Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment, in particular to a water treatment device for solving the problem of UASB mud leakage. Background Art
[0002] UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) is an efficient anaerobic biological treatment technology that has been widely used in the treatment of urban and industrial wastewater. The device uses microorganisms to decompose organic matter under anaerobic conditions to produce biogas and purify sewage at the same time. The operation of the UASB device can achieve efficient removal of organic pollutants and recover energy while treating sewage, which has significant economic and environmental benefits.
[0003] In the existing technology, in order to alleviate the problem of sludge loss in the UASB system, the industry usually takes measures such as reducing the stirring intensity, adjusting the water intake, and adding pretreatment units. For example, by reducing the stirring intensity, sludge loss can be reduced to a certain extent, but it will weaken the full contact between sewage and microorganisms, thereby affecting the overall treatment efficiency of the system; although adjusting the water intake can reduce the impact load, it has high requirements for operating parameters, and the slightest carelessness may cause system instability; and adding a pretreatment unit, although it can effectively remove suspended solids, it significantly increases the construction cost and the difficulty of daily maintenance. In addition, some studies have suggested adding an inclined plate sedimentation tank at the outlet of the UASB to further separate fine particles through physical sedimentation, but it occupies a large area and is complex to maintain, making it difficult to meet the needs of different sewage treatment.
[0004] Although the above methods have improved the sludge loss problem of UASB to a certain extent, there are still obvious technical defects. Reducing the stirring intensity directly affects the treatment efficiency, the high cost of the pretreatment unit limits its practical application, and the structural characteristics of the inclined plate sedimentation tank limit its flexibility and applicability. [0026] The cleaning assembly is composed of multiple parts, which is designed to efficiently clean the sludge attached to the inner wall of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, prevent the sludge from sticking, and improve the operating efficiency. The hollow shell 26 serves as the main frame of the cleaning assembly, one side of which is fixedly connected to the end of the main stirring rod 17 away from the sliding column 15, and moves up and down and rotates with the movement of the main stirring rod 17. The entire cleaning assembly can not only remove the sludge attached to the inner wall of the reactor through the synergistic effect of the hollow shell 26, the spring 24, the limit plate 25 and the scraper 27, but also avoid the influence of sludge accumulation on the reaction efficiency, ensure the long-term stable operation of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, and improve the operating efficiency of the system and the service life of the equipment. Please see attached Figure 1 , Attachment Figure 5 , Attachment Figure 6 , and attached Figure 7 The second stirring mechanism includes a guide tube 28 and a connecting plate 29. [0030] The drainage mechanism is composed of multiple components, and its main function is to achieve effective discharge of clarified supernatant in the drainage sedimentation tank 3, and at the same time further intercept suspended particles and potential hazardous substances through the filtering component to ensure that the effluent water quality meets the standard. The overflow trough 30 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the drainage sedimentation tank 3, and its design height is maintained at the same horizontal plane as the outlet pipe 31, ensuring that the clarified supernatant naturally overflows into the overflow trough 30 by gravity, avoiding the sedimentation effect affected by excessive flow rate or turbulence. The outlet pipe 31 is fixedly connected to the outside of the drainage sedimentation tank 3, and is directly connected to the overflow trough 30, which is used to guide the supernatant after overflow out of the drainage sedimentation tank 3 and enter the subsequent processing link. The structural design of the drainage mechanism is simple and efficient. Through the synergistic effect of the overflow tank 30 and the outlet pipe 31, combined with the interception function of the filter assembly, it not only effectively improves the discharge quality of the supernatant, but also ensures the stable operation of the system and the final treatment effect of the clear liquid. A limiting plate 53 is slidably connected to the inside of the hollow shell 51. A brush 50 is fixedly connected to one side of the limiting plate 53.
[0031] The filter assembly is composed of multiple components, and its main function is to efficiently filter the clear liquid discharged from the drainage sedimentation tank 3 to ensure that the liquid does not contain suspended particles or potentially harmful substances. At the same time, the filter plate 46 is prevented from being blocked by the automatic cleaning function to maintain the long-term stable operation of the system. As the core component of the filter assembly, the filter plate 46 is fixedly connected to the inside of the outlet pipe 31 to intercept suspended matter and particulate matter in the clear liquid to ensure that the outlet water quality meets the standard. The cleaning function of the filter plate 46 is achieved through the synergistic effect of the connecting frame 2 48 and the impeller 49. The connecting frame 2 48 is fixedly installed inside the outlet pipe 31 to provide stable support for the impeller 49. The middle part of the impeller 49 is rotatably connected to the connecting frame 2 48. When the clear liquid flows through the outlet pipe 31, it will impact the impeller 49 to rotate it. The rotation of the impeller 49 provides power for the self-cleaning function of the filter assembly. The side of the impeller 49 away from the connecting frame 2 48 is fixedly connected to the connecting column 47, and the end of the connecting column 47 away from the impeller 49 is fixedly connected to the hollow shell 2 51. A plurality of springs 3 52 are arranged inside the hollow shell 2 51. The function of these springs is to provide elastic restoring force to ensure that the cleaning component can maintain appropriate contact pressure with the filter plate 46. The hollow shell 2 51 is slidably connected to the limit plate 2 53. One side of the limit plate 2 53 is fixedly connected to the brush 50. The brush 50 fits tightly to the surface of the filter plate 46 and continuously cleans the filter plate 46 through the friction generated by the rotation. When the clear liquid flows through the outlet pipe 31 and drives the impeller 49 to rotate, the connecting column 47 drives the hollow shell 2 51 to rotate synchronously. The brush 50 is in close contact with the surface of the filter plate 46 under the action of the spring 3 52, and cleans the surface of the filter plate 46 to ensure that the filter plate 46 always maintains good filtering performance and prevents particulate matter from clogging the filter plate 46 and affecting the filtering effect. The entire filter assembly realizes the functions of filtering and automatic cleaning through the coordinated action of the filter plate 46, the impeller 49, the brush 50 and related transmission components. The filter plate 46 efficiently intercepts suspended particles, and the brush 50's cleaning function prolongs the service life of the filter assembly, ensuring the continuity and stability of the clear liquid discharge. This design effectively improves the filtration efficiency of the drainage sedimentation tank 3 and the operating reliability of the system. [0032] The outside of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 is provided with a plurality of functional components to improve the operation efficiency of the equipment and enhance the adaptability of the system. The aeration device 10 is fixedly installed on the outside of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, and its output end is connected to the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 through the air inlet pipe 8. The function of the aeration device 10 is to provide an appropriate amount of air into the reactor, remove the dissolved oxygen in the sewage in advance, thereby reducing the oxygen consumption pressure inside the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, and indirectly improving the methane production activity of the microorganisms. A one-way valve 9 is fixedly connected inside the air inlet pipe 8. The function of the one-way valve 9 is to ensure the one-way flow of the air flow, prevent the reverse gas from entering the aeration device 10, and protect the normal operation of the equipment. The top of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 is connected to a gas collecting tank 11 through a hose. The function of the gas collecting tank 11 is to collect and store the biogas generated in the reactor, thereby realizing the recovery and reuse of biogas resources and avoiding energy waste. The centralized storage of biogas can also facilitate subsequent treatment or direct use. A single screw pump 1 is installed outside the drainage sedimentation tank 3 for the reflux and transmission of concentrated sludge. The input end of the single screw pump 1 is connected to the drainage sedimentation tank 3 through the mud discharge pipe 1 2. The function of the mud discharge pipe 1 2 is to transport the concentrated sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank to the single screw pump 1. The output end of the single screw pump 1 is connected to the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 through the mud discharge pipe 2 4. The function of the mud discharge pipe 2 4 is to return the concentrated sludge to the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, further improving the activity of anaerobic microorganisms in the reactor, while realizing the recycling of sludge and improving resource utilization. A sunshade 14 is set directly above the drainage sedimentation tank 3. The function of the sunshade 14 is to reduce the evaporation loss of water, especially in hot or dry areas, which can effectively reduce the operating cost of the system, while protecting the equipment from the direct impact of the external environment and extending the service life of the equipment. The inner bottom wall of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 is installed with a heating device 16. The heating device 16 is used to heat the sludge and water inside the reactor under low temperature conditions. By accurately controlling the reaction temperature, the optimal activity level of the microorganisms is ensured, and the stability and efficiency of the system operation throughout the year are guaranteed. Through the design of the above structure, the aeration device 10, the gas collecting tank 11, the single screw pump 1, the sunshade 14 and the heating device 16 work together, which not only improves the sewage treatment efficiency of the system, but also realizes energy conservation and maximum resource utilization through sludge recycling and biogas recovery, and at the same time adapts to the operation requirements under different environmental conditions, and enhances the practicality and stability of the equipment. Please refer to the attached Figure 3 The outer side of the inclined turntable 22 is slidably connected between the upper roller 19 and the lower roller 20, the scraper 27 is in contact with the inner wall of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 on the side away from the limit plate 25, one end of the spring 24 is fixedly connected to the side of the limit plate 25 away from the scraper 27, and the other end of the spring 24 is in contact with the inner wall of the hollow shell 26, and the outer side of the scraper 27 is slidably connected to the inside of the hollow shell 26.
[0033] The outer side of the inclined turntable 22 is slidably connected between the upper roller 19 and the lower roller 20, and its design is mainly used to cooperate with the up and down movement of the sliding column 15, so that the stirring mechanism can operate stably and efficiently. The inclined turntable 22 ensures that the sliding column 15 can move up and down when the square rod 23 rotates through the guidance of the roller, thereby driving the main stirring rod 17 and the auxiliary stirring rod 21 to perform stirring operations. The side of the scraper 27 away from the limit plate 25 is close to the inner wall of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, which is used to scrape off the sludge attached to the inner wall of the reactor and maintain the cleanliness of the inner wall. The scraper 27 is tightly abutted against the inner wall of the reactor through the elastic force provided by the spring 24. One end of the spring 24 is fixedly connected to the side of the limit plate 25 away from the scraper 27, and the other end is abutted against the inner wall of the hollow shell 26. The elastic action of the spring 24 ensures that the scraper 27 can flexibly adjust the contact pressure with the inner wall during the cleaning process, thereby adapting to the curvature or shape change of the inner wall, and avoiding damage to the scraper 27 or the inner wall. The outer side of the scraper 27 is slidably connected to the inside of the hollow shell 26. The sliding design enables the scraper 27 to flexibly move along the inner wall under the guidance of the hollow shell 26, further improving the cleaning efficiency. Through the synergistic effect of the limit plate 25, the spring 24 and the hollow shell 26, the scraper 27 can stably and efficiently complete the cleaning work of the inner wall, preventing the sludge accumulation from affecting the operating efficiency of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7. Please refer to the attached Figure 6 The outer side of the elliptical turntable 42 abuts against the concave plate 41 and is slidably connected to the surface of the concave plate 41, one end of the spring 2 35 is fixedly connected to the side of the piston 38 away from the connecting rod 40, and the other end of the spring 2 35 abuts against the inner wall of the hollow column 39, one end of the spring 3 52 is fixedly connected to the side of the limit plate 2 53 away from the brush 50, and the other end of the spring 3 52 abuts against the inner wall of the hollow shell 2 51, and the brush 50 abuts against the surface of the filter plate 46.
[0034] The outer side of the elliptical turntable 42 abuts against the concave plate 41 and is slidably connected to the surface of the concave plate 41. The rotation of the elliptical turntable 42 cooperates with the spring 2 35 to drive the concave plate 41 to reciprocate, thereby driving the piston 38 of the entire automatic feeding assembly to complete the reciprocating motion. The elliptical turntable 42 is powered by the motor 2 44. The irregular elliptical design of the turntable ensures that the concave plate 41 can slide smoothly and periodically during the movement, thereby controlling the precise delivery of the coagulant. One end of the spring 2 35 is fixedly connected to the side of the piston 38 away from the connecting rod 40, and the other end abuts against the inner wall of the hollow column 39. The function of the spring 2 35 is to provide a rebound force so that the piston 38 can quickly return to its position after completing a feeding action, while avoiding the displacement or stagnation of the piston 38 caused by external force, thereby ensuring the stability and continuity of the feeding action. One end of the spring three 52 is fixedly connected to the side of the limit plate two 53 away from the brush 50, and the other end is in contact with the inner wall of the hollow shell two 51. The function of the spring three 52 is to provide elastic support for the limit plate two 53 so that the brush 50 can always be in close contact with the surface of the filter plate 46. The design of the brush 50 is close to the surface of the filter plate 46. Through the pressure provided by the spring three 52, the brush 50 can efficiently remove particles or impurities that may be attached to the surface of the filter plate 46 during the rotation process, prevent the filter plate 46 from being blocked, and ensure the stability of the filtering effect. The brush 50 is in contact with the surface of the filter plate 46, and the brush 50 is driven to perform a cleaning operation by the rotation of the connected impeller 49. When the liquid flows in the filter assembly, the impeller 49 is impacted by the water flow and starts to rotate, driving the connecting column 47 and the hollow shell two 51 to rotate synchronously, thereby driving the brush 50 to clean the surface of the filter plate 46. The entire design ensures the stable and reliable functions of the feeding and filtering components through the sliding drive of the elliptical turntable 42 and the elastic support of the spring 2 35 and the spring 3 52, improves the efficiency of the system operation and the cleaning and maintenance capabilities, and ensures the long-term and efficient operation of the drainage sedimentation tank 3. Working principle: First, the sewage enters the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, and the aeration device 10 is started at the same time. The device can remove part of the dissolved oxygen in the sewage in advance, reduce the oxygen consumption pressure inside the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, and indirectly improve its methane production activity. When the temperature is low in winter, the heating device 16 in the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 will be started, and the stability of the system operation throughout the year will be guaranteed by accurately controlling the reaction temperature. Then the motor 12 is started, which drives the square rod 23 to rotate, and the sliding column 15 outside the square rod 23 rotates accordingly. Under the cooperation of the inclined turntable 22, the upper roller 19, and the lower roller 20, the sliding column 15 slides up and down along the square rod 23, thereby driving the main stirring rod 17 and the auxiliary stirring rod 21 to stir up and down inside the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, and fully mix the sludge and water inside the UASB anaerobic reactor 7. At the same time, under the action of the spring 24, the scraper 27 scrapes off the sludge attached to the inner wall of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 through the reciprocating sliding inside the hollow shell 26. The flexible movement design of the scraper 27 ensures higher working efficiency. Microorganisms decompose organic matter in sewage under anaerobic conditions and convert it into biogas, and the generated biogas is transported to the gas collecting tank 11 for storage to avoid energy waste.
[0035] After the preliminary treatment of the UASB anaerobic reactor 7, the mixed liquid containing trace suspended matter and incompletely settled sludge is transported to the guide tube 28 of the drainage sedimentation tank 3 under the action of the screw pump 5. The guide tube 28 is used to evenly distribute the water flow and avoid turbulence. At the same time, the motor 2 44 is started to drive the propeller 32 to rotate, and the large bubbles in the water flow are broken into tiny bubbles through physical stirring, thereby weakening the buoyancy of the gas and further enhancing the sedimentation performance of the sludge particles. In this process, the elliptical turntable 42 rotates with the motor, and the concave plate 41 and the connecting rod 40 plus the spring 2 35 work together to make the piston 38 reciprocate in the hollow column 39, so that the coagulant in the storage box 34 is sucked into the hollow column 39 through the connecting pipe 43, and accurately transported to the guide tube 28 through the hollow pipe 37. Subsequently, the electromagnetic one-way valve 45 is automatically closed to complete the precise delivery of the coagulant. Under the action of coagulants, through charge neutralization and bridging effects, suspended particles and sludge fine particles are caused to condense into larger flocs, accelerating their sedimentation to the bottom and forming a dense sludge layer.
[0036] The clarified supernatant enters the outlet pipe 31 through the overflow trough 30 of the drainage sedimentation tank 3, and is discharged after passing through the filter plate 46. The filter plate 46 can effectively intercept potential hazardous substances to ensure that the water quality of the clear liquid meets the standards. In this process, the clear liquid impacts the impeller 49 when it flows, causing the impeller 49 to rotate, driving the connected hollow shell 2 51 to rotate. Under the action of the spring 3 52 inside the hollow shell 2 51, the brush 50 is in close contact with the filter plate 46, and the surface of the filter plate 46 is cleaned to prevent clogging. The concentrated sludge that settles to the bottom will be sent back to the UASB anaerobic reactor 7 through the single screw pump 1 for recycling, which further enhances the activity of anaerobic microorganisms, and can also be used as a by-product for dehydration.
[0037] During the operation of the whole system, the optimized design of the guide tube 28 ensures efficient sedimentation performance, avoids the destruction of flocs, and ensures that the effluent water quality is stable and up to standard. The device has a simple structure design, low maintenance cost, and strong practicality and promotion value.
