Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The utility model relates to the field of disposable sanitary products, in particular to a snap-on diaper with inclined ears or inclined fixing belts which is convenient for fitting the body of a user. Background Art
[0002] Snap-on diapers are not only an indispensable product for infants and young children in their daily lives, but are also suitable for the daily lives of adult users with specific needs. They not only provide a comfortable wearing experience, but also effectively absorb the body excretions of infants and young children and adult users, keeping the private parts of infants and young children and adult users dry.
[0003] In order to fit the diaper to the waist and abdomen of infants or other wearers, ear stickers are usually provided on the waist edge, especially on both sides of the rear waist. The ear stickers described in the prior art are usually placed horizontally along the rear waist, and join the rear waist with the front waist in a face-to-face relationship to fully surround the waist and abdomen of infants or adult users.
[0004] However, due to the buttocks protruding from the front waistline of the human body, the diaper does not fit the waist of the human body perfectly, so the ear stickers placed horizontally along the waistline will cause the waistline to be loose, and especially form a large gap at the back hip area of the human body, which will cause the front waistline and / or back waistline of the diaper to rub against the skin of the corresponding part of the human body constantly, and produce marks and / or cause discomfort to infants or adult users; further, human exudates are easy to leak out from the gap between the back waist area and the waist of the absorbent article. Specifically, feces that are not absorbed or contained by the absorbent article may move through the gap between the absorbent article and the wearer's skin in the back waist area, and then soil or contaminate the wearer's skin and the clothes near his back. This situation may occur more often with semi-solid feces, such as low-viscosity feces that may be more common in young children. Under the influence of gravity, movement, force and pressure of the wearer of the absorbent article, such exudates may move around on the body side lining of the absorbent article. In such situations, not only does the wearer's absorbent article need to be replaced, but often the wearer's clothing and / or bedding also needs to be replaced, resulting in additional work, expense, and stress for the caregiver.
[0005] As is known, in order to solve the above-mentioned deficiencies, attempts are made to add an anti-flow mechanism such as a waist elastic member near the rear waist region to solve the above-mentioned problems. It has been proposed that the part of the waist elastic member closest to the transverse axis of the absorbent article as the anti-flow mechanism is not adhered to the body side liner, so that the non-adhered part of the waist elastic member can provide an anti-flow pocket for the exudate. An example of such an anti-flow mechanism is the Little Snugglers diaper with the trade name Huggies. Although the absorbent article with such anti-leakage member is intended to prevent the leakage of exudate and has always been fully functional, failure may still occur. And the addition of such an anti-flow mechanism increases the cost of producing and purchasing diapers.
[0006] Therefore, in order to ensure the comfort of infants or adult users when wearing diapers and to improve the protective effect and hygienic use of diapers, it is necessary to design a diaper that allows caregivers or parents to simply and quickly fasten the front and rear waistline parts of the diaper even if they do not pay special attention when wearing the diaper for the infant, and effectively achieve a close fit between the front and rear waistline parts, and tightly surround the waist and abdomen of the human body to prevent leakage by only wearing it according to the common method. Utility Model Content
[0007] Therefore, the task of the present invention is to provide a snap-on diaper, thereby at least partially overcoming the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.
[0008] In order to accomplish the above tasks, the utility model provides a snap-on diaper with an inclined component, which has a longitudinal center line, a front piece, a back piece and a crotch area, wherein the crotch area extends longitudinally between the front piece and the back piece and connects the front piece and the back piece. The diaper includes: an absorbent assembly, a pair of ears and a fastening system. The absorbent assembly has a lining layer defining the body-facing side of the inner surface of the diaper, an outer cover layer defining the clothes-facing side of the outer surface of the diaper, and an absorbent core arranged between the lining layer and the outer cover layer. The pair of ears extend outward from the back piece from opposite sides of the back piece; and the fastening system includes a first fastener located on each of the pair of ears and a second fastener located on the front piece.
[0009] The first fasteners in the pair of ears or the second fasteners in the front panel are arranged as inclined parts to form a certain inclined angle relative to the rear waist edge of the rear panel or the front waist edge of the front panel respectively when the snap-fit diaper is in the open state, wherein the inclined angle is set to allow the first fasteners and the second fasteners to be fastened to each other along the inclined angle when the snap-fit diaper in the open state is converted into the closed or worn state of the snap-fit diaper with the help of the first fasteners in the pair of ears or the second fasteners in the front panel, so that there is basically no gap between the rear panel and the rear waist area when the snap-fit diaper is in the worn state.
[0010] Therefore, the utility model can at least achieve the following beneficial technical effects: the wearer or the infant caregiver can drag the ear gripping area, that is, the ear fasteners can gradually approach the front waist fixing belt located at the front piece and buckle together along the inclined angle extending from the back waist concave point at the back waist edge of the diaper, without paying too much attention to the position of the front waist fixing belt. The structure and arrangement of this inclined component also eliminates the scratching and discomfort of the wearer's waist caused by the gap in the back waist area of the diaper, as well as the possible leakage of human excrement.
[0011] Further, wherein the pair of ears include a wrapping piece and an ear gripping area, the upper edge and the lower edge of each of the wrapping pieces are configured to be substantially parallel to each other.
[0012] As a preferred aspect, the ear wrapping pieces are arranged substantially horizontally at the back waist side edges on both sides of the back sheet and close to the back waist edge. Further, each ear gripping area is configured to extend toward the back waist edge at a certain inclination angle relative to the respective wrapping pieces.
[0013] As a preferred aspect, each ear gripping area of the pair of ears extends laterally outward through the respective wrapping pieces, and the upper edge and the lower edge of the ear gripping area are substantially parallel to the upper edge and the lower edge of the wrapping piece.
[0014] Further, the pair of ear portions are configured to extend at an inclined angle toward the rear waist edge as a whole through respective wrapping members.
[0015] As a preferred aspect, the pair of ear portions are configured to be arranged as a whole horizontally at the rear waist side edges on both sides of the back piece and close to the rear waist edge.
[0016] Furthermore, the second fastener is a pair of fixing belts located on the front panel, wherein the pair of fixing belts includes a first front waist fixing belt and a second front waist fixing belt which are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal center line.
[0017] Furthermore, the first front waist fixing belt and the second front waist fixing belt extend toward the rear waist edge at an inclined angle respectively.
[0018] As a preferred aspect, the inclination angle is designed to be in the range of 5° to 20°. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0046] Definition of terms
[0047] With respect to absorbent articles, "disposable" means absorbent articles that are not generally intended to be washed or otherwise restored or reused as absorbent articles (i.e., they are intended to be discarded after a single use, and preferably can be recycled, composted, or otherwise discarded in an environmentally compatible manner). Disposable absorbent articles generally include adhesives that are located between layers and / or elements to secure the articles together (e.g., ears, side panels, and belts are bonded to the infrastructure via adhesives, and the layers of ears, side panels, belts, and infrastructure are bonded together using adhesives). Alternatively, thermal bonding and / or ultrasonic bonding are used with or in place of adhesives. In this case, some parts of the material layers may be partially melted and pressed together so that once cooled, they are physically bonded together. Nonwovens (including, for example, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc.) adhesives (including, for example, styrene block copolymers (e.g., SIS, SBS)) and absorbent gelling materials constitute more than 50%, more than 75%, and generally more than 90% of the weight of disposable absorbent articles. Furthermore, the core including the absorbent gelling material is generally kept in the infrastructure in a manner that encapsulates and accommodates the absorbent gelling material under normal conditions. Such disposable absorbent articles typically have an absorbent capacity greater than about 100 mL of fluid, and may have a capacity of up to about 500 mL of fluid or more. Stitching (including the use of thread) and / or woven materials are typically not used to make disposable absorbent articles. If stitching or woven materials are used, they constitute a very small percentage of the disposable absorbent article.
[0048] "Pants" (also referred to as "training pants," "pre-closed diapers," "diaper pants," "diapers," and "pull-on diapers") refer herein to disposable absorbent articles designed for infant wearers with a continuous peripheral waist opening and continuous peripheral leg openings. Pants can be constructed with a continuous or closed waist opening and two continuous, symmetrically arranged closed leg openings before the article is applied to the wearer. Pants can be preformed or prefastened using a variety of techniques, including but not limited to joining the parts of the article together using any refastenable closure member and / or permanent closure member (e.g., seams, heat bonds, ultrasonic welding, adhesives, cohesive bonds, mechanical fasteners, etc.). Pants can be preformed anywhere along the circumference of the article in the waist region (e.g., side fastened or seamed, front waist fastened or seamed, rear waist fastened or seamed).
[0049] As used in the present invention, the term "nonwoven" or "nonwoven" generally refers to a web having a structure of individual fibers or yarns that is a sandwich, but not in a discernible manner such as a knitted fabric. Examples of suitable nonwoven or nonwoven fabrics or webs include, but are not limited to, meltblown webs, spunbond webs, bonded-carded webs, air-laid webs, coformed webs, hydroentangled webs, and the like.
[0050] As used in the present invention, the term "meltblown web" generally refers to a nonwoven web prepared by the following method, wherein: by extruding a molten thermoplastic material as molten fibers through a plurality of generally circular fine die capillaries into a gathered high-speed gas (e.g., air) stream, the fibers of the molten thermoplastic material are thinned to reduce their diameter. Thereafter, the meltblown fibers are transported by the high-speed gas stream and deposited on a collecting surface to form a web of randomly distributed meltblown fibers. In general, meltblown fibers may be continuous or discontinuous microfibers, generally less than 10 μm in diameter, and generally viscous when deposited on a collecting surface.
[0051] As used in the present invention, the term "spunbond web" generally refers to a web containing substantially continuous fibers of small diameter. The fibers are produced by extruding molten thermoplastic material through a plurality of fine, usually circular, spinneret capillaries, and then the diameter of the extruded fibers is rapidly reduced by, for example, lead-out drafting and / or other known spunbond mechanisms. "Proximal" and "distal" refer to the position of an element relatively close to or far from the longitudinal or lateral centerline of the structure, respectively (for example, relative to the same longitudinal axis, the position of the proximal edge of a longitudinally extending element to the longitudinal axis is closer than the position of the distal edge of the same element to the longitudinal axis).
[0052] "Body-facing" and "garment-facing" refer to the relative position of an element or the relative position of surfaces of an element or a group of elements, respectively. "Body-facing" means that an element or surface is closer to the wearer than some other element or surface during wear. "Garment-facing" means that an element or surface is farther from the wearer than some other element or surface during wear (i.e., the element or surface is near the wearer's clothing, which may be worn over a disposable absorbent article).
[0053] As used in the present invention, the term "stretchable" or "extensibility" generally refers to a material that stretches or elongates its relaxed length or width by at least about 25%, in some embodiments about 50%, and in some embodiments at least about 75% in the direction of force. A stretchable material does not necessarily have recovery properties. For example, an elastomeric material is an stretchable material with recovery properties. A meltblown web may be stretchable but not have recovery properties and is therefore an stretchable non-elastic material.
[0054] As used in the present invention, the term "elastomeric" or "elastic" generally refers to a material that is stretched in at least one direction (e.g., MD direction) by applying a stretching force, and that shrinks / recovers to approximately its original size by releasing the stretching force. For example, a stretched material may have a stretched length that is at least about 50% longer than its relaxed, unstretched length, and, by releasing the stretching force, it may recover to a length within at least 50% of its stretched length. A hypothetical example may be a 1 inch sample of a material that may be stretched to 1.50 inches and, by releasing the stretching force, will recover to a length of no more than 1.25 inches. Ideally, the material shrinks or recovers by at least 50%, and even more ideally, at least 80% of the stretched length.
[0055] As used herein, the term "bond" refers to the joining, adhering, connecting, attaching, etc. of two elements. Two elements will be considered to be joined together when they are joined, adhered, connected, attached, etc. directly to each other or indirectly to each other, such as when bonded to an intermediate element. Bonding can be performed via, for example, adhesives, pressure bonds, heat bonds, ultrasonic bonds, splicing, stitching, and / or welding.
[0056] As used herein, the term "elastic member" includes an elastic elongated material, such as but not limited to elastic rubber bands and elastic fiber nonwoven fabrics, wherein the elastic rubber bands can be made of spandex in a warp beam manner according to a spinning process.
[0057] The term "open" means that the opposing waist regions are not initially joined to form a continuous waist opening and leg openings prior to or during application of the article to a wearer.
[0058] The term "closed" means that the opposing waist regions are permanently or refastenably joined when encapsulated to form a continuous waist opening and leg openings.
[0059] Snap-on diapers
[0060] First, the basic structure of the snap-fit diaper of this embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 A top plan view of a first embodiment of a snap-on diaper known in the prior art is shown in line drawing form, with the garment-facing side thereof being shown. Figure 1 The snap-fit diaper 100 shown in FIG. 1 is a disposable absorbent article designed to be placed against or in close proximity to the wearer's body to absorb and contain various discharges discharged from the body. Figure 1 As preferably shown in the figure, in the longitudinal direction Y, the snap-fit diaper 100 has a front panel 110, a crotch region 130 and a back panel 120 in sequence, wherein the crotch region 130 extends between the front panel 110 and the back panel 120 and connects the front panel 110 and the back panel 120.
[0061] In the thickness direction of the snap-on diaper 100, the diaper 100 is Figure 1 The paper surface inward in the figure may include the lining layer 140 facing the body, the outer cover layer 160 facing the clothes, and the absorbent core 150 located between the lining layer 140 facing the body and the outer cover layer 160 facing the clothes. Here, the lining layer 140 facing the body, the outer cover layer 160 facing the clothes, and the absorbent core 150 sandwiched therebetween together define the absorbent assembly of the snap-on diaper 100. The absorbent assembly may be in any suitable shape, including, for example, Figure 1 Roughly I-shaped as shown.
[0062] Since the snap-on diaper 100 is a thin product, Figure 1 In the two-dimensional line drawing shown, the front panel 110 refers to the portion of the diaper 100 that is generally located in front of the wearer when the infant and adult user puts on the diaper 100. The back panel 120 refers to the portion of the diaper 100 that is generally located behind the wearer when the infant and adult user puts on the diaper 100, and the crotch region 130 refers to the portion that is generally located between the legs of the wearer when the infant and adult user puts on the diaper 100.
[0063] exist Figure 1 In the embodiment shown in, the back piece 120 includes a straight back waist edge 121 and the front piece 110 includes a straight front waist edge 111 and a substantially straight back waist side edge 123. Here, "straight edge" refers to an edge that is substantially free of bends, bends, angles, notches or irregularities. The lining layer 140 facing the body side of the snap-on diaper 100 defines a surface facing the wearer's body, which is intended to be worn adjacent to the wearer's body and in direct contact with the wearer's body. The lining layer 140 facing the body side is suitably compliant, soft and non-irritating to the wearer's skin. The lining layer 140 facing the body side is less hydrophilic than the absorbent core 150 and its porosity is sufficient to allow liquid penetration. The lining layer 140 facing the body side can be made of a variety of suitable web materials, such as porous foam, cellular foam, porous plastic film, natural fibers (e.g., wood fibers or cotton fibers), synthetic fibers (e.g., polyester or polypropylene fibers) or a combination of natural fibers and synthetic fibers. The body-facing liner layer 140 is suitably adapted to isolate the wearer's skin from liquid and moisture retained by the absorbent core 150 .
[0064] exist Figure 1The outer cover layer 160 of the diaper 100 is also schematically shown in Figure 1 to define a surface facing the clothing side, which is intended to be worn adjacent to the wearer's clothing. In one suitable embodiment, the outer cover layer 160 includes a woven or nonwoven fiber web layer that is completely or partially constructed or treated to impart a desired degree of liquid impermeability to selected areas of the outer cover layer 160 adjacent to or near the absorbent core 150. For example, the cloth-like outer cover layer can be composed of a polypropylene spunbond fabric laminated and thermally bonded to a thinned polypropylene film. Here, a bottom film layer 163 is also provided between the outer cover layer 160 and the absorbent core 150, and the bottom film layer 163 can include a microporous "breathable" material that allows vapor to escape from the diaper 100 while still preventing liquid exudates from passing through. For example, the bottom film layer 163 can be composed of a microporous polymer film or nonwoven fabric that has been coated or otherwise treated to impart a desired degree of liquid impermeability. The outer cover layer 160 may also be adjacently provided with a bottom film layer 163 including a visual pattern layer embossed or otherwise provided thereon to convey visual cues or information to the wearer or caregiver. Preferably, the bottom film layer 163 located between the outer cover layer 160 and the absorbent core 150 may be a thin layer made of a polyethylene resin carrier to which a suitable amount of calcium carbonate is added. Here, the visual pattern layer is preferably a pattern that infants and adult users like or a commercial logo of a merchant. Preferably, a urine display portion 162 that can convey to a caregiver or adult user that excrement has been discharged is also provided in the bottom film layer 163.
[0065] The body-facing liner 140 and the garment-facing outer cover 160 are generally joined in a facing relationship with the absorbent core 150 located therebetween. The body-facing liner 140 and the garment-facing outer cover 160 may be joined to each other around the outer periphery of the diaper 100 by any means known to those skilled in the art, such as adhesive bonding, ultrasonic bonding, thermal bonding, and the like, and combinations thereof.
[0066] As mentioned above, absorbent core 150 is arranged between liner layer 140 facing body side and outer cover layer 160 facing garment side.Absorbent core 150 is generally conformable and can absorb and hold liquid body discharges.Absorbent core 150 can include superabsorbent material, staple fiber, bonding fiber etc. and their combination, as known in the art.Absorbent core 150 can have any one of multiple shapes and sizes. For example, composite absorbent core 150 can be rectangular, I-shaped or T-shaped.The size and absorption capacity of absorbent core 150 should be compatible with the size of the expected wearer and the liquid load given by the expected application of diapers.
[0067] In one suitable embodiment, the diaper 100 may include a surge portion (not shown) disposed between the absorbent core 150 and the liner layer 140 on the body-facing side. The surge portion is used to quickly collect and temporarily retain liquid discharged by the wearer and then release the liquid to the absorbent core 150. A variety of woven and nonwoven materials can be used to construct the surge portion. For example, the surge portion can be a spunbond or meltblown fiber web of a layer of polyolefin fibers. The surge portion can also be a bonded carded web of natural fibers and synthetic fibers. The surge portion can be a substantially hydrophobic material and can optionally be treated with a surfactant or otherwise to impart a desired degree of wettability and hydrophilicity.
[0068] As a preferred aspect, the diaper 100 includes a pair of elasticized longitudinally extending leg cuffs 151. The leg cuffs 151 are adapted to fit around the legs of the wearer when the infant is dressed and act as a physical barrier to the lateral flow of body exudates. In one suitable embodiment, the leg cuffs 151 may be formed by portions of the outer cover layer 160 and / or the body-facing liner layer 140 extending beyond the longitudinal sides of the absorbent core 150. In another suitable embodiment, the leg cuffs 151 may be formed by a separate material (e.g., a strand of leg elastic components) joined to the outer cover layer 160 and / or the body-facing liner layer 140.
[0069] The diaper 100 may also include a front waist elastic component (not shown) and / or a back waist elastic band 124. In the illustrated embodiment, for example, the diaper 100 has a back waist elastic band 124 but does not have a front waist elastic component. The back waist elastic band 124 is arranged to pull the diaper 100 and hold the diaper 100 against the wearer (especially against the wearer's waist), as will be described more fully herein. As a preferred mode, the back waist elastic band 124 can be designed with an attachment area that is sealed with the back panel 120 and a non-attachment area that is not sealed with the back panel 120 and faces the crotch area 130, wherein the non-attachment area can be surrounded by the attachment area to form a back pocket that is open toward the crotch area 130. The back pocket is capable of carrying most of the body excreta that flow toward the diaper 100, such as but not limited to feces discharged by infants and young children.
[0070] Materials suitable for forming the leg cuffs 151 and / or the back waist elastic band 124 are known to those skilled in the art. Examples of such materials are strands or ribbons of polymeric, elastomeric materials that are adhered to the diaper 100 in a stretched position or attached to the diaper 100 when the diaper is folded so that elastic contraction forces are imparted to the diaper. The leg cuffs 151 and / or the back waist elastic band 124 can have any configuration that provides the desired properties. The leg cuffs 151 can be generally straight or optionally curved (e.g., Figure 1 and 2As used herein, "elastic," "elastomeric," and the like refer to the ability of a material or composite to stretch at least about 50% and to recover to within at least 50% of its original length after relaxation.
[0071] The leg cuffs 151 and / or the back waist elastic band 124 can be attached to the diaper 100 in any manner known to those skilled in the art. For example, the leg cuffs 151 and / or the back waist elastic band 124 can be joined to the diaper 100 by ultrasonic bonding, thermal bonding, adhesive bonding, etc. and combinations thereof.
[0072] like Figure 1 As can be clearly seen, the back panel 120 of the diaper may generally include a pair of ears 122. In the prior art, the pair of ears 122 are symmetrically arranged about the longitudinal center line L, and the transverse center line of the ear 122 is substantially parallel to the transverse fold line T. In a suitable embodiment according to the prior art, the ear 122 in the back panel may be formed by an extension of the lining layer 140 facing the body side, the outer cover layer 160, or a combination of the lining layer 140 and the outer cover layer 160 facing the body side. The ear 122 is generally located at the rear waist side edges 123 on both sides of the back panel 120 and close to the rear waist edge 121. In another suitable embodiment according to the prior art, and as Figure 1 As shown, the ear portions 122 can be formed as separate components and attached to the body-facing liner layer 140, the outer cover layer 160, or both the body-facing liner layer 140 and the outer cover layer, as is well known in the art. In the illustrated embodiment, the ear portions 122 are attached to the body-facing surface of the body-facing liner layer 140 such that when the diaper 100 is worn, the attached portions of the ear portions 122 are disposed between the wearer's body and the body-facing liner.
[0073] In one suitable embodiment, each of the ears 122 includes a wrapper 122A and a first fastener 122B ( Figures 1 to 4 ). Each of the wrapping pieces 122A has a proximal edge, an opposite distal edge, an upper edge, and a lower edge. Figure 1 As seen in FIG. 1 , the proximal edge of each of the wrapping elements 122A is spaced inwardly from the corresponding rear waist side edge 123 of the diaper 100 so that a portion of the wrapping element overlaps the body-facing liner layer 140. The portion of each of the wrapping elements 122A that overlaps the body-facing liner layer 140 is bonded (e.g., adhesively bonded, thermally bonded, or both thermally and adhesively bonded) to at least the body-side liner.
[0074] exist Figure 1In the prior art shown, the proximal edge and the distal edge of each of the wrapping elements 122A are substantially parallel to each other, and both are straight (i.e., linear). Preferably, the length ratio of the distal edge to the proximal edge is suitably about 1:4. Further, the upper edge and the lower edge of each of the wrapping elements 122A are also configured to be substantially parallel to each other and in a straight line, and are generally parallel to the rear waist edge 121 of the rear panel 120.
[0075] Preferably, but not limitingly, each wrapping piece 122A in the ear portion 122 may be designed as a non-elastic portion, and then a first fastener 122B (such as a hook material) may be provided to be connected to the wrapping piece 122A. Thus, the size and tightness of the waist opening of the diaper 100 in the wearing configuration may be adjusted according to the waist circumference of the wearer by, for example, the deformation of the rear waist elastic band 124. Figure 1 As shown, the wrapping member 122A as the non-elastic portion of the ear portion 122 located on both sides of the back panel 120 extends laterally outward, and each first fastener 122B attached to the wrapping member 122A of the non-elastic portion is constructed to engage a loop member set in the front waist region 161 of the diaper 100 in a wearing configuration, as will be more fully described herein.
[0076] like Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , according to the prior art, the ear portion 122 further includes an ear gripping area 125 extending laterally outward from the wrapping member 122A, which is used to manually grip and manipulate the first fastener 122B. Thus, the rear panel 120 (more specifically, the ear portion 122 of the rear panel) can be attached to the front panel 110 by folding the rear panel 120 (more specifically, the ear portion 122 of the rear panel) relative to the transverse folding line T when worn to define a three-dimensional wearing configuration with a waist opening and a pair of leg openings, so as to selectively attach the diaper 100 from the front panel 110 to the rear panel 110. Figure 1 The open configuration is shown moving to a closed or wear configuration.
[0077] Corresponding to the first fastener 122B in the back sheet, the diaper 100 further includes a front waist fastening tape 161 formed as a separate component and attached to the outer surface of the outer cover layer 160 of the diaper, see Figures 1 to 3 . More specifically, a band (generally indicated at 161) including a fastening material designed as a loop or hook is attached to the front panel 110 of the diaper. The front waist fastening band 161 includes an upper edge, a lower edge, and a pair of side edges connecting the upper edge and the lower edge. The upper edge is spaced apart from the front waist edge 111 and the side edges are spaced apart from the corresponding side edges of the diaper 110. Thus, the first fastener 122B provided on the non-elastic portion of the ear portion 122 and the corresponding front waist fastening band 161 are designed to be adapted to be refastenedly engaged with each other, thereby fixing the diaper 100 in a wearing configuration in a releasable manner.
[0078] The first fastener 122B and the front waist fastening belt 161 that can form a refastenable fastener with each other can include any refastenable fasteners suitable for absorbent articles, such as adhesive fasteners, bonding fasteners, mechanical fasteners, etc. In a suitable embodiment, the first fastener 122B and the front waist fastening belt 161 include mechanical fastening components, such as hook and loop fasteners. Figure 1 In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 , the first fastener 122B may include a hook fastener and the front waist fastening belt 161 may include a complementary loop fastener disposed on the outer surface of the outer cover layer 160. Further preferably, as Figure 1 As shown, auxiliary fasteners 164 are additionally provided on both sides of the front waist fastening belt 161 which are symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal center line L, wherein when the refastenable first fastener 122B and the front waist fastening belt 161 are fastened with each other, the auxiliary fastener 164 is allowed to be fastened with the wrapping piece 122A designed with hooks or loops, so as to ensure that the diaper 100 has better fit and fastening properties.
[0079] Tilt parts
[0080] like Figure 1 As shown in , as a typical application scenario of the snap-on diaper 100, the following operations can be listed: in a state where the baby lies on his back, the back sheet 120, the crotch area 130 and the front area 110 of the diaper are attached to the corresponding parts of the baby, and from this state, the front ends of the pair of ears 120 are grasped with fingers and stretched toward the front waist fastening belt 161 in the front sheet 110, so that each ear 120 is buckled to the front waist fastening belt 161 in the front sheet 110. For parents, the most intuitive and conscious approach is to stretch the front waist fastening belt 161 of the front sheet 110 to a height that is flush with the imaginary connecting line of the pair of ears 120 and make the ears 120 and the front waist fastening belt 161 substantially flush with each other. However, after long-term observation, the inventor found that such a wearing method has the following shortcomings:
[0081] Here, for the sake of convenience, the shortcomings of the prior art are explained. Figure 5As shown, for exemplary purposes only, the hip angle formed by the back waist concave point H connecting the hip point I and the vertical direction is marked as θ. Generally speaking, the hip angle θ can be understood as the angle between the buttocks surface at the hip point I and the vertical direction. In certain human body shapes or situations, it can also be the angle formed by the straight line connecting the back waist concave point H and the hip point I from the side view of the human body and the vertical direction. In any case, the purpose of defining the hip angle is to characterize the hip curve of the human body on the side to a considerable extent. The larger the hip angle, the more tilted the buttocks, and it will be easier to form a larger back waist gap S on the waist of the wearer. Therefore, the definition of the hip angle θ is not intended to accurately define the structure or construction of the absorbent product according to this embodiment, but is more intended to highlight the beneficial technical effects that can be achieved by this embodiment compared with the prior art.
[0082] Specifically, it can be observed that since the transverse center line of the ear portion 122 in the prior art is generally parallel to the transverse folding line T, and the upper edge and the lower edge of each of the wrapping pieces 122A are also constructed to be generally parallel to each other and in a straight line, and generally parallel to the rear waist edge 121 of the back panel 120, when the wearer wears the diaper 100 by stretching the front waist fastening belt 161 of the front panel 110 to the height flush with the imaginary connecting line J of a pair of ears 120 and fastening the ears 120 and the front waist fastening belt 161 generally flush with each other, the first fastener 122B of the ear portion 122 in the back panel will be naturally pulled to make the first fastener 122B of the ear 122 parallel to the front waist fastening belt 161 in the front panel 110, and then the first fastener 122B and the front waist fastening belt 161 will be buckled with each other. In this buckling design, it is obvious that due to the hip angle θ formed by the wearer's hip, a back waist gap S is formed at the user's back waist, that is, between the hip point I and the back waist concave point H. For details, see Figure 5 As a result, when the wearer performs relatively large movements, especially the rolling and crawling movements of infants and young children, and when an adult user switches from a sitting or supine position to other positions such as a standing position or side-lying position, as well as during movements involving a large degree of posture change, the back waist gap S will, on the one hand, cause friction on the back waist and front waist of the wearer, causing skin discomfort on the wearer's waist, and on the other hand, will also cause the leakage of body excretions, thereby affecting the protection and hygiene effects of the diaper.
[0083] For very experienced caregivers (such as nurses or care workers), we will also consider providing Figure 1The snap-on diaper 100 is used in another wearing method shown in FIG. At this time, the back panel is pulled upward to be buckled with the front waist fastening belt 161 in a manner along the ideal imaginary left folding line L1 and right folding line L2 defined by the middle part of the first fastener 122B of the ear 122 and the connection point between the ear 122 and the main body of the back panel. Obviously, the buckling position of the first fastener 122B of the ear 122 after being pulled upward at this time is obviously buckled lower than the conventional wearing method mentioned above. As a result, the first fastener 122B of the ear 122 worn in this way will no longer be parallel to the front waist fastening belt 161, but will form a certain angle therewith, so that the retention force between the two will form an effect of making the waist area of the back panel 120 approach the waist to eliminate the back waist gap S, thereby providing better fit.
[0084] Nevertheless, on the one hand, such a wearing method depends on the experience and proficiency of the wearer, and for infants of different sizes, it is not easy to find the ideal imaginary left folding line L1 and right folding line L2; on the other hand, due to the current fixing method of the connection point between the ear 122 and the main body, such a wearing method is still easy to cause wrinkles or bends on the legs of infants, which is not desirable.
[0085] Therefore, after careful observation and consideration by the inventor of the present utility model, it is proposed to combine the following Figure 2-4 The snap-on diaper 100 has novel and innovatively designed inclined ears to guide the caregiver of the infant to use the ear stickers diagonally when using the snap-on diaper 100 so that the waist of the diaper fits the waist and hips of the wearer more closely. This allows the wearer to wear the diaper in an ideal wearing position with less accidental wrinkles or bends and good fit, even if the wearer does not pay special attention to the wearing operation and only wears the diaper in the usual way, thereby achieving a higher leakage prevention effect.
[0086] like Figures 2 to 4 , each showing a snap-on diaper 100 in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the ear portion 122 may specifically include a wrapping member 122A and an ear gripping area 125 and a first fastener 122B located therebetween. In addition to the inclined member, Figures 2 to 4 The embodiments shown in Figure 1 The snap-fit diaper 100 shown in FIG. 1 has substantially the same structure and Figure 1 The reference numerals shown in Figure 2-4 It is omitted in the figure to highlight the inclined parts.
[0087] like Figure 2It can be clearly seen that in the first embodiment of the present invention, the pair of ears 122 are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal center line L, and the wrapping pieces 122A of the ears are substantially parallel to the transverse folding line T. The wrapping pieces 122A of the ears 122 are substantially horizontally arranged at the back waist side edges 123 on both sides of the back sheet 120 and close to the back waist edge 121, and are joined to the two sides of the back sheet 120 as separate parts by sewing or gluing.
[0088] Specifically, the upper edge and the lower edge of each of the wrapping members 122A are still configured to be substantially parallel to each other and substantially parallel to the rear waist edge 121 of the back panel 120. In particular, each ear gripping area 125 is configured to extend upwardly inclined toward the rear waist edge relative to the respective wrapping member 122A. More particularly, the upper and lower edges of the ear gripping area 125, especially the lower edge thereof, are configured to be upwardly inclined relative to the upper and lower edges of the wrapping member 122A. For ease of description, in this embodiment, a first transverse line T' parallel to the transverse fold line T is configured particularly at the lower edge 125' of the ear gripping area 125 and the first fastener 122B adjacent thereto at the corner where the wrapping member 122A is connected, and the lower edge 125' of the ear gripping area and the first fastener 122B form an upwardly inclined acute angle shown as α here with respect to the first transverse line T', i.e., the ear edge angle.
[0089] Furthermore, the first fastener 122B (which also has an ear edge angle α) disposed adjacent to the ear gripping area 125 can realize the fastening of the first fastener 122B and the front waist fastening belt 161. In particular, the ear edge angle α is controlled within the range of 5° to 20°. Furthermore, according to the principle of ergonomics, since the hip angle of close-fitting pants is usually within the range of 12° to 15°, the ear edge angle α is more preferably set within the range of 12° to 15° to adapt to the hip angle of close-fitting pants, so that the first fastener 122B is designed to have an ear edge angle α to eliminate the gap S formed between the hip point I and the back waist concave point H caused by the hip angle θ, thereby improving the fit and leakage-proof performance of the diaper.
[0090] Without being bound by scientific principles, it is attributed to the ear edge angle α in the snap-fit diaper 100 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. Figure 2As shown, during the wearing operation of the typical diaper 100, even a caregiver who has not received special training or has little parenting experience will intuitively pull the back sheet upward to buckle with the front waist fastening belt 161 along the improved imaginary left folding line L3 and right folding line L4 defined by the lower edge 125' of the ear gripping area 125 and the first fastener 122B adjacent thereto. Further, due to such an inclined design, in the process of pulling the ear 122 and the back area 120 toward the front waist fastening belt 161 of the front area 110 to buckle them, as shown in FIG. Figure 2 As shown, it is not necessary to subject the wrapping member 122A of the ear portion 122 to undesired wrinkling or bending. As a result, in the closed or worn state of the snap-fit diaper 100, an ideal effect of good fit can be achieved and unintended wrinkling or bending is not likely to occur in other parts except for the specified parts. That is, according to the snap-fit diaper 100 of this embodiment, even if no special attention is paid during the wearing operation and the diaper is worn in a normal manner, an ideal wearing state with less unintended wrinkling or bending and good fit can be achieved, thereby achieving a high leakage prevention effect.
[0091] As another possible implementation, Figure 3 It is clearly seen that in another alternative embodiment of the present invention, there is no Figure 1 The ear portion 122 shown in the figure is further improved, and the ear portion 122 can still specifically include a wrapping piece 122A and an ear gripping area 125. The wrapping piece 122A of the ear portion 122 is still arranged at the rear waist side edges 123 on both sides of the back piece 120 and close to the rear waist edge 121, and is joined to the two sides of the back piece 120 as a separate component by sewing or gluing. The proximal edge and the distal edge of each of the wrapping pieces 122A are substantially parallel to each other, and both are configured as a straight line. Each ear gripping area 125 extends outward laterally relative to its respective wrapping piece 122A, and the upper edge and the lower edge of the ear gripping area 125 are substantially parallel to each other, and are substantially parallel to the upper edge and the lower edge of the wrapping piece 122A.
[0092] For ease of description, in this embodiment, a second transverse line T" parallel to the transverse folding line T is constructed particularly at the intersection where the lower edge of the wrapping piece 122A intersects with the proximal edge of the wrapping piece 122A. Since the pair of ears 122 are symmetrically arranged about the longitudinal center line L, the second transverse line T" passes through the intersection where the lower edge of the wrapping piece 122A of each ear 122 intersects with the proximal edge of the wrapping piece 122A. Figure 2 The same as the embodiment shown is that the pair of ears 122 are symmetrically arranged about the longitudinal center line L. Figure 2In the embodiment shown, each ear portion 122 is arranged as a whole via the respective wrapping member 122A to be inclined toward the rear waist edge 121 of the back sheet 120, so that the lower edge of the wrapping member 122A forms an ear angle β relative to the aforementioned second transverse line T″. Since the ear gripping area 125 can also be partially or completely covered with the first fastener 122B, the first fastener 122B and the front waist fastening belt 161 can be fastened. In particular, the ear angle β is controlled to be between 5° and 2°. Furthermore, according to the principle of ergonomics, since the hip angle of close-fitting pants is usually in the range of 12° to 15°, the ear angle β is more preferably set in the range of 12° to 15° to adapt to the hip angle of close-fitting pants. By designing the wrapping member 122A to form an ear angle β relative to the aforementioned second transverse line T", the gap S formed between the hip point I and the back waist concave point H caused by the hip angle θ can be eliminated, thereby improving the fit and leakage-proof performance of the diaper. Figure 2 The same as in the embodiment, Figure 3 The embodiment in the embodiment also allows wearing only in the usual way, and can obtain an ideal wearing shape with less accidental wrinkles or bends and good fit, thereby achieving a higher leakage prevention effect. Figure 4 It can be clearly seen that in another alternative embodiment of the present invention, no further improvement is made to the structure or arrangement of the conventional ear portion 122, and the ear portion 122 still includes a wrapping member 122A whose upper and lower edges are arranged substantially parallel to each other and an ear gripping area 125 whose upper and lower edges are arranged substantially parallel to each other. Furthermore, the upper and lower edges of the wrapping member 122A and the ear gripping area 125 are also spaced apart and arranged parallel to the rear waist edge 121 of the rear panel 120.
[0093] However, unlike the aforementioned embodiment, a separate front waist fixing belt is arranged as an independent component and attached to the outer surface of the outer cover layer 160 of the diaper at a position near the front waist edge 111 of the front panel 110 of the diaper. In particular, the front waist fixing belt includes a first front waist fixing belt 165' and a second front waist fixing belt 165", which together form a second fastener 165. The first front waist fixing belt 165' and the second front waist fixing belt 165" respectively have an upper edge, a lower edge, and a pair of side edges connecting the upper edge and the lower edge. In particular, the first front waist fixing belt 165' and the second front waist fixing belt 165" are symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal center line L. For ease of description, in this embodiment, a third transverse line T''' parallel to the transverse folding line T is particularly constructed at an intersection point where the lower edge of the first front waist fixing belt 165' and the outer edge of the first front waist fixing belt 165' intersect and where the lower edge of the second front waist fixing belt 165' and the outer edge of the second front waist fixing belt 165' intersect. The first front waist fixing belt 165' and the second front waist fixing belt 165'' are respectively inclined upward away from the longitudinal center line L to construct the same front waist fixing belt angle δ. Since the ear gripping area 125 may also be partially or completely covered with the first fastener 122B, the first fastener 122B and the first front waist fixing belt 165' and the second front waist fixing belt 165" may be fastened. In particular, the front waist fixing belt angle δ is controlled within the range of 5° to 20°. Furthermore, according to the principle of ergonomics, since the hip angle of a close-fitting pants is usually within the range of 12° to 15°, the front waist fixing belt angle δ is more preferably set within the range of 12° to 15° to adapt to the hip angle of the close-fitting pants. By designing the front waist fixing belt to have a suitable front waist fixing belt angle δ, the gap S formed between the hip point I and the back waist concave point H caused by the hip angle θ can be eliminated, thereby improving the fit and leakage-proof performance of the diaper. Figure 2 The same as in the embodiment, Figure 4 The embodiments in the invention also allow the user to wear the garment in the usual manner, thereby obtaining an ideal wearing shape with less accidental wrinkles or bends and good fit, thereby achieving a higher leakage-proof effect.
[0094] Now Figure 6 For example, describe Figure 3 The ear portion 122 is shown in an inclined arrangement when it is engaged with the front waist fastening belt. Figure 6 In the embodiment shown, the wearer has worn Figure 3The diaper 100 shown in one embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the ear portion 122 is integrally constructed to form an ear angle β relative to the position of the human back waist concave point H in the back waist edge 121 of the diaper 100. As mentioned above, the ear angle β is controlled within the range of 5° to 20°. Therefore, when the wearer feels that the diaper is loose and uncomfortable and needs to further adjust the position and size of the front waist edge 111 and the rear waist edge 121 of the diaper relative to the front waistline and the rear waistline of the human body, the wearer or the infant caregiver can pull the ear gripping area 125 provided on the ear 122, and make the first fasteners 122B of the ears located on both sides of the back piece 120 gradually approach the front waist fixing belt 161 located on the front piece 110 of the diaper along the ear angle β extending from the rear waist concave point H at the rear waist edge 121 of the diaper 100, and make the first fasteners 122B of the ears buckle with the front waist fixing belt 161. Since the ear design and arrangement with the ear angle β conforms to the shape of the gluteal protrusion and the gluteal protrusion angle of the human body, the user can easily pull the ear gripping area 125 to the front waist fixing belt 161 below the rear waist edge 121 in the front panel 110 of the diaper, without having to pay too much attention to the position of the front waist fixing belt 161 when fastening, as in the parallel ear arrangement of the prior art.
[0095] Furthermore, the inclined ear design and arrangement also allows the front waist edge 111 and the back waist edge 121 of the diaper to be better gathered relative to the front waistline and the back waistline of the human body, and avoids the scratching and discomfort of the wearer's waistline caused by the gap in the back waistline of the diaper in the prior art. Furthermore, the ear design and arrangement with the ear angle β also eliminates the gap S formed between the buttocks protrusion I and the back waist concave point H in the prior art, so that the diaper can wrap the back waist and buttocks of the human body tightly, thereby avoiding the leakage of human excrement caused by the gap in the back waistline of the diaper in the prior art. Figure 2 and Figure 4 The embodiment shown in also effectively utilizes the above principle to convert the hip protrusion angle into the ear edge angle α and the front waist fixing belt angle δ, thereby eliminating the gap S formed between the hip protrusion point I and the back waist concave point H, and the same can be obtained as shown in FIG. Figure 3 The technical functions and effects of the embodiments shown.
