Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This application relates to the field of novel tobacco technology, and particularly to an aerosol generating article and an aerosol generating system. Background Art
[0002] As an important part of current novel cigarette products, heat-not-burn cigarette products usually include a filter segment, a cooling support segment, and a tobacco segment. By heating the tobacco material in the tobacco segment in a low-temperature environment and controlling the heating temperature to prevent combustion, it can effectively reduce harmful substances such as tar generated by traditional cigarettes due to combustion.
[0003] In related heat-not-burn cigarette products, flavors are usually added to the tobacco segment during the production process. The weight of the flavors will cause an increase in the mass of the tobacco segment, which leads to the situation that in some regions, the flavors are also mis-taxed as part of the tobacco material, resulting in higher costs. Moreover, the tobacco segment adsorbed with a sufficient amount of flavors may contaminate the inner wall of the heat-not-burn cigarette product.
[0004] To address this problem, although it can be solved by coating the inner wall of the paper tube with greaseproof paper and reducing the usage amount of flavors. However, coating the inner wall of the paper tube with greaseproof paper can slow down the leakage of flavors and smoke materials for a certain period of time, but this slowdown effect usually lasts for a short time. In addition, reducing the usage amount of flavors will cause a decrease in the aroma concentration of the heat-not-burn cigarette product, affecting the user experience. Summary of the Utility Model

[0007] In some embodiments, the aerosol generating article further includes a first fixing member. The first fixing member is disposed between the smoke-generating segment and the flavor-carrying segment, and the first fixing member has a first air flow channel penetrating its length direction.
[0008] In some embodiments, the core material of the smoke-generating segment is granular, sheet-like or filamentous.
[0009] In some embodiments, the aerosol generating article further includes a breathable sealing layer, and the sealing layer seals the far lip end of the coating layer.
[0010] In some embodiments, the fusible solid carrier includes polyethylene glycol or carnauba wax; the fusible solid carrier is in a liquid state at a temperature environment of 60 °C or above.
[0011] In some embodiments, the ratio of the length of the perfume-carrying section to the length of the fuming section is 0.4 to 0.8.
[0012] In some embodiments, the length of the perfume-carrying section is 5 - 13 mm.
[0013] In some embodiments, the aerosol-generating article further includes a filter section and a cooling section. The coating layer also coats the outer periphery of the filter section, and the cooling section is at least part of the cavity defined by the filter section, the aerosol substrate section, and the coating layer.
[0014] In some embodiments, the aerosol-generating article further includes a second fixing member coated by the coating layer and located between the cooling section and the aerosol substrate section. The second fixing member has a second air flow channel extending through its length direction.

[0016] In some embodiments, the fuming section is provided on the side of the perfume-carrying section close to the second fixing member.
[0017] This application also provides an aerosol-generating system, including the above-mentioned aerosol-generating article and a heating appliance adapted to the aerosol-generating article.
[0018] Compared with the related art, the beneficial effects of this application include:
[0019] The aerosol substrate section of the aerosol-generating article provided by this application includes a fuming section and a perfume-carrying section. The perfume-carrying section includes a fusible solid carrier and a perfume. The fusible solid carrier has a molten state and a solid state. It is in a solid state at normal temperature and in a molten state after heating. At normal temperature, the perfume is "locked" in the solid medium, making the perfume-carrying section and the fuming section two independent sections, which can avoid the phenomenon of perfume contaminating the tube wall during the storage of the aerosol-generating article. And because the perfume-carrying section and the fuming section are isolated, the weight of the fuming section can be reduced to reduce costs.
[0020] In addition, the fragrance-carrying section is isolated from the smoke-generating section, so that the smoke-generating section can be kept as dry as possible and free from moisture; the aerosol-generating product can also absorb more fragrances without increasing the weight of the smoke-generating section, making the fragrance during the smoking process richer; the aerosol-generating product can release the fragrance more evenly, so that the fragrance is not released quickly at the beginning of heating; the fragrance in the aerosol-generating product is not easy to volatilize, and can lock the fragrance for a longer time; and after the fragrance-carrying section is melted, the fragrance begins to heat and volatilize, and the fragrance-carrying section will migrate to a certain position. The space occupied by the fragrance-carrying section can be used as a cooling channel, which in disguise extends the cooling section and improves the cooling effect.
[0021] The aerosol generated by the aerosol generating system provided in the present application has a strong aroma and a good cooling effect. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

For example, when the range "1 - 5" is disclosed, the described range should be interpreted to include the ranges "1 - 4", "1 - 3", "1 - 2", "1 - 2 and 4 - 5", "1 - 3 and 5", etc. When a numerical range is described herein, unless otherwise stated, the range is intended to include its end values and all integers and fractions within the range.
[0033] "And / or" is used to indicate that either or both of the stated circumstances may occur, e.g., A and / or B includes (A and B) and (A or B).
[0034] In the production process of a related heat-not-burn cigarette product, a flavor is added to the tobacco section, the weight of the flavor will cause an increase in the quality of the tobacco section, and the tobacco section adsorbed with a sufficient amount of flavor will also contaminate the inner wall of the heat-not-burn cigarette product.
[0035] In view of the problems of the prior art, the present application provides an aerosol-generating article 100, as Figure 1 and Figure 2 shown, comprising an aerosol substrate section 30, the aerosol substrate section 30 includes a smoking section 32 and a flavor-carrying section 34 arranged along the length direction of the aerosol-generating article 100, and a coating layer 60 at least wrapping the outer peripheral surfaces of the smoking section 32 and the flavor-carrying section 34; the flavor-carrying section 34 includes a fusible solid carrier and a flavor attached to the fusible solid carrier.
[0036] The coating layer 60 is made of a material with sufficient hardness to wrap the filler and support it without deformation. The material of the coating layer 60 can be a paper tube, an aluminum foil tube, an aluminum foil paper tube, a ceramic tube, a silicone rubber tube, a heat-resistant resin tube, etc. The arrangement order of the smoke-generating section 32 and the aroma-carrying section 34 is not limited. The smoke-generating section 32 can be arranged upstream of the aroma-carrying section 34 or downstream of the aroma-carrying section 34. The upstream in the aerosol suction direction is the far lip end, and the downstream in the aerosol suction direction is the near lip end.
[0037] The smoking section 32 is a cigarette core material, for example, it can be tobacco raw materials, herbs or a fiber paper substrate adsorbed with a smoking agent, etc. The shape of the cigarette core material can be granular, slurry, filamentary, thin sheet, etc. The cigarette core material of the present application can especially be granular and slurry, which is conducive to the filling process production.
[0038] The aroma carrier section 34 includes a fusible solid carrier and a fragrance attached to the fusible solid carrier. The fragrance can be a solid fragrance or a liquid fragrance. The liquid fragrance is adsorbed on the fusible solid carrier, and the solid fragrance is wrapped in the fusible solid carrier. A smoke generating agent can also be mixed in the fusible solid carrier. The smoke generating agent is selected from propylene glycol, glycerol, triacetate or diacetate, etc. The fusible solid carrier has a molten state and a solid state. It is solid at room temperature and a molten liquid after heating.
[0039] Therefore, when the aerosol generating product 100 of the present application is not in use at room temperature, the fragrance-carrying segment 34 is solid, and the fragrance is "locked" in the solid medium, which can avoid the phenomenon of fragrance contaminating the tube wall, and the fragrance is not added to the tobacco core material, which will not increase the weight of the smoking segment 32, thereby reducing costs; when the aerosol generating product 100 is heated for use, the fragrance-carrying segment 34 is a liquid in a molten state, thereby releasing the fragrance.
[0040] The aerosol substrate segment 30 of the aerosol generating product 100 provided in the present application includes a smoke-generating segment 32 and a fragrance-carrying segment 34. The fragrance-carrying segment 34 includes a fusible solid carrier and a fragrance. The fusible solid carrier has a molten state and a solid state. It is solid at room temperature and molten after heating. When it is not in use at room temperature, the fragrance is "locked" in the solid medium, so that the fragrance-carrying segment 34 and the smoke-generating segment 32 are two independent segments, which can avoid the phenomenon of fragrance contaminating the tube wall. In addition, since the fragrance-carrying segment 34 is isolated from the smoke-generating segment 32, the gram weight of the smoke-generating segment 32 can be reduced to reduce costs.
[0041] In addition, the fragrance carrying section 34 is isolated from the smoke generating section 32, so that the smoke generating section 32 can be kept as dry as possible and free from moisture; the fragrance carrying section 34 can also absorb more fragrances without increasing the weight of the smoke generating section 32, making the fragrance stronger during the smoking process; the fragrance carrying section 34 can release the fragrance more evenly, so that the fragrance is not released quickly at the beginning of heating; the fragrance in the fragrance carrying section 34 is not easy to volatilize, and can lock the fragrance for a longer time; and after the fragrance carrying section 34 is melted, the fragrance begins to heat and volatilize, and the fragrance carrying section 34 will migrate to a certain position, and the space occupied by the fragrance carrying section 34 can be used as a cooling channel, which in disguise extends the cooling section and improves the cooling effect.
[0042] In some embodiments, the fusible solid carrier is solid at room temperature and liquid at a temperature of 60° C. or above. The fusible solid carrier includes one or more of polyethylene glycol and carnauba wax. Both polyethylene glycol and carnauba wax are phase-change materials, which are solid at room temperature and liquid in a molten state after heating. The fusible solid carrier is uniformly mixed with the fragrance in a molten state. The fragrance includes aroma substances, such as various fruity and mint-style characteristic fragrances.
[0043] Polyethylene glycol is an ethylene glycol polymer containing α,ω-double-terminal hydroxyl groups. In some embodiments, the polyethylene glycol is selected from at least one of polyethylene glycol 200, polyethylene glycol 300, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 600, polyethylene glycol 800, polyethylene glycol 1000, polyethylene glycol 1500, polyethylene glycol 2000, polyethylene glycol 3000, polyethylene glycol 4000, polyethylene glycol 6000, polyethylene glycol 8000, polyethylene glycol 10000, and polyethylene glycol 20000.
[0044] In some embodiments, the length of the fragrance carrying segment 34 (the dimension in the length direction of the aerosol generating article 100) is 5-13 mm, for example, it can be 5mm, 5.5mm, 5.6mm, 5.7mm, 5.8mm, 5.9mm, 6.0mm, 6.1mm, 6.2mm, 6.3mm, 6.4mm, 6.5mm, 6.6mm, 6.7mm, 6.8mm, 6.9mm, 7.0mm, 7.5mm, 8.0mm, 8.5mm, 9mm, 9.5mm, 10mm, 10.5mm, 11mm, 11.5mm, 12mm, 12.5mm or 13mm, and the mass of the obtained fragrance carrying segment 34 is about 100 mg, for example, 80mg-120mg.
[0045] In some embodiments, the ratio of the length of the fragrance carrying segment 34 to the length of the smoke generating segment 32 is 0.4 to 0.8, for example, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 or 0.8. The total length of the fragrance carrying segment 34 and the smoke generating segment 32 is not greater than 25 mm.
[0046] The ratio of the length of the aroma-carrying segment 34 to the smoke-generating segment 32 within the above range can ensure that the aroma concentration of the aerosol-generating product 100 is appropriate, the inhalation resistance is appropriate, and the cost is controlled. If the ratio of the length of the aroma-carrying segment 34 to the smoke-generating segment 32 is too high, the gram weight cannot be guaranteed, resulting in the distortion of the aroma of the smoke-generating segment itself, the unnatural aroma of the aerosol, and the increase of the inhalation resistance; if the ratio of the length of the aroma-carrying segment 34 to the smoke-generating segment 32 is too low, the gram weight is too large, and the cost is too high.
[0047] The aerosol generating product 100 of the present application also includes a first fixture 40, which is arranged between the smoke-generating section 32 and the aroma-carrying section 34. The first fixture 40 has a first airflow channel running through its length direction, and the aroma-carrying section 34 is heated and melted. Among them, since the aroma-carrying section 34 is in a molten state after heating, the first fixture 40 plays a limiting role on the one hand to prevent the aroma-carrying section 34 from flowing out toward the proximal lip end after melting, and on the other hand, it can also allow aerosol to pass through, thereby also playing a certain cooling and filtering role. Therefore, the first fixture 40 can be a structure with circumferential grooves or central holes, and can also be a breathable material, such as plant fiber, silica gel, silicon dioxide or other polymer materials.
[0048] In some embodiments, see Figure 1 and Figure 2 The far lip end of the covering layer 60 can be blocked by the sealing layer 62 to facilitate the loading of the smoke generating section 32 and the aroma carrying section 34. The sealing layer 62 is a breathable structure, and the sealing layer 62 can be, for example, a perforated aluminum foil, a highly air-permeable paper, a coated paper, or a high-temperature resistant plastic film; the outer diameter of the tubular covering layer 60 can be 5mm-20mm, for example, 6mm-7mm, and the wall thickness can be 0.1mm-1mm. The covering layer 60 can be a thick paper tube, and the wall thickness can be 0.15mm or more, and the length can be 30mm-100mm, for example, 45mm, 50mm, covering the outer circumference of the entire aerosol generating product 100.
[0049] In some embodiments, see Figure 1 and Figure 2 The aerosol generating product 100 also includes a filter segment 10 and a cooling segment 20. The aerosol substrate segment 30, the cooling segment 20 and the filter segment 10 are arranged in sequence from upstream to downstream along the aerosol suction direction. The coating layer 60 is also coated on the outer periphery of the filter segment 10, and the cooling segment 20 is at least a portion of the cavity defined by the filter segment 10, the aerosol substrate segment 30 and the coating layer 60.
[0050] The cooling section 20 is used to provide a space for aerosol mixing and cooling, and to cool the aerosol generated by the aerosol substrate section 30, so that the aerosol generated by the aerosol substrate section 30 meets the suction requirements. The cooling section 20 can be an empty tube or other tubular elements with holes, or a structure and material similar to the first fixture 40.
[0051] The filter tip segment 10 is used to filter the aerosol and further cool it or filter and absorb harmful substances. The filter tip segment 10 can be a cellulose acetate rod, a polypropylene fiber rod (polypropylene fiber rod), a polylactic acid rod and a paper filter rod.
[0052] In some embodiments, see Figure 1 and Figure 2 The aerosol generating article 100 further includes a second fixture 50 covered by the covering layer 60 and located between the cooling section 20 and the aerosol substrate section 30 , wherein the second fixture 50 has a second air flow channel running through the length direction thereof.
[0053] The second fixture 50 has similar functions to the first fixture 40 , which not only plays a positioning role, but also allows aerosol to pass through, thereby also playing a certain cooling and filtering role. Therefore, the structure and material of the second fixture 50 can be consistent with those of the first fixture 40 .
[0054] In some embodiments, the lengths of the first fixture 40 and the second fixture 50 (dimensions in the length direction of the aerosol generating article 100) are independently 3.0-7.0 mm, for example, 3.0 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.0 mm, 5.5 mm, 6.0 mm, 6.5 mm, 6.6 mm, 6.7 mm, 6.8 mm, 6.9 mm or 7.0 mm, preferably 3.0 mm-5.5 mm. The lengths of the first fixture 40 and the second fixture 50 within the above range can take into account their positioning function, ventilation function, adsorption and filtration function. If the length of the first fixture 40 and the second fixture 50 is too short, the adsorption effect will be reduced, the difficulty of manufacturing the first fixture 40 and the second fixture 50 will increase, the corresponding cost will also increase, and the difficulty of installing each fixture will also increase; if the length of the first fixture 40 and the second fixture 50 is too long, the adsorption effect will be enhanced, the suction resistance of the aerosol generating product 100 will also increase, the inhalation experience will deteriorate, and the aroma and smoke volume will decrease; in addition, increasing the length of the fixture will increase the cost of the fixture, and the cost of the aerosol generating product 100 will also increase.
[0055] In some embodiments, see Figure 1 The aroma carrying section 34 is arranged on the side of the smoke generating section 32 close to the second fixture 50, that is, the aroma carrying section 34 is arranged on one end close to the cooling section 20, and the first fixture 40 and the second fixture 50 are arranged on both sides of the aroma carrying section 34 respectively. Figure 1It can be seen that the structure of the aerosol generating product 100 of the present embodiment is, from upstream to downstream in the aerosol suction direction, a sealing layer 62, a smoke-generating segment 32, a first fixture 40, a flavor-carrying segment 34, a second fixture 50, a cooling segment and a filter segment 10. The first fixture 40 is arranged downstream of the smoke-generating segment 32 to position the flavor-carrying segment 34. After the flavor-carrying segment 34 becomes solid, the second fixture 50 is added downstream thereof to position it, so as to prevent the flavor-carrying segment 34 in a molten state from tilting during heating and use by consumers, which may cause it to flow to the filter segment 10.
[0056] In some embodiments, see Figure 2 The smoke-generating section 32 is disposed on the side of the aroma-carrying section 34 close to the second fixture 50, that is, the smoke-generating section 32 is disposed at one end close to the cooling section 20, and the first fixture 40 and the second fixture 50 are disposed on both sides of the smoke-generating section 32 respectively. Figure 2 It can be seen that the structure of the aerosol generating product 100 of this embodiment is, from upstream to downstream in the aerosol suction direction, a sealing layer 62, a flavor carrying segment 34, a first fixture 40, a smoke-generating segment 32, a second fixture 50, a cooling segment 20 and a filter segment 10. The first fixture 40 is arranged downstream of the flavor carrying segment 34 to position the flavor carrying segment 34. The second fixture 50 is arranged downstream of the smoke-generating segment 32 to isolate and position the tobacco core material of the smoke-generating segment 32.
[0057] The present application also provides a method for preparing the above-mentioned aerosol generating product, please refer to Figure 3 ,include:
[0058] S100: Provides empty tube with one end sealed.
[0059] The hollow tube, i.e., the tubular coating layer 60, is made of a material having sufficient thickness or hardness to wrap the filler and support it from deformation. The hollow tube may be made of a thick paper tube, an aluminum foil tube, an aluminum foil paper tube, a ceramic tube, a silicone rubber tube, a heat-resistant resin tube, etc. The coating layer 60 may be sealed by blocking its far lip end through a sealing layer 62. The hollow tube may be sealed by perforated aluminum foil, highly air-permeable paper, coated paper, or a high-temperature-resistant plastic film, etc. The sealed end may allow gas to enter, for example, air may be inhaled from the sealed end, and high-temperature hot air may also enter from the sealed end to heat the aerosol substrate segment 30. For example, the hollow tube may be a thick paper tube, the wall thickness may be 0.15 mm or greater, and the length may be 30 mm-100 mm, for example, 45 mm, 50 mm.
