The invention discloses a method for extracting dihydromyricetin and Ampelopsis grossedentata polysaccharide from Ampelopsis grossedentata, which comprises the following steps: (1) drying, and pulverizing; (2) soaking in a solvent; (3) carrying out microwave extraction; (4) heating the extracting solution, filtering with a ceramic membrane to remove the suspension, and passing the obtained filtrate through an ultrafiltration membrane while the filtrate is hot; (5) concentrating the filtered solution, crystallizing, and drying; and (6) preparing the part which does not pass through the ultrafiltration membrane into Ampelopsis grossedentata polysaccharide. By using the method combining microwave reflux extraction and membrane separation extraction, the technique is simple and convenient to operate, enhances the extraction rate and purity of dihydromyricetin extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata (the extraction rate of dihydromyricetin is up to 68.5%, and the purity is up to 83%), and can also be used for preparing the Ampelopsis grossedentata polysaccharide. The method has the advantages of low consumption of organic solvent required by extraction, and high operational safety, does not need high-temperature furnace heating, lowers the energy consumption, and saves the production cost.
