Abstract

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a power module for a solid state circuit breaker, comprising: an insulating substrate; and at least one pair of power units coupled to the insulating substrate. Each power unit includes: a metal component coupled to the substrate; a plurality of transistors, the drains of which are electrically coupled to the metal component, and which include a first set of transistors and a second set of transistors; a first metal connector and a second metal connector, the first metal connector being electrically coupled to the first set of transistors and the second metal connector being electrically coupled to the second set of transistors; the insulating part is coupled to the first metal connecting part and the second metal connecting part; a third metal connector coupled to the insulator; one end of the fourth metal connecting piece is electrically coupled to the third metal connecting piece, the other end of the fourth metal connecting piece is electrically coupled to the metal assembly, one end of the fifth metal connecting piece is electrically coupled to the third metal connecting piece, and the other end of the fifth metal connecting piece is electrically coupled to the metal assembly.
