Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of conductive paste, and provides TOPCon front SP silver paste and a preparation method thereof.The TOPCon front SP silver paste comprises, by weight, 80-89% of silver powder, 1-10% of micron-sized physical boronized high-silver powder, 7-12% of organic carrier, 0.1-2% of amorphous boron powder and 1.5-3.5% of glass powder, the glass powder comprises, by weight, a main oxide and a functional oxide, and the functional oxide is a metal oxide. The main body oxide comprises 5-30 wt% of germanium dioxide, 0.5-20 wt% of aluminum oxide, 0.5-80 wt% of bismuth oxide and 0.5-30 wt% of tellurium dioxide, and the functional oxide comprises 0-20 wt% of silicon oxide, 0-35 wt% of boron oxide, 0-10 wt% of gallium oxide, 0-20 wt% of lithium oxide or lithium carbonate, 0-20 wt% of barium oxide or barium carbonate, 0-20 wt% of calcium oxide, 0-20 wt% of zinc oxide, 0-20 wt% of titanium dioxide, 0-20 wt% of tungsten trioxide, 0-10 wt% of copper oxide, 0-10 wt% of manganese dioxide and 0-10 wt% of ferrous oxide. And the mass fractions of the functional oxides are not 0 at the same time. The SP silver paste provided by the invention can adapt to the current LECO process basis, reduces four-pass printing into three-pass printing, has a better assembly series welding window, and improves the conversion efficiency by more than 0.05% on year-on-year basis.
