Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of tea leaf processing, in particular to an automatic tea leaf sorting and precooling device which comprises a support, a motor, a first roller body and a second roller body, the first roller body and the second roller body are rotationally arranged on the support, a gap is formed between the first roller body and the second roller body, and the end, facing a feeding machine, of the gap is the starting end; the interval is changed from small to large from the starting end to the tail end; the starting end inclines towards the tail end; the motor drives the first roller body to rotate anticlockwise and drives the second roller body to rotate clockwise; the first roller body and the second roller body are identical in structure mirror image, a refrigerating roller and a heating roller are arranged in the first roller body, and the refrigerating roller is arranged on one side facing the interval; the first roller body and the second roller body rotate towards the interval direction, so that the fresh tea leaves move towards the upper part of the interval, and the tea leaves enter the collecting tank through the interval after being in a vertical state; the low temperature of the refrigeration roller enables moisture on the tea leaves to be condensed and taken away, the heating roller enables the moisture to evaporate rapidly, and the original flavor of the tea leaves is kept while the quality of the tea leaves is guaranteed.
