The application provides a digital employee knowledge base dynamic updating and reasoning engine system, comprising a multi-source knowledge collection module; the multi-source knowledge collection module is used for collecting knowledge data from internal and external multi-channels; the knowledge preprocessing and structuring module is used for standardizing and cleaning the collected knowledge and structuring conversion; the dynamic knowledge base storage module is used for storing structured knowledge and knowledge metadata; through real-time multi-channel knowledge collection and intelligent conflict fusion, the knowledge base lag problem is solved, the rule and semantic reasoning ability are combined, the digital employee problem solving efficiency is improved, and the manual transfer demand is reduced.
