Uniform bundling device and method for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene gel silk

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of high molecular weight polyethylene bundling, in particular to an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene gel silk uniform bundling device and method. The device comprises a bottom shell, a silk placement machine, a silk containing barrel and a support; the bottom shell is arranged on the lower portion of the ground. The fiber placement machine is installed in the bottom shell, the fiber containing barrel is installed on the upper surface of the fiber placement machine, and the support is installed on the upper surface of the bottom shell. The device further comprises a homogenizing mechanism and a wire feeding mechanism. The homogenizing mechanism is used for adjusting the tension of the gel silk through staggered extrusion of a tension roller; the silk feeding mechanism conveys gel silk to a processing area through a silk distributing pressing roller and a transmission roller. According to the invention, through the tension rollers in the tension box, a tension homogenization micro-pressure yarn distribution method is adopted, so that the operation speed difference caused by distance difference in actual production of gel yarns is reduced, and the fineness uniformity between the front row and the rear row of the creel is further improved.
