[0042] Hereinafter, a machining program generating device and a machining program generating method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0043] Implementation method 1.
[0044] Figure 1 This is a block diagram showing the configuration of a numerical control device 100 according to Embodiment 1. The numerical control device 100 automatically creates a machining program (machining program 2 described later) for numerically controlling a machine tool, and controls a machine tool (not shown) using the machining program 2.
[0045] The numerical control device 100 includes a machining program generating device 10, a machine learning device 20, a dialogue operation processing unit 30, an instruction input unit 40, a display unit 50, and a control unit 60. The numerical control device 100 is mounted on a machine tool or connected to a machine tool, and numerically controls the operation of the machine tool according to a machining program 2. Here, the machining program 2 is used to cut a machining object from a material state and cut out a product shape of a cut product. The machine tool is, for example, a machining center, a lathe, or a compound lathe. Next, the case where the machine tool is a machining center is described.
[0046] In addition, Figure 1 In the example shown, the machining program generation device 10 and the machine learning device 20 are mounted on the numerical control device 100, but the first embodiment is not limited to this example. For example, at least one of the machining program generation device 10 and the machine learning device 20 may be a device different from the numerical control device 100. That is, the machining program generation device 10 and the machine learning device 20 may be independently provided outside the numerical control device 100. In addition, the machining program generation device 10 may be a device different from the machine learning device 20.
[0047] The machining program generation device 10 is a device for generating a machining program 2, which includes a plurality of cutting processing processes for cutting a machined product from a workpiece by numerical control. The machining program generation device 10 generates the machining program 2 based on machining shape data input from the outside of the numerical control device 100 to the machining program generation device 10. The machining shape data includes material shape data, product shape data, and fixture shape data. The machining program generation device 10 of embodiment 1 generates a machining program 2 after determining whether an element of a machine tool interferes with a fixture. An example of an element of a machine tool is a tool (machining tool). In the following description, a case where the element of a machine tool is a tool is described, but the element of a machine tool is not limited to a tool.
[0048] Material shape data is data that defines the shape of the object to be processed before processing, that is, the shape of the material. Product shape data is data that defines the shape of the object to be processed after processing, that is, the shape of the product. Fixture shape data is data that defines the shape of the fixture, which is a fixture that is a mounting part for fixing the object to be processed on a machine tool. For example, a fixture is a clamp or a vise in the purpose of fixing the object to be processed. Material shape data, product shape data, and fixture shape data are, for example, CAD (Computer-Aided Design, CAD) data 1.
[0049] When receiving the material shape data, product shape data, and fixture shape data, the machining program generating device 10 configures the material shape, product shape, and fixture shape using the configuration data as the inference result of the machine learning device 20. The configuration data is data related to the configuration positions of the material shape data, product shape data, and fixture shape data.
[0050] The machining program generating device 10 generates a machining program 2 including information of machining units (hereinafter referred to as machining unit information) based on the arrangement positions of material shape data, product shape data, and jig shape data, which are arrangement data.
[0051] The machining unit is a machining unit that performs continuous machining using the same spindle and the same tool. The machining unit information includes machining data including machining method information; tool data including tool information and cutting condition information used for machining; and shape sequence data including shape information defining a machining shape composed of a single shape. In addition, the machining unit information includes machining process data as machining process data. The machining process will be described later.
[0052] The information of the tool includes the type of tool, the shape of the tool, etc. In addition, the information of the tool may include the information of the tool holder. The information of the tool holder includes the type of tool holder, the shape of the tool holder, etc. The cutting conditions are the cutting speed, rotation speed, feed rate, etc. when the machine tool performs processing.
[0053] If the machine learning device 20 receives material shape data, product shape data, and fixture shape data, it generates a learning model (machine learning model) to be used based on the configuration data of the material shape data, product shape data, and fixture shape data used in the configuration examples created in the past, i.e., multiple shape configuration examples 3. That is, the shape configuration examples 3 input to the machine learning device 20 are configuration data created in the past. The shape configuration examples 3 can be stored in the numerical control device 100 or in an external device of the numerical control device 100. The machine learning device 20 uses the generated learning model to infer the configuration data and sends the inferred result to the processing program generation device 10.
[0054] The dialogue operation processing unit 30 is an interface between the numerical control device 100 and the operator, and is also an interface between the machining program generation device 10 or the machine learning device 20 and the operator. The dialogue operation processing unit 30 sends the instruction information input by the operator via the instruction input unit 40 to the machining program generation device 10 or the machine learning device 20. In addition, the dialogue operation processing unit 30 displays the instruction information input by the operator via the instruction input unit 40 on the display unit 50.
[0055] The instruction input unit 40 is composed of input devices such as a mouse and a keyboard. The instruction input unit 40 receives instruction information from an operator and transmits the instruction information to the interactive operation processing unit 30 .
[0056] The display unit 50 is a display device such as a liquid crystal monitor, and displays the CAD data 1, the machining program 2, the shape arrangement example 3, the instruction information input by the operator via the instruction input unit 40, etc. In addition, the display unit 50 can display various information related to the processing performed by the numerical control device 100, the machining program generation device 10, and the machine learning device 20.
[0057] The control unit 60 controls the machine tool using the machining program 2 generated by the machining program generating device 10 .
[0058] The processing program generating device 10 includes a shape input unit 11, a product shape storage unit 12, a material shape storage unit 13, a jig shape storage unit 14, a shape arrangement unit 15, a shape arrangement teaching unit 16, a processing program generating unit 17, and a processing program changing unit 18. The processing program changing unit 18 includes a processing program adding unit 19.
[0059] Component data, product shape data, material shape data, and fixture shape data are input from an external device of the numerical control device 100 to the machining program generation device 10. The component data, product shape data, material shape data, and fixture shape data are composed of the CAD data 1. The component data is composed of any of the product shape data, material shape data, and fixture shape data.
[0060] The shape input unit 11 receives the CAD data 1 input from an external device. The product shape data, the material shape data, and the jig shape are not limited to the CAD data 1, and may be any data that can be interpreted by the machining program generating device 10.
[0061] The product shape storage unit 12 stores the product shape data input to the shape input unit 11. The product shape data includes data on the product shape, which is the finished shape of the cut product, and material information indicating the material quality of the material.
[0062] The material shape storage unit 13 stores the material shape data input to the shape input unit 11. The material shape is the shape of the object to be processed before processing, that is, the data of the material shape. As the material shape, there is, for example, a cylindrical shape or a rectangular parallelepiped shape that accommodates the product shape. In addition, the material shape does not necessarily have to accommodate the product shape, and may be a shape after any surface of the product shape is thickened, or a shape after the hole of the product shape is removed. The material shape data may include material information indicating the material quality of the material.
[0063] The fixture shape storage unit 14 stores the fixture shape data input to the shape input unit 11. The fixture shape data is data of the fixture shape of the fixture that fixes the processing object, i.e., the material, before processing. The fixture shape is, for example, a cylindrical shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, or a shape that combines a plurality of cylindrical shapes, a shape that combines a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped shapes, or a shape that combines a cylindrical shape and a rectangular parallelepiped shape. In addition, the fixture shape may not be a cylindrical shape or a rectangular parallelepiped shape, but may be a polygonal shape, a spherical shape, a torus shape, a free shape, or the like.
[0064] The shape configuration unit 15 configures the product shape stored in the product shape storage unit 12, the material shape stored in the material shape storage unit 13, and the fixture shape stored in the fixture shape storage unit 14. The shape configuration unit 15 is configured to accommodate the processed object, i.e., the product shape, within the processed object, i.e., the material shape, and to configure the fixture shape at a position to fix the material shape.
[0065] The shape configuration unit 15 may not configure the material shape and the product shape at a position where the material shape definitely accommodates the product shape. The shape configuration unit 15 may configure the fixture shape at a position that presses the material shape from above, or at a position that clamps the material shape from the side, and may not configure it at a position that definitely contacts the material shape. In addition, at least one of the product shape, the material shape, and the fixture shape may be configured at a position indicated by the operator via the dialogue operation processing unit 30. In addition, the shape configuration unit 15 may configure the product shape, the material shape, and the fixture shape based on the configuration data inferred by the machine learning device 20.
[0066] In addition, the shape configuration unit 15 stores a plurality of installation patterns of the jig shape and the material shape. The installation pattern includes information on the configuration positions of the jig shape and the material shape. The shape configuration unit 15 configures the product shape, the material shape, and the jig shape by using the installation pattern selected by the operator from the plurality of installation patterns or the installation pattern corresponding to the shape of the jig shape.
[0067] The shape configuration teaching unit 16 selects the shape configuration example 3 based on the configuration data inferred by the machine learning device 20 from any of the product shape stored in the product shape storage unit 12, the material shape stored in the material shape storage unit 13, and the fixture shape stored in the fixture shape storage unit 14. The shape configuration teaching unit 16 causes the display unit 50 to display the selected shape configuration example 3, thereby causing the display unit 50 to display the configuration data.
[0068] The machining program generation unit 17 generates a machining program 2 based on the product shape stored in the product shape storage unit 12, the material shape stored in the material shape storage unit 13, the fixture shape stored in the fixture shape storage unit 14, and the shapes configured by the shape configuration unit 15. The machining program 2 is a computer program for numerically controlling a machine tool, and includes information related to a machining method, a tool, cutting conditions, a tool trajectory, a material shape, a material material, and the like.
[0069] The processing program changing unit 18 changes the processing program 2 created by the processing program generating unit 17 in accordance with the instruction of the operator. The processing program adding unit 19 adds a new processing program (a fixture processing program 2A described later) to the processing program 2 created by the processing program generating unit 17 in accordance with the instruction of the operator. The processing program changing unit 18 receives the instruction of the operator via the dialogue operation processing unit 30.
[0070] The machine learning device 20 includes a configuration data analysis unit 21, a machine learning unit 22, a learning model storage unit 23, and an inference unit 24. The configuration data analysis unit 21 extracts the first parameter and the second parameter from the product shape stored in the product shape storage unit 12, the material shape stored in the material shape storage unit 13, the fixture shape stored in the fixture shape storage unit 14, and the product shape data, material shape data, and fixture shape data configured by the shape configuration unit 15. That is, the configuration data analysis unit 21 extracts the first parameter and the second parameter from the product shape, material shape, fixture shape, and the configuration position of each shape.
[0071] The first parameter and the second parameter are parameters used by the machining program generating device 10. The first parameter is a parameter to be adjusted in the machining program generating device 10. The second parameter is a parameter not to be adjusted in the machining program 2 and is a parameter used to adjust the first parameter. Adjustment of a parameter means determining the value of the parameter.
[0072] The value of the first parameter is generated when the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12 , the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13 , and the jig shape data stored in the jig shape storage unit 14 are arranged.
[0073] The first parameter, for example, is a parameter representing shape configuration example 3, which is data required for configuration such as the shape of the fixture, the size of the fixture shape, the orientation of the fixture shape, the position of the fixture shape on the processing workbench, the position of the material shape relative to the fixture shape, and the position of the product shape relative to the material shape.
[0074] In addition, the first parameter may be the file name of the product shape data, material shape data and fixture shape data after shape configuration. In addition, the first parameter may be the file name of the image data or video data of the product shape, material shape and fixture shape after shape configuration.
[0075] The second parameter is fixed length data that is not adjusted. The second parameter is, for example, data generated based on material shape, material material, size of material shape, product shape, size of product shape, fixture shape, fixture material, size of fixture shape, etc. The second parameter is, for example, the size of the material generated based on the material shape (height, horizontal width, vertical width, etc.). In addition, the second parameter can be image data of a 3D shape of a product shape or a material shape, voxel data of a 3D shape, inside and outside judgment data on a 3D grid space, etc.
[0076] For each first parameter, the first parameter is associated with a second parameter. The first parameter is adjusted based on the second parameter corresponding to the first parameter. The configuration data analysis unit 21 determines the second parameter to be extracted for each first parameter, and extracts the determined second parameter. The configuration data analysis unit 21 inputs the extracted first parameter and second parameter to the machine learning unit 22.
[0077] The machine learning unit 22 generates a learning model by learning using a data set including the extracted first parameter and second parameter. The machine learning unit 22 generates a learning model for inferring the value of the first parameter based on the second parameter set by the operator. In the first embodiment, the machine learning unit 22 performs supervised learning for generating the learning model. The machine learning unit 22 inputs the generated learning model into the learning model storage unit 23.
[0078] The learning algorithm used by the machine learning unit 22 may be any algorithm. As an example of the learning algorithm used by the machine learning unit 22, a neural network or the like is cited. The neural network may be a deep learning of a multi-layer structure. In addition, the learning algorithm used by the machine learning unit 22 may be genetic programming, inductive logic programming, SVM (Support Vector Machine, support vector machine), etc. Machine learning is a process of optimizing parameters such as weights or biases of a neural network.
[0079] The learning model storage unit 23 stores the learning model as the learning result of the machine learning unit 22. The learning model shows the relationship between the optimal first parameter and the input second parameter. That is, the learning model is a model for deriving the optimal first parameter with respect to the second parameter based on the second parameter.
[0080] Input data including the second parameter is input as input data to the inference unit 24. The inference unit 24 uses the learning model to infer the value of the first parameter based on the second parameter. The inference unit 24 inputs the second parameter to the learning model, and outputs the value of the first parameter as the inference result from the learning model. The inference unit 24 sends the inference result to the machining program generation unit 17. That is, the inference unit 24 returns the first parameter as the inference result to the machining program generation unit 17 for the second parameter sent from the machining program generation unit 17. The inference unit 24 outputs the value of the first parameter to the machining program generation unit 17 as the inference result.
[0081] Next, the operation of the numerical control device 100 will be described. The operation of the numerical control device 100 includes a machining program generation process performed by the machining program generation device 10 , a learning model generation process performed by the machine learning device 20 , and an inference process performed by the machine learning device 20 .
[0082] Figure 2 The flowchart shows the procedure of machining program generation processing performed by the machining program generation device 10 according to Embodiment 1. The machining program generation device 10 generates a machining program 2 in which a product shape, a material shape, and a fixture shape are arranged, using an inference result inferred by a learning model as a learning result of the machine learning device 20 .
[0083] In step S1 , the shape input unit 11 reads the CAD data 1 of the product shape from a storage area (not shown) and stores the CAD data 1 of the product shape in the product shape storage unit 12 as product shape data.
[0084] In step S2, the material shape storage unit 13 generates a material shape based on the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12, and stores it as material shape data. In addition, when the shape input unit 11 reads the CAD data 1 of the material shape from the storage area not shown in the figure, the material shape storage unit 13 stores the CAD data 1 of the material shape read by the shape input unit 11 as material shape data.
[0085] In step S3, the jig shape storage unit 14 generates a jig shape based on the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13 and the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12, and stores it as jig shape data. In addition, when the shape input unit 11 reads the CAD data 1 of the jig shape from the storage area not shown in the figure, the jig shape storage unit 14 stores the CAD data 1 of the jig shape read by the shape input unit 11 as the jig shape data.
[0086] Figure 3 This is a perspective view showing an example of a product shape corresponding to the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Figure 4 This is a perspective view showing an example of a material shape corresponding to the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13 of the machining program creation device 10 according to the first embodiment. Figure 5 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a jig shape corresponding to jig shape data stored in the jig shape storage unit 14 of the machining program generation device 10 according to the first embodiment. Figure 3 The product shape SA1 is shown as an example of a product shape. Figure 4 The material shape SB2 is shown as an example of the material shape. Figure 5 , a clamp shape SC3 is shown as an example of the clamp shape.
[0087] In step S4, the shape configuration unit 15 configures each shape of the product shape, the material shape, and the fixture shape. That is, in step S4, the shape configuration unit 15 generates configuration data of the product shape, the material shape, and the fixture shape. In other words, the shape configuration unit 15 generates configuration data indicating the configuration position of the product shape, the configuration position of the material shape, and the configuration position of the fixture shape.
[0088] Specifically, the shape configuration unit 15 extracts the second parameter based on the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12, the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13, and the fixture shape data stored in the fixture shape storage unit 14. The shape configuration unit 15 sets the configuration data of the product shape and the material shape, the configuration data of the fixture shape and the material shape, and the configuration data of the fixture shape and the processing table as the first parameter. The shape configuration unit 15 sends the extracted second parameter and the set first parameter to the inference unit 24 of the machine learning device 20, and causes the inference unit 24 to infer the first parameter. That is, the shape configuration unit 15 causes the inference unit 24 to infer the first parameter corresponding to the extracted second parameter. The shape configuration unit 15 causes the inference unit 24 to infer the first parameter, thereby generating the configuration data.
[0089] Next, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the product shape data, the material shape data, and the fixture shape data based on the generated configuration data. In addition, at least one of the product shape data, the material shape data, and the fixture shape data can be configured at any position by the operator using the dialogue operation processing unit 30, the instruction input unit 40, and the display unit 50.
[0090] Figure 6 1 is a perspective view showing an example of product shape data, material shape data, and fixture shape data that are shape-arranged by the shape arrangement unit 15 of the machining program generation device 10 according to the first embodiment. Figure 6 In FIG. 1 , a product shape SA1, which is a shape example shown by the product shape data, a material shape SB2, which is a shape example shown by the material shape data, and a jig shape SC3, which is a shape example shown by the jig shape data, are shown. Figure 6 The illustration of the processing table is omitted.
[0091] The material is mounted on the fixture. In addition, the product is formed by cutting the material. Figure 6 , a case is shown in which a material shape SB2 is attached to a jig shape SC3 and a product shape SA1 is arranged inside the material shape SB2.
[0092] In step S5, the processing program generation unit 17 unfolds the processing shape representing the area (shape) to be processed. Specifically, the processing program generation unit 17 generates processing shape data based on the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12 and the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13. In addition, the processing program generation unit 17 generates surface processing data, line processing data and hole processing data based on the processing shape data. The processing shape corresponds to the shape of the difference between the product shape data and the material shape data. The processing shape data is data on the shape (area) to be processed for the material. The surface processing data is data representing the area to be processed by the surface, the line processing data is data representing the area to be processed by the line, and the hole processing data is data representing the area to be processed by the hole.
[0093] Figure 7 FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of surface machining shape data and hole machining shape data generated by the machining program generating unit 17 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Figure 7 In FIG. 1 , surface machining shapes SH11 to SH16 which are shape examples indicated by surface machining shape data and hole machining shapes SH17 to SH20 which are shape examples indicated by hole machining shape data are schematically shown by perspective views.
[0094] In step S6, the machining program generation unit 17 allocates machining units to the machining shape developed in step S5. That is, the machining program generation unit 17 determines the machining method, tool, and cutting conditions for the machining shape generated in step S5. The machining program generation unit 17 generates machining unit information by allocating information on the machining method, tool, and cutting conditions to the machining shape.
[0095] In step S7, the machining program generation unit 17 checks the interference between the tool and the fixture based on the machining unit information generated in step S6 and the fixture shape data stored in the fixture shape storage unit 14, and stores the interference check result by attaching it to the machining unit information. In addition, the machining program generation unit 17 may also check the interference between the tool and the fixture based on the machining method and the machining shape. The interference between the tool and the fixture is the unexpected contact between the tool and the fixture. The interference between the tool and the fixture may include the interference between the tool holder and the fixture.
[0096] In step S8, the machining program generation unit 17 generates the machining program 2 based on the machining unit information to which the interference check result is added in step S7. That is, the machining program generation unit 17 generates the machining program 2 based on the machining method, the tool, the cutting conditions, the machining shape, and the interference check result. In addition, the machining program generation unit 17 may also generate the machining program 2 based on the machining method, the machining shape, and the interference check result.
[0097] Figure 8This is a diagram showing an example of a machining process list of a machining program 2 generated by the machining program generating unit 17 of the machining program generating device 10 according to Embodiment 1. Here, the machining process of the machining program 2 includes a process P1, and the process P1 includes Uno1. to Uno7.
[0098] "Uno1. Face mill ... SH11" shows a case where a face mill unit performs processing on a face processing shape SH11.
[0099] “Uno2. Bag grinder…SH12” shows a case where the surface processing shape SH12 is processed as a bag grinder unit. “Uno3. Bag grinder…SH13” shows a case where the surface processing shape SH13 is processed as a bag grinder unit. “Uno4. Bag grinder…SH14” shows a case where the surface processing shape SH14 is processed as a bag grinder unit. “Uno5. Bag grinder…SH15” shows a case where the surface processing shape SH15 is processed as a bag grinder unit. “Uno6. Bag grinder…SH16” shows a case where the surface processing shape SH16 is processed as a bag grinder unit.
[0100] "Uno7. Drill ... SH17, SH18, SH19, SH20" shows a case where hole processing shapes SH17, SH18, SH19, SH20 are processed as a drill unit.
[0101] The face milling unit is a processing unit that uses a face milling cutter to process the surface of a workpiece (processing object) flatly. In the face milling unit, processing is performed in a manner that the range of the processed shape protrudes. The pocket grinder unit is a processing unit that uses an end milling cutter to process a pocket shape. In the pocket grinder unit, processing is performed in a manner that the processed shape does not protrude. The drill is a processing unit that uses a drill tool to perform hole processing.
[0102] Uno1. shows the machining unit with unit number 1. In addition, the warning mark AL1 on the left side of Uno1. indicates that the tool will interfere with the fixture shape. Figure 6 As shown, the surface processing shape SH11 of Uno1. contacts the jig shape SC3. When the surface processing shape SH11 is processed by the face milling cutter so as to extend the range of the surface processing shape SH11, interference occurs between the face milling cutter and the jig shape SC3.
[0103] The warning mark AL2 on the left side of Uno2. to Uno7. indicates that the surface processing shapes SH12 to SH16 and hole processing shapes SH17 to SH20 of Uno2. to Uno7. are below the surface processing shape SH11 of Uno1. when viewed from the tool entry direction, that is, the tool entry direction. That is, the warning mark AL2 indicates a processing unit that is arranged below the surface processing shape (surface processing shape SH11) that causes interference when viewed from the tool entry direction. The processing unit of the warning mark AL2 is a processing unit that cannot be processed until the processing unit of the warning mark AL1 is formed.
[0104] Fig. 9 This is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the shape arrangement processing performed by the shape arrangement unit 15 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig. 9 Processing and Figure 2 The processing of step S4 of the machine learning device 20 corresponds to the processing of inferring the first parameter. In the processing of inferring the first parameter, the machine learning device 20 uses the second parameter extracted by the machining program generating device 10 as input, and infers the first parameter using the learning model generated based on the shape configuration example 3. That is, the machine learning device 20 inputs the second parameter to the learning model, thereby inferring the first parameter.
[0105] In step S11, the shape configuration unit 15 generates the second parameter based on the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12, the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13, and the fixture shape data stored in the fixture shape storage unit 14. Here, the shape configuration unit 15 specifies "configuration data of product shape and material shape", "configuration data of material shape and fixture shape", and "configuration data of fixture shape and processing table" as the first parameter to be inferred. The shape configuration unit 15 obtains the material of the product shape, the dimensional value of the product shape, the type of the material shape, the dimensional value of the material shape, the type of the fixture shape, the dimensional value of the fixture shape, the type of the processing table, the dimensional value of the processing table, etc. as the second parameter for inferring the first parameter. The dimensional values of the product shape, the material shape, the fixture shape, and the processing table are the longitudinal length, the lateral length, the depth, etc.
[0106] In step S12, the inference unit 24 of the machine learning device 20 infers the first parameter. Specifically, the shape configuration unit 15 inputs the generated second parameter to the inference unit 24 of the machine learning device 20, and the inference unit 24 infers the first parameter based on the second parameter. Thus, the inference unit 24 obtains a plurality of values of the first parameter as the inference result. The inference unit 24 sends the plurality of values of the first parameter to the shape configuration unit 15.
[0107] Here, the shape configuration unit 15 obtains the configuration positions of the product shape and material shape indicated by the configuration data of the product shape and material shape as the first parameter, such as longitudinal center alignment, transverse center alignment, and depth direction bottom alignment, thereby configuring the product shape and material shape.
[0108] Next, the shape configuration unit 15 obtains, for example, the type of fixture indicated as the first parameter, i.e., the configuration data of the material shape and the fixture shape, a vise, the number of fixtures (e.g., 1), the position of the material and the fixture (e.g., horizontally centered), the height of a pad placed under the material shape and raised, the width of the pad, and the length of the pad, thereby configuring the material shape and the fixture shape.
[0109] Next, the shape configuration unit 15 obtains, for example, the orientation of the jig shape indicated by the jig shape and the configuration data of the processing table as the first parameter, and the position of the jig shape on the processing table. The types of jigs include not only vises but also vertical clamps that press from above by screw fastening, horizontal clamps that press from the side by wedges, and wedge clamps that use a force generated by inserting a movable body between an inclined surface and a workpiece surface. The operator can set the data required to configure the material shape and the jig shape on the processing table as the first parameter according to the type of jig.
[0110] In step S13, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the product shape, the material shape, and the fixture shape according to the first parameter obtained. Specifically, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the fixture shape on the processing workbench according to the first parameter obtained. Next, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the material shape for the configured fixture shape. Next, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the product shape for the configured material shape. As described above, the shape configuration unit 15 automatically configures the product shape, the material shape, and the fixture shape. At the moment of this automatic configuration, interference between the tool and the fixture shape may not necessarily be avoided.
[0111] In addition, when the shape input unit 11 reads component data configured with product shape, material shape and fixture shape, or when the operator configures the product shape, material shape and fixture shape, the shape configuration unit 15 does not need to automatically configure the product shape, material shape and fixture shape.
[0112] Fig.10 This is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of the jig shape interference checking process performed by the machining program generating unit 17 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment.
[0113] Fig.10 Processing and Figure 2In the jig shape interference check process, the jig shape and the tool are checked for interference based on the surface machining shape, the line machining shape, and the hole machining shape, and the result of the interference check is added to the machining unit information.
[0114] In step S21, the machining program generation unit 17 generates a cross-sectional shape for interference checking for each machining shape of the surface machining shape, the line machining shape, and the hole machining shape. The machining program generation unit 17 generates the cross-sectional shape by projecting the surface machining shape and the line machining shape in the tool entry direction relative to a plane perpendicular to the tool entry direction to obtain a contour.
[0115] In step S22, the machining program generating unit 17 deforms the cross-sectional shape for interference checking. That is, the machining program generating unit 17 deforms the cross-sectional shape of the extended portion by shifting the portion when machining is performed by extending, in accordance with each machining method of the surface machining shape and the line machining shape. The machining program generating unit 17 does not perform deformation processing, etc., when machining is performed without extending.
[0116] In step S23, the machining program generation unit 17 scans the cross-sectional shape for interference checking of each machining shape of the surface machining shape, the line machining shape, and the hole machining shape in the direction opposite to the tool entry direction with a sufficient length, thereby generating an interference check shape. The interference check shape is a shape used to determine whether there is interference with the fixture shape. The interference check shape corresponds to the area passed by the tool. The sufficient length in the scan is a length that can determine the interference between the fixture shape and the tool during machining.
[0117] The machining program generating unit 17 of the first embodiment generates the interference check shape based on the machining method (face milling unit, pocket grinder unit, etc.) and the machining shape (surface machining shape, line machining shape, hole machining shape, etc.).
[0118] In step S24, the processing program generation unit 17 checks the interference between the interference check shape and the fixture shape based on the interference check shape and the fixture shape of each processing shape of the surface processing shape, the line processing shape and the hole processing shape. That is, the processing program generation unit 17 checks the interference between the tool and the fixture shape based on the interference check shape and the fixture shape of each processing shape. Specifically, if there are overlapping parts or contacting parts of each interference check shape and the fixture shape, the processing program generation unit 17 determines that there is interference, and if there are no overlapping parts or contacting parts of each interference check shape and the fixture shape, the processing program generation unit 17 determines that there is no interference. As described above, in the case where there is an area where the interference check shape and the fixture shape overlap, it is determined that interference will occur between the tool and the fixture shape. The processing program generation unit 17 adds the judgment result of the interference check to the processing unit information and sends it to the processing program change unit 18.
[0119] Fig.11 It is a perspective view showing an example of the interference check shape group 81 generated by the machining program generating unit 17 of the machining program generating device 10 according to Embodiment 1. The interference check shape group 81 generated by the machining program generating unit 17 includes interference check shapes SH21 to SH30 and the like.
[0120] The interference check shapes SH21 to SH26 are interference check shapes for the surface machining shapes SH11 to SH16 , respectively. In addition, the interference check shapes SH27 to SH30 are interference check shapes for the hole machining shapes SH17 to SH20 , respectively.
[0121] Since the interference check shape SH21 of the surface machined shape SH11 is machined so as to protrude over the entire circumference relative to the cross-sectional shape of the surface machined shape SH11, it is a shape obtained by scanning the shifted cross-sectional shape over the entire circumference.
[0122] Since the interference check shape SH22 of the surface machined shape SH12 is machined without protruding from the cross-sectional shape of the surface machined shape SH12, it is a shape obtained by scanning the cross-sectional shape without deviation.
[0123] The interference check shape SH23 of the surface processing shape SH13, the interference check shape SH24 of the surface processing shape SH14, the interference check shape SH25 of the surface processing shape SH15 and the interference check shape SH26 of the surface processing shape SH16 are processed in a partially extended manner relative to the cross-sectional shapes of the surface processing shapes SH13 to SH16, and therefore are shapes obtained by scanning the cross-sectional shapes after only the extended parts are offset.
[0124] The interference check shape SH27 of the hole machining shape SH17 , the interference check shape SH28 of the hole machining shape SH18 , the interference check shape SH29 of the hole machining shape SH19 , and the interference check shape SH30 of the hole machining shape SH20 are shapes obtained by directly scanning the cross-sectional shapes of the hole machining shapes SH17 to SH20 .
[0125] Fig.12 This is a flowchart showing the procedure of the learning model generation process performed by the machine learning device 20 according to Embodiment 1. In the learning model generation process, a learning model for generating arrangement data is generated based on the product shape, material shape, and jig shape of the shape arrangement example 3.
[0126] In step S31 , the machine learning device 20 reads the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12 , the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13 , and the jig shape data stored in the jig shape storage unit 14 of the machining program generating device 10 .
[0127] In step S32, the arrangement data analysis unit 21 extracts the first parameter from the product shape data, the material shape data, and the jig shape data. The arrangement data analysis unit 21 extracts a plurality of first parameters used in any of the arranged product shape data, the material shape data, and the jig shape data.
[0128] In step S33, the configuration data analysis unit 21 extracts the second parameter for each of the extracted first parameters. That is, the configuration data analysis unit 21 determines the second parameter to be extracted for each first parameter, and extracts the determined second parameter. The configuration data analysis unit 21 inputs the extracted first parameter and second parameter to the machine learning unit 22.
[0129] In step S34, the machine learning unit 22 performs machine learning processing using the input first parameter and second parameter. Specifically, the machine learning unit 22 generates a data set based on the first parameter and the second parameter, and performs machine learning according to the generated data set. The data set is a group of data that associates the first parameter of the adjustment object with the second parameter, which is a parameter outside the adjustment object used to determine the value of the first parameter. The machine learning unit 22 generates an optimized model as a learning model using a predetermined benchmark. The machine learning unit 22 generates a learning model as a learning result.
[0130] In step S35, the learning model storage unit 23 stores the generated learning model. Fig.12 The learning model generation process involved in the order shown.
[0131] Next, the details of the machining program changing process performed by the machining program creating device 10 on the machining shape of the machining process determined to cause interference will be described. Fig.13 This is a flowchart showing the procedure of a machining program changing process performed by the machining program changing unit 18 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment.
[0132] If the operator inputs a method of changing the shape of the fixture displayed on the display unit 50 and the machining shape of the machining process that may interfere via the instruction input unit 40, the method of changing is sent to the machining program generating device 10 via the dialogue operation processing unit 30. The machining program changing unit 18 of the machining program generating device 10 changes at least one of the tool entry direction, machining method, and machining shape specified by the machining program, or changes the position or shape of the fixture shape, based on the operator's instruction, i.e., the method of changing, thereby changing the machining program.
[0133] In step S41, the processing program changing unit 18 of the processing program generating device 10 determines the type of the change method indicated by the operator. When the instruction of the change method issued by the operator is "change the tool entry direction", the processing program changing unit 18 executes step S42 as the next process. In addition, when the instruction of the change method issued by the operator is "change the processing method", the processing program changing unit 18 executes step S43 as the next process. In addition, when the instruction of the change method issued by the operator is "change the processing shape", the processing program changing unit 18 executes step S44 as the next process. In addition, when the instruction of the change method issued by the operator is "change the fixture shape", the processing program changing unit 18 executes step S45 as the next process.
[0134] In step S42, the machining program changing unit 18 changes the tool entry direction for the machining shape of the machining process that may interfere with the jig shape. The machining program changing unit 18 changes the tool entry direction to avoid interference with the jig shape.
[0135] Fig.14 1 is a perspective view for explaining an example of a process of changing the tool entry direction by the machining program changing unit 18 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.14 In the figure, the product shape SA31, the clamp shape SC32 of the vertical clamp, the clamp shape SC33 of the vertical clamp, and the surface processing shape SH34 formed by the bag grinder are shown. Fig.14, the diagram shows a tool entry direction vector T1 (0, 0, −1) with respect to the surface processing shape SH34 formed by the bag grinder and a tool entry direction vector T2 (0, −1, 0) with respect to the surface processing shape SH34 formed by the bag grinder.
[0136] When the machine tool performs bag grinder processing with respect to the surface processing shape SH34 with the tool entry direction vector T1 (0, 0, -1), since the tool interferes with the fixture shape SC32, the processing program changing unit 18 changes the tool entry direction vector T1 to the tool entry direction vector T2 (0, -1, 0). Thus, the surface processing shape SH34 formed by the bag grinder is processed with the tool entry direction vector T2 (0, -1, 0).
[0137] In step S43, the machining program changing unit 18 changes the machining method for the machining shape of the machining process that may interfere with the jig shape. The machining program changing unit 18 changes the machining method to avoid interference with the jig shape.
[0138] Fig.15 1 is a perspective view for explaining an example of a change process of a machining method performed by the machining program changing unit 18 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.15 In the figure, the product shape SA41, the clamp shape SC42 of the vise and the surface processing shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter are shown. Fig.15 , the figure shows a tool entry direction vector T3 (0, 0, -1) with respect to a surface machined shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter.
[0139] When the machine tool performs face milling with respect to the face machining shape SH43 with the tool entry direction vector T3 (0, 0, -1), the tool protrudes to machine the face machining shape SH43, so the tool interferes with the fixture shape SC42. In this case, the machining program changing unit 18 changes the face milling to the pocket grinder machining without protruding machining. Thus, the face machining shape SH43 is machined by the pocket grinder machining.
[0140] In step S44, the machining program changing unit 18 changes the machining shape of the machining process that may interfere with the jig shape. The machining program changing unit 18 changes the machining shape to avoid interference with the jig shape.
[0141] Fig.16 1 is a perspective view for explaining an example of a process of changing a machining shape performed by the machining program changing unit 18 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.16In the figure, the product shape SA41, the clamp shape SC42 of the vise and the surface processing shape SH44 formed by the face milling cutter are shown. Fig.16 , the tool entry direction vector T3 (0, 0, -1) with respect to the surface machined shape SH44 formed by the face milling cutter is shown.
[0142] When the machine tool performs face milling with respect to the surface machining shape SH43 with the tool entry direction vector T3 (0, 0, -1), the tool extends to machine the surface machining shape SH43, so the tool interferes with the fixture shape SC42. In this case, the machining program changing unit 18 changes the surface machining shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter to Fig.16 The surface processing shape SH44 formed by the face milling cutter shown in the figure is such that even if the extension processing is performed by the face milling cutter, there will be no interference with the fixture shape SC42. That is, the processing program changing unit 18 shifts the portion in contact with the fixture shape SC42 inward, thereby changing the surface processing shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter to the surface processing shape SH44 formed by the face milling cutter. Thus, the surface processing shape SH44 is processed by the face milling cutter.
[0143] In step S45, the machining program changing unit 18 changes the shape or position of the jig. The machining program changing unit 18 changes the jig shape, thereby avoiding interference with the jig shape.
[0144] Next, the details of the processing of adding a machining program to a jig shape determined to cause interference, which is performed by the machining program creation device 10, will be described. Fig.17 This is a flowchart showing the procedure of a machining program adding process performed by the machining program adding unit 19 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment.
[0145] In step S51, the machining program adding unit 19 calculates the shape of the fixture interference part, which is the area where the tool and the fixture interfere. Specifically, the machining program adding unit 19 obtains the machining shape, machining method, and fixture shape from the machining program generating unit 17. The machining program adding unit 19 calculates the shape of the fixture interference part based on the machining shape, machining method, and fixture shape. The fixture interference part shape is the area where the tool and the fixture overlap.
[0146] Fig.18 1 is a perspective view for explaining the jig interference part shapes SH52 and SH53 obtained by the machining program adding unit 19 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.15 The case where the jig interference portion shapes SH52 and SH53 are calculated based on the surface processing shape SH43 shown.
[0147] The processing program adding unit 19 is based on Fig.18 The product shape SA41, the fixture shape SC42 of the bench vise, and the surface processing shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter generate an interference check shape SH51 relative to the surface processing shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter. The interference check shape SH51 is a shape used to check the interference between the tool and the fixture. The interference check shape SH51 corresponds to the area where the tool moves during processing. Here, the interference check shape SH51 is not generated based on the processed upper surface of the surface processing shape SH43 but based on the processed bottom surface.
[0148] The machining program adding unit 19 can calculate the jig interference part shapes SH52 and SH53 by extracting the common part between the interference check shape SH51 and the jig shape SC42. The jig interference part shapes SH52 and SH53 are regions of the jig shape SC42 of the vise that may interfere with the tool.
[0149] In step S52, the processing program adding unit 19 generates a processing program for processing the jig interference part shapes SH52 and SH53, that is, a jig processing program 2A, and adds it to the processing program 2. When the jig interference part shapes SH52 and SH53 exist, the jig can be formed using a part that can be processed by a tool. As a result, the machine tool can process the material and the jig interference part shapes SH52 and SH53, so even if the product shape SA41 is a complex shape, the product shape SA41 can be easily formed.
[0150] Fig.19 This is a diagram showing an example of a machining process of the jig machining program 2A added by the machining program adding unit 19 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig. 20 Yes means through Fig.19 A perspective view of an example of a processed shape processed by a processing step.
[0151] exist Fig.19 , the processing program adding unit 19 adds Uno1. to Uno2. to the process P2 which is the processing process of the jig processing program 2A. By this addition, Uno1. to Uno3. are included in the process P2.
[0152] "Uno1. Line left...SH521" shows the case where the line processing shape SH521 is processed. "Uno2. Line left...SH531" shows the case where the line processing shape SH531 is processed. Line left is a process of processing the left side of the specified line's travel direction. The line processing shape SH521 corresponds to the fixture interference part shape SH52, and the line processing shape SH531 corresponds to the fixture interference part shape SH53.
[0153] The surface processing shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter is Uno1. before adding Uno1. to Uno2., and is Uno3. after adding Uno1. to Uno2. That is, after Uno1. to Uno2. are executed, "Uno3. face milling cutter ... SH43" is executed.
[0154] As described above, the machining program adding unit 19 adds the line processing of the fixture interference part shapes SH52 and SH53 before the surface processing shape SH43 formed by the face milling cutter. That is, the machining program adding unit 19 specifies the line processing shapes SH521 and SH531 for processing the fixture interference part shapes SH52 and SH53. Thus, after the fixture interference part shapes SH52 and SH53 are processed, the surface processing shape SH43 is processed.
[0155] Next, the details of the shape input process performed by the machining program generating device 10 will be described. Fig.21 This is a flowchart showing the detailed sequence of the shape input processing of the shape input unit 11 of the machining program generation device 10 involved in Embodiment 1. Next, an example of the processing in which the machining program generation device 10 reads component data including the configured product shape, material shape, and fixture shape and replaces part or all of the component data with the CAD data 1 of the product shape, material shape, or fixture shape will be described.
[0156] In step S61 , the shape input unit 11 reads component data including the configured product shape, material shape, and jig shape.
[0157] In step S62, the shape input unit 11 classifies the shape of the read component data into product shape data, material shape data, or fixture shape data. If the shapes are classified in advance as shape attributes in the component data, the shape input unit 11 refers to the shape attributes of the single product shape of the read component data, thereby being able to classify the shape of the component data.
[0158] In addition, the operator can classify the shapes of the component data via the display unit 50 and the instruction input unit 40. In addition, the shape input unit 11 can classify the component data according to the correlation between the positions of the shapes of each single item.
[0159] Next, the shape input unit 11 stores the classified product shape data in the product shape storage unit 12 , stores the classified material shape data in the material shape storage unit 13 , and stores the classified jig shape data in the jig shape storage unit 14 .
[0160] In step S63, the shape input unit 11 reads the CAD data 1 of the product shape, material shape, or fixture shape. The shape input unit 11 reads, for example, the CAD data 1 specified by the operator. Here, the product shape, material shape, or fixture shape read by the shape input unit 11 is another shape (another product shape, another material shape, or another fixture shape) different from the product shape, material shape, or fixture shape of the assembly data.
[0161] The shape input unit 11 classifies the shape of the read CAD data 1 into product shape data, material shape data, or fixture shape data. If the shapes are classified in advance as shape attributes in the CAD data 1, the shape input unit 11 refers to the shape attributes of the single product shape of the read CAD data 1, thereby being able to classify the CAD data 1.
[0162] Furthermore, the operator can classify the CAD data 1 via the interactive operation processing unit 30 , the instruction input unit 40 , and the display unit 50 .
[0163] Next, in step S64, the shape input unit 11 replaces the product shape data, the material shape data, or the fixture shape data with the CAD data 1. That is, if the CAD data 1 is the product shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the product shape data by storing the CAD data 1 in the product shape storage unit 12. In addition, if the CAD data 1 is the material shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the material shape data by storing the CAD data 1 in the material shape storage unit 13. In addition, if the CAD data 1 is the fixture shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the fixture shape data by storing the CAD data 1 in the fixture shape storage unit 14.
[0164] In step S65, the shape configuration unit 15 adjusts and stores the positions of the product shape, the material shape, and the jig shape. That is, the shape configuration unit 15 adjusts and stores the positions of the product shape stored in the product shape storage unit 12, the material shape stored in the material shape storage unit 13, and the jig shape stored in the jig shape storage unit 14. The shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the positions of the product shape, the material shape, and the jig shape, for example, so that the product shape is contained in the material shape, and the jig shape fixes the material shape and the product shape.
[0165] Fig. 22 This is a perspective view for explaining an example of shape input processing performed by the shape input unit 11 of the machining program generation device 10 according to the first embodiment. The shape input unit 11 reads component data in which a product shape, a material shape, and a fixture shape are configured. The component data here is data representing an overall shape B1 including a product shape, a material shape, and a fixture shape. The overall shape B1 includes, for example, a product shape SA61, a material shape SB62, and a fixture shape SC63.
[0166] When the CAD data 1 includes product shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the product shape SA61 with the product shape SA64 shown in the CAD data 1. Thus, the overall shape B1 becomes the overall shape B2 including the product shape SA64, the material shape SB62, and the jig shape SC63.
[0167] When the CAD data 1 includes material shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the material shape SB62 with the material shape SB65 shown in the CAD data 1. Thus, the overall shape B2 becomes the overall shape B3 including the product shape SA64, the material shape SB65, and the jig shape SC63.
[0168] In addition, when the CAD data 1 includes the fixture shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the fixture shape SC63 with the fixture shapes SC66 to SC69 shown in the CAD data 1. As a result, the overall shape B3 becomes the overall shape B4 including the product shape SA64, the material shape SB65, and the fixture shapes SC66 to SC69. As a result, the shape input unit 11 can replace the shape of a specific position with the CAD data 1 specified by the operator for the component data in which the shapes of the material, product, and fixture are arranged.
[0169] Fig.23 This is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of a process of adjusting the position of each shape performed by the shape arrangement unit 15 of the machining program creation device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.23 Processing and Fig.21 This corresponds to the processing of step S65.
[0170] In step S71, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the fixture shape of the CAD data 1 on the processing workbench and adjusts the position. The shape configuration unit 15 infers the configuration data and configures the fixture shape on the processing workbench in the same manner as step S4. In addition, the operator can configure the fixture shape via the dialogue operation processing unit 30, the instruction input unit 40 and the display unit 50. In addition, when the fixture shape is not replaced, the fixture shape can maintain its original position unchanged.
[0171] In step S72, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the material shape of the CAD data 1 and adjusts the position. The shape configuration unit 15 infers the configuration data and configures the material shape in the same manner as step S4. In addition, the operator can configure the material shape via the dialogue operation processing unit 30, the instruction input unit 40, and the display unit 50. In addition, when the material shape is not replaced, the material shape can maintain the original position unchanged.
[0172] In step S73, the shape configuration unit 15 configures the product shape of the CAD data 1 and adjusts the position. The shape configuration unit 15 infers the configuration data and configures the product shape in the same manner as step S4. In addition, the operator can configure the product shape via the dialogue operation processing unit 30, the instruction input unit 40, and the display unit 50. In addition, when the product shape is not replaced, the product shape can maintain the original position unchanged.
[0173] In step S74, the shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the position of the fixture shape of the CAD data 1. That is, the shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the position of the fixture shape relative to the material shape and product shape whose positions are adjusted by the processing of steps S72 and S73. In addition, the shape configuration unit 15 may also adjust the shape of the fixture shape. For example, the shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the position or shape of the movable part of the fixture shape.
[0174] Fig.24 This is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of the process of adjusting the position of the jig shape performed by the shape arrangement unit 15 of the machining program creation device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.24 Processing and Fig.23 This corresponds to the processing of step S74.
[0175] In step S81, the shape configuration unit 15 obtains the size of the material shape. In step S82, the shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the position of the movable part of the jig shape in accordance with the size of the material shape. The movable part and movable size are set in advance according to the jig shape and the type of jig shape.
[0176] For example, since the vise clamps the material through two jaws, one jaw is fixed and the other jaw is movable in the horizontal direction. In this case, the shape arrangement part 15 can move the other jaw of the vise in accordance with the size of the material shape.
[0177] In addition, a plurality of horizontal clamps are arranged, and each horizontal clamp is set to be movable in the horizontal direction. In this case, the shape arrangement unit 15 may move each horizontal clamp in the horizontal direction in accordance with the size of the material shape.
[0178] In addition, a plurality of vertical clamps are arranged, and each vertical clamp is set to be movable in the vertical direction. In this case, the shape arrangement unit 15 can move each vertical clamp in the vertical direction in accordance with the size of the material shape.
[0179] Fig.25 1 is a perspective view for explaining a first example of the shape adjustment process performed by the shape arrangement unit 15 of the machining program generation device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.25 FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the vise shape SH71. The shape configuration portion 15 is, for example, relative to Fig.25 The vise shape SH71 shown on the left side of FIG. 1 moves the movable part M1 movable in the direction of T4. Fig.25 The vise shape SH71 shown on the right side of FIG. 1 is an example of the vise shape SH71 after the movable part M1 is movable in the direction of T4a.
[0180] Fig.26 1 is a perspective view for explaining a second example of the shape adjustment process performed by the shape arrangement unit 15 of the machining program generation device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.26 The clamping shape SH72 is shown in FIG. Fig.26 The clamping shape SH72 shown on the left side of FIG. 1 moves the movable part M2 that can move in the direction of T5. Fig.26 The clamp shape SH72 shown on the right side of FIG. 1 is an example of the clamp shape SH72 after the movable part M2 is movable in the direction of T5a.
[0181] Fig. 27 This is a perspective view for explaining a first example of the shape input process and the shape adjustment process performed by the machining program generating device 10 according to Embodiment 1. In the machining program generating device 10, the shape input unit 11 performs the shape input process, and the shape arranging unit 15 performs the shape adjustment process.
[0182] The shape input unit 11 reads component data in which the material shape and the fixture shape are configured. The component data read by the shape input unit 11 is data in which at least one of the material shape, the product shape, and the fixture shape has been configured in the past. The component data here is data indicating the overall shape E1 including the material shape and the fixture shape. The overall shape E1 includes, for example, the material shape SB81 and the fixture shape SC82.
[0183] The operator inputs desired CAD data 1 into the shape input unit 11. The CAD data 1 input by the operator is data of a shape that the operator wishes to replace with respect to a shape in the component data.
[0184] When the input CAD data 1 includes material shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the material shape SB81 with the material shape SB83 shown in the CAD data 1. Thus, the entire shape E1 becomes the entire shape E2 including the material shape SB83 and the jig shape SC82.
[0185] The shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the jig shape SC82 relative to the overall shape E2. The shape configuration unit 15 can adjust the shape of the jig shape SC82 or the position of the movable portion of the jig shape SC82. Fig. 27 , the shape arrangement unit 15 adjusts the jig shape SC82 to the jig shape SC82X. The shape arrangement unit 15 adjusts the jig shape SC82 so that the jig shape SC82X fixes the material shape SB83. Thus, the overall shape E2 becomes an overall shape E3 including the material shape SB83 and the jig shape SC82X.
[0186] Fig.28 This is a perspective view for explaining a second example of the shape input processing and shape adjustment processing performed by the machining program generation device 10 according to the first embodiment. The shape input unit 11 reads component data in which the material shape and the fixture shape are configured. The component data here is data indicating the overall shape F1 including the material shape and the fixture shape. The overall shape F1 includes, for example, a material shape SB84 and fixture shapes SC85 to SC88.
[0187] When the input CAD data 1 includes material shape data, the shape input unit 11 replaces the material shape SB84 with the material shape SB89 shown in the CAD data 1. Thus, the overall shape F1 becomes the overall shape F2 including the material shape SB89 and the jig shapes SC85 to SC88.
[0188] The shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the jig shapes SC85 to SC88 with respect to the overall shape F2. Fig.28 , the shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the positions of the movable parts M3 to M6 of the jig shapes SC85 to SC88. The shape configuration unit 15 adjusts the jig shapes SC85 to SC88 so that the jig shapes SC85 to SC88 fix the material shape SB89. Thus, the overall shape F2 becomes an overall shape F3 including the material shape SB89 and the adjusted jig shapes SC85 to SC88.
[0189] Fig.29 This is a flowchart showing the detailed sequence of the shape configuration teaching process using inference performed by the shape configuration teaching unit 16 of the machining program generation device 10 according to Embodiment 1. In the inference process, the machine learning device 20 uses the second parameter extracted by the machining program generation device 10 as input and uses the learning model generated based on the machining program 2 or the shape configuration example 3 to infer the first parameter.
[0190] In the inference process executed by the machine learning device 20 , the first parameter is, as described above, for example, the file name of the image data or video data of the product shape, material shape, and jig shape after shape arrangement.
[0191] In addition, as described above, the second parameter is, for example, data generated based on the material shape, etc. In addition, the second parameter may be image data of a three-dimensional shape of a product shape or a material shape, etc.
[0192] In addition, as described above, the first parameter is associated with the second parameter for each first parameter. The first parameter is adjusted based on the second parameter corresponding to the first parameter.
[0193] In step S91 , the shape arrangement teaching unit 16 generates a second parameter based on the product shape stored in the product shape storage unit 12 or the material shape stored in the material shape storage unit 13 , and inputs the second parameter to the estimation unit 24 of the machine learning device 20 .
[0194] In step S92, the inference unit 24 selects a learning model stored in the machine learning device 20 in accordance with the first parameter to be inferred, and uses the selected learning model to infer the first parameter based on the second parameter input in step S91. The inference unit 24 inputs the inferred first parameter to the shape configuration teaching unit 16.
[0195] In step S93, the shape arrangement teaching unit 16 displays the arrangement example data (shape arrangement example 3) corresponding to the input first parameter via the display unit 50 and teaches it to the operator. In addition, the shape arrangement example 3 taught by the shape arrangement teaching unit 16 is not limited to one, and a plurality of shape arrangement examples 3 may be taught.
[0196] Fig.30 1 is a perspective view for explaining a first example of the shape arrangement teaching process performed by the shape arrangement teaching unit 16 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.30 The left side figure of FIG. 1 shows an example of a product shape SA91 corresponding to the product shape data stored in the product shape storage unit 12 .
[0197] The shape configuration teaching unit 16 generates the second parameter based on the product shape SA91. The inference unit 24 infers the first parameter based on the second parameter generated by the shape configuration teaching unit 16. The shape configuration teaching unit 16 selects the shape configuration example 3 corresponding to the first parameter inferred by the inference unit 24 from a plurality of shape configuration examples 3 created in the past, and displays it on the display unit 50.
[0198] exist Fig.30 The right side figure of shows an example of shape configuration example 3 corresponding to product shape SA91, namely shape configuration example X1. Shape configuration example X1 corresponds to the result (first parameter) inferred by the machine learning device 20. The shape configuration example X1 extracted by the shape configuration teaching unit 16 in accordance with the first parameter is a shape configuration example similar to the product shape SA91. Here, as shape configuration example X1, a situation in which a product shape SA92, a material shape SB93 composed of a rectangular parallelepiped, and fixture shapes SC94 to SC97 are configured is shown.
[0199] Fig.31 1 is a perspective view for explaining a second example of the shape arrangement teaching process performed by the shape arrangement teaching unit 16 of the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment. Fig.31 The upper figure shows an example of a material shape SB98 corresponding to the material shape data stored in the material shape storage unit 13.
[0200] The shape configuration teaching unit 16 generates the second parameter based on the material shape SB98. The inference unit 24 infers the first parameter based on the second parameter generated by the shape configuration teaching unit 16. The shape configuration teaching unit 16 extracts the shape configuration case 3 corresponding to the first parameter inferred by the inference unit 24 from a plurality of shape configuration cases 3 created in the past, and displays it on the display unit 50.
[0201] exist Fig.31 , an example of shape configuration example 3 corresponding to the material shape SB98, namely, shape configuration examples Y1 to Y3 are shown. The shape configuration examples Y1 to Y3 correspond to the result (first parameter) inferred by the machine learning device 20. The shape configuration examples Y1 to Y3 extracted by the shape configuration teaching unit 16 in accordance with the first parameter are shape configuration examples similar to the material shape SB98.
[0202] Here, as shape arrangement example Y1, a case where a material shape SB99 and a fixture shape SC100 are arranged is shown. Also, as shape arrangement example Y2, a case where a material shape SB101 and a fixture shape SC102 are arranged is shown. Also, as shape arrangement example Y3, a case where a material shape SB103 and fixture shapes SC104 to SC107 are arranged is shown. The shape arrangement teaching unit 16 displays at least one of the shape arrangement examples Y1 to Y3 on the display unit 50, thereby presenting the shape arrangement example 3 to the operator.
[0203] As described above, the machining program generating device 10 of the first embodiment changes the machining program so that the tool and the fixture do not interfere with each other when the tool and the fixture interfere with each other. Therefore, the interference can be avoided without being restricted by the structure of the machining device or the limitation of the machining function.
[0204] In addition, when generating a machining program 2 that does not interfere with the fixture shape, the machining program generation device 10 of the first embodiment changes at least one of the tool entry direction, machining method, cutting conditions, and machining shape of the interfering portion, or changes at least one of the position and shape of the fixture shape to generate the machining program 2. Thus, the machining program generation device 10 can efficiently and easily generate a machining program 2 that does not interfere.
[0205] In addition, when generating a processing program 2 for processing a fixture shape, the processing program generation device 10 of the first embodiment calculates the part of the fixture shape that interferes with the tool (the fixture interference part shapes SH52 and SH53). Moreover, based on the fixture interference part shapes SH52 and SH53, the processing program generation device 10 generates a fixture processing program 2A for processing the part of the fixture shape that interferes with the tool, and adds it to the processing program 2. Thus, the processing program generation device 10 can easily generate a processing program 2 for processing a fixture shape, and can efficiently generate the processing program 2.
[0206] In addition, the machining program generation device 10 of embodiment 1 can read component data of multiple shapes such as product shape, material shape, fixture shape, etc., and can replace at least one of the product shape, material shape and fixture shape, thereby reducing the configuration work on the CNC device 100.
[0207] Furthermore, the machining program generating device 10 of the first embodiment arranges the product shape, the material shape, the jig shape, etc., and adjusts the position of the movable part of the jig shape, so that the arrangement work on the numerical control device 100 can be reduced.
[0208] Furthermore, the machining program generating device 10 of the first embodiment extracts the shape arrangement example 3 from the product shape or the material shape and teaches it to the operator, so that even if the operator is not skilled in arrangement, the operator can efficiently arrange the product shape, the material shape and the fixture shape.
[0209] Furthermore, the machining program generating device 10 according to the first embodiment does not need to perform machining simulation when determining whether or not the tool interferes with the fixture, and thus can generate the machining program 2 easily and in a short time.
[0210] Furthermore, the machining program generating device 10 of the first embodiment does not merely suggest the removal of the interference portion, but actually removes the interference portion, and therefore can remove the interference portion easily and in a short time.
[0211] Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the machining program 2 is described as an example in which the machine tool to be numerically controlled is a machining center. However, the machine tool to be numerically controlled is not limited to the machining center, and may be another machine tool.
[0212] As described above, the machining program generation unit 17 of the first embodiment generates a machining shape representing the area where the cut workpiece is to be machined based on the product shape and the material shape, and generates an interference check shape representing the area where the tool passes based on the machining method and the machining shape of the cut workpiece. Furthermore, the machining program generation unit 17 performs an interference check between the tool and the fixture based on the interference check shape and the fixture shape, thereby generating a machining program 2 after the interference check judgment. Thus, the machining program generation device 10 can easily generate a machining program after judging whether the tool, which is an element of the machine tool, interferes with the fixture.
[0213] Implementation method 2.
