The invention discloses a combined type packaging bottle which comprises an adapter shell, a lower bottle body, an upper containing shell and an upper cover. A lower connecting cavity is formed in the lower side of the adapter shell, and an upper connecting part is arranged on the upper side of the adapter shell; the lower bottle body is arranged on the lower side of the adapter shell, and the upper end of the lower bottle body extends into the lower connecting cavity and is detachably connected with the lower connecting cavity; the upper accommodating shell is arranged on the upper side of the adapter shell, and the lower end of the upper accommodating shell is detachably connected with the upper connecting part; the upper cover is detachably connected to the outer side of the upper end of the upper containing shell and used for covering the upper containing shell. According to the packaging bottle, the upper containing shell and the lower bottle body are connected up and down through the adapter shell, the use requirements of containing the nasal cavity refreshing aromatic substance and containing the breath freshener can be met at the same time, and therefore the practicability and applicability of the packaging bottle can be further improved.
