Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a garbage capturing member holding tool for assembling a garbage capturing member for capturing garbage contained in drainage. Background Art

[0002] Patent Document 1 describes a sink drain ring, wherein two-thirds of a garbage collection net for a sink drain outlet is disposed inside a ring-shaped member, and the opening side of the garbage collection net is folded at the ring-shaped member and one-third is bent downward, so that the sink drain ring can be assembled on the step portion of the sink drain outlet in a state where the garbage collection net is mounted on the ring-shaped member. The sink drain ring is described as being made of stainless steel, copper, plastic, polypropylene or ceramic.

[0003] By applying a sink drain ring of such a structure to the drain outlet, it is possible to eliminate the drain basket which is unsanitary and requires laborious cleaning.

[0004] Patent Document 2 describes a cover for a drain in a bathroom, wherein a circular opening is formed in the center of the drain cover, and a garbage collection net with a built-in rubber ring is installed in a conical cylindrical portion below the opening.

[0005] By applying such a structured bathroom drain cover to the drain, fallen hair and garbage generated in the bathroom can be captured by the garbage collection net built into the rubber ring, thereby preventing the mesh of the drain from being clogged.

[0006] Prior art literature Patent Literature Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2012-47013 Patent document 2: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2017-160764. Summary of the invention

[0007] Problem that the invention aims to solve The sink drain ring described in Patent Document 1 has the garbage collection net (garbage catching component) folded and installed at the ring-shaped component, so there may be the following concerns: for example, due to the installation state such as insufficient bending length of the garbage catching component, the momentum of drainage, and the amount of accumulated garbage, the garbage catching component may be displaced relative to the ring-shaped component and fall off the ring-shaped component.

[0008] The cover described in Patent Document 2 uses a rubber ring to mount the garbage collection net (garbage capture component) on a conical cylinder, but there may be concerns that the garbage capture component may shift relative to the conical position due to the force of drainage and the amount of accumulated garbage, and thus fall off the conical cylinder.

[0009] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a dust capturing member holder capable of easily and reliably attaching a dust capturing member.

[0010] Solutions for solving problems In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the first characteristic structure of the garbage capture component holding device involved in the present invention is as follows: it is equipped with a holding device main body component, and the holding device main body component has: a flange portion, which can be placed on the periphery of a drain outlet; and a flow-down portion, which has an opening portion formed on the inner side of the flange portion and used to allow drainage to flow down. The garbage capture component holding device has a fixing component, and the fixing component uses magnetic force to assemble the garbage capture component to the assembly portion on the lower surface side of the holding device main body component, so that the fixing component can use magnetic force to combine with the assembly portion through the garbage capture component, and the garbage capture component covers the flow-down portion to capture garbage contained in the drainage, and at least a part of the fixing component is composed of a magnet, and the fixing component is constructed in an annular shape, and is set so that the outer diameter of the fixing component is smaller than the inner diameter of the drain outlet.

[0011] According to this structure, the garbage capturing member for capturing garbage contained in the drainage is clamped by the assembly part that is coupled to each other by magnetic force and the fixing member that is at least partially composed of a magnet, so that the garbage capturing member can be assembled to the lower surface side of the holder body member by magnetic force. Therefore, the garbage capturing member holder of the present invention can easily and reliably install the garbage capturing member.

[0012] When removing the garbage capturing member from the holder main body member, in the assembly part and the fixing member that are mutually coupled by magnetic force, the fixing member is separated from the assembly part by a force that is strong enough to resist the magnetic force on the assembly part, thereby making it easy to remove the garbage capturing member from the holder main body member. Thus, according to this structure, the garbage capturing member can be easily removed (replaced).

[0013] When the fixing member is configured in an annular shape as in this structure, the flow-down portion can be inserted into the fixing member in a state where the outer periphery of the flow-down portion is close to the inner periphery of the fixing member. Thus, when the fixing member and the garbage capturing member are assembled to the assembly portion, the entire circumference of the flow-down portion can be surrounded by the fixing member and the garbage capturing member. Therefore, the flow-down portion can be reliably covered by the garbage capturing member, and the garbage capturing member can reliably capture garbage contained in the drainage.

[0014] In addition, as in this structure, if the outer diameter of the fixing member is set smaller than the inner diameter of the drain port, the fixing member and the garbage capturing member can be accommodated inside the drain port when the fixing member and the garbage capturing member are assembled in the assembly part (holding device main body member).

[0015] A second characteristic structure of the dust capturing member holder according to the present invention is that the downflow portion includes a cylindrical pipe portion, and the pipe portion is suspended from the opening portion in a state where the flange portion is placed on the periphery of the drain port.

[0016] According to this structure, when the garbage capturing member holding device is placed on the drain outlet, the pipe part can be arranged inside the drain outlet. At this time, the pipe part can be embedded in the drain outlet, so the garbage capturing member holding device can be reliably arranged on the drain outlet.

[0017] A third characteristic structure of the dust capturing member holder according to the present invention is that the fixing member is entirely made of a magnet, and the holder main body member is entirely made of a metal bonded to the magnet.

[0018] According to this structure, the fixing member and the holder main body member can be easily manufactured using a single material.

[0019] A fourth characteristic structure of the dust capturing member holder according to the present invention is that the outer periphery of the flange portion and the opening portion are circular in plan view.

[0020] When a circular recessed portion is formed on the periphery of the drain port in plan view, if the outer periphery of the flange portion is configured to be circular in plan view, the flange portion can be easily fitted into the recessed portion.

[0021] Furthermore, since the drain port is generally formed in a circular shape in a plan view, the opening portion and the drain port can be easily connected by making the shape of the opening portion coincide with the shape of the drain port.

[0022] The fifth characteristic structure of the garbage capturing component retaining device according to the present invention is that the flange portion is constructed to have: an edge portion, which is an outer area of the flange portion; an inner portion, which has the opening portion in the inner area; and an inclined portion, which is an inclined area between the edge portion and the inner portion.

[0023] According to this configuration, the flange has the inclined portion inclined toward the opening for causing the drain to flow down. This makes it easier to guide the drain to the opening, and the debris capturing member can more reliably capture debris contained in the drain.

[0024] A sixth characteristic structure of the dust capturing member holder according to the present invention is that the dust capturing member is assembled in a state where the opening end of the dust capturing member is accommodated inside the drain port.

[0025] According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent dirt contained in the drain water from entering the gap between the flange portion and the fixing member from the side of the opening end portion of the dirt capturing member.

[0026] The seventh characteristic structure of the garbage capturing member retaining device according to the present invention is that the metal includes at least any one of iron, nickel and cobalt, and the magnet is any one of a ferrite magnet, a neodymium magnet, a samarium cobalt magnet and an alnico magnet.

[0027] According to this structure, the metal and the magnet can be made of easily available materials.

[0028] An eighth characteristic structure of the dust capturing member holder according to the present invention resides in that the dust capturing member is a mesh body.

[0029] According to this structure, the water contained in the drainage can be reliably separated from the garbage, and the garbage can be easily and reliably captured. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0040] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. Figure 1~Figure 3 As shown, the garbage capturing member holder X includes a holder main body member 10, which includes: a flange portion 11, which can be placed on the periphery of the drain port 40; and a flow-down portion 12, which includes an opening portion 12a formed on the inner side of the flange portion 11 for allowing the drain to flow down. The garbage capturing member holder X includes a fixing member 20, which uses magnetic force to assemble the garbage capturing member 30 to the assembly portion 13 on the lower surface side 10A of the holder main body member 10, so that it can be combined with the assembly portion 13 by magnetic force through the garbage capturing member 30, and the garbage capturing member 30 covers the flow-down portion 12 to capture garbage contained in the drain.

[0041] The drain port 40 can be, for example, a drain port formed in a sink, a vanity, a bathroom, a washing machine stand, etc., but is not limited thereto. The drain port 40 is used to allow drainage (domestic drainage) containing garbage such as food residues and hair to flow down, but as long as it is a drain port 40 that can allow the drainage to flow down, the garbage capture member holder X of the present invention can be set.

[0042] The holder body member 10 has a flange portion 11 that enables the garbage capturing member holder X to be placed on the periphery of the drain port 40. The flange portion 11 is not limited in form as long as it is configured to enable the garbage capturing member holder X to be disposed in the drain port 40 so that the garbage capturing member holder X does not fall into the inside of the drain pipe 41 continuously provided below the drain port 40. In the present embodiment, the flange portion 11 is configured to be thin plate-shaped (flat plate-shaped) and the outer periphery 11a of the flange portion 11 is configured to be circular in a plan view.

[0043] When the circular recess 42 is formed on the periphery of the drain port 40 in plan view, if the outer periphery 11 a of the flange 11 is circular in plan view, the flange 11 can be easily fitted into the recess 42 .

[0044] In addition, the holder body member 10 has a flow-down portion 12 having an opening 12a formed inside the flange portion 11 and used to flow down the drain. The form of the holder body member 10 is not limited, but in this embodiment, the flow-down portion 12 has a cylindrical pipe portion 12b, and the pipe portion 12b is suspended from the opening 12a in a state where the flange portion 11 is placed on the periphery of the drain port 40.

[0045] The shape of the pipe 12b is not limited, but it can be set to a shape corresponding to the shape of the opening 12a so that it can be inserted into the opening 12a. In the present embodiment, the opening 12a is circular in plan view, but in this case, the pipe 12b can be set to a cylindrical shape. The outer diameter of the pipe 12b can be set to be smaller than the inner diameter of the drain port 40 so that it can be inserted into the drain port 40.

[0046] In this embodiment, the dimensions of the retaining device body member 10 are described as follows: the outer circumference 11a of the flange portion 11 is set to 64 mm, the outer diameter of the pipe portion 12b is set to 25 mm, and the inner diameter of the drain port 40 is set to 38 mm, but the dimensions are not limited to these.

[0047] When the dust capturing member holder X is placed in the drain port 40, the tube 12b can be disposed inside the drain port 40. At this time, the tube 12b can be fitted into the drain port 40, so the dust capturing member holder X can be reliably disposed in the drain port 40.

[0048] The dust capturing member 30 can be mounted on the mounting portion 13 on the lower surface side 10A of the holder body member 10 by magnetic force. That is, the dust capturing member holder X of the present invention includes the fixing member 20 that can be coupled to the mounting portion 13 by magnetic force via the dust capturing member 30.

[0049] The assembly portion 13 is a portion where the dust capturing member 30 can be assembled by the fixing member 20. In this way, the dust capturing member holding device X of the present invention sandwiches the dust capturing member 30 by the assembly portion 13 and the fixing member 20 that are mutually coupled by magnetic force, thereby enabling the dust capturing member 30 to be assembled to the assembly portion 13 (holding device main body member 10).

[0050] The dust capture member holder X of the present invention may be such that at least one of the mounting portion 13 and the fixing member 20 is made of a magnet so as to be magnetically coupled to each other. Alternatively, one of the two may be made of a magnet and the other may be made of a metal coupled to a magnet.

[0051] In this embodiment, a case where the mounting portion 13 is formed of a metal bonded to a magnet will be described.

[0052] In this embodiment, the entire holder main body member 10 including the mounting portion 13 is made of metal bonded to the magnet. This allows the holder main body member 10 to be easily manufactured using a single material.

[0053] In addition, in the holder body member 10 , only the attachment portion 13 may be formed of a metal bonded to the magnet. In this case, the attachment portion 13 that is separate from the holder body member 10 may be attached to the lower surface side 10A of the holder body member 10 .

[0054] The metal bonded to the magnet can be a metal or alloy containing at least any one of iron, nickel, and cobalt, but is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, a case where it is SUS430 (containing 18% of chromium) is described.

[0055] The fixing member 20 can be configured to include a magnet that is magnetically coupled to the attachment portion 13. In this embodiment, a case where the entire fixing member 20 is formed of a magnet is described. This allows the fixing member 20 to be easily manufactured using a single material.

[0056] In addition, in the fixing member 20, if at least a portion of the assembly portion 13 side of the fixing member 20 is configured to have a magnet, the assembly portion 13 and the fixing member 20 can be combined with each other using magnetic force. Therefore, for example, if at least a portion of the assembly portion 13 side of the fixing member 20 is configured to have a magnet, other parts of the fixing member 20 can also be composed of materials other than magnets.

[0057] The magnet may be any one of a ferrite magnet, a neodymium magnet, a samarium cobalt magnet, and an alnico magnet, but is not limited thereto.

[0058] The shape of the fixing member 20 is not limited, and in this embodiment, the case where the fixing member 20 is configured in an annular shape is described. When the mounting portion 13 is provided as a separate body from the holder body member 10, the mounting portion 13 may also be configured in an annular shape.

[0059] When the fixing member 20 is configured in an annular shape, the pipe 12b can be inserted into the fixing member 20 in a state where the outer periphery of the pipe 12b is close to the inner periphery of the fixing member 20. Thus, when the fixing member 20 and the dust capturing member 30 are mounted on the mounting portion 13, the entire periphery of the pipe 12b can be surrounded by the fixing member 20 and the dust capturing member 30. Therefore, the pipe 12b (downflow portion 12) can be reliably covered by the dust capturing member 30, and thus, the dust capturing member 30 can reliably capture dust contained in the drainage water.

[0060] The outer diameter of the fixing member 20 can be set smaller than the inner diameter of the drain port 40. Thus, the fixing member 20 and the dust capture member 30 can be accommodated inside the drain port 40 when the fixing member 20 and the dust capture member 30 are mounted on the mounting portion 13 (the holder body member 10).

[0061] In the present embodiment, a case where the dimensions of the fixing member 20 are such that the outer diameter, the inner diameter, and the thickness are 5 mm is described, but the dimensions are not limited to these.

[0062] The trash capture member 30 can be detachably mounted on the lower surface of the flange 11 by utilizing magnetic force. The trash capture member 30 can be any form that can capture trash, for example, it can be a mesh, a cloth, or a bag with drainage holes, but is not limited to such forms. In this embodiment, the case where the trash capture member 30 is a mesh body is described.

[0063] By forming the dust capturing member 30 into a mesh body, the water contained in the drainage and the dust can be reliably separated, and the dust can be reliably and easily captured.

[0064] The mesh body may be woven into a net shape with a gap of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, for example, but is not limited to such a shape. In addition, the mesh body may be formed into a bag shape or a flat shape. In the present embodiment, a case where the garbage capturing member 30 is formed into a bag-shaped mesh body is described. In this way, garbage contained in the drainage in an amount equivalent to the capacity of the bag can be reliably captured.

[0065] The material of the dust capturing member 30 is not particularly limited, and for example, resin such as polyester or metal such as stainless steel can be used.

[0066] When the waste capturing member 30 is a bag-shaped mesh body, when it is assembled to the fixing member 20, a part (about two-thirds) of the waste capturing member 30 is arranged inside the fixing member 20 formed in a ring shape, and the opening side of the waste capturing member 30 is folded at the fixing member 20 and bent downward by about one-third, thereby the waste capturing member 30 can be attached to the fixing member 20. In this state, when the fixing member 20 is connected to the assembly portion 13 by magnetic force through the waste capturing member 30, the waste capturing member 30 can be assembled to the holder main body member 10.

[0067] Even in the state where the garbage capturing component 30 is clamped by the assembly part 13 and the fixing component 20, that is, when the garbage capturing component 30 is interposed between the assembly part 13 and the fixing component 20, since the garbage capturing component 30 is made of a material with a thin thickness (for example, about 0.5mm~1mm), the assembly part 13 and the fixing component 20 can also be connected to each other by magnetic force.

[0068] According to the garbage capturing member holder X of the present invention, the garbage capturing member 30 for capturing garbage contained in the drainage is clamped by the assembly portion 13 and the fixing member 20 that are coupled to each other by magnetic force, thereby being able to utilize magnetic force to assemble the garbage capturing member 30 for capturing garbage contained in the drainage to the lower surface side 10A of the holder main body member 10. Therefore, the garbage capturing member holder X can easily and reliably mount the garbage capturing member 30.

[0069] When removing the dust capture member 30 from the holder main body member 10, in the assembly portion 13 and the fixing member 20 that are mutually coupled by magnetic force, a force that resists the magnetic force on the assembly portion 13 is used to separate the fixing member 20 from the assembly portion 13, thereby making it easy to remove the dust capture member 30 from the holder main body member 10. In this way, the dust capture member 30 can be easily removed (replaced).

[0070] In the dust capture member holding device X of the present invention, the dust capture member 30 can be assembled in a state where the opening end of the dust capture member 30 is accommodated inside the drain port 40 ( Figure 2 ).

[0071] [Other Embodiment 1] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the following case is described, in the retaining device main body member 10, the flow-down portion 12 has a cylindrical pipe portion 12b, and the pipe portion 12b is suspended from the opening portion 12a in a state where the flange portion 11 is placed on the periphery of the drain port 40. The retaining device main body member 10 can be a form in which the flow-down portion 12 has the flange portion 11 and the opening portion 12a, and therefore, it can also be a form in which the pipe portion 12b is not provided. In this case, Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 1 , the holder main body member 10 can be formed in a thin plate (flat plate) shape.

[0072] [Other Embodiment 2] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the following case is described, in which the assembly part 13 and the fixing member 20 are combined with each other by magnetic force, the assembly part 13 is composed of metal combined with a magnet, and the fixing member 20 is composed of a magnet. However, it is not limited to such a mode, and the assembly part 13 may be composed of a magnet, and the fixing member 20 may be composed of a metal combined with a magnet.

[0073] [Other Embodiment 3] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the case where the fixing member 20 is configured in an annular shape is described. However, the embodiment is not limited to this, and the fixing member 20 may be divided into a plurality of arc-shaped members. In this case, the plurality of arc-shaped divided pieces of the fixing member 20 may be respectively contacted and assembled to the assembly portion 13 (the holder main body member 10) in an annular manner, or may be assembled to the assembly portion 13 (the holder main body member 10) in an annular manner in a state where they are separated.

[0074] [Other Embodiment 4] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the flange portion 11 is described as being in the form of a thin plate (flat plate). However, this is not limited to such a method. Figure 5 , Figure 6 As shown, the flange 11 may include a region inclined so that the downflow portion 12 (opening 12a) formed inside the flange 11 is recessed downward when viewed from the side to allow drainage to flow down toward the opening 12a.

[0075] In this case, for example, it can be constructed to have: an edge 11a, which is the outer area (outer periphery) of the flange portion 11; an inner portion 11b, which has an opening portion 12a in the inner area; and an inclined portion 11c, which is an inclined area between the edge 11a and the inner portion 11b.

[0076] Specifically, when viewed from the side, the edge 11a and the inner portion 11b are parallel and the inner portion 11b is recessed downward, so that the inclined portion 11c is bent downward relative to the edge 11a and the inclined portion 11c is bent upward relative to the inner portion 11b. In addition, the angle α at which the inclined portion 11c is inclined relative to the edge 11a is not particularly limited, and can be inclined downward at an angle of 4.5° to 10°, for example.

[0077] In this embodiment, the lower surface side of the inner portion 11b can be used as the mounting portion 13. In addition, if the edge portion 11a is placed on the periphery of the drain port 40, the garbage capturing member holder X can be arranged in the drain port 40. Thus, in a state where the fixing member 20 and the garbage capturing member 30 are mounted on the mounting portion 13 (the holder main body member 10), the fixing member 20 and the garbage capturing member 30 can be accommodated inside the drain port 40.

[0078] In this embodiment, the flange 11 has the inclined portion 11 c inclined so that the drainage flows down toward the opening 12 a , so that the drainage can be easily guided to the opening 12 a , and the dust capturing member 30 can more reliably capture dust contained in the drainage.

[0079] Figure 5In the embodiment, a method without the tube portion 12b is shown, but it is also possible to Figure 7 The embodiment shown is provided with a tube portion 12b.

[0080] When the edge 11a is placed on the periphery of the drain outlet 40, the edge 11a can be placed so as to fit into the concave portion 42 formed on the periphery of the drain outlet 40 and having a circular shape in a plan view. Figure 5 ). In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, when the concave portion 42 is not formed on the periphery of the drain port 40, Figure 7 As shown, the outer region (edge 11 a ) of the flange portion 11 can be directly placed on the peripheral edge of the drain port 40 .

[0081] [Other Embodiment 5] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the flange portion 11 is provided with a region that is inclined (inclined portion 11c) so that the downward flow portion 12 (opening portion 12a) formed on the inner side of the flange portion 11 is recessed downward when viewed from the side so that the drainage flows down toward the opening portion 12a. In this case, the lower surface side of the inner portion 11b is set as the mounting portion 13, but the present invention is not limited to this. The lower surface side of the inclined portion 11c may also be set as the mounting portion 13 ( Figure 8 ).

[0082] If the lower surface side of the inclined portion 11c is set as the mounting portion 13, the diameter (inner diameter) of the fixing member 20 can be set larger than when the lower surface side of the inner portion 11b is set as the mounting portion 13, so the garbage capturing member 30 can be widely spread and mounted on the lower surface side 10A of the holder main body member 10. Thus, more garbage contained in the drainage can be captured.

[0083] In such a mode, a cover member 50 may be provided, and the cover member 50 covers the opening 12a in the downward flow portion 12 ( Fig. 9 , Fig.10 The cover member 50 can be configured, for example, as follows: a plurality of leg members 52 are provided on the lower surface of the circular plate-shaped member 51, and the plurality of leg members 52 separate the plate-shaped member 51 from the inner side portion 11b of the flange portion 11, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. In the present embodiment, a case where three leg members 52 are provided is described.

[0084] The leg member 52 may be configured to be provided across the inner portion 11b and the inclined portion 11c, for example. In addition, regarding the inclined portion 11c in this embodiment, the angle α of inclination relative to the edge 11a is not particularly limited, and may be inclined downward at an angle of 35° to 40°, for example. In this embodiment, the case where the angle α is set to 36° is exemplified.

[0085] The outer diameter of the circular plate-shaped member 51 can be set so as to cover the opening 12a in a plan view. In addition, the cover member 50 can be made of a synthetic resin such as plastic, but the material is not limited thereto.

[0086] By providing the cover member 50 , the opening 12 a can be concealed in a plan view, so that the garbage captured by the garbage capturing member 30 can be concealed (shielded) in a manner that is not conspicuous.

[0087] Industrial Applicability The present invention can be used for a garbage capturing member holding tool for mounting a garbage capturing member for capturing garbage contained in drainage.
