Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a flush toilet device, and particularly to a flush toilet device of the type that performs cleaning by jetting water. BACKGROUND

[0002] From the past, a flush toilet device of the type that performs cleaning by jetting water has been widely used. Jetting water (cleaning water) is discharged toward the rear from a jetting port to the inside of a drain trap line. The jetting water (cleaning water) is guided to the jetting port by a jetting guide.

[0003] As to the jetting guide, particularly as to a downstream side guide of the jetting guide to the jetting port, a technique has been proposed to resinize (make of resin) it. If the downstream side guide is resinized (achieved by a resin hose, for example), an advantage is obtained that the degree of freedom of the path design of the jetting guide is increased.

[0004] PATENT LITERATURE Patent Literature 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2018-3250 SUMMARY

[0005] However, when the downstream side guide is resinized, the possibility of dirt adhering to this portion is increased. From this viewpoint, it is preferable to make the downstream side guide of ceramic.

[0006] The present application applicant disclosed in Patent Literature 1 a structure in which the downstream side guide is made of ceramic, and at the same time, the upstream side guide connected thereto is made of another member (for example, a resin member).

[0007] Here, conventionally, the connection portion between the downstream side guide and the upstream side guide is located at a position closer to the upper side than the water storage surface. This is because it is feared that when the water tightness of this connection portion is broken, unexpected water leakage (outflow) will occur (it is also possible that backflow will occur to cause sewage leakage).

[0008] The present inventors keenly studied this point, and as a result, found the knowledge that by selecting an appropriate sealing member or sealing mechanism, it is not necessary to fear the occurrence of such a breakage of water tightness. Moreover, the present inventors created a new invention as to the position of the connection portion between the downstream side guide and the upstream side guide from the viewpoint of achieving a compact layout.

[0009] The present application was completed based on such knowledge. The object of the present application is to provide a flush toilet device of the type that performs cleaning by jetting water, which can achieve a compact layout.

[0010] The present invention is a flush toilet device provided with: a flush toilet body having a bowl portion and a drain trap line extending from a lower portion of the bowl portion; a jet port that discharges cleaning water toward the rear inside of the drain trap line; and a jet water guide that guides the cleaning water to the jet port, characterized in that the jet water guide has: a downstream-side water guide that reaches the jet port; and an upstream-side water guide that is connected to the downstream-side water guide, the downstream-side water guide being ceramic, and a connection portion between the upstream-side water guide and the downstream-side water guide being located at a position that is closer to the rear side than the jet port and that is closer to the lower side than a water surface.

[0011] According to the present invention, since the connection portion between the upstream-side water guide and the downstream-side water guide is located at a position that is closer to the lower side than the water surface, a compact layout can be achieved.

[0012] Alternatively, the present invention is a flush toilet device provided with: a flush toilet body having a bowl portion and a drain trap line extending from a lower portion of the bowl portion; a jet port that discharges cleaning water toward the rear inside of the drain trap line; and a jet water guide that guides the cleaning water to the jet port, characterized in that the jet water guide has: a downstream-side water guide that reaches the jet port; and an upstream-side water guide that is connected to the downstream-side water guide, the downstream-side water guide being ceramic, and a connection portion between the upstream-side water guide and the downstream-side water guide being located at a position that is closer to the rear side than the jet port and that is closer to the lower side of the bowl portion and / or an inner rim portion.

[0013] According to the present invention, since the connection portion between the upstream-side water guide and the downstream-side water guide is located at a position that is closer to the lower side of the bowl portion and / or the inner rim portion, a compact layout can be achieved.

[0014] If the connection portion between the upstream-side water guide and the downstream-side water guide is allowed to be located at a position that is closer to the lower side than the water surface and is allowed to be located at a position that is closer to the lower side of the bowl portion and / or the inner rim portion, a more compact layout can be achieved.

[0015] In addition, in the present invention, it is preferable that a publicly known appropriate sealing member be provided at the connection portion between the upstream-side water guide and the downstream-side water guide.

[0016] Thereby, it is possible to effectively prevent the connection portion between the upstream-side water guide and the downstream-side water guide from being damaged in water tightness.

[0017] However, a publicly known appropriate sealing mechanism of a type that does not intervene a sealing member can also be adopted.

[0018] In addition, in the present invention, it is preferable that the upstream-side water guide have, for example, a resin-made hose.

[0019] Thus, the design freedom of the jet water guide is improved.

[0020] In addition, in the present application, it is preferable that the connection portion between the upstream water guide and the downstream water guide be located at a position closer to the upper side than the lower end of the opening of the jet port.

[0021] Thus, since the cleaning water does not need to be raised, the pressure loss efficiency is good.

[0022] In addition, in the present application, it is preferable that the jet port open toward the rear in the direction in which the jet port is aligned in the front-rear direction, and the connection portion between the upstream water guide and the downstream water guide also extend in the front-rear direction.

[0023] Thus, a more compact layout can be achieved, and the pressure loss efficiency is also good.

[0024] In addition, in the present application, it is preferable that the jet port open toward the rear in the direction in which the jet port is aligned in the front-rear direction, and the connection portion between the upstream water guide and the downstream water guide also extend in the front-rear direction.

[0025] Thus, a more compact layout can be achieved, and the pressure loss efficiency is also good.

[0026] When the water-flushing toilet device having the above features is employed in a wall-hung water-flushing toilet device, the advantage of "achieving a compact layout" can be effectively utilized.

[0027] According to the first aspect of the present application, since the connection portion between the upstream water guide and the downstream water guide is located at a position closer to the lower side than the water-accumulation surface, a compact layout can be achieved.

[0028] According to the second aspect of the present application, since the connection portion between the upstream water guide and the downstream water guide is located below the basin portion and / or the inner rim portion, a compact layout can be achieved. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0036] The bowl portion 12 has a bowl-shaped excrement receiving surface 18 and an inner edge portion 20 that is formed along the upper edge portion of the bowl portion 12. A water accumulation (water accumulation surface WS) is formed inside the bowl portion 12.

[0037] The inner edge portion 20 is formed with an inner edge water discharge port 22 that discharges cleaning water to the rear, and an inner edge water guide path 24 that guides the cleaning water to the inner edge water discharge port 22. The inner edge water discharge port 22 is disposed near the center in the front-rear direction of the right side of the tub portion 12. The cleaning water discharged from the inner edge water discharge port 22 flows down to the dirt receiving surface 18 while revolving along the inner peripheral surface of the inner edge portion 20, and cleans the tub portion 12.

[0038] The tub portion 12 is formed with a spray port 26 that discharges cleaning water to the inlet 14a of the drain trap line 14. The spray port 26 is disposed opposite the inlet 14a of the drain trap line 14, and the cleaning water discharged from the spray port 26 flows into the drain trap line 14 to induce siphon action.

[0039] The cleaning water is supplied to the spray port 26 by the upstream-side spray water guide pipe 60, the spray water guide path connection pipe 100, and the downstream-side spray water guide path 28.

[0040] The drain trap line 14 has an inlet 14a connected to the lower side of the tub portion 12, an upward line 14b extending upward from the inlet 14a, a top portion 14c disposed at the highest position of the upward line 14b and defining a water surface WS (water level), and a rearward line 14d extending substantially horizontally from the top portion 14c to the rear. The rearward line 14d of the drain trap line 14 is connected to a drain pipe (not shown) in a wall surface W by a drain joint 30.

[0041] The sanitary washing device 6 has a body portion (not shown), a washing nozzle (not shown) disposed so as to be able to advance and retreat from the body portion, a toilet seat (not shown) rotatably mounted to the body portion, and a toilet cover rotatably mounted to the body portion so as to cover the toilet seat. The water supply pipe 10 connected to the stopcock 8 is connected to the body portion of the sanitary washing device 6, and supplies washing water sprayed from the washing nozzle.

[0042] In the space S, in the portion surrounded by the skirt portion 16 below the tub portion 12, the water tank device 4 is accommodated. In the space S, in the portion behind the tub portion 12, functional devices for supplying cleaning water stored in the water tank device 4 to the toilet body 2 are accommodated. The functional devices may, for example, include a water supply valve device 32, a pump device 34, a switching valve device 36, and a control device 38. In addition, a base plate 40 is provided at the floor surface opening 2a of the toilet body 2 surrounded by the skirt portion 16. The aforementioned functional devices are supported by the base plate 40.

[0043] Next, the water tank device 4, the functional devices, and the base plate 40 accommodated in the space S in the toilet body 2 will be described with reference to Figure 4A and Figure 4B

[0044] Figure 4A is a perspective view of the functional device of the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as viewed obliquely from the left side, Figure 4B is a perspective view of the functional device of the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as viewed obliquely from the right side. Figure 4A In the middle, the flow direction of the cleaning water is indicated by an arrow.

[0045] The water tank device 4 is provided with a water storage tank 42 (water tank) that stores the cleaning water to be supplied to the toilet body 2, a water tank water supply unit 46 that causes the cleaning water from a water tank water supply pipe 44 to flow into the water storage tank 42, a float switch 48 that detects the water level of the cleaning water stored in the water storage tank 42, and a fixing member 50 that fixes the water tank device 4 to the bottom surface of the toilet body 2.

[0046] When viewed from above, the water storage tank 42 is formed in an L shape, extending to the front side on the right side of the drain trap line 14, and then bending to extend to the left side. The water storage tank 42 is a resin-made water tank that stores the cleaning water for the inner rim water discharge and the jet water discharge, and can store a prescribed amount of cleaning water.

[0047] The water tank water supply unit 46 is disposed at the upper portion of the water storage tank 42. The upstream side of the water tank water supply unit 46 is connected to the water tank water supply pipe 44, and the downstream side of the water tank water supply unit 46 is connected to the water storage tank 42. Inside the water tank water supply unit 46, a flow path for guiding the cleaning water from the water tank water supply pipe 44 to the water storage tank 42 is formed.

[0048] When the water level in the water storage tank 42 falls below the water stop level (full water level), the float switch 48 is in an off state. In addition, when the water level in the water storage tank 42 rises to reach the water stop level, the float switch 48 is in an on state, causing the water supply valve device 32 to be closed.

[0049] An overflow unit 62 is installed on the water storage tank 42, and is used to discharge the cleaning water outside the water tank, for example, when the float switch 48 malfunctions and the water tank water supply continues. The overflow unit 62 is connected to the drain joint 30, and the cleaning water that overflows from the water storage tank 42 is discharged into the drain joint 30 via the overflow unit 62.

[0050] The water supply valve device 32 has a constant flow valve (not shown) for making the flow rate of the cleaning water constant, an on-off valve (not shown) provided downstream of the constant flow valve for switching the supply and stop of the cleaning water, and a solenoid valve (not shown) for driving the on-off valve. The upstream side of the water supply valve device 32 is connected to a water supply source (not shown) via the water stop 8 and the water supply pipe 10, and the downstream side of the water supply valve device 32 is connected to the sanitary washing device 6 via the sanitary washing device water supply pipe 52 and to the water tank device 4 via the water tank water supply pipe 44. When the solenoid valve is electromagnetically opened, the on-off valve is opened, and the cleaning water from the water supply source is supplied to the water tank device 4 via the water tank water supply pipe 44.

[0051] The pump device 34 is a pressurized pump that sucks and pressurizes the cleaning water stored in the water tank device 4 and supplies it to the toilet body 2. The upstream side of the pump device 34 is connected to the water tank device 4 via the upstream side connection pipe 54, and the downstream side of the pump device 34 is connected to the switching valve device 36 via the downstream side connection pipe 56. By the operation of the pump device 34, the cleaning water stored in the water tank device 4 is pressurized and discharged from the inner edge water discharge port 22 and the jet port 26, thereby performing toilet cleaning.

[0052] The switching valve device 36 has a switching valve body (not shown) that switches the water supply path for supplying the cleaning water supplied from the pump device 34 to the inner edge water discharge port 22 and the jet water discharge port 26, respectively. The upstream side of the switching valve device 36 is connected to the pump device 34 via the downstream side connection pipe 56. The downstream side of the switching valve device 36 is connected to the jet port 26 via the inner edge water supply pipe 58 and the inner edge water guide path 24, and is connected to the jet port 26 via the upstream side jet water guide pipe 60, the jet water guide path connection pipe 100, and the downstream side jet water guide path 28. When the switching valve body is in a closed state, the cleaning water from the pump device 34 is supplied to the inner edge water discharge port 22, and when the switching valve body is in an open state, the cleaning water from the pump device 34 is supplied to the inner edge water discharge port 22 and the jet port 26.

[0053] The control device 38 is electrically connected to a remote controller (not shown), the water tank device 4 (particularly, the float switch 48), the sanitary washing device 6, the water supply valve device 32, and the pump device 34, and can transmit and receive various signals. When a cleaning start signal for a large cleaning or a small cleaning is received from the remote controller, the control device 38 drives or stops the pump device 34 according to a cleaning program stored in advance.

[0054] Specifically, if the user operates the remote controller, the control device 38 drives the pump device 34 to discharge the cleaning water stored in the water tank device 4 from the inner edge water discharge port 22 and the jet port 26. In addition, the control device 38 opens the water supply valve device 32 to perform water tank water supply after toilet cleaning, and closes the water supply valve device 32 when the float switch 48 detects a full water state.

[0055] The pipes (water supply pipe 10, water tank water supply pipe 44, sanitary washing device water supply pipe 52, upstream side connection pipe 54, downstream side connection pipe 56, inner edge water supply pipe 58, and upstream side jet guide 60) connected to each element of the above-described functional devices have flexibility and can absorb manufacturing errors of the ceramic toilet body 2 and the like. On the other hand, the downstream side jet guide 28 is formed as a part of the ceramic toilet body 2.

[0056] Next, Figure 5 is a configuration diagram of a water supply path through which cleaning water of the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment flows.

[0057] As shown in Figure 5 , as the water supply path of the flush toilet 1, a stopcock 8, a water supply valve device 32, a water tank device 4, a pump device 34, and a switching valve device 36 are arranged from the upstream side.

[0058] First, cleaning water is supplied from a water supply source to the water supply valve device 32 via the stopcock 8 and the water supply pipe 10. The cleaning water supplied to the water supply valve device 32 is supplied to the sanitary washing device 6 via the sanitary washing device water supply pipe 52 and to the water tank device 4 via the water tank water supply pipe 44.

[0059] The cleaning water stored in the water tank device 4 is sucked by the pump device 34 via the suction port 34a of the pump device guide 34p and the upstream side connection pipe 54. The cleaning water thus sucked is supplied to the switching valve device 36 via the downstream side connection pipe 56.

[0060] The cleaning water supplied to the switching valve device 36 is discharged from the inner edge water outlet 22 via the inner edge water supply pipe 58 and the inner edge guide 24 and is jetted from the jet port 26 via the upstream side jet guide pipe 60, the jet guide connection pipe 100, and the downstream side jet guide 28.

[0061] Cleaning water overflowing from the water tank device 4 is discharged to the drain joint 30 via the overflow unit 62.

[0062] Next, Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view of the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment along a vertical plane extending in the front-rear direction through the pump device 34 and the upstream side connection pipe 54.

[0069] The control device 38 is fixed to the upper surface of the pump device 34, and the switching valve device 36 is fixed to the upper surface of the control device 38. The downstream-side connection pipe 56 connecting the pump device 34 and the switching valve device 36 is arranged in the vicinity of the control device 38, and is arranged in parallel with the control device 38.

[0070] When viewed from above, the pump device 34, the control device 38, and the switching valve device 36 are arranged so that at least a part of each overlaps. When viewed from above, the switching valve device 36 is arranged inward of the outer periphery of the pump device 34 and the outer periphery of the control device 38. When viewed from above, the downstream-side connection pipe 56 is located inward of the outer periphery of the pump device 34.

[0071] (characteristic structure (1)) In the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown particularly in Figure 6 and Figure 10 , the jet waterway connection pipe 100 (connection portion between the upstream-side jet water guide pipe 60 and the downstream-side jet waterway 28) is located at a position closer to the rear side than the jet port 26 and closer to the lower side than the water surface WS.

[0072] Further, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown particularly in Figure 6 and Figure 10 , the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is located below the basin portion 12 (arranged inward of the outer periphery of the basin portion 12 when viewed from above).

[0075] Further, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, the upstream-side jet water guide pipe 60 is composed of a resin hose having flexibility.

[0076] Moreover, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as described above, the upstream-side connection pipe 54, the pump device 34, the upstream-side water supply pipe 56, the switching valve device 36, the upstream-side jet water guide pipe 60, and the jet waterway connection pipe 100 are arranged on the left side with respect to the drain trapway 14.

[0077] Further, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown particularly in Figure 2 , Figure 7 and Figure 8As shown, the jet port 26 is open toward the rear in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned, and the jet waterway connection pipe 100 also extends in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned.

[0078] (Characteristic Structure (2)) In the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, the pump device 34 sucks the cleaning water from the left side area 72 of the water storage tank 42 through the suction port 72e of the outflow pipe 72c (suction portion), the outflow pipe 72c, the upstream side connection pipe 54, and the suction port 34a of the pump device waterway 34p.

[0079] Further, the outflow pipe 72c (including the suction port 72e) is also disposed on the left side with respect to the drain trap pipe 14, as with the upstream side connection pipe 54 and the pump device 34.

[0080] In addition, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, the outflow pipe 72c (including the suction port 72e) is open in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned, and the jet waterway connection pipe 100 also extends in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned.

[0081] Thus, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown particularly in Figure 9 the flow direction when the cleaning water flows through the outflow pipe 72c is the front-rear direction, and the flow direction when the cleaning water flows through the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is also the front-rear direction.

[0082] In addition, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown particularly in Figure 6 the outflow pipe 72c is also positioned below the bowl portion 12 (disposed inside the outer periphery of the bowl portion 12 when viewed from above).

[0083] In addition, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as shown particularly in Figure 6 and Figure 9 the entire waterway from the outflow pipe 72c to the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is disposed on the same left side as the outflow pipe 72c and the pump device 34 with respect to the drain trap pipe 14, is disposed so as not to overlap the drain trap pipe 14 when viewed from above, and is positioned more toward the lower side than the inner edge portion 20.

[0084] (Action Effects Based on Characteristic Structure (1)) According to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment as described above, since the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is positioned more toward the lower side than the water surface WS, a compact layout can be achieved.

[0085] In the past, there has been a convention of positioning the jet waterway connection pipe 100 (connection portion) between the downstream-side jet waterway 28 made of ceramic and the upstream-side jet water conduit 60 (upstream-side jet waterway) made of resin at a position closer to the upper side than the water storage surface WS, but in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, water tightness around the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is ensured by using the annular sealing member 103 or the like, thereby eliminating such a convention.

[0086] In addition, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, since the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is positioned below the bowl portion 12 (arranged while effectively utilizing the area below the bowl portion 12), a compact layout can also be achieved.

[0087] If the connection portion between the upstream-side waterway and the downstream-side waterway is allowed to be positioned at a position closer to the lower side than the water storage surface, and is allowed to be positioned below the bowl portion, a more compact layout can be achieved. (However, even if a form in which a part or all of the connection portion between the upstream-side waterway and the downstream-side waterway is positioned below the inner edge portion instead of below the bowl portion is adopted, a compact layout can be achieved.)

[0088] In addition, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, water tightness between the jet waterway connection pipe 100 (or the mounting sleeves 101, 102) and the rear side end surface 104 of the ceramic portion that divides the downstream-side jet waterway 28 is ensured by the annular sealing member 103. Thereby, leakage of cleaning water (or sewage at the time of backflow occurrence) around the jet waterway connection pipe 100 can be surely prevented.

[0089] In addition, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, since the upstream-side jet water conduit 60 is composed of a resin hose having flexibility, design freedom of the upstream-side jet water conduit 60 is improved.

[0090] In addition, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, since the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is positioned at a position closer to the upper side than the jet port 26 (opening lower end), there is no path for the cleaning water to rise, and pressure loss efficiency is good.

[0091] In addition, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, since the upstream-side connection pipe 54, the pump device 34, the upstream-side water supply conduit 56, the switching valve device 36, the upstream-side jet water conduit 60, and the jet waterway connection pipe 100 are arranged on the left side with respect to the drain trapway 14, a more compact layout can be achieved, and pressure loss efficiency is also good.

[0092] Further, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, since the jet port 26 is opened toward the rear in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned, and the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is also extended in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned, a more compact layout can be achieved, and the pressure loss efficiency is also good.

[0093] (Action effect based on the characteristic structure (2)) Further, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment as described above, the outflow pipe 72c (including the suction port 72e) is also disposed on the left side with respect to the drain trap pipe 14, like the upstream-side connection pipe 54 and the pump device 34. Thus, the outflow pipe 72c, the pump device 34, and the jet waterway connection pipe 100 are disposed on the left side (same side) with respect to the drain trap pipe 14, a compact layout can be achieved, and the pressure loss efficiency of the jet water discharge can be improved.

[0094] Further, according to the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, since the outflow pipe 72c is opened in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned, and the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is also extended in the direction in which the front-rear direction is aligned, a more compact layout can be achieved, and the pressure loss efficiency of the jet water discharge can be further improved.

[0095] Further, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as particularly shown in Figure 9 , the flow direction of the cleaning water flowing through the outflow pipe 72c is the front-rear direction, and the flow direction of the cleaning water flowing through the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is also the front-rear direction. With this feature, it can also be evaluated that a more compact layout can be achieved, and the pressure loss efficiency of the jet water discharge can be further improved.

[0096] Further, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as particularly shown in Figure 6 , the outflow pipe 72c is also positioned below the basin portion 12 (disposed inside the outer periphery of the basin portion 12 when viewed from above). With this feature, it can also be evaluated that a more compact layout can be achieved.

[0097] Further, in the flush toilet 1 of the present embodiment, as particularly shown in Figure 6 and Figure 9 , the entire waterway from the outflow pipe 72c to the jet waterway connection pipe 100 is disposed on the same left side as the outflow pipe 72c and the pump device 34 with respect to the drain trap pipe 14, is disposed so as not to overlap the drain trap pipe 14 when viewed from above, and is positioned more toward the lower side than the inner edge portion 20. With each of these features and / or a combination of these features, it can also be evaluated that a more compact layout can be achieved, and the pressure loss efficiency of the jet water discharge can be further improved.

[0098] (Modified example 1) In the foregoing embodiment, the outflow line 72c (suction portion) penetrates the rear wall 72b of the left side region 72 of the water storage tank 42, and the jet guide waterway connection pipe 100 (connection portion between the upstream side jet guide water pipe 60 and the downstream side jet guide waterway 28) penetrates the rear wall of the ceramic portion that divides the downstream side jet guide waterway 28, but the present application is not limited to these connection types.

[0099] For example, the suction portion that suctions the cleaning water of the water storage tank 42 can also be of a type that is configured by the joining of the connection surface of the tank side line and the connection surface of the pump side line. Also, with respect to the connection portion between the upstream side jet guide waterway and the downstream side jet guide waterway, it can also be of a type that is configured by the joining of the connection surface of the upstream side jet guide waterway and the connection surface of the downstream side guide waterway.

[0100] When these types are employed, it is preferable that each of the connection surfaces, that is, the connection surface of the tank side line, the connection surface of the pump side line, the connection surface of the upstream side guide waterway, and the connection surface of the downstream side guide waterway, be aligned in a mutually parallel manner. Thereby, a more compact layout can be achieved.

[0101] (Modified Example 2) In the foregoing embodiment and Modified Example 1, the flush toilet 1 is wall-hung. When a flush toilet (flush toilet device) having the features of the foregoing embodiment and Modified Example 1 is wall-hung, the advantage of "achieving a compact layout" can be effectively utilized.

[0102] However, at least at the time of filing of the present application, the flush toilet device of the present application is not limited to wall-hung, but can also be floor-standing. Even when floor-standing, the same effects as described above can be obtained.
