The method comprises the following steps: reading a mechanical response file of a metal structure under each industrial control and a node temperature field file of the metal structure; s2, extracting data in the mechanical response file and the node temperature field file so as to assign a preset strength calculation array; respectively calculating corresponding static strength allowable values and margins of various unit arrays under given temperature parameters, and carrying out supplementary assignment on the strength calculation array; and according to the strength calculation array, static strength of each metal structure under different working conditions is extracted, margins of each metal structure under multiple working conditions are sorted, a minimum margin is extracted, and a static strength result output file and a minimum margin output file are generated. The accuracy and the working efficiency of static strength calculation of the metal structure under the high-temperature condition are improved.
