A cold trap capturer is connected between a capturer and a smoking needle barrel of the smoking machine and is used for capturing a gas phase component penetrating through the cambridge filter; the particle phase part captured by the cambridge filter is subjected to ultrasonic extraction, and the amount of target analytes in capturing liquid and the amount of target analytes in extracting liquid are respectively measured; the total amount of the main target analytes in the smoke releasing substances in the electronic cigarette is calculated.
