Abstract

The application realizes the synergistic improvement of active inhibition of Al brittle phase and high-temperature strength by designing an "Al + trace Mo / Nb + rare earth Y / Ce" multi-element trace system; the ingot is prepared by adopting a "VIM initial refining + VAR refining" process, the composition precision control and the melt purity are considered, electromagnetic stirring and water-cooled copper crucible rapid solidification are combined, and the Al uniformity is controlled by multi-furnace type synergistic control, so that the Al composition deviation is controlled to be less than or equal to ±0.03%, and the Al segregation problem in the traditional process is solved; the Al diffusion segregation in the processing process is avoided by low-temperature heating, multi-directional forging and accurate heat treatment process, and the yield is improved.
