Automatic assembly device for u-shaped wire clamp parts

Abstract

The application provides a U-shaped wire clamp part automatic assembling device, which comprises a conveying belt, a guide assembly, a feeding groove, a rotating sleeve and a push-pull assembly. When in use, an operator places a U-shaped wire clamp into a placing gap on the conveying belt, and the U-shaped wire clamp is moved by the conveying belt, and then the U-shaped wire clamp moves to the feeding groove along with the conveying belt. The push-pull assembly is used to push the U-shaped wire clamp to move towards the feeding groove. The two ends of the U-shaped wire clamp abut against the center holes of the nuts in the two feeding grooves respectively, and the nuts are pushed to move towards the rotating sleeve until the nuts abut against the rotating sleeve and rotate along with the rotating sleeve, so that the nuts are screwed into the ends of the U-shaped wire clamp. The operation process is simple and convenient, and the labor intensity of the operator is effectively reduced.
