Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The utility model relates to the technical field of drying devices, in particular to a drying device for catalyst processing. Background Art
[0002] A catalyst is a substance that can change the reaction rate in a chemical reaction without changing the chemical equilibrium. Its function is to accelerate or slow down the reaction without changing its own chemical properties before and after the reaction. Catalysts are widely used in many fields, such as chemical industry, environmental protection, new energy development, biomedicine, and food industry.
[0003] The catalyst needs to be dried during processing to facilitate bagging. During the processing, the catalyst may stick together due to moisture, etc., resulting in low efficiency of existing drying devices for drying the catalyst. Based on these problems, Chinese patent CN218410466U discloses a drying device for catalyst processing. The utility model facilitates grinding the catalyst to prevent agglomeration of the catalyst, and conveniently rotates the catalyst to the bottom of the drying box, so that the heat-conducting copper plate can dry the catalyst, thereby improving the efficiency of catalyst drying. The device has a simple structure and is easy to use.
[0004] In the drying device, the catalyst is first ground and then the ground catalyst is dried. During this process, a large amount of catalyst mixed with water will adhere to the transmission shaft and the spiral stirring blades, which will not only cause a large amount of catalyst waste, but also bring a lot of inconvenience to the cleaning of the transmission shaft and the spiral stirring blades. Since the heating and drying structure is arranged at the bottom of the drying box, a large amount of water vapor generated by drying will float upward, thereby further increasing the humidity in the grinding mechanism, seriously affecting the drying and grinding effect of the catalyst.
