Microsatellite primer based on hansenula polymorpha yeast genome and application of microsatellite primer

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of molecular biology, in particular to microsatellite primers based on hansenula polymorpha yeast genomes and application of the microsatellite primers. The invention provides six groups of brand-new microsatellite site primer groups related to hansenula polymorpha. Wherein three groups are cactus hansenula polymorpha primer group sequences, and a cactus hansenula polymorpha yeast region can be divided into four genotypes, namely Hopa, Hopb, Hopc and Hopd, according to the types of electrophoretic bands of PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) products at three microsatellite loci HOP1, HOP2 and HOP5. The three groups are rare hansenula polymorpha primer group sequences, and the rare hansenula polymorpha can be divided into four genotypes, namely Hoca, Hocb, Hocc and Hocd, according to the types of electrophoretic bands of PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) products at three microsatellite sites, namely HOC2, HOC4 and HOC7.
