Skin-crushing and seed-protecting crushing device for wine grapes

Abstract

The invention discloses a wine grape crushing device capable of crushing skins and protecting seeds, which comprises a crushing part, a transmission part and a shell sealing part, and is characterized in that the crushing part mainly comprises a guide wheel and an impeller; the transmission part transmits power of the motor to the crushing part; the shell sealing part comprises a top cover hopper, a shell, a shafting sleeve and a rack. The crushing part is characterized in that after materials are fed from a top cover hopper, the materials are firstly distributed, guided and conveyed to an impeller through a rotating guide wheel, then the impeller adjusts the acceleration size and direction of the materials, and full acceleration of the materials is achieved; then the materials collide with the inner wall of the shell for the first time and then rebound to fall into the impeller area again to be accelerated again, the effective collision frequency is increased, and further fine crushing of the grapes is achieved; the transmission part is characterized in that two motors respectively drive a guide wheel and an impeller through a transmission shaft so as to control respective directions and rotating speeds. The grape crushing device is compact in structure and easy to operate, the stress frequency and strength of materials in the crushing process can be effectively improved, and the crushing degree of grape peels can be increased when grapes are crushed, so that the wine grape fermentation quality is improved.
