Fully premixed low-nitrogen steam generation system and method

Abstract

The invention provides a full-premixing low-nitrogen steam generation system and method, and belongs to the technical field of heat energy engineering. The technical problems that in the prior art, monitoring is lacked, faults are prone to occurring, and the output steam quality is low are solved. The fully-premixed low-nitrogen steam generation method comprises the following steps that whether the water level reaches the 2 / 3 position of the height of a water passing vaporization pipeline in a boiler body or not is judged; if 2 / 3 of the position is filled with water within the preset water injection time, whether the gas pressure is normal or not is detected, and if the condition is met, the system is started; when the system is started, the condensate water path and the auxiliary water tank are subjected to heat exchange, ignition is performed after high-pressure purging, the water pump supplements water slowly, and frequency matching is performed along with rising and falling of the steam temperature; the temperature in the steam-water separator is detected in real time, and when the temperature is larger than a second preset temperature, a steam outlet is opened; and during shutdown, the drain outlet of the steam-water separator is opened, and the water passing vaporization pipeline is flushed and drained. The steam generator has the advantages of low failure rate, high steam quality, simplicity in control and the like.
