The invention discloses an environment-friendly modified waste
refractory material high-performance
asphalt mixture as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The mixture is obtained by heating and mixing
asphalt, coarse and fine aggregate and a
cyclodextrin-fluorosilane double modified waste
refractory material. The
cyclodextrin-fluorosilane dual-modified waste
refractory material is prepared by a three-
step method: firstly carrying out amino
silanization on the waste refractory material by using (3-aminopropyl) triethoxy
silane, then carrying out
grafting reaction with gamma-
cyclodextrin /
epoxy chloropropane, and finally, carrying out end capping by using trifluoropropyl methyl triethoxy
silane, so as to obtain the cyclodextrin-fluorosilane dual-modified waste refractory material. And forming a material with a gradient structure of an inner core inorganic framework, a middle cyclodextrin layer and an outer layer fluoroalkyl shell. The use of traditional mineral
powder is reduced, and meanwhile, the high-temperature stability, the
water immersion stability and the safety of the
asphalt mixture are improved. The method is suitable for
pavement engineering of expressways and humid and rainy areas, and unification of
solid waste high-value utilization and ecological
environmental protection is achieved.
