Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and in particular to an amino acid facial cleansing product and a preparation method thereof. Background Art
[0002] In the field of cosmetic technology, amino acid cleansing products are cleansing products that use amino acid surfactants as the main cleansing ingredients. The amino acid surfactants are amino acid salts (sodium salts, potassium salts, triethanolamine salts) of coconut oil (or laurel oil or palm oil) (such as glutamic acid, glycine, etc.) with foaming and decontamination capabilities. At the same time, the pH value of amino acid surfactants is close to that of human skin. In addition, amino acids are the basic substances that make up proteins, so they have the advantages of strong cleaning power, mild skin-friendliness, etc., and are currently favored by consumers.
[0003] Amino acid cleansing products are mainly divided into two types: paste type and micellar type. In the market, paste type is more popular with consumers because of its solid texture than micellar type. However, paste type amino acid cleansing products are generally prone to unstable phenomena such as water leakage and stratification under high temperature or room temperature environments, which not only affects the quality of the product, but also brings inconvenience to consumers.
[0004] In the prior art, the stability of the cream-forming amino acid cleansing products is mainly improved by adding emulsifiers (such as glyceryl stearate, PEG-40 sorbitan stearate, PEG-100 stearate, polysorbate-20, etc.). Emulsifier is a surfactant that can reduce the interfacial tension between amino acid surfactants and water, allowing amino acid surfactants and water to be evenly mixed, thereby improving the stability of the product. For example, Chinese invention patent 202111297996.3 discloses an amino acid cleansing cream with a high creaming temperature and a preparation method thereof. By selecting a specific ratio of potassium cocoyl glycinate, glycerin, and water, the three cooperate with each other and are combined with the co-emulsifier glyceryl stearate SE to form an amino acid system at a higher temperature of about 60°C, which ultimately makes the cleansing cream stable and moderately soft and hard. However, the method of improving the stability of amino acid cleansing products by adding emulsifiers in the prior art has limitations. First, emulsifiers are a kind of chemical raw materials with high prices. If they are added to amino acid cleansing products, the production costs will increase, thereby affecting the market competitiveness of the products. Secondly, the presence of emulsifiers will make amino acid cleansing products leave a greasy feeling during use, affecting the freshness of the washing feeling. Finally, if too much emulsifier is added, it will affect the mildness of the foam and the skin. Too much emulsifier will form micelles with the amino acid surfactant, reducing its foaming properties and affecting the experience during use. At the same time, it will also cause certain irritation to the skin and affect the health of the skin.
[0005] In addition to adding emulsifiers, in order to improve the stability of the cream-forming amino acid cleanser, Chinese invention patent 201910167687.0 discloses a mild amino acid cleansing cream and its preparation method. The invention adds ethylene glycol distearate and a fat excipient. Ethylene glycol distearate can be used as an auxiliary emulsifier to help form a stable emulsified system, and play an emulsifying and thickening role between the water phase and the oil phase, thereby reducing the possibility of stratification and water outflow, but it is a relatively lipophilic component, which will reduce the speed and richness of foam generation, and even cause less foam or less dense foam when added in high concentrations. In addition, ethylene glycol distearate has the characteristics of oil, and will leave a thin lubricating layer on the skin surface during cleansing, which will not seem refreshing enough for consumers who prefer a refreshing feeling. Similarly, the invention also adds a fat excipient (such as caprylic / capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 esters), which will also affect the foam characteristics and freshness of the amino acid cleanser formula. Caprylic / capric glycerides Polyglyceryl-10 esters have lipophilic properties, which may lead to a relatively reduced foam and a lack of richness. This effect is particularly evident in cleansing formulas containing more water-soluble and oil-soluble ingredients. Lipid excipients can increase the moisturizing feeling of cleansing products and reduce their refreshingness. For users with oily skin or those who pursue a refreshing feeling, this ingredient may make the skin feel slightly heavy.
[0006] Therefore, how to improve the stability of amino acid cleansing products while avoiding increasing production costs, maintaining a refreshing wash feeling and being mild to the skin is an important issue faced in the current technology for producing amino acid cleansing products. Summary of the invention
[0007] In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention discloses a mild and stable amino acid facial cleanser product and a preparation method thereof.
[0008] On the one hand, the present invention provides a mild and stable amino acid cleansing product, which is composed of glycerin, diglycerin, an amino acid surfactant, a non-amino acid surfactant and auxiliary ingredients, wherein the auxiliary ingredients are one or more of a neutralizer, a preservative, a chelating agent, a thickener and deionized water.
[0009] The present invention explores the room temperature and high temperature stability of amino acid cleansing products, and unexpectedly finds that the formula of the paste-type amino acid cleansing product with amino acid surfactants and non-amino acid surfactants plays an important role in product stability when a polyol is matched without adding an emulsifier. Further experimental exploration finds that when only glycerol, only diglycerol, or other polyols are added without adding an emulsifier, the surface of the amino acid cleansing product will be unstable, such as water discharge, thickening, and hardening. However, when a specific amount of glycerol and diglycerol are simultaneously matched in such paste-type amino acid cleansing products, a stable lamellar liquid crystal structure can be formed, and unstable phenomena such as water discharge, thickening, and hardening will not occur. It is speculated that this may be because each carbon atom of glycerol is connected to a hydroxyl group that can form a hydrogen bond, and diglycerol not only contains a hydroxyl group that can form a hydrogen bond, but also has an ether bond located in the middle, which can also form a hydrogen bond. Therefore, glycerol and diglycerol are added to the paste-type amino acid cleansing product to more effectively guide the amino acid surfactant to self-assemble and form a stable lamellar liquid crystal structure.
[0010] As is well known in the art, emulsifiers are expensive, and adding emulsifiers will make the cleansing product more viscous, thereby affecting the freshness of the washing feeling. Moreover, if the amount added is too high, it will also affect the mildness of the foam and the skin. Excessive emulsifiers will make the foam too much and difficult to rinse off, and will also irritate the skin, affecting skin health. Glycerol and diglycerol are widely available and relatively cheap. Therefore, the present invention uses glycerol and diglycerol to assemble with amino acid surfactants, non-amino acid surfactants and auxiliary components without adding high-cost emulsifiers, which can not only improve the stability of the amino acid cleansing product, but also will not affect the refreshing washing feeling of the surfactant, so that users can enjoy a more refreshing and comfortable washing experience during use, and the amino acid cleansing product of the present invention has been tested by pH, and it is found that it will not affect the mildness of the foam and the skin, thereby ensuring skin health during use.

[0115] The ingredients of the amino acid facial cleansing milks of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 8 are shown in Table 1.
[0116]
[0117] Further tests were conducted on Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 8 to demonstrate the performance of the mild and stable facial cleanser obtained by the present invention. The tests were conducted using the following method, and the test results are shown in Table 2.
[0118] (1) Paste point temperature: When preparing the material, the temperature when the material is cooled from liquid to paste is observed and recorded as the paste point temperature.
[0119] (2) Paste appearance: Take a sample at room temperature and not exposed to direct sunlight to visually inspect whether the sample has a fine, shiny appearance and is in a paste or flowing liquid state.
[0120] (3) pH value test: pH test adopts dilution method. Sample dilution: Accurately weigh 5.0g sample into a small beaker, add deionized water to 50.0g, stir until evenly dispersed, and then measure with a calibrated pH meter.
[0121] (4) Viscosity test: The amino acid facial cleansing milks prepared in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 8 were placed at 25° C. for 24 h, and then measured using a Brookfield DV2T viscometer with a No. 95 rotor at a speed of 5 rpm for 1 min.
[0122] (5) Room temperature stability test: The amino acid facial cleansing milks prepared in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 8 were placed in a 25°C biochemical incubator, taken out after 30 days, and immediately observed for stratification or obvious shape differences. After the samples were restored to room temperature, the pastes were observed for coarseness, precipitated particles, or obvious differences in properties.
[0123] (6) High temperature stability test: The amino acid facial cleansing milks prepared in Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 8 were placed in a 48°C biochemical incubator and taken out after 30 days to immediately observe whether there was stratification or obvious shape differences. After the samples returned to room temperature, observe whether there was coarsening, precipitated particles, or obvious differences in properties in the paste.
[0124]
[0125] It can be seen from the test results of amino acid cleanser performance in Table 2:
[0126] (1) In the cream-type cleansing product of the present invention, glycerin and diglycerin must be present in the formula system at the same time: compared with the amino acid cleansing milk 1 of Example 1, in which 32g glycerin and 12g diglycerin are added, and the cleansing milk in Comparative Example 1, in which only 44g diglycerin is added, Example 1 is stable at room temperature and high temperature, while the comparative example, in which only diglycerin is added, water will come out of the surface of the material under room temperature conditions, the material will be stratified at high temperature, and the material will be coarse after returning to room temperature, and the viscosity of the amino acid cleansing milk in Example 1 is less than that in Comparative Example 1; the amino acid cleansing milk 2 of Example 2, in which 35g glycerin and 5g diglycerin are added, is less than that in Comparative Example 1. In Example 2, only 40g of diglycerol was added for comparison. The amino acid cleanser in Comparative Example 2, which only added diglycerol, had a rough material body at room temperature and stratified at high temperature. When the material body was restored to room temperature, it became rough and hardened. The test comparison results of Example 3 and Comparative Example 3, and Example 4 and Comparative Example 4 also show that without adding an emulsifier, adding only glycerol or only diglycerol will cause the surface of the amino acid cleanser to appear unstable, such as water, roughness and hardening. However, if glycerol and diglycerol are compounded into the amino acid cleanser, the above unstable phenomenon will not occur, and the refreshing washing feeling and mildness to the skin will be maintained.
[0127] (2) In the cream-type cleansing product of the present invention, the content of glycerol and diglycerol needs to be within a certain content range to be stable. When the content of glycerol and diglycerol in the cleansing product is low, such as in Comparative Example 5, the material is soft, and water is released from the material at room temperature, and the material is stratified at high temperature. When the material is restored to room temperature, water is released and stratified; when the content of glycerol and diglycerol in the cleansing product is high, such as in Comparative Example 6, the material is thick and heavy, and the material is coarse at room temperature, and the material is stratified at high temperature. When the material is restored to room temperature, the material is coarse and hard.
[0128] (3) The paste-type cleansing product of the present invention will not have a stabilizing effect if other polyols are used to replace the diglycerin of the present invention. For example, in Comparative Example 7, 1,2-hexanediol is used to replace diglycerin, and in Comparative Example 8, propylene glycol is used to replace diglycerin. The surfaces of the materials are rough, thin and soft, and the materials release water at room temperature, stratify at high temperature, and release water and stratify at room temperature.
[0129] In summary, the combination of polyols in the formula of the paste-type amino acid cleansing product with amino acid surfactants and non-amino acid surfactants plays an important role in product stability when no emulsifier is added. When only glycerol, only diglycerol, or other polyols are added without adding an emulsifier, the surface of the amino acid cleansing product will show unstable phenomena such as water leakage, roughness, and hardening. However, when this type of paste-type amino acid cleansing product is combined with a specific content of glycerol and diglycerol at the same time, a stable lamellar liquid crystal structure can be formed, and unstable phenomena such as water leakage, roughness, and hardening will not occur. Glycerol and diglycerol are widely available and relatively low in price. The present invention can improve the stability of amino acid cleansing products without increasing production costs.
