A three-way chute and a material conveying and diversion device

Abstract

This application discloses a three-way chute and a material conveying and diverting device, solving the technical problem of frequent material flow direction switching and complex operation of existing three-way chute technologies. The three-way chute includes a shell, a baffle assembly, and a drive assembly. The baffle assembly includes a baffle plate and a rotating shaft connected to the baffle plate, with the rotating shaft rotatably connected to the shell. The drive assembly is located outside the shell, and its output end acts on the baffle plate to switch between a first position and a second position. Specifically, when material needs to be discharged from the first outlet, the actuating end of the drive assembly moves the baffle plate to the first position to block the second outlet; when material needs to be discharged from the second outlet, the actuating end of the drive assembly moves the baffle plate to the second position to block the first outlet. Compared to existing technologies, this eliminates the need for an insert plate structure, achieving the blocking and covering function of both chute openings with a single baffle plate, simplifying operation.
