A disposable plastic car seat cover counting and folding apparatus

Abstract

This invention discloses a counting production counting device, specifically a disposable plastic car seat cover counting and folding device. It discloses a two-sided folding component, used to fold the two sides of the material strip towards the center line. The two-sided folding component consists of a first guide plate and a first guide rod. The first guide plate is divided into a transition zone and a folding zone through which the material strip passes. This invention replaces the traditional center-line folding method by introducing two-sided folding components composed of the first guide plate and the first guide rod. This allows the material strip to naturally adjust its shape upon entry and fold smoothly and accurately towards the center line within the folding zone. Furthermore, the first guide rods are inclined towards each other along the direction of material strip movement, which helps guide the two sides of the material strip more smoothly towards the center, reducing the risk of material deformation.
