IC50 was determined by three-parameter logistic fitting using GraphPad Prism v9.0.

An SCN10A RNA interference (RNAi) reagent comprising a sense strand and an antisense strand, wherein the antisense strand comprises a sequence complementary to at least 15 nucleotides of a sequence selected from any one of SEQ ID NO: 2-32, wherein the sense strand and the antisense strand form a duplex, and optionally wherein each of the sense strand or the antisense strand independently comprises one or more modified nucleotides, and optionally wherein the internucleotide bonds of one or more nucleotides of the sense strand or the antisense strand are modified internucleotide bonds.

2. The RNAi reagent according to claim 1, wherein the antisense strand comprises a sequence complementary to 18 consecutive nucleotides from any one of SEQ ID NO: 2-32.

3. The RNAi reagent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the antisense strand comprises a 3' overhang of two nucleotides.

4. The RNAi reagent according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the antisense strand is 23 nucleotides in length.
