Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of battery production, and in particular to a battery monomer extrusion device, a tray and a battery production equipment. Background Art
[0002] In the production process of lithium-ion batteries, the formation process is a very important step. The formation is mainly the process of charging the battery cell for the first time to activate the lithium-ion battery. In this process, the solvent in the electrolyte and the lithium salt react with each other, forming a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) membrane at the negative electrode of the lithium-ion battery. At the same time, the solvent and some additives in the electrolyte will be reduced or decomposed, causing serious gas production inside the battery. If the gas generated by the formation cannot be discharged in time, bubbles will form between the positive and negative electrodes, affecting the embedding and extraction of lithium ions in the positive and negative electrodes, and affecting the electrical performance of the battery. Summary of the invention
[0003] One of the purposes of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a battery cell extrusion device, a tray and a battery production equipment, which can effectively improve the extrusion effect.
[0004] In a first aspect, the present application provides a battery cell extrusion device, including an extrusion unit, the extrusion unit including a frame and a pressure component, the pressure component is arranged in an area enclosed by the frame, the pressure component is configured to extrude the battery cell, and a constraint portion is provided between the pressure component and the frame, the constraint portion is configured to constrain the pressure range of the pressure component.
[0005] The battery cell extrusion device provided in the embodiment of the present application can constrain the pressure range of the pressure component through the constraint part, thereby effectively avoiding the pressure range being too large or too small, which is conducive to matching the pressure range of the pressure component with the range of the extruded surface of the battery cell, making the extrusion force applied by the pressure component more concentrated, improving the extrusion effect, reducing the waste of extrusion energy, reducing extrusion dead corners, improving the exhaust effect, reducing the generation of black spots on the electrode interface, and reducing the risk of lithium plating.
[0006] In some embodiments, the constraint is further configured to limit the position of the battery cell relative to the frame.
[0007] By limiting the position of the battery cell relative to the frame by the constraint part, the stability of the battery cell during the extrusion process can be effectively guaranteed, and the relative movement of the battery cell relative to the frame that deviates from the direction of the extrusion force can be prevented, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the formation process and improving the formation capacity.
[0008] In some embodiments, the constraint is provided at a connection region between the pressure member and the frame.
[0009] By arranging the restraining part at the connection area between the pressure member and the frame, the restraining part can both restrain the pressure range of the pressure member and limit the position of the battery cell relative to the frame.
[0010] In some embodiments, the pressing member is recessed inwardly relative to an end surface of the frame to form a groove capable of partially accommodating the battery cell, and the groove is formed as a restraining portion.
[0011] After the battery cell is partially embedded in the groove, the position of the battery cell relative to the frame can be kept relatively stable under the restriction of the frame, preventing the battery cell from being squeezed out during the squeezing process; moreover, when the position of the battery cell remains relatively fixed, the pressure range of the pressure component located on the inner side of the battery cell will also be limited, at least the pressure range of the pressure component will not be larger than the range of the squeezed surface of the battery cell, thereby making the squeezing force of the pressure component more concentrated and effectively improving the squeezing effect.
[0012] In some embodiments, the pressure applying component includes a first pressure applying portion and a second pressure applying portion, and the first pressure applying portion and the second pressure applying portion are configured to apply pressure to different regions of the battery cell with different magnitudes of the applied pressure.
[0013] By setting the first pressure-applying part and the second pressure-applying part, different pressures can be applied to different areas of the battery cell to meet the needs of applying different pressures to different areas of the battery cell. For example, the center area of the battery cell is equipped with more components and pipelines, which can withstand a certain pressure, while the edge of the battery cell may have fewer or no support from internal components and pipelines. If the same pressure as the center area is applied to the edge area of the battery cell, the edge area may be concave or flattened due to its smaller pressure-bearing capacity, and obvious indentations will appear in the transition area between the edge area and the center area, affecting the overall appearance of the battery cell. By setting different pressure-applying parts, different pressures can be applied to areas with insufficient pressure-bearing capacity, preventing indentations on the surface of the battery cell, and also preventing the battery cell from being damaged by excessive pressure.
[0014] In some embodiments, the first pressure portion is disposed in the inner circle of the frame and is configured to apply pressure to the edge of the battery cell, the second pressure portion is disposed in the inner circle of the first pressure portion and is configured to apply pressure to the central area of the battery cell, and the first pressure portion and the second pressure portion are configured so that the pressure applied by the first pressure portion to the battery cell is less than the pressure applied by the second pressure portion to the battery cell.
[0015] The pressure component includes a first pressure portion located on the outer circle and a second pressure portion located on the inner circle. The two pressure portions can apply pressure to the edge and center area of the battery cell respectively, and the applied pressure can be set to different sizes to avoid obvious indentations on the surface of the battery cell.
[0016] In some embodiments, the pressing member includes a flexible pressing portion, and the flexible pressing portion is used to contact the battery cell to press the battery cell.
[0017] The embodiment of the present application utilizes a pressure-applying component with a flexible extrusion portion to extrude the battery cell. The flexible extrusion portion can also deform according to the surface shape of the battery cell when extruding the battery cell, thereby reducing the generation of extrusion dead angles and improving the exhaust effect.
[0018] In some embodiments, the pressure applying member includes at least one deformable bladder, at least a portion of which is formed as a flexible extrusion portion.
[0019] In the embodiment of the present application, a bladder is provided to squeeze the battery cell. When the battery cell is charged and discharged, the volume of the battery cell will expand and contract. At the same time, the bladder can undergo adaptive elastic deformation according to the shape of the battery cell, so that the flexible extrusion portion on the bladder always keeps squeezing the surface of the battery cell, thereby improving the group margin of the battery cell compression and alleviating the phenomenon of wrinkling of the electrode sheet in the battery cell due to the change of the battery cell volume.
[0020] In some embodiments, a capsule cavity which can be filled with a fluid medium is disposed in the capsule body, and a capsule opening communicating with the capsule cavity is disposed on the frame.
[0021] When using the battery cell squeezing device, when the amount of fluid medium filled in the bladder cavity is small, the battery cell is first inserted between two adjacent bladder bodies, and then the fluid medium is filled into the bladder cavity through the bladder opening, so that the volume of the bladder body expands and becomes larger, thereby squeezing the battery cell. After the formation or test is completed, the fluid medium in the bladder cavity can be discharged through the bladder opening, the volume of the bladder body shrinks and becomes smaller, and the battery cell is removed from between the two adjacent bladder bodies after the squeezing of the bladder body on the battery cell is released.
[0022] In some embodiments, the capsule body includes a flexible cover, the flexible cover and the frame enclose a capsule cavity, and the flexible cover is formed as a flexible extrusion portion.
[0023] By installing the flexible cover on the rigid frame, the rigid frame can be used as a skeleton to support and shape the flexible cover, so that the flexible cover remains open and stretched, so that it can better contact and squeeze the battery cells and reduce the squeezing dead angle. In addition, the rigid frame can also assist in installation, and even the frame itself can be installed as a connecting part with the tray body, thereby improving the convenience of capsule installation.
[0024] In some embodiments, the pressure-applying component includes a first pressure-applying portion and a second pressure-applying portion, the first pressure-applying portion and the second pressure-applying portion are configured to apply pressure to different areas of the battery cell and the applied pressures are different in magnitude, the flexible cover includes a first cover and a second cover, the first cover is formed as the first pressure-applying portion, the second cover is formed as the second pressure-applying portion, and the elastic modulus of the first cover is greater than the elastic modulus of the second cover.
[0025] The elastic modulus of the first cover is greater than that of the second cover. When gas of the same pressure is input, the deformation of the first cover is smaller than that of the second cover. Therefore, the squeezing force of the first cover on the battery cell is smaller than that of the second cover on the battery cell.
[0026] In some embodiments, the first cover is connected to the second cover by bonding or fusion. Adhesion or fusion can achieve fixed connection between the first cover and the second cover, and the connection reliability is high.
[0027] In some embodiments, the first cover is disposed protruding relative to the second cover on a side close to the battery cell.
[0028] On the side close to the extruded surface of the battery cell, the first cover is closer to the battery cell than the second cover. The distance between the first cover and the extruded surface of the battery cell is smaller than the distance between the second cover and the extruded surface of the battery cell. This arrangement can reserve a larger deformation space for the second cover than the first cover, so as to apply a greater extrusion force than the first cover.
[0029] In some embodiments, the first cover is provided with an arc chamfer at a position protruding relative to the second cover. Compared with a right angle, setting the protruding portion to an arc shape can effectively avoid forming a local, sharp squeezing force on the battery cell and avoid generating obvious indentations.
[0030] In some embodiments, the battery cell pressing device further includes a connecting portion, the connecting portion is disposed on an inner circle of the frame, and the pressing component is disposed on the inner circle of the connecting portion.
[0031] By providing the connecting portion, the volume and pressure range of the pressure-applying component can be reduced, the excessive squeezing of the edge portion of the battery cell can be reduced, and the edge portion with a smaller pressure-bearing capacity can be avoided from being flattened or crushed.
[0032] In some embodiments, the width of the connection portion in a direction approaching from the periphery to the center of the frame is 2 to 8 mm.
[0033] When the width of the connection portion is less than 2 mm, the width of the connection portion may be too small to prevent the pressure component from flattening or crushing the edge of the battery cell. When the width of the connection portion is greater than 8 mm, the width of the connection portion may be too large to affect the pressure component's squeezing effect on the central area of the battery cell, and there may be a part that cannot be squeezed, resulting in poor exhaust problems.
[0034] In some embodiments, the width of the connection portion in a direction approaching from the periphery to the center of the frame is 4 to 6 mm.
[0035] In some embodiments, the connection portion is square, and in the direction from the periphery to the center of the frame, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion is 5-11 mm, and the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion is 12-18 mm.
[0036] When the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion is less than 5 mm, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion may be too small to prevent the pressure component from flattening or crushing the upper and lower edges of the battery cell. When the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion is greater than 11 mm, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion may be too large to affect the pressure component's squeezing effect on the central area of the battery cell, and there may be a part that cannot be squeezed, resulting in poor exhaust problems.
[0037] When the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion is less than 12 mm, the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion may be too small to prevent the pressure component from flattening or crushing the left and right edges of the battery cell. When the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion is greater than 18 mm, the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion may be too large to affect the pressure component's squeezing effect on the central area of the battery cell, and there may be a part that cannot be squeezed, resulting in poor exhaust problems.
[0038] In some embodiments, the connection portion is square, and in the direction from the periphery to the center of the frame, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion is 7-9 mm, and the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion is 14-16 mm.
[0039] In some embodiments, the battery cell extrusion device includes at least two extrusion units, and the battery cell is arranged between the two extrusion units. The two sides of the battery cell can be extruded by different extrusion units 10 respectively, so that the pressure range of the extruded surfaces on both sides of the battery cell can be effectively controlled, improving the extrusion effect of the two sides of the battery cell, and further improving the exhaust effect of the battery cell.
[0040] In a second aspect, the present application provides a tray, comprising a tray body and the above-mentioned battery cell squeezing device, wherein the battery cell squeezing device is disposed in the tray body.
[0041] In a third aspect, the present application provides a battery production device, including the above-mentioned battery cell extrusion device or the above-mentioned tray.

[0075] At present, from the perspective of market development, the application of power batteries is becoming more and more extensive. Power batteries are not only used in energy storage power systems such as hydropower, thermal power, wind power and solar power stations, but also widely used in electric vehicles such as electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric cars, as well as military equipment and aerospace and other fields. With the continuous expansion of the application field of power batteries, the market demand is also constantly expanding.
[0076] As a rechargeable power battery, lithium-ion battery has the advantages of high energy, high battery voltage, wide operating temperature range, long storage life, etc. Currently, lithium-ion batteries have been widely used in electronic products and electric vehicles, and are becoming increasingly popular in military and aerospace applications.
[0077] In the production process of lithium-ion batteries, the formation process is a very important step. The formation is mainly the process of charging the battery cell for the first time to activate the lithium-ion battery. In this process, the solvent in the electrolyte and the lithium salt react with each other, forming a solid electrolyte phase interface film at the negative electrode of the lithium-ion battery. At the same time, the solvent and some additives in the electrolyte will be reduced or decomposed, causing serious gas production inside the battery. If the gas generated by the formation cannot be discharged in time, on the one hand, it will cause the battery to swell, the group margin will be reduced, and the electrolyte in the battery will not be able to completely infiltrate the negative electrode. Dry black spots without lithium will form in the places that are not fully infiltrated, and lithium deposition will occur around the black spots. On the other hand, the lithium ions released from the positive electrode are prone to lithium deposition around the bubbles, which will affect the electrical performance of the battery.
[0078] In order to mitigate the impact of gas on the battery, the relevant technology fixes the battery in a restraint tray during the formation process, and uses the batteries in the restraint tray to squeeze each other to promote the gas generated inside the battery to squeeze out of the battery.
[0079] However, although most extrusion devices can exert an extrusion effect on the battery and achieve the purpose of squeezing out the gas, the pressure range of the extrusion device cannot be effectively controlled during the extrusion process. If the pressure range of the extrusion device is larger than the range of the extruded surface of the battery cell, it is easy to cause the extrusion force to be not concentrated, the extrusion effect is poor, and the extrusion energy consumption is wasted; if the pressure range of the extrusion device is smaller than the range of the extruded surface of the battery cell, it will cause some areas of the battery cell to not be squeezed, resulting in extrusion dead corners, poor exhaust effect and other problems, and the ideal extrusion effect will also not be achieved.
[0080] Based on this, in order to solve the above problems, the inventors have designed a battery cell extrusion device after in-depth research. A constraint part is provided between the pressure component and the frame of the extrusion device. The constraint part can constrain the pressure range of the pressure component to match the range of the extruded surface of the battery cell, avoid the pressure range of the pressure component being too large, make the extrusion force applied by the pressure component more concentrated, improve the extrusion effect, and reduce the waste of extrusion energy; or avoid the pressure range of the pressure component being too small, reduce the extrusion dead corner, and improve the exhaust effect.
[0081] The battery cell extrusion device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application can be applied to battery production equipment, such as a formation machine; it can also be applied to battery testing equipment, such as a capacity machine.
[0082] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figures 1 to 13 ,in Figures 1 to 4 A battery cell pressing device according to an embodiment is shown. Figures 5 to 10 Another embodiment of a battery cell pressing device is shown. Figures 11 to 13 A battery cell pressing device according to yet another embodiment is shown.
[0083] An embodiment of the present application provides a battery cell extrusion device, including an extrusion unit 10, the extrusion unit 10 includes a frame 1 and a pressure component 2, the pressure component 2 is arranged in the area enclosed by the frame 1, the pressure component 2 is configured to extrude the battery cell 3, and a constraint portion is provided between the pressure component 2 and the frame 1, and the constraint portion is configured to constrain the pressure range of the pressure component 2.
[0084] The frame 1 refers to a component with a frame structure. It can be understood that due to the frame structure, a cavity surrounded by the frame structure will be formed on the frame 1, and the cavity is the area enclosed by the frame 1. Moreover, an opening connected to the cavity is formed on at least one side of the frame structure, that is, a frame opening. That is, a frame opening is provided on at least one side of the frame 1. The pressure-applying component 2 is arranged in the cavity through the frame opening. The material of the frame 1 may be but is not limited to metal, plastic, inorganic non-metal or wood. The frame 1 may be in a circular, triangular, square or rectangular shape. The cavity enclosed by the frame 1 may be in a circular, triangular, square or rectangular shape. Optionally, the shape of the cavity enclosed by the frame 1 matches the shape of the battery cell 3.
[0085] The pressure component 2 refers to a component used to squeeze the battery cell 3. Optionally, the pressure component 2 may be a flexible component or a rigid component, and the pressure range of the pressure component 2 needs to be constrained by the constraining part.
[0086] The battery cell 3 refers to the basic unit for realizing the mutual conversion of chemical energy and electrical energy, and at least includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, an electrolyte, a pole ear and a shell. The battery cell 3 may include a lithium-ion secondary battery cell, a lithium-ion primary battery cell, a lithium-sulfur battery cell, a sodium-lithium-ion battery cell, a sodium-ion battery cell or a magnesium-ion battery cell, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The battery cell 3 may be cylindrical, flat, rectangular or other shapes, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The battery cell 3 may be used in electrical devices such as vehicles, ships or aircraft, but is not limited thereto.
[0087] The battery cell extrusion device provided in the embodiment of the present application can constrain the pressure range of the pressure component 2 through the constraint part, thereby effectively avoiding the pressure range being too large or too small, which is conducive to matching the pressure range of the pressure component 2 with the range of the extruded surface of the battery cell 3, making the extrusion force applied by the pressure component 2 more concentrated, improving the extrusion effect, reducing the waste of extrusion energy, reducing extrusion dead corners, improving the exhaust effect, reducing the generation of black spots on the electrode interface, and reducing the risk of lithium plating.
[0088] The inventor also found during the research that during the extrusion of the battery cell 3, the stability of the battery cell 3 is poor. When subjected to the extrusion force, the battery cell 3 may move relative to the frame 1 in a direction away from the extrusion force, and may even be squeezed out of the tray, affecting the normal progress of the formation process, reducing the formation capacity, and thus reducing the production efficiency of the battery. Based on this research, the inventor further proposed that in the embodiment of the present application, the constraint portion is also configured to limit the position of the battery cell 3 relative to the frame 1 to maintain the relative stability of the battery cell 3 and the frame 1.
[0089] By limiting the position of the battery cell 3 relative to the frame 1 by the constraint part, the stability of the battery cell 3 during the extrusion process can be effectively guaranteed, and the relative movement of the battery cell 3 relative to the frame 1 that deviates from the direction of the extrusion force can be prevented, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the formation process and improving the formation capacity.
[0090] According to some embodiments of the present application, the constraint portion is provided at a connection area between the pressure-applying component 2 and the frame 1 .
[0091] By arranging the restraining part at the connection area between the pressure member 2 and the frame 1 , the restraining part can both restrain the pressure range of the pressure member 2 and limit the position of the battery cell 3 relative to the frame 1 .
[0092] According to some embodiments of the present application, the pressure member 2 is recessed inwardly relative to the end surface of the frame 1 to form a groove 11 capable of partially accommodating the battery cell 3 , and the groove 11 is formed as a restraining portion.
[0093] like Figure 1 As shown, the frame 1 has end faces on both sides, and the pressure component 2 is recessed relative to one end face of the frame 1 in a direction close to the other end face, so that a groove 11 is formed between the end face of the frame 1 and the pressure component 2, and the groove 11 can be used to partially accommodate the battery cell 3.
[0094] After the battery cell 3 is partially embedded in the groove 11, the position of the battery cell 3 relative to the frame 1 can be kept relatively stable under the limiting effect of the frame 1, preventing the battery cell 3 from being squeezed out during the squeezing process; moreover, when the position of the battery cell 3 remains relatively fixed, the pressure range of the pressure component 2 located on the inner side of the battery cell 3 will also be limited, at least the pressure range of the pressure component 2 will not be larger than the range of the squeezed surface of the battery cell 3, thereby making the squeezing force of the pressure component 2 more concentrated and effectively improving the squeezing effect.
[0095] In some embodiments, the size of the groove 11 is slightly larger than the size of the battery cell 3. For example, the size of the groove 11 is 1-2 mm larger than the size of the battery cell 3. This arrangement can facilitate the battery cell 3 to be inserted into the groove 11 and also facilitate the battery cell 3 to be pulled out of the groove 11.
[0096] According to some embodiments of the present application, the pressure applying component 2 includes a first pressure applying portion and a second pressure applying portion, and the first pressure applying portion and the second pressure applying portion are configured to apply pressure to different regions of the battery cell 3 with different magnitudes of the applied pressure.
[0097] By setting the first pressure-applying part and the second pressure-applying part, different pressures can be applied to different areas of the battery cell 3 to meet the needs of applying different pressures to different areas of the battery cell 3. For example, the center area of the battery cell 3 is provided with more components and pipelines, which can withstand a certain pressure, while the edge of the battery cell 3 may have fewer or no support from internal components and pipelines. If the same pressure as the center area is applied to the edge area of the battery cell 3, the edge area may be concave or flattened due to its smaller pressure-bearing capacity, and obvious indentations will appear in the transition area between the edge area and the center area, affecting the overall appearance of the battery cell 3. By setting different pressure-applying parts, different pressures can be applied to areas with insufficient pressure-bearing capacity, preventing indentations on the surface of the battery cell 3, and also preventing the battery cell 3 from being damaged by excessive pressure.
[0098] According to some embodiments of the present application, a first pressure portion is disposed in an inner circle of the frame 1 and is configured to apply pressure to an edge of the battery cell 3, a second pressure portion is disposed in an inner circle of the first pressure portion and is configured to apply pressure to a central area of the battery cell 3, and the first pressure portion and the second pressure portion are configured so that the pressure applied by the first pressure portion to the battery cell 3 is less than the pressure applied by the second pressure portion to the battery cell 3.
[0099] like Figure 2 As shown, the pressure component 2 includes a first pressure portion located on the outer circle and a second pressure portion located on the inner circle. The two pressure portions can apply pressure to the edge and center areas of the battery cell 3 respectively, and the applied pressures can be set to different sizes to avoid obvious indentations on the surface of the battery cell 3.
[0100] According to some embodiments of the present application, the pressure applying component 2 includes a flexible pressing portion, and the flexible pressing portion is used to contact the battery cell 3 to press the battery cell 3 .
[0101] The flexible extrusion part refers to a part that will deform after being subjected to force. The flexible extrusion part includes a flexible part made of a flexible material, such as an extrusion block made of silicone, the extrusion block includes an extrusion body and an arc-shaped extrusion convex bulge formed by the extrusion body bulging outward, and the arc-shaped extrusion convex bulge is used to contact with the battery cell 3 and squeeze the battery cell 3. Optionally, the pressure component 2 includes a capsule, which includes but is not limited to an air capsule and a liquid capsule.
[0102] The exterior of the battery is wrapped with a hard shell, such as a steel shell or an aluminum shell. When the batteries are squeezed against each other, the shells collide with each other, resulting in the existence of a squeeze dead angle, which causes poor battery exhaust. In the embodiment of the present application, a pressure-applying component 2 with a flexible squeeze portion is used to squeeze the battery cell 3. When squeezing the battery cell 3, the flexible squeeze portion can also deform according to the surface shape of the battery cell 3, thereby reducing the generation of squeeze dead angles and improving the exhaust effect.
[0103] The number of the flexible extrusion parts can be set as required, for example, two, three or more flexible extrusion parts can be set.
[0104] According to some embodiments of the present application, the pressure-applying component 2 includes at least one deformable capsule 21 , and at least a portion of the capsule 21 is formed as a flexible pressing portion.
[0105] The capsule 21 refers to a flexible container that can be filled with a medium and achieves elastic deformation by utilizing the compressibility and / or fluidity of the medium. Here, the capsule 21 can be deformed by adjusting the amount of the medium filled, for example, the capsule 21 expands and becomes larger by inflation, and the capsule 21 shrinks and becomes smaller by exhausting; or it can be deformed by changing the state of the medium in the capsule 21, for example, the water in the capsule 21 vaporizes by heating, the capsule 21 expands and becomes larger, and the steam in the capsule 21 condenses by cooling, the capsule 21 shrinks and becomes smaller. It should be noted that the medium can be a gaseous medium at room temperature, such as air, inert gas, nitrogen, etc., in which case the capsule 21 is an air capsule; it can also be a liquid medium at room temperature, such as water, oil, etc., in which case the capsule 21 is a liquid capsule; it can even be a solid medium at room temperature, such as paraffin, which melts into a liquid after heating. The capsule 21 may be a structure that is flexible as a whole or partially flexible, as long as the flexible extrusion portion for contacting the battery cell 3 is flexible. The capsule 21 may be integrally formed or assembled from multiple components.
[0106] Optionally, the pressure-applying component 2 includes a capsule 21 , and the capsule 21 is used to press the battery cells 3 located on both sides of the capsule 21 .
[0107] Optionally, the pressure-applying component 2 includes a plurality of bladders 21, such as two bladders 21 stacked back to back, and the two bladders 21 respectively press the battery cells 3 located on both sides thereof. Here, a plurality refers to two or more.
[0108] In the embodiment of the present application, a capsule 21 is provided to squeeze the battery cell 3. When the battery cell 3 is charged and discharged, the volume of the battery cell 3 will expand and contract. At the same time, the capsule 21 can undergo adaptive elastic deformation according to the shape of the battery cell 3, so that the flexible extrusion portion on the capsule 21 always keeps squeezing the surface of the battery cell 3, thereby improving the group margin of the compression of the battery cell 3 and alleviating the phenomenon that the electrode inside the battery cell 3 is wrinkled due to the volume change of the battery cell 3.
[0109] According to some embodiments of the present application, reference Figures 1 to 4 , Figure 7 , Fig.12As shown, a capsule cavity 213 which can be filled with a fluid medium is disposed in the capsule body 21 , and a capsule opening 22 communicating with the capsule cavity 213 is disposed on the frame 1 .
[0110] The fluid medium refers to a medium that is fluid at room temperature, such as a gas medium or a liquid medium. The capsule cavity 213 refers to a cavity that can accommodate the medium. The capsule opening 22 refers to a channel through which the medium can pass, including but not limited to a through hole.
[0111] When using the battery cell squeezing device, when the amount of fluid medium filled in the bladder cavity 213 is small, the battery cell 3 is first inserted between two adjacent bladder bodies 21, and then the fluid medium is filled into the bladder cavity 213 through the bladder opening 22, so that the volume of the bladder body 21 expands and becomes larger, thereby squeezing the battery cell 3. After the formation or test is completed, the fluid medium in the bladder cavity 213 can be discharged through the bladder opening 22, and the volume of the bladder body 21 shrinks and becomes smaller. After the squeezing of the battery cell 3 by the bladder body 21 is released, the battery cell 3 can be taken out from between the two adjacent bladder bodies 21.
[0112] In the formation process, for the technical solution of applying pressure to the battery cell 3 by a hard clamp through a mechanical restraint stroke, since the battery cell 3 will be displaced during the squeezing process by the clamp, the probe electrically connected to the pole of the battery cell 3 will be misaligned. After the probe is misaligned, it cannot be electrically connected to the battery cell 3, which will affect the formation process; moreover, the clamp formation also has the problem of long cutting and pulling time when the battery cell is disassembled and assembled. However, the embodiment of the present application squeezes the battery cell 3 through a deformable capsule 21, which can keep the relative position of the battery cell 3 and the probe unchanged, thereby overcoming the problem of probe misalignment; moreover, the battery cell can be disassembled and assembled by the contraction and expansion of the capsule, which greatly shortens the cutting and pulling time.
[0113] By providing a capsule cavity 213 on the capsule body 21, providing a capsule opening 22 on the frame 1, and adjusting the amount of fluid medium filled in the capsule cavity 213 by using the capsule opening 22, the volume of the capsule body 21 can be changed. In this way, when using the battery cell extrusion device, the capsule opening 22 can be used to fill the capsule cavity 213 with fluid medium only when the battery cell 3 needs to be extruded, and the capsule cavity 213 is kept empty or filled with a small amount of fluid medium when loading and unloading the battery cell 3, so as to facilitate the removal and placement of the battery cell 3. In addition, the amount of fluid medium filled in the capsule cavity 213 can also be adjusted by the capsule opening 22, so as to adjust the extrusion force of the capsule body 21 on the battery cell 3, so as to avoid the battery cell 3 being subjected to excessive force, resulting in poor appearance such as the shell of the battery cell 3 being dented, or the battery cell 3 being subjected to too little force, resulting in lithium precipitation.
[0114] The battery cells 3 are affected by process errors during the formation process and have differences in thickness, hardness, shape, group margin, etc. Due to these differences, the extrusion device in the related art not only has poor compatibility when extruding the battery cells 3, but also easily suffers from uneven force on the battery cells 3 during extrusion.
[0115] In the battery cell extrusion device provided in the embodiment of the present application, since the capsule 21 can adaptively deform according to the surface shape of the battery cell 3, and the amount of fluid medium filled in the capsule cavity 213 can also be adjusted through the capsule opening 22, the compatibility of the battery cell extrusion device with the thickness, shape, group margin, etc. of the battery cell 3 is improved, and the force uniformity of each battery cell 3 is improved.
[0116] The capsule opening 22 passes through the capsule cavity 213, which means that the capsule opening 22 is used to connect the capsule cavity 213 with the outside. Optionally, a capsule opening 22 is provided on a single capsule body 21. Providing a capsule opening 22 can make the structure of the capsule body 21 as simple as possible while ensuring the flow of the medium, thereby improving the reliability of the capsule body 21.
[0117] In some embodiments, a single capsule 21 has multiple capsule openings 22, which are spaced apart on the frame 1. The capsule cavity 213 can be quickly filled or discharged with fluid medium through the multiple spaced apart capsule openings 22, so as to achieve rapid expansion and contraction of the volume of the capsule 21.
[0118] For example, refer to Figure 2 As shown, the frame 1 is provided with two bag openings 22, namely a first bag opening 221 and a second bag opening 222. The first bag opening 221 and the second bag opening 222 are opened at the upper and lower ends of the same side of the frame 1 or opened at different sides of the frame 1. One of the first bag opening 221 and the second bag opening 222 can be used as an inlet of the medium, and the other as an outlet of the medium, so that a plurality of bag bodies 21 can be connected in series.
[0119] By opening the bag opening 22 on the rigid frame 1, on the one hand, the battery cell 3 can be prevented from blocking the bag opening 22 when the battery cell extrusion device is in use. On the other hand, the bag opening 22 can be shaped by the rigid frame 1, thereby facilitating docking with other components through the bag opening 22, such as connecting with components for conveying fluid media, thereby promoting filling or discharge of the fluid medium.
[0120] According to some embodiments of the present application, the capsule body 21 includes a flexible cover, and the flexible cover and the frame 1 enclose a capsule cavity 213 , and the flexible cover is formed as a flexible extrusion portion.
[0121] Optionally, frame openings are provided on both sides of the frame 1. For example, the frame 1 includes a first sub-frame and a second sub-frame, both of which are provided with through holes, and the first sub-frame and the second sub-frame are superimposed and arranged together to form the frame 1. When frame openings are provided on both sides of the frame 1, the capsule 21 includes two flexible covers, and the two flexible covers cover the frame openings on both sides of the frame 1 respectively. For example, one flexible cover covers the opening on one side of the first sub-frame away from the second sub-frame, and the other flexible cover covers the opening on one side of the second sub-frame away from the first sub-frame. In this case, the capsule 21 can be arranged in the middle of the frame 1, and both sides of the capsule 21 can squeeze the battery cell 3. For the convenience of subsequent reference, this capsule 21 that can squeeze the battery cell 3 on both sides is called a double-sided capsule. Of course, in other embodiments, the frame 1 can also be integrally formed, for example, by hollowing out a plate.
[0122] Optionally, the frame 1 is provided with a frame opening only on one side, for example, the frame 1 includes a first sub-frame and a cover plate, both of which are provided with through holes, the cover plate covers one side opening of the first sub-frame, and the other side opening of the first sub-frame constitutes a frame opening. When the frame 1 is provided with a frame opening only on one side, the capsule 21 includes a flexible cover, and the flexible cover covers the frame opening on one side of the frame 1, for example, the flexible cover covers the side opening of the first sub-frame away from the cover plate. In this case, the capsule 21 can be arranged at the end of the tray body 20, and the battery cell 3 is squeezed by using the side of the capsule 21 provided with the flexible cover. For the convenience of subsequent reference, this capsule 21 that can squeeze the battery cell 3 on only one side is called a single-sided capsule. Of course, in other embodiments, the frame 1 can also be obtained by integral molding, for example, by a concave in a plate body.
[0123] The flexible cover refers to a part that is difficult for the medium to pass through and can be deformed. The material of the flexible cover can be, but is not limited to, silicone, cowhide, rubber or latex. The flexible cover can be, but is not limited to, connected to the frame 1 by bonding, welding or clamping. For example, the flexible cover is a silicone part, and the flexible cover can be fixed to the frame 1 by silicone vulcanization technology.
[0124] In some embodiments, the pressure that the flexible cover can withstand needs to be greater than 0.6 MPa, and the elastic modulus is no greater than 5%, so as to meet the requirement of applying pressure to the battery cell 3 .
[0125] By installing the flexible cover on the rigid frame 1, the rigid frame 1 can be used as a skeleton to support and shape the flexible cover, so that the flexible cover remains open and stretched, so that it can better contact and squeeze the battery cell 3, reducing the squeezing dead angle. In addition, the rigid frame 1 can also assist in installation, and even the frame 1 itself can be installed as a connecting part with the tray body 20, thereby improving the convenience of installing the capsule 21.
[0126] According to some embodiments of the present application, the battery cell squeezing device further includes a fluid delivery component, which is connected to the bag cavity 213 .
[0127] The fluid delivery component refers to a component for delivering fluid medium. The fluid medium can enter the sac cavity 213 through the fluid delivery component, and can also flow out of the sac cavity 213. Specifically, one end of the fluid delivery component is connected to the sac opening 22, so as to achieve communication with the sac cavity 213. The fluid delivery component includes but is not limited to an air tube or a liquid tube.
[0128] The fluid delivery assembly is arranged along the direction in which the multiple pressure-applying components 2 are arranged at intervals. Optionally, when the multiple pressure-applying components 2 are arranged at intervals along the Y direction, the fluid delivery assembly is arranged along the Y direction. Of course, if in other embodiments, the multiple pressure-applying components 2 are arranged at intervals along the X direction, the fluid delivery assembly is arranged along the X direction. It should be noted here that the fluid delivery assembly can be in the form of a main pipeline plus a branch pipeline, the main pipeline is connected to each branch pipeline, and the main pipeline is used to communicate with a fluid medium source, such as a gas source, and the branch pipeline is respectively connected to each capsule cavity 213; the fluid delivery assembly can also be in the form of parallel branch pipelines, and each branch pipeline is used to connect to the fluid medium source and the capsule cavity 213 respectively.
[0129] According to some embodiments of the present application, reference Figure 2 , Figure 7 , Figure 8 , Fig.12 and Fig.13 As shown, the pressure-applying component 2 includes a first pressure-applying portion and a second pressure-applying portion, and the first pressure-applying portion and the second pressure-applying portion are configured to apply pressure to different areas of the battery cell 3 and the applied pressures are different in magnitude. The flexible cover includes a first cover 211 and a second cover 212, the first cover 211 is formed as the first pressure-applying portion, and the second cover 212 is formed as the second pressure-applying portion, and the elastic modulus of the first cover 211 is greater than the elastic modulus of the second cover 212.
[0130] By using the first cover 211 and the second cover 212 , two pressure applying portions with different pressures can be formed.
[0131] The elastic modulus refers to the stress required for a material to produce a unit elastic deformation under the action of an external force. The elastic modulus can reflect the material's ability to resist elastic deformation and can be regarded as an indicator of the ease with which a material can produce elastic deformation. The larger the value of the elastic modulus, the greater the stress required to cause a certain elastic deformation of the material, that is, the greater the material stiffness, that is, the smaller the elastic deformation under a certain stress.
[0132] The elastic modulus of the first cover 211 is greater than that of the second cover 212 . When gas of the same pressure is input, the deformation of the first cover 211 is smaller than that of the second cover 212 . Therefore, the squeezing force of the first cover 211 on the battery cell 3 is smaller than that of the second cover 212 on the battery cell 3 .
[0133] In some embodiments, the first cover 211 may be made of silicone material, and the second cover 212 may be made of EPDM rubber material.
[0134] According to some embodiments of the present application, the first cover 211 and the second cover 212 are connected by bonding or fusion.
[0135] The first cover 211 and the second cover 212 can be fixedly connected by either adhesive connection or fusion connection, and the connection reliability is high.
[0136] According to some embodiments of the present application, reference Figure 8 and Fig.13 As shown, on the side close to the battery cell 3 , the first cover 211 is arranged to protrude relative to the second cover 212 .
[0137] On the side close to the extruded surface of the battery cell 3, the first cover 211 is closer to the battery cell 3 than the second cover 212. The distance between the first cover 211 and the extruded surface of the battery cell 3 is smaller than the distance between the second cover 212 and the extruded surface of the battery cell 3. This arrangement can reserve a larger deformation space for the second cover 212 than the first cover 211, so as to apply a greater extrusion force than the first cover 211.
[0138] According to some embodiments of the present application, a circular chamfer 214 is provided at a position of the first cover 211 that protrudes relative to the second cover 212 .
[0139] refer to Figure 8 and Fig.13 As shown, the position where the first cover 211 protrudes relative to the second cover 212, that is, on the side of the first cover 211 close to the second cover 212, the protruding portion of the first cover 211 relative to the second cover 212 is in an arc shape. Compared with a right angle, setting the protruding portion in an arc shape can effectively avoid forming a localized, sharp squeezing pressure on the battery cell 3 and avoid producing obvious indentations.
[0140] According to some embodiments of the present application, reference Fig.12 and Fig.13 As shown, the battery cell extrusion device further includes a connecting portion 215 , which is disposed on the inner circle of the frame 1 , and the pressure member 2 is disposed on the inner circle of the connecting portion 215 .
[0141] By providing the connecting portion 215 , the volume and pressure range of the pressure-applying component 2 can be reduced, and excessive compression on the edge portion of the battery cell 3 can be reduced, thereby avoiding flattening or crushing the edge portion with a smaller pressure-bearing capacity.
[0142] The connecting portion 215 is arranged between the frame 1 and the pressure component 2. In some embodiments, the connecting portion 215 and the frame 1 are integrally formed, which can reduce the operating steps of connecting the connecting portion 215 and the frame 1 and improve the assembly efficiency of the extrusion device; in other embodiments, the connecting portion 215 and the pressure component 2 are integrally formed, which can reduce the operating steps of connecting the connecting portion 215 and the pressure component 2 and improve the assembly efficiency of the extrusion device.
[0143] According to some embodiments of the present application, in a direction from the periphery of the frame 1 toward the center, the width of the connecting portion 215 is 2 to 8 mm.
[0144] In these embodiments, the width of the connecting portion 215 is equal around the edges, which is suitable for battery cells 3 with a thickness of no more than 40 mm.
[0145] When the width of the connection portion 215 is less than 2 mm, the width of the connection portion 215 may be too small to prevent the pressure component 2 from flattening or crushing the edge of the battery cell 3. When the width of the connection portion 215 is greater than 8 mm, the width of the connection portion 215 may be too large to affect the pressure component 2's squeezing effect on the central area of the battery cell 3, and there may be a part that cannot be squeezed, resulting in poor exhaust problems.
[0146] According to some embodiments of the present application, the width of the connection portion 215 is 4-6 mm in the direction from the periphery to the center of the frame 1. For example, the width of the connection portion 215 can be 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm or 6 mm.
[0147] According to some embodiments of the present application, the connection portion 215 is square, and in the direction from the periphery to the center of the frame 1, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 215 is 5 to 11 mm, and the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion 215 is 12 to 18 mm.
[0148] In these embodiments, the upper and lower widths and the left and right widths of the connecting portion 215 are not equal, and are suitable for battery cells 3 with a thickness greater than 40 mm and not less than 86 mm.
[0149] Among them, when the side of the battery cell 3 provided with the liquid injection port 31 and the explosion-proof valve 32 faces upward, the upper end of the connecting part 215 corresponds to the upper end of the battery cell 3, the lower end of the connecting part 215 corresponds to the lower end of the battery cell 3, the left side of the connecting part 215 corresponds to the left side of the battery cell 3, and the right side of the connecting part 215 corresponds to the right side of the battery cell 3.
[0150] When the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 215 is less than 5 mm, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 215 may be too small to prevent the pressure component 2 from flattening or crushing the upper and lower edges of the battery cell 3. When the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 215 is greater than 11 mm, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 215 may be too large to affect the pressure component 2's squeezing effect on the central area of the battery cell 3, and there may be a part that cannot be squeezed, resulting in poor exhaust problems.
[0151] When the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion 215 is less than 12 mm, the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion 215 may be too small to prevent the pressure component 2 from flattening or crushing the left and right edges of the battery cell 3. When the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion 215 is greater than 18 mm, the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion 215 may be too large to affect the pressure component 2's squeezing effect on the central area of the battery cell 3, and there may be a part that cannot be squeezed, resulting in poor exhaust problems.
[0152] According to some embodiments of the present application, the connection portion 215 is square, and in the direction from the periphery to the center of the frame 1, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 215 is 7 to 9 mm, and the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion 215 is 14 to 16 mm. For example, the width of the upper and lower ends of the connection portion 215 can be 7 mm, 7.5 mm, 8 mm, 8.5 mm, or 9 mm, and the width of the left and right sides of the connection portion 215 can be 14 mm, 14.5 mm, 15 mm, 15.5 mm, or 16 mm, etc.
[0153] According to some embodiments of the present application, the battery cell extrusion device may include an extrusion unit 10, which is arranged on a first side of the battery cell 3, and a second side opposite to the first side can be abutted against other structures, such as a flat plate structure, to provide supporting force when the battery cell 3 is squeezed.
[0154] According to some embodiments of the present application, refer to Figures 5 to 13 As shown, the battery cell extrusion device includes at least two extrusion units 10, and the battery cell 3 is arranged between the two extrusion units 10. The two sides of the battery cell 3 can be extruded by different extrusion units 10 respectively, so that the pressure range of the extruded surfaces on both sides of the battery cell 3 can be effectively controlled, improving the extrusion effect of the two sides of the battery cell 3, and further improving the exhaust effect of the battery cell 3.
[0155] At least two pressing units 10 refer to two, three, four or more pressing units 10. The at least two pressing units 10 may be arranged at intervals along a preset direction.
[0156] refer to Figures 14 to 17 As shown, the embodiment of the present application further provides a tray, including a tray body 20 and the above-mentioned battery cell extrusion device, and the battery cell extrusion device is arranged in the tray body 20.
[0157] The tray body 20 refers to a component used to support the battery cells 3. The tray body 20 can be a flat tray or a box-type tray, as long as it can support the battery cells 3. The tray body 20 can be integrally formed or assembled by splicing. The material of the tray body 20 can be but not limited to metal, plastic, inorganic non-metal or wood. Optionally, the tray body 20 is provided with weight-reducing holes, for example, the weight-reducing holes are hollow holes provided on the tray body 20.
[0158] An embodiment of the present application also provides a battery production device, including a battery cell extrusion device or a tray.
[0159] The battery produced by the battery production equipment provided by the embodiment of the present application can be used as a power source for various types of electrical equipment, and the battery is configured to provide electrical energy to the electrical equipment. The electrical equipment can be, but is not limited to, mobile phones, portable devices, laptops, battery cars, electric cars, ships, spacecraft, electric toys and electric tools, etc. For example, spacecraft include airplanes, rockets, space shuttles and spacecrafts, etc. Electric toys include fixed or mobile electric toys, such as game consoles, electric car toys, electric ship toys and electric airplane toys, etc. Electric tools include metal cutting electric tools, grinding electric tools, assembly electric tools and railway electric tools, such as electric drills, electric grinders, electric wrenches, electric screwdrivers, electric hammers, impact drills, concrete vibrators and electric planers.
[0160] In the battery, there can be multiple battery cells 3, and the multiple battery cells 3 can be connected in series, in parallel, or in a mixed connection. The mixed connection means that the multiple battery cells 3 are both connected in series and in parallel. The multiple battery cells 3 can be directly connected in series, in parallel, or in a mixed connection, and then the whole formed by the multiple battery cells 3 is accommodated in the box; of course, the battery can also be a battery module in which multiple battery cells 3 are first connected in series, in parallel, or in a mixed connection, and the multiple battery modules are then connected in series, in parallel, or in a mixed connection to form a whole, and accommodated in the box. The battery may also include other structures. For example, the battery may also include a converging component for realizing electrical connection between the multiple battery cells 3. Among them, the battery cells 3 include lithium-ion secondary batteries, lithium-ion primary batteries, lithium-sulfur batteries, sodium-lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, or magnesium-ion batteries, etc., which are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
[0161] The following is combined with Figures 1 to 17 The structures of some embodiments of the present application are described as follows:
[0162] like Figures 1 to 4 , which is a schematic diagram of the structure of an extrusion unit 10. The extrusion unit 10 comprises a frame 1 and a pressure member 2 arranged in a cavity enclosed by the frame 1. The frame 1 is rectangular in shape. The pressure member 2 is also rectangular in shape.
[0163] The pressing member 2 is recessed inwardly relative to the end surface of the frame 1 to form a groove 11 between the frame 1 and the pressing member 2 . The groove 11 can be used to accommodate a portion of the battery cell 3 .
[0164] The pressure-applying component 2 includes a capsule body 21 and a capsule opening 22 disposed on the frame 1. The capsule body 21 includes a first cover 211 and a second cover 212, the first cover 211 is connected to the inner circle of the frame 1, and the second cover 212 is connected to the inner circle of the first cover 211. The capsule opening 22 includes a first capsule opening 221 disposed on the upper side and a second capsule opening 222 disposed on the lower side.
[0165] like Figures 5 to 10 As shown, the battery cell extrusion device includes two extrusion units 10, the battery cell 3 is arranged between the two extrusion units 10, and the two sides of the battery cell 3 are respectively extruded by the corresponding extrusion units 10 to achieve the purpose of exhaust.
[0166] The top surface of the battery cell 3 is provided with a liquid injection port 31, an explosion-proof valve 32, a first pole 33 and a second pole 34. The electrolyte is injected into the interior of the shell through the liquid injection port 31. The explosion-proof valve 32 can burst when the internal pressure of the shell is too high to release the pressure in the shell.
[0167] like Figure 7 As shown, the pressure component 2 includes two layers of flexible covers, and the two layers of flexible covers and the frame 1 enclose a cavity 213. The cavity 213 can be filled with gas to expand and deform the flexible covers to form an extrusion effect on the battery cell 3. The two layers of flexible covers are respectively recessed inward relative to the end surface of the frame 1 to form grooves 11 on both sides of the frame 1 for partially accommodating the battery cell 3. The grooves 11 can not only limit the battery cell 3, but also restrict the deformation of the flexible covers to prevent the flexible covers from expanding to the area outside the extruded surface of the battery cell 3, thereby effectively controlling the pressure range, making the extrusion force more concentrated, and avoiding the waste of extrusion energy.
[0168] The flexible cover includes a first cover 211 and a second cover 212. The elastic modulus of the first cover 211 is greater than that of the second cover 212. Therefore, when gas of the same pressure is filled, the deformation of the first cover 211 is smaller than that of the second cover 212. The squeezing force of the first cover 211 on the battery cell 3 is smaller than that of the second cover 212. Therefore, it is possible to avoid excessive squeezing force on the edge of the battery cell 3 to cause obvious indentations.
[0169] like Figure 8 As shown, the first cover 211 is provided with a circular chamfer 214 at a position protruding relative to the second cover 212. By providing the circular chamfer 214, it is possible to avoid forming a sharp portion after the first cover 211 and the second cover 212 expand and deform, and avoid pressing obvious indentations on the battery cell 3 or damaging the battery cell 3.
[0170] like Figures 11 to 13 As shown, the battery cell extrusion device also includes two extrusion units 10. Figures 5 to 10 The difference of the illustrated embodiment is that the pressure member 2 further comprises a connecting portion 215 , and the connecting portion 215 is arranged on the outer circle of the first cover 211 , that is, the connecting portion 215 is connected between the frame 1 and the first cover 211 .
[0171] By providing the connecting portion 215 , the pressure range of the pressure-applying component 2 can be reduced, thereby preventing the edge portion of the battery cell 3 with a smaller pressure-bearing capacity from being flattened or crushed.
[0172] like Figures 14 to 17 , which is a schematic diagram of the structure of a tray including a plurality of extrusion units 10. The tray includes a tray body 20, a plurality of extrusion units 10 are arranged in the tray body 20 at intervals, and a plurality of battery cells 3 are arranged between two extrusion units 10, respectively.
[0173] The tray body 20 is in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The top of the tray body 20 is an open structure. Two opposite inner surfaces of the tray body 20 are provided with a plurality of limiting grooves, and the extrusion unit 10 is disposed in the limiting grooves.
[0174] Although the present application has been described with reference to preferred embodiments, various modifications may be made thereto and parts thereof may be replaced with equivalents without departing from the scope of the present application. In particular, the various technical features mentioned in the various embodiments may be combined in any manner as long as there are no structural conflicts. The present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed herein, but includes all technical solutions falling within the scope of the claims.
