A leveling assembly for a billiard table bed, comprising: comprises: a deck connector having a deck connector recess and adapted to fit within a deck connector opening provided in a deck; a deck leveling screw comprising a leveling screw head, a leveling screw body, and a leveling screw flange extending radially from the leveling screw body, wherein a proximal portion of the leveling screw body is disposed between the leveling screw head and the leveling screw flange; a deck leveling plate comprising a deck leveling plate body and a leveling plate slot, the leveling plate slot being disposed through an edge of the deck leveling plate body; wherein the leveling screw body is adapted to fit within the deck connector recess to attach the deck leveling screw to the deck connector; wherein the deck leveling plate is adapted to be positioned around at least a portion of the deck leveling screw by fitting the proximal portion of the leveling screw body within the leveling plate slot; and wherein the deck leveling assembly is adapted to move the deck by advancing or retracting the leveling screw body within the deck connector recess.

2. The deck leveling assembly of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the leveling screw body is threaded.

3. The deck leveling assembly of claim 2, wherein the deck connector recess is threaded, and wherein the leveling screw body is adapted to threadably screw into the deck connector recess.

4. The deck leveling assembly of claim 1, wherein the deck leveling plate has a leveling plate seat, wherein the leveling plate seat is recessed within the deck leveling plate body, and wherein the leveling plate seat at least partially surrounds the leveling plate slot.

5. The deck leveling assembly of claim 4, wherein the leveling screw flange rests on the leveling plate seat when the deck leveling screw is positioned in the leveling plate slot.

6. The deck leveling assembly of claim 1, wherein the deck connector comprises a barrel nut and a connector screw, wherein the connector screw is adapted to fit within the barrel nut.

7. The deck leveling assembly of claim 6, wherein the deck connector recess is disposed within the connector screw.

8. The deck leveling assembly of claim 6, wherein the connector screw is threaded into the barrel nut.

9. The deck leveling assembly of claim 1, wherein the leveling plate slot is disposed through a first edge of the deck leveling plate, and wherein a length of the first edge of the deck leveling plate is less than a length of a second edge of the deck leveling plate.

10. A billiard table, characterized in that comprises: a base comprising a base frame, wherein the base frame comprises an inner support frame and a support bracket extending from the inner support frame, wherein the support bracket is provided with a support bracket opening; a deck supported on the base frame, wherein the deck is provided with a deck opening disposed therethrough, and wherein the deck opening is aligned with the support bracket opening; A deck plate leveling assembly including a deck plate connector, a deck plate leveling screw including a leveling screw flange, and a deck plate leveling plate, wherein a portion of the deck plate leveling screw is adapted to fit within the deck plate connector, and wherein the deck plate leveling plate is removably positioned around a portion of the deck plate leveling screw; wherein the deck plate connector is adapted to be positioned within the deck plate opening, and wherein the deck plate leveling screw is adapted to be inserted through the support bracket opening such that a portion of the deck plate leveling screw is positioned on a first side of the support bracket and a portion of the deck plate leveling screw including the leveling screw flange is positioned on a second side of the support bracket; wherein the deck plate leveling assembly is adapted to move the deck plate away from the base frame when the deck plate leveling plate is positioned between the leveling screw flange and the support bracket and when the deck plate leveling screw is loosened relative to the deck plate connector; and wherein the deck plate leveling assembly is adapted to move the deck plate toward the base frame when the deck plate leveling plate is removed from the deck plate leveling screw and when the deck plate leveling screw is tightened relative to the deck plate connector.

11. The billiard table of claim 10, wherein the deck plate connector is provided with a deck plate connector notch, and wherein a portion of the deck plate leveling screw fits within the deck plate connector notch to attach the deck plate leveling screw to the deck plate connector.

12. The billiard table of claim 10, wherein the deck plate leveling plate includes a leveling plate slot, and wherein the deck plate leveling screw is adapted to fit within the leveling plate slot when the deck plate leveling plate is removably positioned around a portion of the deck plate leveling screw.

13. The billiard table of claim 12, wherein the deck plate leveling plate includes a leveling plate seat recessed into a deck plate leveling plate body of the deck plate leveling plate, and wherein the leveling plate seat at least partially surrounds the leveling plate slot.

14. The billiard table of claim 13, wherein the leveling screw flange rests on the leveling plate seat when the deck plate leveling screw is positioned in the leveling plate slot.

15. The billiard table of claim 10, wherein the deck plate connector includes a cylindrical nut and a connector screw, wherein the connector screw is adapted to be embedded within the cylindrical nut.

16. The billiard table of claim 10, wherein the internal support frame includes a plurality of support brackets, and wherein each of the plurality of support brackets includes a deck plate leveling assembly.

17. The billiard table of claim 16, wherein one of the plurality of support brackets is positioned on a first side of the internal support frame, and wherein another of the plurality of support brackets is positioned on an opposite second side of the internal support frame.

18. Billiard table according to claim 10, characterized in that further comprising: a perimeter frame, a frame top surface, and a frame opening disposed through the frame top surface; a deck plate connector, a deck plate leveling screw including a leveling screw flange, and a deck plate leveling plate, wherein a portion of the deck plate leveling screw is adapted to fit within the deck plate connector, and wherein the deck plate leveling plate is removably positioned around a portion of the deck plate leveling screw; wherein the deck plate connector is adapted to be positioned within the deck plate opening, and wherein the deck plate leveling screw is adapted to be inserted through the support bracket opening such that a portion of the deck plate leveling screw is positioned on a first side of the support bracket and a portion of the deck plate leveling screw including the leveling screw flange is positioned on a second side of the support bracket; wherein the deck plate leveling assembly is adapted to move the deck plate away from the base frame when the deck plate leveling plate is positioned between the leveling screw flange and the support bracket and when the deck plate leveling screw is loosened relative to the deck plate connector; and wherein the deck plate leveling assembly is adapted to move the deck plate toward the base frame when the deck plate leveling plate is removed from the deck plate leveling screw and when the deck plate leveling screw is tightened relative to the deck plate connector. a perimeter bracket extending from the perimeter frame, wherein the perimeter bracket has a leveling surface provided with a leveling surface opening, and a frame nut positioned on a first side of the leveling surface and aligned with the leveling surface opening; and a table top panel perimeter leveling assembly including a perimeter leveling bolt having a thread, a perimeter bolt ball joint at an end of the perimeter leveling bolt, and a bolt pad surrounding the end of the perimeter leveling bolt including the ball joint; wherein the perimeter leveling bolt is inserted into the leveling surface opening and the frame nut such that the bolt pad is on a first side of the leveling surface; and wherein, on a second side of the leveling surface, a lock nut is threaded onto the perimeter leveling bolt.

19. The table as defined in claim 18, wherein the table top panel perimeter leveling assembly is adapted to move the table top panel away from the base frame when the perimeter leveling bolt is tightened relative to the frame nut.

20. The table as defined in claim 18, wherein the table top panel perimeter leveling assembly is adapted to move the table top panel away from the base frame when the perimeter leveling bolt is loosened relative to the frame nut.
