Device for detecting mechanical properties of regular catalyst

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of catalyst detection, and discloses a regular catalyst mechanical property detection device, which comprises a multifunctional mechanism and a radial mechanism, the multifunctional mechanism is provided with a closable containing cavity used for containing the regular catalyst, a first air inlet hole communicating with the containing cavity to introduce drying gas and an axial force application assembly used for applying axial detection force to the regular catalyst located and installed in the containing cavity. During detection, the regular catalyst is firstly placed in the accommodating cavity, drying gas is introduced into the accommodating cavity through the first gas inlet hole to dry the regular catalyst, and then the axial force application assembly or the radial force application assembly is operated to apply force to the regular catalyst according to detection requirements so as to detect the mechanical property of the regular catalyst. Drying, axial force application and radial force application of the catalyst are integrated in the same device, the detection space does not need to be occupied by multiple devices, the space utilization rate is increased, and resources are saved.
