Method for testing humidity sensors, comprising the steps of: providing a plurality of devices (12) comprising the humidity sensors (11); generating, by a humidity generator (21), a flow of humid air, wherein the flow of humid air has a first relative humidity, a first temperature and a first pressure; cooling, by a heat exchanger (31), the flow of humid air so that it reaches a second relative humidity, a second temperature and a second pressure, wherein the second relative humidity is substantially equal to a predetermined relative humidity, wherein the second temperature is substantially equal to a predetermined temperature less than the first temperature and greater than the dew point temperature of the flow of humid air, wherein the second pressure is substantially equal to the first pressure; and distributing, by a distribution system (41), substantially equally the flow of humid air, having the second relative humidity and the second temperature, to the humidity sensors (11) of the devices (12).

A high-temperature gas sampling analyzer for a kiln tail

This application provides a kiln tail high-temperature gas sampling and analysis instrument, comprising: a sampling probe assembly for inserting into the kiln tail flue to extract a high-temperature gas-sludge mixture; the sampling probe assembly includes a coaxially arranged outer sleeve and sampling tube, both of which are equipped with independent closed-loop cooling circuits; a pretreatment assembly connected to the outlet of the sampling probe assembly, including a pre-separation tank for preliminary gas-liquid-solid separation of the extracted gas-sludge mixture; and a purification and drying assembly connected to the pretreatment assembly, including a liquid ring pump, at least one ball filter, a gas-water separator, and a refrigerated air dryer for deep purification, moisture separation, and drying of the gas; the liquid ring pump is used to deliver the gas-sludge mixture at a high flow rate. This application solves the problems of traditional samplers being unable to withstand high-temperature shock, prone to clogging, requiring frequent maintenance, susceptible to sample contamination, and having slow response speed.
