Abstract

The invention discloses a polyethyleneimine-cyclodextrin carrier based on cyclodextrin modification as well as a preparation method and application of the polyethyleneimine-cyclodextrin carrier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving N, N '-carbonyl diimidazole and beta-cyclodextrin in N, N-dimethylformamide, stirring and reacting in a nitrogen environment, washing with diethyl ether at the temperature of 0 DEG C, centrifuging and drying; and re-dissolving the dried precipitate in dimethyl sulfoxide, and reacting with polyethyleneimine under the action of triethylamine to generate the cyclodextrin modified polyethyleneimine carrier. The polyethyleneimine-cyclodextrin carrier prepared by the invention is used for encapsulating therapeutic micro RNA (microRNA), and has better encapsulation capability and application potential.
