Polyester fabric and in-situ dyeing processing method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a polyester fabric and an in-situ dyeing processing method thereof. The in-situ dyeing processing method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of the polyester fabric: pretreating the polyester fabric with ester bond hydrolase; (2) dipping the polyester fabric in a methacrylic anhydride treatment solution for treatment; (3) dipping the polyester fabric in a solution containing vinyl aniline hydrochloride, and forming a macromolecule containing an aniline structure on the surface of the fiber through horseradish peroxidase catalytic graft polymerization; and (4) dipping the polyester fabric in a diazonium salt solution, and realizing in-situ coloring of the polyester fabric through coupling reaction of diazonium salt and the macromolecule containing the aniline structure on the surface of the polyester. Vinyl is introduced to the surface of the fiber, and an enzyme is combined to catalyze graft polymerization of vinyl-containing aniline hydrochloride, so that macromolecules containing aniline structure side groups are formed on the surface of the fiber; azo dyes are formed through coupling reaction of diazonium salts and aniline structures on the surfaces of the fibers, different colors can be obtained by coupling different diazonium salts, and the color depth of the fabric is high.
