Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a hanging device for hanging furniture on a wall according to one aspect of the present invention. Background Art

[0002] Generic suspension devices are known, for example, from EP 1 362 531 A1 and EP 3 111 802 D1.

[0003] Such a suspension device consists essentially of a suspension element, in particular a hook or a hook strip, and an adjustable bearing unit, on or in which the suspension element engages.

[0004] In the first document cited above, the suspension element designed as a hook is fastened to the rear wall of the piece of furniture and the adjustable support unit is fastened to a wall, in particular a building wall.

[0005] In the second publication cited above, an adjustable supporting unit with a hook is fastened to the piece of furniture to be hung, wherein the hook is hung on a horizontally extending fixing strip fastened to the wall.

[0006] The adjustable support unit usually has two adjustment devices, wherein a first adjustment unit is used to adjust the furniture relative to the wall in the vertical direction, and a second adjustment unit is used to adjust the distance between the back of the furniture and the wall.

[0007] This is particularly useful when hanging furniture, where during the alignment process by adjusting the adjustment unit, the back of the furniture should not be against the wall to prevent scratching of the wall or the back of the furniture.

[0008] The known suspension devices have proven themselves in practice. Summary of the invention

[0009] The object of the invention is to further develop a suspension device of the generic type for hanging furniture on a wall in such a way that an unintentional lifting of the hook from the support unit can be prevented more easily.

[0010] The above object is achieved by a hanging device for hanging furniture on a wall according to one aspect of the present invention.

[0011] The hanging device according to the present invention comprises a wall bearing which can be fixed on a wall and a main body hook which can be fixed on a furniture wall of a piece of furniture.

[0012] The bearing unit is arranged on the wall bearing.

[0013] The support unit has a hook receiving portion, in which the main body hook can be hung.

[0014] The supporting unit further comprises a first adjusting device having an adjusting screw, wherein the first adjusting device is used to adjust the hook receiving portion in a vertical direction, and the second adjusting device is used to adjust the distance between the hook receiving portion and the wall bearing in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction.

[0015] Furthermore, the support unit also has a fixing element to prevent the support unit from accidentally being detached from the main body hook.

[0016] The support unit also has an adjustment strip which can be pivoted on a wall bearing and a slide which is movably held on the adjustment strip.

[0017] The fixing element is held directly or indirectly on the slide in a spring-elastic manner and forms a positive and / or frictional connection with the slide when the body hook is hooked.

[0018] By means of the suspension device designed according to the present invention, the hook can be simply hung and the hook can be prevented from accidentally falling off from the slider.

[0019] Advantageous variants of the invention are a further aspect of the invention.

[0020] According to an advantageous embodiment variant, the fixing element is fixed to a retaining element which retains the adjusting screw of the second adjusting device. The retaining element itself is retained on the slide.

[0021] The fixing element is preferably fixed to the holding element in a form-fitting manner, which ensures that the fixing element can be easily mounted on the holding element.

[0022] According to another embodiment variant, the fixing element is a spring plate element, whereby the spring elasticity of the fixing element is provided without additional means.

[0023] According to an advantageous further development, the fixing element has at least one cutting edge which, when the body hook is suspended in the hook receptacle of the slide, presses against the surface of the body hook to form a friction fit connection, which results in a predetermined removal force having to be overcome for removal.

[0024] In an alternative preferred embodiment variant, an undercut is formed on the fixing element, on which a locking piece formed on the main body hook locks in the hooked state of the main body hook.

[0025] In this embodiment variant as well, in order to remove the body hook from the slide, a predetermined removal force must be overcome in order to push the body hook out of engagement with the undercut of the fixing element.

[0026] According to another advantageous design variant, the first adjusting device is designed as a bevel gear device, which has an adjusting wheel accommodated in a bearing receptacle of the base surface of the slide, an adjusting screw held on the slide in a non-slidable but rotatable manner, and a retaining web fixed to the adjusting strip in a stationary manner, the retaining web having a threaded hole in which a threaded portion of the adjusting screw is accommodated.

[0027] In this way, by turning the adjusting wheel, the slide can be moved vertically more easily relative to the adjusting strip and thus relative to the wall bearing.

[0028] According to another preferred embodiment variant, the adjusting screw of the second adjusting device is non-slidably received by means of a threaded portion in a threaded hole of a retaining element retained on the slide, wherein a rotational movement of the adjusting screw causes a pivoting of the retaining element and the slide.

[0029] The head part of the adjusting screw is held tiltably in the undercut elongated hole of the wall bearing, wherein the end of the adjusting screw facing away from the head part has a tool receptacle for adjusting the adjusting screw, which is accessible through an opening in the slide base surface.

[0030] Due to the accessible tool receptacle of the adjusting screw, the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device can be adjusted in a simpler manner from the same side after the furniture has been hung for a precise adjustment.

[0031] According to another advantageous embodiment variant, a U-shaped bend around a part of the retaining element is formed at the end of the support region of the fixing element close to the slide, by which bend a positively locking support of the fixing element on the retaining element is ensured in a simple manner.

[0032] According to a further alternative embodiment variant, at least one tongue is formed on the fixing element, which extends in the direction of the adjustment strip into the opening of the retaining element of the second adjustment device.

[0033] This also ensures that the fastening element is securely held on the retaining element.

[0034] According to another advantageous design variant, elongated holes are formed on the bottom plate of the wall bearing in a symmetrical arrangement on both the left and right sides, at which the bearing unit can be arranged.

[0035] Due to its symmetrical geometry, the wall bearing can thus be used as a left-hand component and a right-hand component. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0063] In the following figure descriptions, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, rear, etc. are limited to the exemplary views and positions of suspension devices, wall bearings, furniture, adjustment devices, adjustment strips, slides, etc. selected in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood restrictively, i.e. these references may vary due to different working positions or mirror-symmetrical designs, etc.

[0064] exist Figures 1 to 3 In the drawings, reference numeral 1 designates an embodiment variant of a suspension device according to the invention.

[0065] like Figures 1 to 3 As shown, the suspension device 1 is used to suspend a piece of furniture 9 on a wall 10. In this case, the piece of furniture 9 consists of side walls 91, a bottom, a top, a front cover (not shown) and a rear wall 92, on which recesses 93 and 94 are arranged to allow access to tools and components of the suspension device 1.

[0066] like Figure 7 The exploded view in FIG. 1 shows in detail that the suspension device 1 has a wall bearing 2 which can be arranged on a wall 10 .

[0067] The wall bearing 2 fastened to the wall 10 is as shown in FIG. Figure 2 and Figure 4 The wall bearing 2 is preferably fastened to the wall 10 by means of a screw connection with a plurality of screws 11 which are received in receptacles provided for this purpose in the wall bearing 2 .

[0068] In addition, the suspension device 1 also has a main body hook 3 which can be fixed on the side wall 91 of the furniture 9.

[0069] exist Figures 2 to 4 and Figure 7 In the illustrated embodiment, the main body hook 3 mainly consists of a fastening plate 32 that can be fixed on the side wall 91 of the furniture 9. The fastening plate is preferably fastened to the furniture wall 91 designed as a side wall of the furniture 9 by screws 13 and expansion sleeves 12.

[0070] Extending from the fastening plate 32 is a bend 33 which in a first section extends approximately parallel to the rear wall 92 of the piece of furniture 9 or approximately parallel to the wall bearing 2 and which in a second section is bent such that it is oriented perpendicular to the wall bearing 2 .

[0071] In the part of the bend 33 oriented perpendicularly to the wall 10 , a groove 31 is provided, which can be hooked into a hook receptacle 52 of the support unit in order to fasten the piece of furniture 9 .

[0072] The bearing unit of the suspension device 1 has an adjustment bar 4 which is pivotably arranged relative to the wall bearing 2 about a pivot axis S extending in the y-direction and a slide 5 which is movably held on the adjustment bar 4 .

[0073] In the preferred embodiment shown, a hook receiving portion 52 for hanging the main body hook 3 is formed on the slider 5 .

[0074] The supporting unit further comprises a first adjusting device 6 for adjusting the hook receiving portion 52 in the vertical direction z and a second adjusting device 7 for adjusting a distance d between the hook receiving portion 52 and the wall bearing 2 in a direction x perpendicular to the vertical direction z.

[0075] Due to the pivoting movement of the adjustment bar 4 , an adjustment in the vertical direction z which is always small (but extremely small in view of the pivoting angle) occurs by adjusting the second adjustment device 7 .

[0076] The adjustment strip 4 has at least one fork-shaped profile 43 which engages in a recess 23 in the wall bearing 2 , forming a pivot axis S for pivoting the adjustment strip 4 relative to the wall bearing 2 .

[0077] The adjustment strip 4 further comprises a base 41 , an elongated hole 45 , two receptacles 44 and a right-angled edge web 42 arranged adjacent to the base 41 and at its edge on its longitudinal side, at whose lower end such a fork-shaped contour 43 is formed.

[0078] In the embodiment variant of the suspension device 1 shown here, the wall bearing 2 has a total of four such recesses 23 , which are arranged in the form of slots in a U-shaped or trapezoidal bend 22 of the wall bearing 2 protruding relative to the base plate 21 .

[0079] like Figure 4 As shown, two such suspension devices 1 are preferably used for hanging furniture 9, whose main hooks 3 are fastened to the corresponding right or left furniture wall 91 designed as a side wall.

[0080] The width of the wall bearing 2 , viewed in the y direction, is here arranged such that the loads transmitted into the wall 10 are distributed as widely as possible.

[0081] In principle, it is also conceivable that the width of the wall bearing 2 is reduced by approximately half, and that there are correspondingly only two recesses 23 for accommodating the two fork-shaped contours 43 on the edge webs 42 of the adjustment strip 4 .

[0082] In order to prevent the main body hook 3 from accidentally detaching from the slider 5, the fixing elements 8, 8' are directly or indirectly held on the slider 5 in a spring-elastic manner and form a form-fitting and / or friction-fitting connection with the main body hook 3 when the main body hook 3 is hooked.

[0083] A first embodiment variant of this fixing element 8 is Figure 8 In a single view, Figures 9 to 15 Shown in assembled state.

[0084] An alternative embodiment variant of this fixing element 8 ′ is Fig.19 In a single view, Figures 20 to 24 Shown in assembled state.

[0085] Both embodiment variants of these fixing elements 8 , 8 ′ are preferably fixed to a holding element 72 which holds the adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 .

[0086] The holding element 72 itself is indirectly pivotable via the pivot axis S, but is preferably held in a non-slidable manner on the slide 5 in the x- and z-direction and has a threaded hole 724 in which the threaded section of the adjusting screw 71 is accommodated.

[0087] The end of the adjusting screw 71 facing away from the head part 73 has a tool receptacle 74 which is accessible through the opening 54 in the base surface 51 of the slide 5 for adjusting the adjusting screw 71 .

[0088] The retaining element 72 has a supporting web 722 , against which the supporting region 81 of the fastening element 8 rests.

[0089] The U-shaped bend 83 serves to hold the fastening element 8 on the retaining element 72 in a form-fitting manner, the U-shaped bend 83 enclosing the supporting web 722 at the end of the supporting region 81 of the fastening element 8 that is close to the slide 5 .

[0090] like Figure 8 As shown, the fixing element 8 also has a cutting edge 82. When the main body hook 3 is hooked, the cutting edge is pressed onto the surface of the main body hook 3 to form a friction fit connection, such as Fig. 9 and Figures 11 to 13 shown.

[0091] like Fig. 9 and Fig.11 As shown in comparison with FIG. 1 , this friction fit contact of the cutting edge 82 on the surface of the main body hook 3 also works when the slider 5 is pivoted by actuating the adjustment screw 71 .

[0092] In the pivoted state of the slide 5, due to the elasticity of the fixing element 8, the increased force from the cutting edge 82 acts on the surface of the body hook 3, thereby increasing the friction fit connection between the two components.

[0093] Fig.12 and Fig.13The secure contact of the cutting edge 82 of the fixing element 8 on the surface of the body hook 3 is shown in an enlarged view.

[0094] Fig.10 The fastening element 8 is shown in the mounted state on the retaining element 72 .

[0095] like Fig.14 and Fig.15 It is further shown that Figure 8 The first embodiment variant of the fixing element 8 shown in FIG. 1 can also be used for an embodiment variant of the main body hook 3, in which a locking piece 34 is formed on the main body hook 3, such as Figures 16 to 18 shown.

[0096] In addition to the friction fit contact on the surface of the body hook 3 , the cutting edge 82 of the fixing element 8 also acts as an undercut here, which makes it possible to remove the body hook 3 from the slide 5 only after overcoming the increased force.

[0097] like Fig.19 As shown in the separate view of FIG. 1 , this alternative embodiment variant of the fixing element 8 'also has a support area 81 ', from which a region with an undercut 82 'extends vertically away from the retaining element 72, and in the state where the main body hook 3 is hung, the locking piece 34 formed on the main body hook 3 is locked on this region, as shown in FIG. Fig. 20 shown.

[0098] The arms 83 ′ extending transversely from the support area 81 ′ extend transversely along the inner sides of the flanks 723 of the retaining element 72 .

[0099] like Figure 7 As shown, an opening 721 is provided in the transition region of the flank 723 to the threaded hole 724 , through which opening the contact surface 84 ′ of the fixing element 8 ′ extends from the arm 83 ′ in the direction of the adjustment strip 4 ′.

[0100] A tongue 85 ′ extends further from the arm 83 ′ to the front side of the retaining element 72 facing the slide 5 , which tongue abuts against the front side of the flank 723 , thereby ensuring a positive connection of the fixing element 8 ′ to the retaining element 72 .

[0101] Fig.21 and Fig. 22 The fastening element 8 ′ is shown in the mounted state on the retaining element 72 of the slide 5 .

[0102] Fig.23 and Fig.24 The locking connection between the locking piece 34 of the body hook 3 and the undercut 82' of the fixing element 8' is shown in an enlarged view, wherein one of the adjusting strips 4 ( Fig.23 ), the other having an adjustment bar 4 in an inclined position ( Fig.24 ).

[0103] Figure 7 Components of the first adjusting device 6 and the second adjusting device 7 are shown in FIG.

[0104] The function of the two adjusting devices 6 , 7 is described below with reference to FIGS. 25 to 28 .

[0105] The first adjustment device 6 is preferably designed as a bevel gear device, which has an adjustment wheel 62 accommodated in the hook receptacle 52 of the base surface 51 of the slide, an adjustment screw 61 held on the slide 5 in a non-slidable but rotatable manner, the adjustment screw having a head that meshes with the adjustment wheel 62, and a retaining web 63 fixed in a stationary manner on the adjustment strip 4, the retaining web having a threaded hole in which the threaded portion of the adjustment screw 61 is accommodated. A tool receptacle is formed on the adjustment wheel 62 so that the first adjustment device 6 can be adjusted by inserting a tool into the recess 94 of the rear wall 92.

[0106] like Fig.25C and Fig.28C It is particularly clear from the comparison of that the first adjusting device 6 enables the slide 5 to be moved along the adjusting strip 4 in the longitudinal extension direction of the adjusting strip 4 .

[0107] The adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 of the bearing unit is non-slidably received by means of a threaded portion in a retaining element 72 fixed to the slide 5 , wherein a rotational movement of the adjusting screw 71 causes a pivoting of the retaining element 72 and the slide 5 .

[0108] The head part 73 of the adjusting screw 71 is held tiltably in the undercut elongated hole 24 of the wall bearing 2 .

[0109] The end of the adjusting screw 71 facing the head piece 73 has a tool receptacle 74 which is accessible through the opening 54 in the base surface 51 of the slide 5 for adjusting the adjusting screw 71 .

[0110] exist Fig.25C and Fig.26C The effect of adjusting the second adjusting device 7 can be clearly seen from the comparison.

[0111] Fig.25A , Fig.26A , Fig.27A and Fig.28A The wall-side component of the suspension device 1 is shown in a front view, which consists of a wall bearing 2 , an adjustment strip 4 and a slide 5 .

[0112] Fig.25B , Fig.26B , Fig.27B and Fig.28B Showing a side view, Fig.25C , Fig.26C , Fig.27C and Fig.28C A sectional view through a vertical section is shown, which passes through the adjusting screws 61 and 71 of the respective adjusting device 6 , 7 .

[0113] FIG. 25A to FIG. 25C The initial position of the corresponding wall assembly is shown, wherein the adjusting screw 61 is in its lowest position and thus the slide 5 is in the lowest position relative to the adjusting strip 4 .

[0114] The adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 is also in the initial position, in which the distance d between the hook receptacle 52 on the slide 5 and the wall bearing 2 is minimal.

[0115] In this position, the adjustment strip 4 extends parallel or almost parallel to the wall bearing 2 .

[0116] FIG. 27A to FIG. 27C The position of the wall assembly is shown in which no height adjustment has been carried out, but rather the adjusting screw 71 of the second adjusting device 7 has been adjusted such that the adjusting bar 4 together with the slide 5 is positioned in the position of maximum pivoting relative to the vertical.

[0117] FIG. 28A to FIG. 28C The adjustment position of the suspension device 1 assembly is shown, wherein the adjustment screw 71 of the second adjustment device 7 is located at FIG. 25A to FIG. 25C In the position shown, only the adjusting screw 61 of the first adjusting device 6 has been moved to its maximum adjustment position.

[0118] The adjustment of the adjustment screw 61 of the first adjustment device 6 is accompanied by the displacement of the slider 5 along the adjustment bar 4, so that the slider 5 is positioned at the maximum upward movement position relative to the adjustment bar 4, such as Fig.25B and Fig.28B becomes apparent by comparison.

[0119] FIG. 26A to FIG. 26C The adjustment combination of the first adjustment device 6 and the second adjustment device 7 is shown, so that in this adjustment position the adjustment screw 61 of the first adjustment device 6 and the adjustment screw 71 of the second adjustment device 7 are both moved to the maximum adjustment position.

[0120] It can also be seen that when the slider 5 is moved upward to the maximum extent, the slider 5 is moved upward to the maximum extent relative to the slider 5 that is not adjusted in height (such as Fig.27B and Fig.27C shown), the pivot angle is slightly lower than Fig.26B and Fig.26C The pivoted position of the adjusting bar 4 and the slide 5 is shown. It can be seen that an adjustment in the direction z only results in a very slight adjustment in the direction x, since the adjusting screw 71 is not fixed by being displaced in the elongated hole 45 .

[0121] Advantageously, the first and second adjusting devices can be adjusted in a direction extending parallel to the side wall 91 of the piece of furniture 9 so that the adjusting screw 71 and the tool receptacle on the adjusting wheel 62 face the user and the recesses 93 , 94 are provided in the piece of furniture.

[0122] To guide the slide 5 along the adjusting strip 4, the slide 5 also has an edge web 55 bent at a right angle along the longitudinal side of the base surface 51. Furthermore, a bearing receptacle 53 is formed on the base surface 51, which allows access to the tool receptacle of the adjusting wheel 62.

[0123] To prevent the adjusting strip 4 from lifting after the fork-shaped profile 43 has been inserted into the recess 23 of the wall bearing 2 , a web 25 is provided above the bend 22 of the wall bearing 2 , which web 25 bends into a corresponding slot 46 in the base surface 41 of the adjusting strip 4 after the adjusting strip 4 has been inserted.

[0124] It can be further seen from Figures 25 to 28 that, apart from the corresponding body hook 3, all other components of the suspension device are symmetrically constructed, in particular the wall bearing 2, the adjustment strip 4 and the slider 5. For this purpose, two elongated holes 24 are arranged on the base plate 21, in particular on the wall bearing 2, to form symmetrical components.

[0125] This makes it possible to connect the suspension device 1 to the left side of the furniture 9 or the right side of the furniture 9 by simply using different main body hooks 3 .

[0126] Thus, the wall bearing 2 , the adjustment strip 4 and the slide 5 can be used both on the right and on the left.
