Figure 5 The central figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is an upper perspective view of the base member 18 in which the fixed side metal member 5F is installed and the second metal member 8 and the conductive member 9 are buried. Figure 5 The lower figure is a bottom perspective view of the base member 18 on which the fixed-side metal member 5F is mounted and in which the second metal member 8 and the conductive member 9 are buried.

[0073] In the example shown in the figure, the first fixed-side metal member 5F1 and the second fixed-side metal member 5F2 are bonded to the outer side surface (left side surface) of the second base portion 18B2 of the base member 18 by an adhesive. Similarly, the third fixed-side metal member 5F3 and the fourth fixed-side metal member 5F4 are bonded to the outer side surface (right side surface) of the fourth base portion 18B4 of the base member 18 by an adhesive.

[0074] In addition, the first fixed-side metal component 5F1 has a first connection portion CT1, which is exposed on the lower surface of the base portion 18B of the base component 18 and fixed to the outer portion SB1 of the substrate SB by solder or a conductive adhesive, etc. Similarly, the second fixed-side metal component 5F2 has a second connection portion CT2, the third fixed-side metal component 5F3 has a third connection portion CT3, and the fourth fixed-side metal component 5F4 has a fourth connection portion CT4.

[0075] The second metal component 8 includes an embedded portion EM embedded in the base component 18, a second supporting side snap-fitting portion V2S exposed from the base component 18, and an elastically deformable elastically deformable portion EL which is arranged between the embedded portion EM and the second supporting side snap-fitting portion V2S in a manner that connects the embedded portion EM and the second supporting side snap-fitting portion V2S and is exposed from the base component 18.

[0076] The conductive component 9 is a component for electrically connecting the flexible metal component 6 to the substrate SB. In the present embodiment, the conductive component 9 is formed of a metal such as copper. In the example shown in the figure, the conductive component 9 includes a left conductive component 9L that electrically connects the left flexible metal component 6L to the substrate SB, and a right conductive component 9R that electrically connects the right flexible metal component 6R to the substrate SB.

[0077] Specifically, the left conductive component 9L has a first embedded portion EM1 embedded in the base component 18, a first bonding surface portion CP1 exposed on the upper surface of the second base portion 18B2, and a first terminal portion TM1 exposed on the lower surface of the second base portion 18B2. In addition, the right conductive component 9R has a second embedded portion EM2 embedded in the base component 18, a second bonding surface portion CP2 exposed on the upper surface of the fourth base portion 18B4, and a second terminal portion TM2 exposed on the lower surface of the fourth base portion 18B4.

[0078] The base member 18 is configured to function as a wire support member that supports one end of each of the first to fourth wires SA1 to SA4. With this configuration, the movable member MB is supported by the first to fourth wires SA1 to SA4 so as to be swingable about the first and second axes AX1 and AX2.

[0079] A wall portion 18D is formed on the upper surface of the subject side surface (Z1 side surface) of the base member 18. The wall portion 18D includes a first wall portion 18D1 extending upward from the first base portion 18B1 and a second wall portion 18D2 extending upward from the third base portion 18B3. The first wall portion 18D1 and the second wall portion 18D2 are arranged to face each other across the optical axis OA.

[0080] Next, refer to Figure 6 , the metal component 5 to which the shape memory alloy wire SA is attached will be described. Figure 6 It is a three-view diagram (left side view, top view, and rear view) of the first fixed side metal member 5F1, the second fixed side metal member 5F2, the first movable side metal member 5M1, the first line SA1, and the second line SA2. Figure 6 The positional relationship of the components shown corresponds to the positional relationship when the module driving device MD is assembled and current is supplied to the first line SA1 and the second line SA2. Figure 6 For the sake of clarity, other components are omitted. Figure 6 The following description relates to a combination of a first line SA1 and a second line SA2 , but is also applicable to a combination of a third line SA3 and a fourth line SA4 .

[0081] Specifically, one end of the first wire SA1 is fixed to the first fixed side metal component 5F1 at the holding portion J1 of the first fixed side metal component 5F1, and the other end of the first wire SA1 is fixed to the first movable side metal component 5M1 at the holding portion J2 on the rear side (X2 side) of the first movable side metal component 5M1. Similarly, one end of the second wire SA2 is fixed to the second fixed side metal component 5F2 at the holding portion J3 of the second fixed side metal component 5F2, and the other end of the second wire SA2 is fixed to the first movable side metal component 5M1 at the holding portion J4 on the front side (X1 side) of the first movable side metal component 5M1.

[0082] In addition, if Figure 7 As shown, one end of the third wire SA3 is fixed to the third fixed side metal component 5F3 at the holding portion J5 of the third fixed side metal component 5F3, and the other end of the third wire SA3 is fixed to the second movable side metal component 5M2 at the holding portion J6 on the front side (X1 side) of the second movable side metal component 5M2. Similarly, one end of the fourth wire SA4 is fixed to the fourth fixed side metal component 5F4 at the holding portion J7 of the fourth fixed side metal component 5F4, and the other end of the fourth wire SA4 is fixed to the second movable side metal component 5M2 at the holding portion J8 on the rear side (X2 side) of the second movable side metal component 5M2.

[0083] The retaining portion J1 is formed by bending a portion of the first fixed side metal component 5F1. Specifically, a portion of the first fixed side metal component 5F1 is riveted while clamping the end (one end) of the first wire SA1 to form the retaining portion J1. In addition, the film of the end (one end) of the first wire SA1 is peeled off before being clamped by the retaining portion J1. Moreover, the end (one end) of the first wire SA1 is fixed to the retaining portion J1 by welding. Then, the end (one end) of the first wire SA1 can also be protected by a protective resin. The same applies to the retaining portions J2 to J8.

[0084] In addition, the first line SA1 and the second line SA2 are arranged in a twisted position with respect to each other. That is, the first line SA1 and the second line SA2 are arranged in a non-contact manner with respect to each other. Specifically, Figure 6 As shown in the left side view of FIG. 5 , when viewed from the Y1 side (a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the fixed side metal component 5F), the first line SA1 and the second line SA2 are arranged in a cross manner. Figure 7 As shown, when viewed from the Y2 side (a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the fixed-side metal member 5F), the third line SA3 and the fourth line SA4 are arranged so as to intersect each other.

[0085] Next, refer to Figure 7 , the path of the current flowing through the shape memory alloy wire SA is described. Figure 7It is a perspective view of the metal member 5 , the flexible metal member 6 , the conductive member 9 , and the shape memory alloy wire SA.

[0086] When the first connection portion CT1 of the first fixed-side metal component 5F1 is connected to a high potential and the first terminal portion TM1 of the left conductive component 9L is connected to a low potential, current flows to the first fixed-side metal component 5F1 through the first connection portion CT1. Then, the current passes through the holding portion J1, passes through the first wire SA1, and then passes through the holding portion J2 and the first fixed portion CB1 of the first movable-side metal component 5M1. Then, the current passes through the first inner portion 6N1, the first elastic arm portion 6G1, and the first outer portion 6E1 of the left flexible metal component 6L, passes through the first joint surface portion CP1 of the left conductive component 9L, and then flows to the first terminal portion TM1 through the first embedded portion EM1 of the left conductive component 9L.

[0087] When the second connection portion CT2 of the second fixed-side metal component 5F2 is connected to a high potential and the first terminal portion TM1 of the left conductive component 9L is connected to a low potential, the current flows to the second fixed-side metal component 5F2 through the second connection portion CT2. Then, the current passes through the holding portion J3, passes through the second wire SA2, and then passes through the holding portion J4 and the first fixed portion CB1 of the first movable-side metal component 5M1.

[0088] When the third connection portion CT3 of the third fixed-side metal component 5F3 is connected to a high potential and the second terminal portion TM2 of the right conductive component 9R is connected to a low potential, the current flows to the third fixed-side metal component 5F3 through the third connection portion CT3. Then, the current passes through the holding portion J5, passes through the third wire SA3, and then passes through the holding portion J6 and the second fixed portion CB2 of the second movable-side metal component 5M2. Then, the current passes through the second inner portion 6N2, the second elastic arm portion 6G2, and the second outer portion 6E2 of the right flexible metal component 6R, passes through the second joint surface portion CP2 of the right conductive component 9R, and then flows to the second terminal portion TM2 through the second embedded portion EM2 of the right conductive component 9R.

[0089] When the fourth connection portion CT4 of the fourth fixed-side metal component 5F4 is connected to a high potential and the second terminal portion TM2 of the right conductive component 9R is connected to a low potential, the current flows to the fourth fixed-side metal component 5F4 through the fourth connection portion CT4. Then, the current passes through the holding portion J7, the fourth wire SA4, and then the holding portion J8 and the second fixed portion CB2 of the second movable-side metal component 5M2.

[0090] When the first connection portion CT1 of the first fixed-side metal component 5F1 is connected to a high potential and when the second connection portion CT2 of the second fixed-side metal component 5F2 is connected to a high potential, the path of the current flowing from the first movable-side metal component 5M1 to the first terminal portion TM1 of the left conductive component 9L is the same. In addition, when the third connection portion CT3 of the third fixed-side metal component 5F3 is connected to a high potential and when the fourth connection portion CT4 of the fourth fixed-side metal component 5F4 is connected to a high potential, the path of the current flowing from the second movable-side metal component 5M2 to the second terminal portion TM2 of the right conductive component 9R is the same.

[0091] The control device CTR (see Figure 1 ) By controlling the voltages applied to the connection parts (first connection part CT1 to fourth connection part CT4) of the fixed side metal part 5F, the first terminal part TM1 of the left conductive part 9L, and the second terminal part TM2 of the right conductive part 9R, the contraction of each of the first wire SA1 to the fourth wire SA4 can be controlled respectively. In addition, the control device CTR can also be configured to detect the resistance value of each of the first wire SA1 to the fourth wire SA4 and perform feedback control on the contraction amount of each of the first wire SA1 to the fourth wire SA4. In this case, the control device CTR can derive the position and posture of the module holder 2 based on the resistance value of each of the first wire SA1 to the fourth wire SA4. In addition, the control device CTR can also be configured in the module driving device MD. In addition, the control device CTR can also be a component of the module driving device MD.

[0092] For example, the control device CTR may swing the module holder 2 around the first axis AX1 and the second axis AX2 using a driving force generated by contraction of the shape memory alloy wire SA as the driving portion DM.

[0093] Next, refer to Figure 8 , based on the driving unit DM (shape memory alloy wire SA), mounted on the module holding body 2 (in Figure 8 The swing of the movable side metal member 5M (not shown) will be described. Figure 8 It is a perspective view of the connection member 3 , the metal member 5 , the first metal member 7 , the second metal member 8 , and the shape memory alloy wire SA.

[0094] The control device CTR supplies current to the first wire SA1 and the fourth wire SA4 to contract the first wire SA1 and the fourth wire SA4 , respectively, thereby being able to swing the movable-side metal member 5M around the first axis AX1 in the direction indicated by the arrow AR1 .

[0095] Furthermore, the control device CTR supplies current to the second wire SA2 and the third wire SA3 to contract the second wire SA2 and the third wire SA3 , respectively, thereby being able to swing the movable-side metal member 5M around the first axis AX1 in the direction indicated by the arrow AR2 .

[0096] Furthermore, the control device CTR supplies current to the first wire SA1 and the second wire SA2 to contract the first wire SA1 and the second wire SA2 , respectively, thereby being able to swing the movable-side metal member 5M around the second axis line AX2 in the direction indicated by the arrow AR3 .

[0097] Furthermore, the control device CTR supplies current to the third wire SA3 and the fourth wire SA4 to contract the third wire SA3 and the fourth wire SA4 , respectively, thereby being able to swing the movable-side metal member 5M around the second axis line AX2 in the direction indicated by the arrow AR4 .

[0098] Next, refer to Figures 9 to 11 , the positional relationship among the cover member 1, the connecting member 3, the movable side cover member 4, the first metal member 7, and the second metal member 8 will be described. Fig. 9 1 is a perspective view of the cover member 1, the connecting member 3, the movable side cover member 4, the first metal member 7 and the second metal member 8. Specifically, Fig. 9 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) shows the state after the combination of the cover member 1, the connecting member 3, the movable side cover member 4, the first metal member 7 and the second metal member 8 is separated. Fig. 9 The lower figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) shows a state in which the cover member 1, the connecting member 3, the movable side cover member 4, the first metal member 7 and the second metal member 8 are assembled. Fig.10 and Fig.11 2 is a cross-sectional view of the cover member 1, the connecting member 3, the movable side cover member 4, the first metal member 7 and the second metal member 8. Specifically, Fig.10 The above picture is viewed from the X1 side. Fig. 9 The figure below is a cross-sectional view of each component on an imaginary plane parallel to the YZ plane along the dotted line L1. Fig.10The lower figure is a cross-sectional view of the connecting member 3 and the first metal member 7 when the connecting member 3 is engaged with the first metal member 7, and Fig.10 Corresponding to the above figure. Fig.11 The above figure is viewed from the Y2 side. Fig. 9 The figure below is a cross-sectional view of each component on an imaginary plane parallel to the XZ plane along the dotted line L2. Fig.11 The lower figure is a cross-sectional view of the connecting member 3 and the second metal member 8 when the connecting member 3 and the second metal member 8 are engaged. Fig.11 In addition, Figures 9 to 11 In the figure, for the sake of clarity, illustration of other components constituting the module driving device MD is omitted.

[0099] like Fig.10 As shown in the above figure, the first left supporting side engaging portion V1SL provided at the central portion of the first left opposing plate portion 3PL constituting the first extending portion 3E1 of the connecting member 3 is configured to mesh with the first left swinging side engaging portion V1TL provided on the first left metal member 7L. Specifically, the first left supporting side engaging portion V1SL formed in a manner of protruding inward (Y2 side) to form a convex curved surface is configured to mesh with the first left swinging side engaging portion V1TL formed in a manner of being recessed inward (Y2 side) to form a concave curved surface.

[0100] Similarly, the first right supporting side engaging portion V1SR provided at the center portion of the first right side opposing plate portion 3PR constituting the second extending portion 3E2 of the connecting member 3 is configured to mesh with the first right swinging side engaging portion V1TR provided on the first right side metal member 7R. Specifically, the first right supporting side engaging portion V1SR formed so as to protrude inwardly (Y1 side) to form a convex curved surface is configured to mesh with the first right swinging side engaging portion V1TR formed so as to be recessed inwardly (Y1 side) to form a concave curved surface.

[0101] In this way, the first left supporting-side engaging portion V1SL and the first left swing-side engaging portion V1TL form a snap-fit structure, and the first right supporting-side engaging portion V1SR and the first right swing-side engaging portion V1TR form a snap-fit structure.

[0102] In order to make the mutually separated connecting parts 3 engage with the first metal part 7, when the connecting parts 3 are as Fig.10 When the first metal component 7 is pressed from above as shown by the white frame arrow in the figure below, the first metal component 7 is Fig.10 The first left metal component 7L is deformed (bent) as shown by the black frame arrow in the figure below, and the distance between the first left metal component 7L and the first right metal component 7R is narrowed. Specifically, the first left metal component 7L is deformed (bent) as shown by the black frame arrow in the figure below, and the distance between the first left metal component 7L and the first right metal component 7R is narrowed. Figure 4) is elastically deformed and temporarily pressed inward (toward the Y2 side) to become narrower (bend), and the first right metal member 7R is deformed by the substantially L-shaped elastic deformation portion EL (refer to Figure 4 ) is elastically deformed and temporarily pressed inward (toward the Y1 side) to become narrower (bend). Fig.10 The portion indicated by the dotted line in the lower figure shows a portion of the first metal component 7 that is deformed due to contact with the connecting component 3.

[0103] When the connecting member 3 is pressed into Fig.10 When the first metal member 7 is in the position shown in the above figure, the first metal member 7 returns to the state before being pressed and narrowed, and the connecting member 3 and the first metal member 7 are connected in a state where they can swing relative to each other around the first axis AX1.

[0104] In addition, if Fig.10 As shown in the above figure, if the movable side cover member 4 is installed in a state where the connecting member 3 is connected to the first metal member 7, the deformation of the first metal member 7 toward the inner side is restricted by the movable side cover member 4. Specifically, the deformation of the first left side metal member 7L toward the inner side (Y2 side) is restricted by the outer side surface of the second side plate portion 4A2 of the movable side cover member 4, and the deformation of the first right side metal member 7R toward the inner side (Y1 side) is restricted by the outer side surface of the fourth side plate portion 4A4 of the movable side cover member 4.

[0105] More specifically, the movable side cover member 4 is arranged so that the dimension DS1 (zero in the example shown in the figure) between the outer side surface of the second side plate portion 4A2 and the inner side surface of the first left swing side engaging portion V1TL is smaller than the engagement dimension DS2 between the first left support side engaging portion V1SL and the first left swing side engaging portion V1TL. In addition, the engagement dimension DS2 is, for example, equivalent to the distance between the outer side surface (surface on the Y1 side) of the first left side metal member 7L (elastic deformation portion EL) and the inner side surface (surface on the Y2 side) of the first left support side engaging portion V1SL in the state where the connecting member 3 is connected to the first metal member 7. However, the engagement dimension DS2 may also be the depth of the depression of the first left swing side engaging portion V1TL in the Y-axis direction. In addition, in the example shown in the figure, the outer side surface of the second side plate portion 4A2 is in contact with the inner side surface of the first left swing side engaging portion V1TL, and the dimension DS1 is zero.

[0106] With this arrangement, even when the first metal member 7 is deformed by some force such as impact caused by falling, the movable side cover member 4 can prevent the first metal member 7 from narrowing inward to such an extent that the engagement between the connecting member 3 and the first metal member 7 is released.

[0107] like Fig.11As shown in the above figure, the second front swing side engaging portion V2TF provided at the central portion of the second front side opposing plate portion 3QF of the third extension portion 3E3 constituting the connecting member 3 is configured to mesh with the second front support side engaging portion V2SF provided on the second front side metal member 8F. Specifically, the second front swing side engaging portion V2TF formed in a manner of protruding outward (X1 side) to form a convex curved surface is configured to mesh with the second front support side engaging portion V2SF formed in a manner of being recessed outward (X1 side) to form a concave curved surface.

[0108] Similarly, the second rear swing side engaging portion V2TB provided at the central portion of the second rear side opposing plate portion 3QB constituting the fourth extension portion 3E4 of the connecting member 3 is configured to mesh with the second rear support side engaging portion V2SB provided on the second rear side metal member 8B. Specifically, the second rear swing side engaging portion V2TB formed in a manner of protruding outward (X2 side) to form a convex curved surface is configured to mesh with the second rear support side engaging portion V2SB formed in a manner of being recessed outward (X2 side) to form a concave curved surface.

[0109] In this way, the second front swing side engaging portion V2TF and the second front supporting side engaging portion V2SF form a snap-fit structure, and the second rear swing side engaging portion V2TB and the second rear supporting side engaging portion V2SB form a snap-fit structure.

[0110] In order to make the mutually separated connecting member 3 mesh with the second metal member 8, when the connecting member 3 is as Fig.11 When the second metal component 8 is pressed from above as shown by the white frame arrow in the figure below, the second metal component 8 is Fig.11 The second front metal component 8F is deformed (bent) as shown by the black frame arrow in the figure below, and the distance between the second front metal component 8F and the second rear metal component 8B is increased. Specifically, the second front metal component 8F is deformed (bent) as shown by the black frame arrow in the figure below, and the distance between the second front metal component 8F and the second rear metal component 8B is increased. Figure 5 ) is elastically deformed and temporarily pressed and expanded (bent) outward (toward the X1 side), and the second rear metal member 8B is elastically deformed by the substantially L-shaped elastic deformation portion EL (refer to Figure 5 ) is elastically deformed and temporarily pressed and expanded (bent) toward the outside (X2 side). Fig.11 The portion indicated by the dotted line in the lower figure shows a portion of the second metal component 8 that is deformed due to contact with the connecting component 3.

[0111] When the connecting member 3 is pressed into Fig.11 When the second metal component 8 is in the position shown in the above figure, the second metal component 8 returns to the state before being pressed and expanded, and the connecting component 3 and the second metal component 8 are connected in a state where they can swing relative to each other around the second axis AX2.

[0112] In addition, if Fig.11As shown in the above figure, if the cover part 1 is installed in a state where the connecting part 3 is connected to the second metal part 8, the deformation of the second metal part 8 to the outside is limited by the cover part 1. Specifically, the deformation of the second front metal part 8F to the outside (X1 side) is limited by the inner side surface of the first side plate part 1A1 of the cover part 1, and the deformation of the second rear metal part 8B to the outside (X2 side) is limited by the inner side surface of the third side plate part 1A3 of the cover part 1.

[0113] More specifically, the cover member 1 is configured so that a dimension DS3 between the inner side surface of the first side plate portion 1A1 and the outer side surface of the second front support side engaging portion V2SF is smaller than an engaging dimension DS4 between the second front swing side engaging portion V2TF and the second front support side engaging portion V2SF. In addition, the engaging dimension DS4 is, for example, equivalent to the distance between the inner side surface (surface on the X2 side) of the second front side metal member 8F (elastic deformation portion EL) in a state where the connecting member 3 is connected to the second metal member 8 and the outer side surface (surface on the X1 side) of the second front swing side engaging portion V2TF. However, the engaging dimension DS4 may also be the depth of the depression of the second front support side engaging portion V2SF in the X-axis direction.

[0114] With this arrangement, even when the second metal member 8 is deformed by some force such as impact caused by falling, the cover member 1 can suppress the second metal member 8 from expanding outward to such an extent that the engagement between the connecting member 3 and the second metal member 8 is released.

[0115] Next, refer to Fig.12 , the positional relationship among the substrate SB, the shape memory alloy wire SA, and the first axis AX1 and the second axis AX2 will be described. Fig.12 It is a three-view diagram (right side view, bottom view and left side view) of the optical module OM and the module driving device MD. Fig.12 For the sake of clarity, illustration of the cover member 1 and the base member 18 is omitted, and a dot pattern is added to the substrate SB.

[0116] exist Fig.12 In the figure below (left side view), the first straight line SL1 represented by the dotted line is a straight line connecting one end of the first line SA1 and the other end of the first line SA1 when viewed from the left side along the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1. In addition, the second straight line SL2 represented by the dotted line is a straight line connecting one end of the second line SA2 and the other end of the second line SA2. Moreover, the first intersection point NP1 is the intersection point of the first straight line SL1 and the second straight line SL2, and exists at a different position from the first axis AX1, specifically, exists at a position lower than the first axis AX1 (Z2 side).

[0117] exist Fig.12In the above figure (right side view), the third straight line SL3 represented by the dotted line is a straight line connecting one end of the third line SA3 and the other end of the third line SA3 when viewed from the right side along the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis line AX1. In addition, the fourth straight line SL4 represented by the dotted line is a straight line connecting one end of the fourth line SA4 and the other end of the fourth line SA4. Moreover, the second intersection point NP2 is the intersection of the third straight line SL3 and the fourth straight line SL4, and exists at a different position from the first axis line AX1, specifically, at a position lower than the first axis line AX1 (Z2 side).

[0118] The fixed end SB4 is the inner end of the connecting portion SB3 connecting the outer portion SB1 and the inner portion SB2 in the substrate SB as a flexible printed substrate. In the example shown in the figure, the fixed end SB4 includes a left fixed end SB4L as the inner end of the left connecting portion SB3L and a right fixed end SB4R as the inner end of the right connecting portion SB3R.

[0119] Fig.12 As shown in the central figure (bottom view), the left fixed end SB4L and the right fixed end SB4R are both arranged in such a way that they are located on the first axis AX1 when viewed from above. That is, the left fixed end SB4L and the right fixed end SB4R are both arranged at the position closest to the first axis AX1. Through this configuration, the substrate SB can, for example, suppress the force (torque around the first axis AX1) generated by the deformed connecting part SB3 wanting to return to its original shape. In addition, the substrate SB is configured so that a distance HT (height difference) is generated between the outer part SB1 and the inner part SB2 in the optical axis direction (Z-axis direction). Therefore, compared with the case where no height difference is generated, the substrate SB can easily disperse the stress acting on the substrate SB when the module retaining body 2 swings.

[0120] Next, refer to Figures 13 to 20 , the assembly method of the module drive device MD is explained.

[0121] First, if Fig.13 As shown, the flexible metal member 6 is mounted on the module holding body 2 in which the first metal member 7 is embedded. Fig.13 2 is a perspective view of a first assembly AS1 composed of a module holder 2, a flexible metal component 6, and a first metal component 7. Specifically, Fig.13 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) is a figure before the first assembly AS1 is assembled. Fig.13 The lower figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is a figure after the first assembly AS1 is assembled.

[0122] The flexible metal component 6 is fixed to the base portion 2M formed at the lower end of the side plate portion 2A of the module holding body 2. In the example shown in the figure, the first inner portion 6N1 of the left flexible metal component 6L is fixed to the left base portion 2ML formed at the lower end of the second side plate portion 2A2 by riveting, and the second inner portion 6N2 of the right flexible metal component 6R is fixed to the right base portion 2MR formed at the lower end of the fourth side plate portion 2A4 by riveting. The fixing by riveting is achieved by the protrusion (not shown) formed on the base portion 2M being crushed in a state of being inserted through the through hole formed in the inner portion 6N.

[0123] Afterwards, if Fig.14 As shown, the first assembly AS1 is turned upside down and mounted on the base member 18 in which the second metal member 8 and the conductive member 9 are embedded. Fig.14 3D is a perspective view of a second assembly AS2 composed of the first assembly AS1, the second metal component 8, the conductive component 9 and the base component 18. Specifically, Fig.14 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) is a figure before the second assembly AS2 is assembled. Fig.14 The lower figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is a figure after the second assembly AS2 is assembled.

[0124] The flexible metal member 6 mounted on the module holder 2 is fixed to a pedestal 18M formed at the upper end of the base 18B of the base member 18. In the example shown in the figure, the first outer portion 6E1 (at the left side) of the flexible metal member 6L is Fig.14 The second outer portion 6E2 of the right flexible metal member 6R is fixed to the right seat portion 18MR formed at the upper end of the fourth base 18B4 by riveting. The fixing by riveting is achieved by the protrusion (not shown) formed on the seat portion 18M being crushed in a state of being inserted through the through hole formed in the outer portion 6E.

[0125] In addition, the first outer portion 6E1 (at the left side of the flexible metal member 6L) Fig.14 The second outer portion 6E2 of the right flexible metal part 6R is joined to the first joint surface CP1 of the left conductive part 9L exposed on the upper surface of the second base 18B2 by welding. Similarly, the second outer portion 6E2 of the right flexible metal part 6R is joined to the second joint surface CP2 of the right conductive part 9R exposed on the upper surface of the fourth base 18B4 by welding.

[0126] Afterwards, if Fig.15 As shown, the connecting member 3 is mounted on the second assembly AS2. Fig.15 This is a perspective view of a third assembly AS3 composed of the second assembly AS2 and the connecting member 3. Specifically, Fig.15 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) is a figure before the third assembly AS3 is assembled. Fig.15 The lower figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is a figure after the third assembly AS3 is assembled.

[0127] The connecting component 3 is assembled by press-fitting (snap-fastening) and is simultaneously engaged with the first metal component 7 partially embedded in the module holding body 2 and the second metal component 8 partially embedded in the base component 18. In the example shown in the figure, the connecting component 3 is configured such that the first support side engaging portion V1S engages with the first swing side engaging portion V1T of the first metal component 7, and the second swing side engaging portion V2T engages with the second support side engaging portion V2S of the second metal component 8. In addition, when the connecting component 3 is assembled, the first metal component 7 is configured as follows: Fig.10 The second metal component 8 is temporarily deformed as shown by the dotted line in the figure below, and is configured as follows Fig.11 The shape of the image is temporarily deformed as shown by the dotted line in the figure below.

[0128] Afterwards, if Fig.16 As shown, the metal member 5 for fixing the shape memory alloy wire SA is mounted on the third assembly AS3. Fig.16 This is a perspective view of a fourth assembly AS4 composed of the third assembly AS3, the metal component 5, and the shape memory alloy wire SA. Fig.16 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) is a figure before the fourth assembly AS4 is assembled. Fig.16 The lower figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is a figure after the fourth assembly AS4 is assembled.

[0129] The metal component 5 is bonded to the module holder 2 and the base component 18 by adhesive. In the example shown in the figure, the fixed side metal component 5F is bonded to the base component 18 by adhesive, and the movable side metal component 5M is bonded to the module holder 2 by adhesive. Fig.16 As shown in the above figure, the third fixed side metal component 5F3 is bonded to the rear side mounting surface FSB extending upward from the rear end of the fourth base portion 18B4 of the base component 18 by an adhesive, and the fourth fixed side metal component 5F4 is bonded to the front side mounting surface FSF extending upward from the front end of the fourth base portion 18B4 of the base component 18 by an adhesive. In addition, the second movable side metal component 5M2 is bonded to the mounting surface MS formed on the right side surface of the fourth side plate portion 2A4 of the module holding body 2 by an adhesive. Similarly, although in Fig.16Although not visible in the above figure, the first fixed-side metal component 5F1 is bonded to the front mounting surface FSF extending upward from the front end of the second base portion 18B2 of the base component 18 by an adhesive, and the second fixed-side metal component 5F2 is bonded to the rear mounting surface FSB extending upward from the rear end of the second base portion 18B2 of the base component 18 by an adhesive. In addition, the first movable-side metal component 5M1 is bonded to the mounting surface MS formed on the left side surface of the second side plate portion 2A2 of the module holder 2 by an adhesive.

[0130] In addition, Fig.16 In the above figure, the fixed side metal component 5F and the movable side metal component 5M are shown in a separated state, but they may be connected by a connecting metal plate formed of the same material as the fixed side metal component 5F and the movable side metal component 5M. In this case, the fixed side metal component 5F and the movable side metal component 5M are separated from the connecting metal plate after being mounted on the third assembly AS3.

[0131] Afterwards, if Fig.17 As shown, the cover member 1 is mounted on the fourth assembly AS4. Fig.17 This is a perspective view of a fifth assembly AS5 composed of the fourth assembly AS4 and the cover member 1. The fifth assembly AS5 corresponds to the module drive device MD. Specifically, Fig.17 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) is a figure before assembly of the module drive device MD as the fifth assembly AS5. Fig.17 The central figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is an upper stereoscopic figure of the assembled module drive device MD. Fig.17 The figure below is a bottom perspective view of the assembled module drive device MD.

[0132] In the illustrated example, the inner surfaces of the side plate 1A and the top plate 1B of the cover member 1 are bonded to the outer surfaces of the base 18B and the wall 18D of the base member 18 by adhesive.

[0133] Afterwards, if Fig.17 As shown in the figure below, the module drive device MD is turned upside down. Then, the first fixing portion CB1 of the first movable side metal component 5M1 and the first inner portion 6N1 of the left flexible metal component 6L are joined by welding, and the second movable side metal component 5M2 (at Fig.17 The second fixing portion CB2 (not visible in FIG. 1 ) and the right flexible metal member 6R (in FIG. Fig.17 The second inner part 6N2 (not visible in the figure) is joined by welding.

[0134] Here, refer to Fig.18Next, the joining of the movable-side metal member 5M and the flexible metal member 6 by welding will be described. Fig.18 This is a perspective view of the components of the module drive device MD after being turned upside down. Specifically, Fig.18 The upper figure is a three-dimensional view of the module holding body 2, the movable side metal component 5M and the flexible metal component 6. Fig.18 The following picture is Fig.18 The enlarged view of the range R1 surrounded by the dotted line in the above figure. Fig.18 In the figure, for the sake of clarity, illustration of other components constituting the module driving device MD is omitted.

[0135] like Fig.18 As shown in the following figure, a pair of protrusions TP protruding downward are formed at the lower end of the fourth side plate 2A4 of the module holder 2. In the example shown in the figure, the pair of protrusions TP includes a front protrusion TP1 and a rear protrusion TP2, and is configured to have a right-angled trapezoidal cross section on a cut surface parallel to the YZ plane.

[0136] Therefore, when the second movable side metal member 5M2 is mounted from the Y2 side to the mounting surface MS (see Fig.16 ), the second fixing portion CB2 of the second movable side metal component 5M2 moves over the protruding portion TP and moves inward (toward Y1). Fig.18 As shown by the dotted arrow in the figure below, the second fixing portion CB2 contacts the inclined surface of the protruding portion TP and deforms in a manner of expanding downward (Z2 side), moves inward (Y1 side) along the lower end surface of the protruding portion TP while maintaining the deformation, and returns to the original shape after passing the lower end surface of the protruding portion TP inward. At this time, the second fixing portion CB2 contacts in a manner that its upper surface (surface on the Z1 side) overlaps a portion of the lower surface (surface on the Z2 side) of the second inner portion 6N2 of the right flexible metal component 6R.

[0137] This structure can make the upper surface of the second fixing part CB2 of the second movable side metal component 5M2 and the lower surface of the second inner part 6N2 of the right flexible metal component 6R more closely attached, and has the effect of suppressing the generation of a gap between the upper surface of the second fixing part CB2 and the lower surface of the second inner part 6N2. Therefore, this structure has the effect of stabilizing the conductive connection formed by welding of the closely attached part. In addition, this structure has the effect of suppressing the second movable side metal component 5M2 from moving outward (toward the Y2 side) from the fourth side plate part 2A4 of the module holding body 2. This is because the protrusion TP hinders the movement of the second fixing part CB2 to the outside (toward the Y2 side). The same is true for the conductive connection formed by welding between the upper surface of the first fixing part CB1 of the first movable side metal component 5M1 and the lower surface of the first inner part 6N1 of the left flexible metal component 6L.

[0138] like Fig.19 As shown, the optical module OM is assembled separately from the module driving device MD. Fig.19 1 is a perspective view of a substrate SB to which the movable side cover member 4 accommodating the lens body LS and the lens driving device LD and the imaging element holding body SH accommodating and holding the imaging element IS are joined. Fig.19 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) is a figure before the optical module OM is assembled. Fig.19 The lower figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is a figure after the optical module OM is assembled.

[0139] The optical module OM is assembled by bonding the lower surface of the movable side cover member 4 to the upper surface of the imaging element holding body SH by using an adhesive. In the illustrated example, before this bonding, the lens body LS and the lens driving device LD are accommodated in the movable side cover member 4, and the imaging element IS is fixed to the inner part SB2 of the substrate SB by a conductive adhesive or solder. In addition, the imaging element holding body SH accommodates the imaging element IS in a state where the imaging surface of the imaging element IS is exposed from the opening SHk, and is bonded to the upper surface of the inner part SB2 of the substrate SB by an adhesive. At least a part of the outer shape of the imaging element IS is held by the imaging element holding body SH.

[0140] Afterwards, if Fig. 20 As shown, the optical module OM is mounted on the module driving device MD. Fig. 20 3D is a perspective view of the module driving device MD and the optical module OM. Specifically, Fig. 20 The upper figure (the figure located on the upper side of the frame arrow) is a figure before the optical module OM is installed in the module driving device MD. Fig. 20 The lower figure (the figure located on the lower side of the frame arrow) is a figure after the optical module OM is installed in the module driving device MD.

[0141] In the example shown in the figure, the optical module OM is bonded to the module driving device MD by an adhesive. In addition, the bonding of the optical module OM and the module driving device MD includes the following steps: Figure 5 As shown in the figure below, the first to fourth connection portions CT1 to CT4, the first terminal portion TM1 and the second terminal portion TM2 exposed on the lower surface of the base member 18 are each joined to a conductor pattern formed on the upper surface of the outer portion SB1 of the substrate SB using a conductive adhesive or solder.

[0142] As described above, the module driving device MD according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is Figure 2 As shown, it comprises: a module holder 2 capable of holding an optical module OM having a lens body LS and a shooting element IS; a connecting component 3 connected to the module holder 2 in such a manner that the module holder 2 can swing around a first axis AX1 intersecting the optical axis direction (Z-axis direction); a fixed side component FB (base component 18) connected to the connecting component 3 in such a manner that the connecting component 3 can swing around a second axis AX2 intersecting the optical axis direction and perpendicular to the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1; and a driving unit DM for moving the module holder 2 relative to the fixed side component FB in such a manner that the optical axis OA of the lens body LS is tilted.

[0143] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, the module driving device MD includes a first engagement portion V1 provided so that the module holding body 2 can swing around the first axis AX1, and a second engagement portion V2 provided so that the connection member 3 can swing around the second axis AX2.

[0144] Moreover, if Figure 3 As shown, the connecting component 3 is formed of a frame-shaped metal on the inner side of which the module retaining body 2 can be configured, and has a first extension portion 3E1 and a second extension portion 3E2 that are separated from each other in the axial direction of the first axis AX1 and extend in the axial direction of the second axis AX2 (X-axis direction), and a third extension portion 3E3 and a fourth extension portion 3E4 that are separated from each other in the axial direction of the second axis AX2 and extend in the axial direction of the first axis AX1.

[0145] The first engaging portion V1 includes a first supporting engaging portion V1S provided at the center of each of the first extending portion 3E1 and the second extending portion 3E2 in the axial direction of the second axis AX2, and a first swinging engaging portion V1T provided on the module holder 2 to engage with the first supporting engaging portion V1S.

[0146] In addition, the second engaging portion V2 includes a second swinging side engaging portion V2T provided at the central portion in the axial direction of the first axis AX1 of each of the third extension portion 3E3 and the fourth extension portion 3E4, and a second supporting side engaging portion V2S provided on the fixed side component FB (base component 18) in a manner engaged with the second swinging side engaging portion V2T.

[0147] In the example shown in the figure, the first engaging portion V1 is configured such that the first supporting side engaging portion V1S protrudes inward to form a convex curved surface, and the first swinging side engaging portion V1T is recessed inward to form a concave curved surface, but it may also be configured such that the first supporting side engaging portion V1S is recessed outward to form a concave curved surface, and the first swinging side engaging portion V1T protrudes outward to form a convex curved surface. The same is true for the second engaging portion V2.

[0148] Since the first engaging portion V1 and the second engaging portion V2 are both provided at the center of the extension portion 3E, this configuration has the effect of suppressing the position of the corner of the module holder 2 from becoming higher when the module holder 2 swings, compared with the case where the first engaging portion V1 and the second engaging portion V2 are provided at the ends of the extension portion 3E. Therefore, this configuration can reduce the space for accommodating the module holder 2, and further has the effect of miniaturizing (lowering the profile) the module drive device MD.

[0149] In addition, since the connection member 3 is formed of metal in this configuration, there is an effect that the module drive device MD can be made smaller in size compared to a case where the connection member 3 is formed of synthetic resin or the like.

[0150] Alternatively, the first swing-side engaging portion V1T may be formed by a first metal member 7 (see Figure 4 ) is formed, the second support side engaging portion V2S can also be formed by a second metal member 8 composed of a metal plate (refer to Figure 5 )form.

[0151] This configuration has an effect of improving the durability of each of the first engagement portion V1 and the second engagement portion V2, compared with a case where the first swing-side engagement portion V1T and the second support-side engagement portion V2S are each formed of a synthetic resin or the like.

[0152] In addition, if Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 1 , the first metal member 7 may include an embedded portion EM embedded in the module holding body 2 made of synthetic resin, a first swing-side engaging portion V1T exposed from the module holding body 2, and an elastically deformable elastically deformable portion EL provided between the embedded portion EM and the first swing-side engaging portion V1T so as to connect the embedded portion EM and the first swing-side engaging portion V1T and exposed from the module holding body 2. Figure 5As shown, the fixed side component FB may also include a base component 18 made of synthetic resin and a second metal component 8 embedded in the base component 18. Furthermore, the second metal component 8 may also include an embedded portion EM embedded in the base component 18, a second supporting side engaging portion V2S exposed from the base component 18, and an elastically deformable elastically deformable portion EL provided between the embedded portion EM and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S in a manner that connects the embedded portion EM and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S and is exposed from the base component 18.

[0153] Since this structure can utilize snap-fit fixing utilizing the elastic deformation portion EL, it has the effect of facilitating the assembly of the connection member 3 with respect to each of the first metal member 7 and the second metal member 8. As a result, this structure has the effect of improving the productivity of the module drive device MD or reducing the manufacturing cost of the module drive device MD. In addition, in this structure, since the snap-fit components (the first metal member 7 having the first swing-side snap-fit portion V1T and the second metal member 8 having the second support-side snap-fit portion V2S) are embedded in the module holder 2 or the base member 18 by insert molding, the number of components can be reduced, thereby having the effect of reducing the number of steps when assembling the module drive device MD.

[0154] like Figure 2 As shown, the base member 18 may also include a pair of wall portions 18D, which are arranged outside the connecting member 3 and are separated and opposed to each other in the axial direction (X-axis direction) of the second axis AX2 via the module holding body 2. Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , the second metal component 8 may also be embedded in each wall portion 18D in the wall portion 18D. Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , the fixed side member FB may also include a cover member 1 that forms the housing HS together with the base member 18. Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , the cover member 1 may also include a side plate portion 1A disposed outside the wall portion 18D. Fig.11As shown, the side plate portion 1A, the second swing side engaging portion V2T and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S may also be configured so that the engaging dimension DS4 between the second swing side engaging portion V2T and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S in the axial direction (X-axis direction) of the second axis AX2 is larger than the dimension DS3 between the side plate portion 1A and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S. That is, one of the second swing side engaging portion V2T and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S is formed into a convex shape along the axial direction (X-axis direction) of the second axis AX2, and the other is formed into a concave shape along the axial direction of the second axis AX2. Moreover, the engaging dimension DS4 between the second swing side engaging portion V2T and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S in the axial direction of the second axis AX2, which is formed by the meshing of these concave portions and the convex portions, is formed so as to be larger than the dimension DS3 between the side plate portion 1A and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S. Fig.11 In the example shown, the second swing side engaging portion V2T is formed in a convex shape toward the second supporting side engaging portion V2S along the axial direction of the second axis AX2, and the second supporting side engaging portion V2S is formed in a concave shape along the axial direction of the second axis AX2. However, the second supporting side engaging portion V2S may be formed in a convex shape toward the second swing side engaging portion V2T along the axial direction of the second axis AX2, and the second swing side engaging portion V2T may be formed in a concave shape along the axial direction of the second axis AX2.

[0155] This structure has the effect of preventing the engagement (engagement between the second swing-side engagement portion V2T and the second support-side engagement portion V2S) based on the snap-fit structure from being disengaged. This is because, in this structure, even when a strong impact is applied to the module drive device MD due to falling or the like, the deformation of the second metal member 8 is restricted by the side plate portion 1A of the cover member 1.

[0156] In addition, the connecting member 3 may also be formed by a metal plate. Figure 3 As shown, the first extension portion 3E1 and the second extension portion 3E2 may also have a first opposing plate portion 3P whose plate surfaces are opposed to each other in the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1. In addition, the first supporting side engaging portion V1S may also be formed as a convex surface on the first opposing plate portion 3P in a manner that the inner surface of the first opposing plate portion 3P protrudes inward along the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1. In addition, the first swinging side engaging portion V1T may also be formed as a concave surface in a manner that the outer surface of the first metal component 7 is recessed inward along the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1. Moreover, as Fig.10As shown, the first swing side engaging portion V1T and the first supporting side engaging portion V1S can also be configured so that the engaging dimension DS2 of the first swing side engaging portion V1T and the first supporting side engaging portion V1S in the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1 is larger than the dimension DS1 between the inner surface of the portion of the first metal component 7 where the first swing side engaging portion V1T is formed (the inner surface of the convex curved portion on the opposite side of the concave curved portion) and the outer surface of the optical module OM held by the module holding body 2.

[0157] This structure has the effect of preventing the engagement (engagement between the first swing-side engagement portion V1T and the first support-side engagement portion V1S) based on the snap-fit structure from being disengaged. This is because, in this structure, even when a strong impact is applied to the module driving device MD due to falling or the like, the deformation of the first metal member 7 can be restricted by the optical module OM (the side plate portion 4A of the movable side cover member 4).

[0158] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, the connection member 3 may also be formed by a metal plate having a plurality of bent portions BD. In this case, the first extension portion 3E1 and the second extension portion 3E2 may also have a first opposing plate portion 3P whose plate surfaces are mutually opposed in the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1. Furthermore, the first support side engaging portion V1S may also be formed on the first opposing plate portion 3P. In addition, the third extension portion 3E3 and the fourth extension portion 3E4 may also have a second opposing plate portion 3Q whose plate surfaces are mutually opposed in the axial direction (X-axis direction) of the second axis AX2. Furthermore, the second swing side engaging portion V2T may also be formed on the second opposing plate portion 3Q. Furthermore, in a state where the bent portion BD is extended in such a manner that the plate surfaces of the first opposing plate portion 3P and the second opposing plate portion 3Q are parallel to the same imaginary plane parallel to the XY plane, that is, in a state before the metal plate constituting the connection member 3 is bent, the first support side engaging portion V1S and the second swing side engaging portion V2T may also protrude in the same direction (Z1 direction).

[0159] This structure has the effect of facilitating processing of the connecting member 3 compared with a case where the protruding directions (punching directions) are different because the protruding directions (punching directions) are the same when the first supporting side engaging portion V1S and the second swinging side engaging portion V2T are formed on the metal plate.

[0160] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, the driving unit DM may be configured to include a plurality of shape memory alloy wires SA. In this case, the shape memory alloy wires SA may be provided at two locations separated from each other in the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1 across the optical module OM.

[0161] This structure has an effect of being able to achieve miniaturization compared to a voice coil motor type drive unit having a magnet and a coil. In addition, in this structure, since the shape memory alloy wire SA is arranged at a position different from the engagement (connection) position of the second swing side engagement part V2T and the second support side engagement part V2S, it is effective to suppress the interference of the shape memory alloy wire SA with the second swing side engagement part V2T and the second support side engagement part V2S. In addition, this structure can achieve a larger driving force than a voice coil motor type drive unit, so it becomes easy to lead the substrate SB as a flexible printed substrate, which has an effect of being able to achieve miniaturization of the module drive device MD.

[0162] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, the shape memory alloy wire SA may also include a first wire SA1 and a second wire SA2 arranged at one position on the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1, and a third wire SA3 and a fourth wire SA4 arranged at the other position on the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1. In this case, one end of each of the first wire SA1, the second wire SA2, the third wire SA3, and the fourth wire SA4 may be fixed to a fixed side metal part 5F provided on the fixed side part FB (base part 18), and the other end may be fixed to a movable side metal part 5M provided on a movable side part MB including the module holder 2. Moreover, when observed along the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1, the first wire SA1 and the second wire SA2 may intersect each other, and the third wire SA3 and the fourth wire SA4 may intersect each other.

[0163] This structure has the effect of being able to realize the swinging motion around the first axis AX1 and the swinging motion around the second axis AX2. In addition, compared with the structure using five or more shape memory alloy wires SA to realize the swinging motion around two axes, this structure has the effect of reducing power consumption and simplifying the electrical circuit for driving the driving unit DM. In addition, the simplification of the electrical circuit makes it easier to carry out noise countermeasures when realizing the expansion and contraction of the shape memory alloy wire SA through PWM control. In addition, in the example shown in the figure, the electrical circuit for driving the driving unit DM is as follows: Figure 7 As shown, the structure is completed on one side (upper surface side) of the base member 18. In addition, compared with a structure in which five or more shape memory alloy wires SA are used to realize a swinging motion around two axes, this structure can reduce the number of flexible metal members 6, thereby having an effect of reducing the driving force required for the swinging motion. In addition, this structure can make the module drive device MD small (low-profile), so compared with the case of using a shape memory alloy wire in a module drive device with a large size, the expansion and contraction amount of the shape memory alloy wire SA can be reduced, thereby having an effect of achieving a longer life of the shape memory alloy wire SA.

[0164] In addition, if Fig.12 As shown in the following figure, when viewed along the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1, the first intersection point NP1 of the first straight line SL1 connecting one end of the first line SA1 and the other end of the first line SA1 and the second straight line SL2 connecting one end of the second line SA2 and the other end of the second line SA2 may also exist at a position different from the first axis AX1. Fig.12 As shown in the above figure, when observing along the axial direction (Y-axis direction) of the first axis AX1, the second intersection NP2 of the third straight line SL3 connecting one end of the third line SA3 and the other end of the third line SA3 and the fourth straight line SL4 connecting one end of the fourth line SA4 and the other end of the fourth line SA4 may also exist at a position different from the first axis AX1. In this embodiment, in the optical axis direction, the first intersection NP1 and the second intersection NP2 exist on the same side (for example, the Z2 side, i.e., the lower side) when observed from the first axis AX1.

[0165] This structure has the effect of making the swinging motion of the module holder 2 reliable, compared with the case where the positions of the intersection points (the first intersection point NP1 and the second intersection point NP2) coincide with the position of the first axis line AX1. This is because, in the structure where the positions of the intersection points coincide with the position of the first axis line AX1, the swinging direction becomes unstable, that is, when the shape memory alloy wire SA is contracted, it can swing in either of the two swinging directions.

[0166] In addition, if Figure 7 As shown, the other end of the first wire SA1 and the other end of the second wire SA2 may be electrically connected via the first movable metal member 5M1. In addition, the other end of the third wire SA3 and the other end of the fourth wire SA4 may be electrically connected via the second movable metal member 5M2.

[0167] Compared with a configuration in which the two shape memory alloy wires SA are electrically connected to each other without passing through the movable-side metal member 5M, this configuration has an effect of easily ensuring a current conduction path for the shape memory alloy wires SA.

[0168] The preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Various modifications and substitutions can be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention. In addition, the various features described with reference to the above embodiments can be appropriately combined as long as they are not technically contradictory.
