Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of special-shaped canopies, and in particular relates to a large-scale hyperbolic special-shaped canopy structure and a construction method thereof. Background Art
[0002] With the increasing innovation of architectural design concepts and the continuous improvement of building material performance, large hyperbolic special-shaped glass canopies are increasingly used in large commercial complexes, transportation hubs, cultural venues and other buildings. These canopies not only provide people with the function of sheltering from wind and rain, but also become the highlight of the building's appearance, showing the artistic charm and technological content of the building. In terms of construction technology, advanced measurement equipment and high-precision processing technology provide a strong guarantee for the realization of complex hyperbolic special-shaped structures. The application of computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) technology enables the structure of the canopy to be accurately simulated and optimized before construction, and potential problems can be discovered and solved in advance. At the same time, new types of construction equipment and machinery continue to emerge, improving the efficiency and safety of construction.
[0003] Traditional processes may have difficulty achieving high precision when measuring hyperbolic special-shaped structures, resulting in manufacturing and installation deviations. In addition, since the description and quantification of complex shapes such as hyperbolic special-shaped structures are difficult, data inconsistencies are prone to occur when measuring multiple points. Traditional measurements that rely on manual labor are easily affected by human factors and produce errors. Data collection takes a long time, and traditional measurements are not conducive to directly generating digital models.
[0004] Traditional inspection methods may not be able to cover the entire ultra-large canopy, and subtle defects on the glass surface may be difficult to detect. Traditional measurements are difficult to provide real-time data feedback during the construction process, and thus cannot monitor construction progress and quality in real time, making it difficult to accurately assess deformation and damage during the later maintenance of the canopy.
