Application of urine microprotein in diagnosis of activity of rheumatoid arthritis disease
By detecting urinary microprotein (IgG, mAlb, β2-MG), the problem of evaluating the activity level of rheumatoid arthritis is solved, especially in time of renal involvement, providing an effective diagnosis and early intervention method.

Abstract
The invention discloses application of urine microprotein in rheumatoid arthritis disease activity diagnosis, and belongs to the field of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity detection. The method comprises the following steps: detecting erythrocyte sedimentation rate by adopting a Westermann method, detecting C-reactive protein, rheumatoid factors and anti-cyclic citrulline polypeptide antibodies by adopting a full-automatic biochemical analyzer, measuring each urine microprotein by adopting an immune transmission turbidimetry, and evaluating the prediction effect of each urine microprotein on the activity of the rheumatoid arthritis disease through an ROC curve. Results show that IgG, mAlb and beta2-MG levels of rheumatoid arthritis patients are obviously higher than those of healthy people. ESR and CRP in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis are in direct proportion to IgG, mAlb and beta2-MG. The IgG, the mAlb and the beta2-MG are in positive correlation with the RF. Therefore, the early-stage urine microprotein indexes of the rheumatoid arthritis patients are abnormally increased, the diagnosis sensitivity of joint detection is high, and the joint detection has a relatively high diagnosis value on the disease activity of the rheumatoid arthritis.
