Figure 7 to Figure 9 The coil device 110 shown in the figure only has the first coil 60 wound on the first winding frame 30 and the second coil 70 wound on the second winding frame 40, or is different from this as shown in the figure Figure 1 The first to third coils 60, 70, 76 can be appropriately selected according to the required performance of the coil device, etc. Figure 7 to Figure 9 Even in the case where the coil device 110 shown does not include the third coil, the second bobbin 40 constituting the bobbin 20 may include the third terminal block 47 in a state where no terminal or coil end is arranged.

[0095] In addition, as a modified example of the coil device 110, the second coil end 74 may be led out to the third terminal block 47 side, and the third terminal block 47 protruding in the direction opposite to the first terminal block 32 with respect to the winding axis A is used as a second terminal block for setting the second terminal 45 connected to the second coil end 74. That is, the second terminal block for setting the second terminal 45 connected to the second coil end 74 may be as follows: Figure 8 The second terminal block 42 shown in the figure protrudes to the same side as the first terminal block 32, or may be Figure 8 The third terminal block 47 shown in FIG. 1 protrudes to the side opposite to the first terminal block 32 .

[0096] About Figure 1 to Figure 6 The coil arrangement 10 shown has in common, Figure 7 to Figure 9 The coil arrangement 110 shown also achieves the same effect as the coil arrangement 110 .

[0097] Third embodiment

[0098] Fig.10 2 is a perspective view of a coil device 210 according to a third embodiment. The coil device 210 does not have a portion corresponding to the third coil, the third terminal, and the third terminal fixing metal fitting, and the second bobbin 240 does not have a portion corresponding to the third terminal base. Figure 1 However, the coil device 210 is the same as the coil device 10 except that it does not have the third coil 76, the third terminal 25, the third terminal fixing metal member 26, and the third terminal block. In the description of the coil device 210, only the differences from the coil device 10 are described, and the common points with the coil device 10 are marked with the same reference numerals as the coil device 10 and the description is omitted.

[0099] like Fig.10 As shown, the coil device 210 includes a winding frame 220, a core 50, a first coil 60, a second coil 70, a pair of insulating covers 80a, 80b, and an adhesive tape 18. Figure 1 The coil arrangement 10 shown has corresponding components which are identical. Fig.11 is a side view of the coil device 210, Fig.12 is a top view of the coil device 210, Fig.13 It is an exploded perspective view of the coil device 210 .

[0100] like Figure 10 to Figure 13 As shown, the bobbin 220 of the coil device 210 includes a first bobbin 30 constituting approximately half of the lower side of the bobbin 220 and a second bobbin 240 constituting approximately half of the upper side of the bobbin 220. Figure 1 to Figure 6The first bobbin 30 of the bobbin 20 of the coil arrangement 10 shown is identical.

[0101] like Figure 10 to Figure 13 As shown, Figure 4 The second bobbin 240 has a second terminal block 42 and a second bobbin body 40c, which is the same as the second bobbin 40 shown, but unlike the second bobbin 40, it does not have a portion corresponding to the third terminal block 47. In addition, only the second winding portion 72 of the second coil 70 is wound on the second bobbin 240 of the coil device 210, and the coil device 110 does not have a third coil. In addition, the first bobbin 30 of the coil device 210 is wound with the first winding portion 62 of the first coil 60, which is the same as the first bobbin 30 of the coil device 10.

[0102] like Fig.12 As shown, the coil device 210 does not have a portion corresponding to the third terminal block in the coil device 10, so the size of the coil device 210, especially the upper portion, can be miniaturized. In addition, the coil device 210 does not have a third coil, so the third terminal and the third terminal block for fixing the third terminal are not required.

[0103] When manufacturing a coil device having only the first coil 60 wound on the first bobbin 30 and the second coil 70 wound on the second bobbin 40, the second bobbin 40 having the third terminal block 47 is used (see Figure 8 The coil device 110 shown in FIG. 1 is used to either use a second winding frame 240 without a third terminal block (see FIG. 1 ). Fig.12 The coil device 210 shown in the figure can be appropriately selected. The coil device 110 using the second winding frame 40 having the third terminal block 47 can make the second winding frame 40 a common part with the coil device 10, which is advantageous in terms of cost reduction.

[0104] In addition, as a modification of the coil device 210, the second bobbin 240 may be rotated 180 degrees with respect to the first bobbin 30 around the winding axis A and stacked to form a bobbin. In this case, Fig.12 The second terminal block 42 shown in the figure protrudes in the opposite direction to the first terminal block 32 with respect to the winding axis A.

[0105] About Figure 1 to Figure 6 The coil arrangement 10 shown has in common, Figure 10 to Figure 13 The coil arrangement 210 shown also achieves the same effect as the coil arrangement 110 .

[0106] In the above, a plurality of embodiments are cited to illustrate the coil device of the present disclosure, but the coil device of the present disclosure is not limited to these embodiments, and of course includes many other embodiments and variations. For example, the coil device may have coils other than the first to third coils 60, 70, 76, and may also have terminal blocks other than the first to third terminal blocks 32, 42, 47.
