Microwave welding method and device

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of welding, and particularly relates to a microwave welding method which comprises the following steps: S1, two workpieces are arranged up and down, the two workpieces are at least partially overlapped, and a wave-absorbing material is arranged between the two workpieces; s2, heating the wave-absorbing material through a microwave welding device; and S3, the temperature of the wave-absorbing material rises, and the two workpieces are connected in a welded mode. The invention provides a microwave welding method and device, and aims to overcome the defects of a conventional welding method in the prior art.
