Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of welding equipment, and discloses silencer welding equipment which comprises a machine tool, a feeding device is arranged on one side of the top of the machine tool, a shaping shaft is arranged on the other side of the top of the machine tool, and a transfer mechanism is axially arranged on the top of the machine tool in a sliding mode and can shuttle between the feeding device and the shaping shaft; a symmetrical pressing and positioning system is arranged at the end of the shaping shaft and comprises a lifting raised plate mechanism, a lateral edge pressing mechanism and a transmission mechanism; the lifting board lifting mechanism comprises a lifting frame body which penetrates through the machine tool and is connected with a rack on the outer wall; the lateral blank-pressing mechanism is a U-shaped support, the bottom end is fixed to the machine tool, and the top end is connected with a slidable blank-pressing sliding block. The transmission mechanism comprises a first-stage gear, a second-stage gear and a transmission arm, and the edge pressing sliding block is fixed to the bent portion of the transmission arm. The two lifting board raising mechanisms are jointly connected with a telescopic cylinder and work in two stages, wherein in the first half process, a lifting frame jacks up a board, and a U shape is formed with a shaping shaft as a fulcrum; the rear half-stroke rack is meshed with the gear set to drive the edge pressing sliding blocks to get close, the edge of the plate is pressed to the top of the shaping shaft to define a tubular body, and a longitudinal welding seam is formed.
