Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) under the action of a catalyst and alkali, carrying out hydroxyl protection reaction on butanone alcohol and a hydroxyl protection reagent to generate hydroxyl-protected butanone alcohol; (2) reacting hydroxyl-protected butanone alcohol with an acetylene metal reagent to obtain an acetylene addition intermediate; and (3) carrying out transposition reaction on the acetylene addition intermediate and acid to obtain a hexanol mixture, and rectifying and purifying to obtain the high-purity cis-hexanol. The method solves the problems of poor stability, high safety risk, long process flow, high separation difficulty of cis-trans isomers, low yield and the like of the intermediate ketene (MVK).
