Comprising two groups of expansion plug pile bodies which are respectively arranged in two counter bores of a hoisting part, expansion plug piles which are arranged on the expansion plug pile bodies in a penetrating manner and are matched with inclined planes of the inner walls of the expansion plug pile bodies, locking nuts which are arranged on the expansion plug piles and are used for adjusting the relative positions of the expansion plug piles and the expansion plug pile bodies, and a hoisting ring main body which is in threaded connection with the upper parts of the expansion plug piles, the hoisting ring hanging ropes are connected with the hoisting ring main body; the hoisting connecting assembly is detachably connected to the other ends of the two groups of hoisting ring hanging ropes; and the locking nut rotates to enable the expansion plug pile to move upwards, and the expansion plug pile expands the expansion plug pile body from the interior of the expansion plug pile body and is fixed in the counter bore. The lifting tool can be suitable for irregular parts, professional lifting teams are not needed, only one operator is needed in the whole lifting process, and manpower and financial resources can be saved for factories.
