The invention relates to the technical field of ship engines, and discloses a ship engine wastewater pretreatment device and an exhaust gas recirculation system.The ship engine wastewater pretreatment device comprises a neutralization mechanism and an alkali liquor filling mechanism, and the neutralization mechanism mainly comprises a circulating pump, a mixer and a buffer tank; the input end of the circulating pump is connected with an outlet of the discharge cabin through a first pipeline, and a first acid-base meter is arranged on the first pipeline; the mixer is connected with the output end of the circulating pump through a second pipeline; the buffer tank is connected with the mixer through a third pipeline, the buffer tank is further connected with the inlet of the discharge cabin through a fourth pipeline, and a second acid-base meter is arranged on the fourth pipeline; the alkali liquor filling mechanism comprises a first alkali liquor pump; the first alkali liquor pump is connected with the second pipeline through a fifth pipeline. According to the ship engine wastewater pretreatment device, the filling amount of alkali liquor can be accurately controlled, the pH value of treated wastewater is relatively stable, and safe operation of downstream equipment is facilitated.
