[0036] Various specific embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings which constitute a part of this specification.

[0037] Figure 1A is a three-dimensional diagram of a printing system using the present application. Figure 1A As shown, the printing system is used to print the plate 106 to be processed (see Figure 1B ). Specifically, the printing system includes a base 102, a screen 104, a printing device (not shown) and a screen supporting device 110. The screen supporting device 110 is disposed on the base 102. The screen supporting device 110 is used to support the screen 104 and to place the screen 104 at a distance from the base 102. The printing device is configured to be able to print, and is disposed above the screen 104 and can move relative to the screen 104. The screen 104 is provided with perforations. The perforations form a predetermined pattern. When it is necessary to print the plate 106 to be processed, the upper surface of the plate 106 to be processed is first pressed against the lower surface of the screen 104, and the printing head (not shown) of the printing device is pressed against the upper surface of the screen 104 and moves relative to the screen 104, thereby printing the predetermined pattern on the upper surface of the plate 106.

[0038] Figure 1B yes Figure 1A A perspective view of the printing system shown, Figure 1B The screen 104 is not shown. Figure 1B As shown, the printing system further includes a pair of adjustment assemblies 108. The adjustment assemblies 108 are disposed below the screen 104 and are configured to carry the plate 106. The adjustment assemblies 108 are movable relative to the screen 104 to transport the plate 106 so that the upper surface of the plate 106 abuts against the lower surface of the screen 104.

[0039] Figure 2A and Figure 2B Yes Figure 1B The plate 106 and a pair of adjustment assemblies 108 are shown in perspective views from different perspectives. Figure 2C yes Figure 2A A front view of the plate 106 and a pair of adjustment assemblies 108 is shown. Figure 2A-2CAs shown, two adjustment assemblies 108 in a pair of adjustment assemblies 108 are symmetrically arranged. The adjustment assemblies 108 are generally in the shape of long strips, so as to support the plate 106 over a certain length. Specifically, the pair of adjustment assemblies 108 can move along a first direction (i.e., vertical direction) and extend along a second direction (i.e., front-to-back direction) that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction. In other words, the two adjustment assemblies 108 in a pair of adjustment assemblies 108 are mirror-arranged about a vertical plane formed by the first direction and the second direction. The plate 106 is substantially a flat plate and is arranged substantially along a horizontal plane formed by the second direction and the third direction (i.e., left-right direction). The plate 106 is substantially located between the pair of adjustment assemblies 108, and two opposite edges of the plate 106 are supported by the pair of adjustment assemblies 108. In other words, the plate 106 has a first edge portion (i.e., left edge portion) 221 and a second edge portion (i.e., right edge portion) 222 that are arranged opposite to each other in the third direction.

[0040] like Figure 2A-2C As shown, each of the pair of adjustment assemblies 108 includes a bearing member 202, an alignment member 204, a driving member 210, an alignment member support assembly 216, and a transmission assembly. The bearing member 202 is used to bear the plate 106. The alignment member 204 is used to align (i.e., flush) with the plate 106, so as to position the plate 106. The alignment member support assembly 216 is configured to support the alignment member 204. The driving member 210 is configured to drive the bearing member 202 and the alignment member 204 to move, and can adjust the distance between the upper surface of the bearing member 202 and the upper surface of the alignment member 204 to the thickness of the plate. The transmission assembly is configured to enable the driving member 210 to drive the bearing member 202 and the alignment member 204 to move. The transmission assembly includes a guide rod 206 and a clamp 208. The driving member 210 can drive the guide rod 206 to move. The clamp 208 is disposed on the alignment member 204 and is configured to clamp or release the guide rod 206. The transmission assembly is configured such that: when the clamp 208 releases the guide rod 206, the driving component 210 can drive the guide rod 206 to move relative to the carrier 202 and the alignment component 204; and when the clamp 208 clamps the guide rod 206, the driving component 210 can drive the guide rod 206 and the alignment component 204 to move relative to the carrier 202. The carrier 202, the guide rod 206 and the driving component 210 are configured such that: when the driving component 210 drives the carrier 202 to move, the driving component 210 drives the guide rod 206 to move.

[0041] Figure 2D is an exploded view of the adjustment assembly 108 located on the right. Figure 2A , and combined with Figure 2CThe right half of the figure is used to introduce the structure and matching relationship of each component in the adjustment component 108 on the right side. Those skilled in the art can symmetrically set the adjustment component 108 on the left side through the structure and matching relationship of each component in the adjustment component 108 on the right side.

[0042] like Figure 2A , Figure 2C and Figure 2D As shown, the bearing member 202 is formed by extending approximately along the second direction. The bearing member 202 includes a vertical plate 212 and a transverse plate 214. The vertical plate 212 extends approximately along the first direction for a distance, and the transverse plate 214 extends approximately along the third direction for a distance. The lower end of the vertical plate 212 is connected to the left end of the transverse plate 214, so that its cross section is approximately formed in an "L" shape. The upper end of the vertical plate 212 has an upper surface 232. The upper surface 232 is a plane for supporting the plate 106. A through hole 242 is provided on the transverse plate 214. The through hole 242 penetrates the transverse plate 214 along the first direction for receiving the guide rod 206. The transverse plate 214 has a lower surface 246 for abutting against the driving member 210, so that the driving member 210 can drive the transverse plate 214 to move.

[0043] like Figure 2A , Figure 2C and Figure 2D As shown, the alignment component 204 is a plate. It is arranged substantially along a horizontal plane formed by the second direction and the third direction. The alignment component 204 has an upper surface 234. The alignment component support assembly 216 is arranged below the alignment component 204 and connected to the alignment component 204, and is used to support the alignment component 204 to prevent the alignment component 204 from deforming in the second direction.

[0044] like Figure 2A , Figure 2C and Figure 2D As shown, the clamp 208 is disposed below the alignment member 204 and connected to the alignment member 204. The clamp 208 can clamp or release the guide rod 206. As an embodiment, the clamp 208 is a claw having a lower opening. The guide rod 206 can be accommodated in the lower opening. When the claw clamps the guide rod 206, the clamp 208 and the guide rod 206 do not move relative to each other. When the claw does not clamp (i.e., release) the guide rod 206, the clamp 208 and the guide rod 206 move relative to each other. In an embodiment of the present application, the clamp 208 is a cylinder. When gas enters the cylinder, the piston of the cylinder moves toward the guide rod 206 along a horizontal plane and abuts against the guide rod 206 to clamp the guide rod 206. When the gas is discharged from the cylinder, the piston of the cylinder moves away from the guide rod 206 and separates from the guide rod 206 to release the guide rod 206.

[0045] Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in other embodiments, the clamp 208 may be of any form and structure, and its power source may be one or more of a variety of power sources such as gas, liquid, and electricity, as long as the clamp 208 can clamp or release the guide rod 206 .

[0046] like Figure 2A , Figure 2C and Figure 2D As shown, the guide rod 206 is a rod extending in the first direction. The lower end of the guide rod 206 can pass through the through hole 242 on the bearing member 202. The guide rod 206 is provided with an obstruction 244 to prevent the guide rod 206 from completely passing through the bearing member 202 through the through hole 242. Specifically, the obstruction 244 is arranged around the guide rod 206. In other words, the obstruction 244 is formed by extending outward from the circumferential outer surface of the guide rod 206 along the radial direction of the guide rod 206. When the lower end of the guide rod 206 passes through the through hole 242 located in the transverse plate 214, since the outer diameter of the obstruction 244 is greater than the diameter of the through hole 242, it is possible to keep a part of the guide rod 206 (that is, the lower end of the guide rod 206) below the bearing member 202, and a part of the guide rod 206 (for example, the upper part and the middle part of the guide rod 206) above the bearing member 202.

[0047] like Figure 2A , Figure 2C and Figure 2D As shown, the driving component 210 is a plate. It is arranged substantially along a horizontal plane formed by the second direction and the third direction. The driving component 210 has an upper surface 248 for abutting against the lower surface 246 of the bearing component 202 and the lower end of the guide rod 206. The driving component 210 can move in the first direction, thereby being able to drive the bearing component 202, the alignment component 204, the guide rod 206 and the clamp 208 to move in the first direction.

[0048] In the embodiment of the present application, the driving component 210 in the adjusting assembly 108 on the right and the driving component 210 in the adjusting assembly 108 on the left are the same driving plate, so that the same driving source (e.g., a motor) can simultaneously drive a pair of joint assemblies 108. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that in other embodiments, the driving component 210 in the adjusting assembly 108 on the right and the driving component 210 in the adjusting assembly 108 on the left may be independent.

[0049] Figures 3A-3E This is a schematic diagram of the printing system during operation. Figure 3A To illustrate the coordination and positional relationships between the various components, and combined with Figures 3A-3E To illustrate the coordination relationship between the various components, so as to realize the operation of the printing system. It should be noted that, for the convenience of description, Figures 3A-3E Only the front view of the driving component 210 in the adjustment assembly 108 located on the right is shown. It should also be noted that, during the operation of the printing system, the screen 106 remains stationary.

[0050] like Figure 3A As shown, before the printing system prints the plate 106, the components in the printing system are in the initial position. Specifically, the bearing member 202, the alignment member 204 and the transmission assembly are located between the screen 106 and the driving member 210. The alignment member 204 is located on the right side of the vertical plate 212 of the bearing member 202 in the third direction, and is located above the horizontal plate 214 of the bearing member 202 in the first direction. The guide rod 206 passes through the through hole 242 on the bearing member 202. The clamp 208 releases the guide rod 206. The upper surface 232 of the bearing member 202 is at the same height as the upper surface 234 of the alignment member 204. The driving member 210 is separated from the bearing member 202 and the guide rod 206. When the components in the printing system are in the initial position, the height at which the lower surface 246 of the bearing member 202 is located is called the "0 position".

[0051] When the components in the printing system are in the initial position, the staff can place the plate 106 with a thickness of h on the upper surface 232 of the carrier 202 .

[0052] Then, the staff can operate the driving component 210 to move upwards toward the screen 106 in the first direction. Figure 3A-3B As shown, the drive member 210 will move upward until the upper surface 248 of the drive member 210 abuts the lower end of the guide rod 206 .

[0053] It should be noted that in Figure 3A-3B During the operation shown, the carrier member 202, the alignment member 204 and the guide rods 206 are all maintained in their respective initial positions. The plate 106 does not move relative to the screen.

[0054] like Figure 3B-3C As shown, after the driving component 210 abuts against the lower end of the guide rod 206, the movement of the driving component 210 upwardly approaching the screen 106 along the first direction will drive the guide rod 206 to move upwardly approaching the screen 106 along the first direction until the height difference between the upper surface 248 of the driving component 210 and the lower surface 246 of the bearing component 202 is the thickness h of the plate 106. In other words, at this time, the upper surface 248 of the driving component 210 is located at a distance h below the O position.

[0055] It should be noted that in Figure 3B-Figure 3C During the operation shown, the carrier member 202 and the alignment member 204 are both maintained in their respective initial positions. The plate 106 does not move relative to the screen.

[0056] like Figure 3C As shown, when the upper surface 248 of the driving component 210 is located at a distance h below the O position, the clamp 208 provided on the alignment component 204 clamps the guide rod 206. Therefore, when the driving component 210 drives the guide rod 206 to move along the first direction, the alignment component 204 can be driven to move along the first direction.

[0057] like Figure 3C-3D As shown, the driving component 210 continues to move upward in the first direction toward the screen 106. The driving component 210 drives the alignment component 204 to move upward in the first direction until the upper surface 248 of the driving component 210 abuts against the lower surface 246 of the bearing component 202. At this time, the upper surface 248 of the driving component 210 is located at position O, and the height difference between the upper surface 234 of the alignment component 204 and the upper surface 232 of the bearing component 202 in the first direction is the thickness h of the plate 106. In other words, at this time, the upper surface 234 of the alignment component 204 and the upper surface of the plate 106 are at the same height (i.e., flush).

[0058] It should be noted that in Figure 3C-Figure 3D During the operation shown, the carrier member 202 remains in its initial position. The plate 106 does not move relative to the screen.

[0059] like Figure 3D-3E As shown, the driving component 210 continues to move upwardly in the first direction close to the screen 106. The driving component 210 drives the bearing component 202, the alignment component 204, the transmission assembly and the plate 106 to move upwardly in the first direction close to the screen 106 until the upper surface 234 of the alignment component 204 and the upper surface of the plate 106 are attached to (i.e., abutting) the lower surface of the screen 106. The printing head (not shown) of the printing device (not shown) located above the screen 106 abuts against the upper surface of the screen 104 and moves relative to the screen 104, thereby printing a predetermined pattern on the upper surface of the plate 106.

[0060] The printing system structure of the present application can adjust the height difference between the upper surface of the alignment component and the upper surface of the supporting component according to the thickness of the board to be processed, so that the height difference between the upper surface of the alignment component and the upper surface of the supporting component is equal to the thickness of the board to be processed, thereby adapting to boards to be processed with different thicknesses.

[0061] Figure 4 Schematic diagram of the control of the printing system of the present application. Figure 4As shown, the printing system further includes a control device 412, an actuator 401, a first sensor 414, and a second sensor 416. The actuator 401 is configured to drive the driving component 210 to move in the first direction. As an example, the actuator 401 is a motor. The actuator 401 is connected to the control device 412 through a signal 404. The control device 412 is configured to control the start and stop of the actuator 401, thereby controlling whether the driving component 210 moves in the first direction. When the control device 412 controls the actuator 401 to be turned off, the actuator 401 can make the driving component 210 stay at a certain position in the first direction. The clamp 208 is connected to the control device 412 through a signal 406. The control device 412 is configured to control the clamp 208 to clamp or release the guide rod 206. The first sensor 414 is configured to detect whether the height difference between the upper surface 248 of the driving component 210 and the lower surface 246 of the bearing component 202 is the thickness h of the plate 106. The first sensor 414 is connected to the control device 412 through the signal 407. When the first sensor 414 detects that the height difference between the upper surface 248 of the driving member 210 and the lower surface 246 of the bearing member 202 is the thickness h of the plate 106, the first sensor 414 sends a first signal to the control device 412. The control device 412 controls the clamp 208 to clamp the guide rod 206 according to the first signal. The second sensor 416 is configured to detect whether the upper surface of the alignment member 204 is attached to the lower surface of the screen 106. The second sensor 416 is connected to the control device 412 through the signal 408. When the second sensor 416 detects that the upper surface 234 of the alignment member 204 is attached to the lower surface of the screen 106, the second sensor 416 sends a second signal to the control device 412. The control device 412 controls the actuator 401 to close according to the second signal, thereby keeping the alignment member 204 and the upper surface of the plate 106 at the same height as the upper surface 234 of the alignment member 204 in place.

[0062] Figure 5 yes Figure 4 Schematic internal structure diagram of the control device 412 shown. Figure 4As shown, the control device 412 includes a bus 502, a processor 505, an input device 508, an output device 512, and a memory 518 having a control program 520. The various components in the control device 412, including the processor 505, the input device 508, the output device 512, and the memory 518 are communicatively connected to the bus 502, so that the processor 505 can control the operation of the input device 508, the output device 512, and the memory 518. Specifically, the memory 518 is used to store programs, instructions, and data, and the processor 505 reads programs, instructions, and data from the memory 518, and can write data to the memory 518. By executing the programs and instructions read from the memory 518, the processor 505 controls the operation of the input device 508 and the output device 512. The input device 508 receives external signals and data through the connections 407 and 408, including the height difference between the upper surface 248 of the driving component 210 and the lower surface 246 of the bearing component 202 detected by the first sensor 414, which is the thickness h of the plate 106, and the upper surface 234 of the alignment component 204 sticking to the lower surface of the screen 106 detected by the second sensor 416. The output device 512 sends control signals to the actuator 401 and the clamp 208 through the connections 404 and 406, respectively, so as to control the start and stop of the actuator 401 and the clamping or release of the clamp 208.

[0063] In the embodiment of the present application, the Figure 6-Figure 7 The program of the flowchart shown in FIG. 5 is stored in the memory 518 of the control device 412. The control device 412 controls the actuating device 401 and the control clamp 208 by executing the program stored in the control device 412 through the processor 505.

[0064] Figure 6 4 is a control flow chart of the control device 412 controlling the printing system. Figure 6 As shown, in step 602, the processor 505 obtains the thickness h of the plate 106 to be processed. As an embodiment, the worker can measure the thickness h of the plate 106 and then input it into the memory 518. As another embodiment, the printing system can include a measuring device. The measuring device is communicatively connected to the control device 412. The measuring device is configured to measure the thickness h of the plate 106 to be processed and then send the measured data to the control device 412. After completing step 602, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 604.

[0065] In step 604, the board 106 is placed on the carrier 202. As an embodiment, the board 106 can be placed on the carrier 202 by a worker. As another embodiment, the printing system can include a gripping device. The gripping device is communicatively connected to the control device 412. The gripping device is configured to grip the board 106 to be processed and place the board 106 on the carrier 202. After completing step 604, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 605.

[0066] In step 605, the control device 412 activates the drive component 210. After completing step 605, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 606.

[0067] In step 606, the control device 412 controls the driving component 210 to drive the bearing component 202 and the alignment component 204, and adjusts the height difference between the upper surface of the bearing component 202 and the upper surface of the alignment component 204 to the plate thickness h, and makes the upper surface of the bearing component 202 lower than the upper surface of the alignment component 204. After completing step 606, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 608.

[0068] In step 608 , the control device 412 controls the driving component 210 to drive the plate 106 and the alignment component 204 to move until the upper surface of the driving plate 106 and the upper surface of the alignment component 204 are in contact with the lower surface of the screen 106 .

[0069] Figure 7 yes Figure 6 The detailed control flow chart of step 606 is shown in FIG. Figure 7 As shown, in step 702 , the control device 412 sets the upper surface of the carrying component 202 and the upper surface of the alignment component 204 to the same height. After completing step 702 , the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 704 .

[0070] In step 704, the control device 412 controls the driving component 210 to drive the guide rod 206 to move upward. After completing step 702, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 706.

[0071] In step 706, the control device 412 determines whether the first signal is received. In other words, the control device 412 determines whether the distance between the upper surface of the driving component 210 and the lower surface of the bearing component 202 is the thickness of the board 106. If the control device 412 does not receive the first signal, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 704. If the control device 412 receives the first signal, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 708.

[0072] In step 708, the control device 412 controls the clamp 208 to clamp the guide rod 206. After completing step 708, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 710.

[0073] In step 710, the control device 412 controls the driving member 210 to move upward, thereby driving the guide rod 206, the clamp 208 and the alignment member 204 to move upward until the upper surface of the driving member 210 abuts against the lower surface of the bearing member 202. In other words, when the upper surface of the driving member 210 abuts against the lower surface of the bearing member 202, the height difference between the upper surface of the bearing member 202 and the upper surface of the alignment member is the thickness of the plate 106. Subsequently, the processor 505 returns the operation to step 608.

[0074] Figure 8 yes Figure 6 The detailed control flow chart of step 608 is shown in FIG. Figure 8 As shown, in step 802, the driving component 210 drives the alignment component 204, the plate 106 and the carrier component 202 to move upward. After completing step 802, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 804.

[0075] In step 804, the control device 412 determines whether the second signal is received. In other words, the control device 412 determines whether the upper surface of the plate 106 and the upper surface of the alignment member 204 are in contact with the lower surface of the screen 104. If the control device 412 does not receive the second signal, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 802. If the control device 412 receives the second signal, the processor 505 transfers the operation to step 804.

[0076] In step 804, the control device 412 turns off the driving component 210. Then, the processor 505 returns the operation to step 609.
